Indiana Governor Signs Bill Allowing Citizens To Use Deadly Force Against Police Officers Into Law

*** Well, its that time of the month.   We have to come to the well again,  until after memorial day when hopefully the economy is good enough to allow us to sell our jewelry that we custom design and make.   That means June 1st our season starts, but that is when the tourists show up and hopefully buy but that means we will be good for Mid june and the rest of summer and fall.   So bear with us while we beg again to have you help us meet our deficit.   WE are short the normal $280 dollars plus we have a computer guy coming out to purge our system and hopefully give us good security so we get a break from the traitors who mess with us during postings.    He has agreed to take payments so hopefully we won't need to ask for help on that part of it.

We are grateful to all our readers who have not only visited, commented, emailed our blogs around, but also to all of those who have contributed in the past.   You have made it possible for us to continue our work.  Hopefully it is doing some good.   The fact that CNN readership has dropped 50% and the evil ones have not completed their agenda and are months behind, tells me we are contributing to the situation they are in.   That is rewarding and worth the embarrasment of having to ask for help financially.   That is what you can do to support our efforts.  We are a team after all.

Please use the donation button on the right hand side of the blog.  We are grateful for anything you can spare to help us over the hump by the first of the month.  Have a good spring and stay safe.  We will report every Monday on how we are doing.  Thank you again for caring.

Vatic Note:  On the surface, this would be a shocking development in our society.  However, man has an inalienable right to defend himself against threats to his life that are felonious.  Lets recap what is and has happened very recently that has promoted the feeling by the average citizen that his life is threatened when confronted by a police officer.  I think once we take a look at this, we may well be able to see why this has happened and what are the ramifications of this happening.

The Bill passed for the following reasons:

1. Laws are now only enforced on those who are not corporate CEO's,  or Bankers, or their minions including politicians.
2.  Illegal and unconstitutional laws are being passed, along  with the criminalization of civil offenses which is also illegal under the Constitution.
3.  We are having a record number of killings by rogue police of unarmed civilians who have not had a trial or any chance to reverse the death penalty the officer visited upon that citizen without due process.  That brings the police "state" into existance with no  accountability received by the law officer.  Many are walking away from the killings and keeping their jobs, which is even scarier and makes the whole issue suspect.
4.  The law enforcement are changing their loyalties from the "taxpayer" who pays his salary, to the Federal Government Fusia Centers.  They are receiving endoctrination from these centers, financing, equipment and training.  This is against the Constitution.
5.  LEO's are also being militarized with black SS stormtrooper uniforms in black, Military weaponry, rather than normal LEO weapons.  Military training.  They are being paid by us to act against the constitution as an occupying military force.  That is blatantly against the constitution.  They are working for the "foreign" occupiers of our  government, which makes the issue one of treason.
6.  More and more violent and aggressive officers are being hired which was never the case before.  COPs were public servants who were there to "protect" and that was obvious within our communities, but now they are violent offenders worse than any regular offender off the street.  Just watch videos of the abuses being visited on non criminal unarmed suspects who have only exercised their right to protest.

I just saw one where a woman was handcuffed and beaten in the police station, to unconsciousness and blood was everywhere.  That is a crime, not acts of normal law enforcement. THE BRITISH ARE COMING, THE BRITISH ARE COMING.  This harkens back to the good old pre-revolutionary days.

Having said all of that, there is another reason that could be the case for passing this law.  TO DIVIDE THE NATION AND PITTING ONE SEGMENT AGAINST THE OTHER.  Remember, these insane creatures doing this to us, are vulnerable if they do not have law enforcement on their side.  That is why this is being introduced.  To make the people and LEO afraid of each other, thus LEO's will side with the foreign occupying traitors of our nation.

