DHS Building: It’s The Biggest Construction Project In GSA History! Why Are they Building it?

Vatic Note: Is this the push by the Zionists toward a Nazi America?  Is this the precursor to WW III promised and planned in 1871?   Hmmm, I thought we were broke and too far in debt?  So, how can we afford this and more importantly, WHY?? Is Homeland Security  Gestapo headquarters with SS troops manning the towers.  Is this what happened in Nazi' Germany?

Was Nazi Germany a fabrication of history by the Zionists who own the history book publishers?  Time to start asking.  Where is the appropriations bill for this montrosity?  Who authored the bill, and when were the hearings and when did it pass?

If it is, then we best take a much closer look at who were the nazi's of that day?  How can a professed "Jewish"  Zionist be a nazi?   DHS is staffed with dual Israeli citizens as we all know.... Abe Foxman of ADL, Dees of SPLC, Napolitano for now, Chertoff before her, you know, he is the dual Israeli citizen who wrote immunity into the patriot act for Israel for what ever she may have done on 9-11.  So, how can this all be???

This article talks about how they will not tell us the cost of this Nazi Zionists wet dream or how they are paying for it?  The congress is responsible for appropriations, they had to draft legislation and pass that bill, so its a matter of public record.  SO WHERE IS THE PUBLIC RECORD ON THIS, AND FROM THERE WE CAN DEDUCE THE COST.

That is reason enough to withhold taxes and give written public notice in the press in Washington DC and every foreign capital in the world, that the US Citizens will not authorize anymore debt and will no longer be responsible for any more debt incurred by DC in our name from that date forward.

We notify the world that we will not stand behind any debt after the date of publication, and those that are incurring & authorizing such debt, will be personally responsible for it, not the US citizens.  Let me know if you want to do this.  Its a legal form of stopping abuses of debt in other peoples names.  If so, then we will have to fund raise to pay for the ads.

One last piece of good news. We are the first lenders of record to the US Government... I mean the social security trust fund, so we have first dibs on bancruptcy claims.  Some conscientious lawyer is welcome to draft something for us to present to court on behalf of OUR FUND THAT WE FUNDED WITH OUR MONEY, to make a claim on assets that would otherwise go to the Rothschilds and their front country China.

Since there is no terrorism except that done by Homeland Security, then there is no need to fund a non existing war on terror.  If we want to stop terror, we should shut down Homeland security altogether.  That will end it, faster than anything else we could do.

The government is building the largest construction project in GSA history. This new monster government building will host the entire Homeland Security complex, from Coast Guard to FBI and ICE and more.

It is a massive project of 1.3 million square feet of parking, and 4.5 million feet of workspace.  It’s larger than the Pentagon, but, there’something funny going on.

The government will tell you that it’s a massive construction project, they’ll talk about its green construction techniques. But they won’t tell you how much the thing costs.

You can find out how much earth they moved for the first phase, which is the Coast Guard HQ. You  can find out that the excavation of dirt for the Coast Guard HQ is the largest one in DC history. But we don’t know how much this thing cost.

New DHS Headquarters is Largest Construction Project in GSA History

A dazzling new headquarters building for the U.S. Coast Guard is nearing completion across the Potomac River from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
This 1.3 million square foot complex, designed by Chicago-based Perkins + Will, marks the first phase of the creation of a headquarters campus for the entire Department of Homeland Security. It is located on the campus of the former St. Elizabeths Hospital, the first mental health facility created by the federal government and a National Historic Landmark.
No matter how many superlatives one chooses to use, it is difficult to accurately depict the sheer magnitude of this development. When complete, the DHS campus will comprise 4.5 million square feet of work space and 1.5 million square feet of structured parking. It is the largest construction project in the Washington metropolitan area since the Pentagon was built during World War II. Up to 14,000 DHS employees will be working on site.
The Coast Guard portion alone involved the largest excavation project in DC history, creating 1.6 million cubic yards of dirt. The campus is also the largest construction project GSA has ever done.
Historic preservation is a key component, saving and revitalizing a site that was abandoned and decrepit. A total of 51 of the 62 buildings that contribute to its historic character will be modernized and reused.
The original landscaping scheme, considered to be an integral part of the therapeutic environment for patients there, will be recreated. All new buildings will be low rise, so that views of the site high on a ridge above the Potomac will be preserved, as will the magnificent views from the site of the surrounding area.
Nor are environmental concerns being overlooked. GSA is aiming for Gold certification under the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program of the U.S. Green Buildings Council. Four fifths of the roofs will be green.
It will have its own co-generation facility. The Coast Guard portion of the project, located on a site that accommodates 45% of the runoff from rainstorms on the 173-acre campus, is being designed so that it will absorb all of the runoff from up to a 15-year storm event.  SOURCE GSA
