More Than 22,000 Brave Nurses Refusing to Submit to Mandatory Vaccinations

Vatic Note: If we were to go along with globalizing, the criminal and "crimes against humanity" activities we would be subjected to would grow a 1000%, and we know how much we hate it at this level. You can imagine just how mad we would be at a global level. These nurses are heroes, to say the least, since this is a job loss decision on their part.

I see this as another part of the "soft kill" war against humanity, especially the RH negs who are under surveillance and under attack all the time by these khazars. Since they are mostly Christians, they are even more under attack for their religion, not just for their race.

So, these nurses are leading the way for us to resist mandatory anything in the way of medical treatments. I just saw an article showing how 70% of a group of children given vaccination, were dead within 48 hours.... so its getting worse, not better. I will try to post that if I can find it again.

That means these kids will not replace, in our population, those seniors who are dying off and that means population reduction. Remember, it was Bill Gates who said that vaccines were the path to population reduction. He has since promoted them in third world countries and even has a warrant out for his arrest in India for what he is doing to their young girls in sterilizing them using his foundations' vaccine program.

Despite a CDC study that found mandatory vaccines for nurses offer no protection for patients, hospitals are pushing hard for forced vaccinations. Many nurses are choosing to lose their jobs rather than submit to forced mandatory flu vaccinations, and one has even sued the hospital, state, and federal governments for $100,000,000.

(End All Disease) Nurses against Mandatory Vaccines (NAMV) was founded and formed by our CEO when she became alarmed when mandatory vaccination policies were being introduced into workplaces, and there seemed to be no rhyme or reason. First and foremost, NAMV is not anti-vaccine, but pro-choice when it comes to vaccination. We believe that all persons should have the right to choose and refuse medical treatment; that means nurses and healthcare workers alike.

Research and other publicly acquired information now shows why: hospital systems are REQUIRED to have a 90% or higher flu shot reception rate among their staff, or they lose up to 2% of their funding of Medicare/Medicaid (http://www.hhs.gov/ash/initiatives/hai/hcpflu.html). While the government itself does not require mandatory vaccination policies, many if not all, are taking an “all or nothing” stance against their workers. You now face being fired and without a job if you refuse a flu vaccine.

This is a human rights violation, is a violation of the Patient Bill of Rights, and is a huge EEOC violation.

The flu vaccine is not an effective way to eradicate a disease that is only ESTIMATED to cause approximately 30,000 deaths in the US per year. This number is lumped in with pneumonia cases. More people die each year from medical errors, heart disease, diabetes, and sepsis.

NAMV does not support mandatory vaccination policies for healthcare workers of any kind. We are here to stand up and fight back against this policy and procedure, and to fight back against the vaccine companies who clearly lobbied for this law ONLY to pad their own pockets. It has been suggested that the mandatory flu vaccines are for “patient safety.” The truth of the matter is, is that mandatory flu vaccine policies are to provide more funding and money for the vaccine companies who produce these drugs.

This nurse took a 4 day suspension without pay for refusing the flu vaccine, then was forced to wear a mask when she returned to work.

Many of these nurses are required to wear masks from November 1 through March 31, all the while being harassed by doctors and co-workers.

Tuna company faces criminal charges after cooking employee alive

Vatic Note: In trying to see the positive side of our situation, I saw this as at least the one crime these corporations cannot commit is murder. They get away with every other crime they have committed in this country, which includes Fraud, theft, market manipulations, insider trading, assassinations, but, we are safe physically in the work place and no where else, from anything else.

What a sad state of affairs, and another good thing I saw today was a person who is still and active sheep, but everyone else in the shop was wide awake and laughing at the sheep man who thought everything was just fine and the government is trustworthy. After everyone stopped laughing, he tried to turn it around onto those who are awake now, and it did not work. I found that the best news yet.

Oh, and just so you know, Bumble Bee tuna is owned now by a Thailand company whose biggest client is Walmart, now that should raise some eyebrows, and is a company that has been found to include dolphins in their tuna catches that they continue to process as Tuna. That is against the law to do, but they do it anyway.

So, I guess we should be grateful that they did not put that poor man in as part of the tuna offerings, like they do with Dolphins, to sell to the American public. Sorry, I just had to show the extremes globalists will go to, to make a buck.

(NaturalNews) Bumble Bee Foods of San Diego and two of its managers were officially charged on April 27 in the gruesome death of Jose Melena, an employee who was trapped inside an industrial oven. The tragedy occurred back in October 2012 at the tuna plant in Santa Fe Springs, California. According to the report issued by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), the sequence of events during the tragic accident was as follows:

Melena was responsible for loading the 54-inch by 36-foot ovens with 12 rolling metal baskets full of tuna cans. The ovens are used to sterilize aluminum cans and to process the tuna in the cans.

At the start of his 4 a.m. shift on Oct. 11, 2012, Melena was ordered by his supervisor to load one particular oven. Sometime before 5 a.m., according to the report, Melena entered the oven to make a repair or to adjust a chain inside the machine, leaving the pallet jack he was using outside the oven.

At that time, a second employee noticed the unused pallet jacket. Assuming Melena was in the bathroom, the second employee took the machine and loaded the oven with the baskets.

"Around the same time, the supervisor questioned why the employee was using the pallet jack and began asking employees if they had seen" Melena, the report said.

