Protests against Polish-Israeli meeting in Jerusalem

Vatic Note:  This is the perfect time to remember this leader of Poland was the opposition party who argued for the central bank devaluing currency and the President of Poland refused and stated they were going back on their old currency and off the EURO,  and the Polish President of the Bank agreed as did many of the legislators.  Remember, this Prime Minister Tusk was vehement in trying to get the Polish president to go along with the fiat Rothschild bankers.  Well, gee what a coincidence, that President and the Bank President were killed in that crash that the rabbis' were going to go along on the trip and backed out at the last minute with little notice.   Now this Prime Minister is doing all that the Polish president refused to do.  This highlighted just  how important to Rothschild and Israel, the death of that President was.  Here are all the links to what I just said about that prime minister and the deaths of the polish pres and the central bank President.

Protests against Polish-Israeli meeting in Jerusalem

The Palestinian Solidarity organization in Poland has initiated an international campaign against a high level governmental meeting between Poland and Israel to be held in Jerusalem. The meeting is planned to upgrade the countries' defense and economic relations, with the respective Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers, Ministers of Culture and the Economy taking part.

It is common practice for such meetings to take place in Tel Aviv. By meeting with Israel in Jerusalem the Polish government is giving its de-fact support to the Israeli violations of international law and human rights.

Below I publish in full a letter written by an Israeli peace activist to the Polish President, government and parliament protesting against the planned meeting. The letter expresses an understanding of the specific historical sensitivities facing the Polish government in its relations with Israel. However, it also refers to how Poland's experience of having being occupied and having fought for freedom and independence should mean that it supports those in similar situations today.

To President Komorowski, Prime Minister Tusk, members of the Polish government and members of Parliament:

As an veteran Israeli peace and human rights organization dedicated to achieving a just peace between Israelis and Palestinians, the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD) wishes to raise its concern over your planned meeting with Israeli government officials in Jerusalem.

Poland, for understandable historical reasons, has been prominent among the EU members in its uncritical support for Israeli policies towards the Palestinians, which only serve to perpetuate the 44-year Occupation and place the lives and well-being of both Israelis and Palestinians in jeopardy.

Your past, we believe, makes it incumbent upon you to promote the security of Jews in Israel and not confuse this with support for policies that security. As you well know from Polish history, wars, violence, occupation and oppression never lead to peace and security, and yet these are precisely the policies your visit appears to be supporting.

Your history, we also believe, also teaches that only respect for the human rights of all people will prevent more occurrences of the violence and suffering you have endured over the centuries. The Polish people’s struggle for self-determination and freedom inspires us all; it requires you, however, to stand by the side of the Palestinian people in their struggle for the same rights, even if that means opposing Israeli policies.

In fact, we suggest that you explain to the Israeli government that your government stands solidly against the occupation and all policies that perpetuate it (such as the demolition of Palestinian homes, 25,000 so far) because of the lessons learned from your own history, because of your commitment to human rights as the only way to build a better world and because of your deeply-felt obligations to both the Israeli and Palestinian peoples.

Poland occupies a special place in the world due to both its suffering and its resistance to oppression. It is that moral voice we desperately need to have heard in the corridors of the Israeli government

In Peace,

Jeff Halper
Director, ICAHD

"Well, gee what a coincidence, that President and the Bank President were killed in that crash that the rabbis' were going to go along on the trip and backed out at the last minute with little notice. "

What's this? The bank president and the President of Poland were killed in a crash when they wanted to get off the Euro and back to the old currency, and rabbis who were going along on the trip suddenly weren't? I don't think this ever made it to the 10pm slightly news. Any links?

Why were rabbis involved here?

OK, thanks. The bank president, the President, and the rabbis sound like a much more interesting story. Hope you find the link for the article.

Oh, it was definitely a much more interesting story, just go to the search box and type in "Polish President killed in Plane crash" and you will get even more interesting story. My husband is Polish born and speaks it fluently and there was a video taken by a passerby immediately after the airplane crash and the video made it onto Utube. Well, my husband translated the video for me and I posted it all over the place from here.... that translation which showed they actually shot the President since he wasn't dead....

Then a few days later the videographer had a mugging and ended up in the hospital and while in there three men came in, pulled is tubes and strangled him. So he is now dead. This was a real interesting story.... worth checking it out.

My article has nothing to do with conspiracy theories concerning the Smoleńsk tragedy - which I totally refute. This article is about international relations between Israel and Poland - I see no reason why it should be put next to conspiracy theories about Smoleńsk. Your insinuations about the aircrash are far wide of the mark and show an ignorance about these events.

Do you know when the meeting is or if it has been and where abouts it's going to be?
