Cass (Orwellean) Sunstein - Wrote a paper Recommending a "Conspiracy" to thwart Conspiracy Theories

Vatic Note:  Go to this link for the entire write up.  Cass Sunstein is currently Obama's head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs where, among other things, he is responsible for "overseeing policies relating to privacy, information quality, and statistical programs.  He is a Czar and was never approved as required in the Constitution, by the congress for his position and he is an avowed Communist, as are most Zionists who have been behind most of the overthrows into communism of other nations, such as Russia in 1917. I also believe he is a dual Israeli citizen.

Communist states eventually seguayed into fascist states like we are in the process of doing by privatizing all government services that are going down hill rapidly, with no bid contracts,  but the companies are making money and profits off of doing nothing.  Ask the Post Office.  Anyway, this is up because of the recent information that has come out about the "information" system being fully spied on and downloaded into a huge facility going up in Utah.  He is also the one who made the comment that they should kill off about 25  million of our citizens who are politically incorrect in his mind.  So keep all that in mind when you read this that he wrote when he attended Harvard.  Yes, Harvard with loyalty to their biggest patron, Israel.

The full text is at the link below the title, and it consists of about 30 pages, but I believe it explains what we are seeing going on in this country under Obama, and his handlers.  Lets not forget who owns all those international corporations and who are the biggest mafia on the planet engaged in just about every criminal activity you can name.  We posted a blog on Wells Fargo, (check board of directors for who owns it) and their money laundering and other criminal actions they had to give up to stay open once they got caught.   Same with pornography, drugs, prostitution, international sex slave trade, etc.

Just reading this abstract, I almost fell out of my chair laughing.  He honestly thinks no one knows what the power elite are doing?  How absolutely hilarious.  He is obviously not paying attention.  LOL   But what I loved most of all and may well be my next "Orwellean Moment", is how he is suggesting a black ops conspiracy to counter the conspiracy theories he says are wrong.  LOL   Except for this one of course, since its now part of Harvards records that we found.  LOL  its also now part of the download of anyone who downloads it.

I find it typical of those currently and previously in government since 9-11 to try and try and try, very hard, to deflect us from the facts that they call "Conspiracy" Theory which should rightly be called "Conspiracy Fact".  Like this paper is  a fact.... not a theory.

Abstract:
Many millions of people hold conspiracy theories; they believe that powerful people have worked together in order to withhold the truth about some important practice or some terrible event. A recent example is the belief, widespread in some parts of the world, that the attacks of 9/11 were carried out not by Al Qaeda, but by Israel or the United States.

Those who subscribe to conspiracy theories may create serious risks, including risks of violence, and the existence of such theories raises significant challenges for policy and law. The first challenge is to understand the mechanisms by which conspiracy theories prosper; the second challenge is to understand how such theories might be undermined.

Such theories typically spread as a result of identifiable cognitive blunders, operating in conjunction with informational and reputational influences. A distinctive feature of conspiracy theories is their self-sealing quality. Conspiracy theorists are not likely to be persuaded by an attempt to dispel their theories; they may even characterize that very attempt as further proof of the conspiracy.

Because those who hold conspiracy theories typically suffer from a crippled epistemology, in accordance with which it is rational to hold such theories, the best response consists in cognitive infiltration of extremist groups. Various policy dilemmas, such as the question whether it is better for government to rebut conspiracy theories or to ignore them, are explored in this light.