This attempt at division between Americans has been going on now for several years and has not succeeded.  This now makes the Law Officer afraid of the armed citizen,  and makes  the citizen afraid of the cops and thus making sure he is armed so if confronted he can defend himself.   Its the banker elites that have come up with this and its very clever actually.   They purposely hire the violent types as officers, dress, train and arm them like SS gestapo, and then send them out to kill unarmed 84 year old ladies,  bust into homes that are not the right home and kill the dog or occupants of the home.  So we can see how we got here,  the question is "WHO BROUGHT US HERE TO THIS POINT"???  I think we know, don't we???  Lets not cooperate.   Talk to your local police and try to help bridge the gap this has created. Remember,  United we stand, divided we fall, we want our law enforcement "PEACE OFFICERS" on our side when the time comes.

Indiana Governor Signs Bill Allowing Citizens To Use Deadly Force Against Police Officers Into Law March 23, 2012

(ADDICTING INFO)   Republican Governor Mitch Daniels has signed Senate Enrolled Act 1 into law in Indiana. The new law allows citizens to use deadly force against police officers they think are illegally entering their homes. Earlier this month, Addicting Info reported  that the bill had passed the Senate. Republicans say the bill is designed to keep police safe, but Democrats say the bill will lead to the wanton killing of police officers.

Rep. Craig Fry, a  Democrat, says the bill “is going to cause people to die and it’s too late after somebody dies for a jury to sort it out. Somebody’s going to die, whether it’s a police officer or an individual who thinks a police officer is entering their home unlawfully. People are going to die.”

Fry’s colleague, Democratic Rep. Linda Lawson, a former police captain, says the bill would create an “open season on law enforcement,” and it is opposed by “1,250 state police officers and 14,000 men and women in blue, brown and green.”
The new law reverses a state Supreme Court ruling that homeowners do not have the right to use force against law enforcement officials who they believe are illegally entering their homes. According to the Evansville Courier Press, an Evansville resident fought a police officer who followed him into his house during a domestic dispute call. “The state Supreme Court found that officers sometimes enter homes without warrants for reasons protected by the law, such as pursuing suspects or preventing the destruction of evidence. In these situations, we find it unwise to allow a homeowner to adjudge the legality of police conduct in the heat of the moment,” the court said. “As we decline to recognize a right to resist unlawful police entry into a home, we decline to recognize a right to batter a police officer as a part of that resistance.”
While announcing his decision to sign the bill into law, Governor Daniels tried to claim that the law doesn’t declare an open season on police officers.
“Today is an important day to say: Indiana’s outstanding law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day to protect all Hoosiers. The right thing to do is cooperate with them in every way possible. This law is not an invitation to use violence or force against law enforcement officers. In fact, it restricts when an individual can use force, specifically deadly force, on an officer, so don’t try anything. Chances are overwhelming you will be breaking the law and wind up in far worse trouble as a result.”
But Governor Daniels is merely attempting to put political spin on a bad bill. Indeed, Daniels admits that he nearly vetoed it precisely because the bill could be grossly misinterpreted and could lead to killings of police and citizens. This law is basically a loophole for citizens to kill police officers and claim self-defense. There are many people out there who think no police officers have the right to enter homes or property, even if there is a warrant.
As the state Supreme Court said, sometimes police officers have to enter homes to prevent the destruction of evidence or to prevent someone from grabbing a weapon in their home to use against police or someone else. Sometimes police must pursue suspects in their homes. But this bill reverses that ruling and gives those suspects the legal authority to slay police officers. It’s the equivalent of Florida’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ law that led to the killing of Trayvon Martin.
In that incident, George Zimmerman believed he had the legal right to gun down a kid for walking through the neighborhood simply for being a young African American male strolling around the community at night. Zimmerman, believing the innocent boy to be a threat, followed him and then shot him to death.
Because of the Florida law, Zimmerman remains a free man because he can claim self-defense. This Indiana law will allow people to do the same thing to police officers on their property and in their homes. It makes the already dangerous job of law enforcement even more dangerous and will ultimately lead to the legal murder of police officers who are just trying to do their job.
