Clinton signs Treaty to ban small arms in America, Revolution 2 is close

Vatic Note:  I wish we had had more time to do this peacefully, but I guess that isn't going to happen. The abuse of our children as the next blog coming up will show, is the final understanding that these are not people or human at all.   Thus we have to approach this differently and quickly for the sake of our kids.   And no way do I know anyone giving up their guns.    One small error in this story, it won't be a civil war, it will be a second shot heard round the world though. I guess we were meant to live a recreation of our forefathers time. Their words have certainly come alive in this time. Its as if they were writing and talking specifically to us. We got an undocumented notice from a resident in Pennsylvania that UN troops were moving into Pennsylvania but I did not post that up here at that time because we had no reason to suspect it would be true for no reason.. Now its time for everyone to watch their own territory and report any intel here at our site so we can gather the info and get it out as soon as possible. For right now I have no verification of that, but now is time to observe and keep a keen eye out for any activity and take pictures if possible. Use the chat room so it can be checked everyday while comments end up in archives, so its quicker and more timely to use the chat room.   Thanks

Clinton signs Treaty to ban small arms in America, Civil War 2 is close

Communism at It's peak in America!  (VN: I disagree, I call it fascism, since that is what it is.)

The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the United States would support the talks as long as the negotiating forum, the so-called Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making.”

“Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly,” Clinton said in a written statement.

While praising the Obama administration’s decision to overturn the Bush-era policy and to proceed with negotiations to regulate conventional arms sales, some groups criticized the U.S. insistence that decisions on the treaty be unanimous.

“The shift in position by the world’s biggest arms exporter is a major breakthrough in launching formal negotiations at the United Nations in order to prevent irresponsible arms transfers,” Amnesty International and Oxfam International said in a joint statement.

However, they said insisting that decisions on the treaty be made by consensus “could fatally weaken a final deal.”

“Governments must resist US demands to give any single state the power to veto the treaty as this could hold the process hostage during the course of negotiations. We call on all governments to reject such a veto clause,” said Oxfam International’s policy adviser Debbie Hillier.

The proposed legally binding treaty would tighten regulation of, and set international standards for, the import, export and transfer of conventional weapons.

Supporters say it would give worldwide coverage to close gaps in existing regional and national arms export control systems that allow weapons to pass onto the illicit market.

Nations would remain in charge of their arms export control arrangements but would be legally obliged to assess each export against criteria agreed under the treaty. Governments would have to authorize transfers in writing and in advance.

The main opponent of the treaty in the past was the U.S. Bush administration, which said national controls were better. Last year, the United States accounted for more than two-thirds of some $55.2 billion in global arms transfer deals.

Arms exporters China, Russia and Israel abstained last year in a U.N. vote on the issue.

The proposed treaty is opposed by conservative U.S. think tanks like the Heritage Foundation, which said last month that it would not restrict the access of “dictators and terrorists” to arms but would be used to reduce the ability of democracies such as Israel to defend their people.

The U.S. lobbying group the National Rifle Association has also opposed the treaty.

A resolution before the U.N. General Assembly is sponsored by seven nations including major arms exporter Britain. It calls for preparatory meetings in 2010 and 2011 for a conference to negotiate a treaty in 2012.

NOW READ THIS AND SEE IF IT DOESN'T APPLY.  REMEMBER, WE DID NOT ASK FOR THIS, THEY PUSHED IT ON US, SO NOW WE MUST RESPOND.  Also remember, who did world war I, World War II, and Russian Revolution???  Zionists and who controls our government?  The same people who murdered the largest portion of the 56 million dead UNARMED civilians killed by their own government during the 20th century.   Now they want to kill off billions this time and this time billions are able to know what is going on and to fight back.  Each in their own way. .

Gun Control - This is what the trusted governments did after gun confiscation.  Read this anytime you believe this government run by those same people, are doing things for our own well being.

Whether you agree or not, it's an interesting lesson in history.

Something to think about...

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to
1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded
up and exterminated.
------------------------------
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5
million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
------------------------------
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a
total of 13 million Jews &others who were unable to defend themselves were
rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20
million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up
and exterminated.
------------------------------
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981,
100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
------------------------------
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000
Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one
million 'educated' people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.

-----------------------------
Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th
Century because of gun control: 56 million.

------------------------------
It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were
forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by
their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500
million dollars. The first year results are now in:

-Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent
-Australia-wide, assaults are up 86 percent
-Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44%)!
-In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up
300 percent.

(Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the
criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!)

While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed
robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically up ward in the past 12
months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.

There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults
of the ELDERLY.

Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has
decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in
successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience
and the other historical facts above prove it.

You won't see this data on the American evening news or hear our president,
governors or other politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes,
gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans ... before it's too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of
this history lesson.

With guns, we are 'citizens'.
Without them, we are 'subjects'.