The report states an announcement was made on the intercom. Workers also began looking for Melena. They discovered that his vehicle was still in the parking lot. After searching for nearly an hour and a half, the boiler operator suggested that they open the last oven that was loaded.

The workers waited about 30 minutes for the oven to cool down before they could open it. Melena's body was eventually found at the exit side of the oven. Firefighters pronounced him dead at the scene.

Charges filed

The Bumble Bee Foods employees, Saul Florez and Angel Rodriguez, have been charged with three counts of occupational safety and health violation that caused a death, which is a felony. If found guilty, Florez and Rodriguez could be sentenced to a maximum of three years in prison and Bumble Bee Foods could have to pay up to $1.5 million in fines. The case is scheduled to continue in court on May 27, 2015.

Jose Melena of Wilmington was a father of six and had worked for Bumble Bee for six years prior to the accident. His daughter, Sarah Melena, told reporters that the charges are a relief. "Hopefully, I mean, they do fix all these things and not make another family go through something so horrible."

As a tree that Jose Melena planted just before his death continues to grow, his daughter said she hopes that the family can heal one day. "When that door was shut and he saw that, all the thoughts that went through his mind ... is just devastating," she said.

Workplace safety prosecutions

The case is being handled by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office. District Attorney Jackie Lacey discussed the goal to improve the prosecution side of workplace safety violations: "We take worker safety very seriously. Although the Bumble Bee investigation began in 2012, this case represents our commitment to protecting workers from illegal - and, potentially, deadly - on-the-job practices."

Bumble Bee Foods received citations for not evaluating and identifying the ten ovens in the production area as "hazardous and permit-required spaces." The company was also cited for not implementing a protocol regarding safety precautions while working inside the large ovens as mandated by law. It was also cited for failing to post "danger" signs to inform workers in those areas of the potential hazards.

Bumble Bee's released statement says: "We will be reviewing the citations with Cal/OSHA representatives in the coming weeks to resolve any disagreements regarding the citations." It added: "Safety is a top priority; we are cooperating fully with authorities, including Cal/OSHA, and have reviewed all safety procedures with plant employees and stressed the importance of following procedures to maximize employee safety."

Wal-Mart is facing questions tonight after CBS13 learns the company draws its bottled water from a Sacramento water district during California’s drought.
According to the label, the water comes from the Sacramento Municipal Water Supply. This comes on the heels of Starbucks opting to move sourcing and production of its Ethos bottled water from California to Pennsylvania.
While the label reads Great Value, the fine print reveals the bottled water is anything but a deal, especially for Sacramento residents.

“Either they were unaware, uninformed or unintentionally did this,” said public relations expert Doug Elmets. “It could be all three of those. Whatever it is, it’s a bad move and they need to correct it and they need to do it quickly.”

Sacramento sells water to a bottler, DS Services of America, at 99 cents for every 748 gallons—the same rate as other commercial and residential customers. That water is then bottled and sold at Walmart for 88 cents per gallon, meaning that $1 of water from Sacramento turns into $658.24 for Walmart and DS Services.

Used to be, when our police forces were a "serve and protect" operation, that anyone with certain hangups were rejected from that position of unlimited life and death power, and today, that seems to have changed.

Under the old system, we had very very little of these kinds of problems, and beginning with tasering, it seems to have increased. Is it because of the profiling that seems to be part, now, of the hiring process? Are only power hungry psychopathic individuals being hired and selected? Just asking! What we need is a whistleblower to get us a copy of the hiring profiles for new incoming officers and see if there has been any changes, anywhere or everywhere.

Some powers that be in some communities have even tried to subvert the Constitutional powers of the County Sheriffs, by making them "appointed" heads of the sheriffs depts, rather than elected by the people. We posted a couple of blogs on that issue a while back. It triggered some suspicions in our minds, because of the fusia centers that are being run by the khazars through the ADL and other lobbying groups such as AIPAC.

Our concern came as a result of finding out they were actually indoctrinating and training our officers and they are not law enforcement experts, so how did that happen? Let me encourage you to revisit the "protocols of the Elders of Zion" and reread that document, written by the Khazar Zionist Rothschild in 1897 and notice how right on and relevant what they wrote, is today. Its our new reality.

In fact, ADL and SPLC are currently on the advisory board for the Homeland SEcurity, and so far only dual Israeli citizens have been appointed as heads of that newly created dept, after the 9-11 Israeli conducted terrorist attack on the twin towers that resulted in the onerous Constitution gutting, Patriot Act.

The case for that was confirmed by Vanunu Mordechi who is an Israeli and publicized Israels theft of American Nuke technology resulting in Nuke weapons now in Israel's arsenal. He spent 18 years in jail for providing that info to the world press. JFK was going to address that fact when he was assassinated before he could. This story below is probably just the tip of the ice berg if we look deeply and broadly into this entire issue. Otherwise, we may find one of our relatives murdered when simply arrested without a trial.

I feel very fortunately to be living in my town since our cops are still doing the "serve and protect" and are friendly, helpful and not gun happy or short fused tempered. I don't believe I have ever seen any of our cops at anytime with their guns out of their holsters nor have I ever seen one of them carrying a taser out in the open. To me, that makes us a good example of good policing for the community and not for the powers that be.

There’s something to be said about the role of mental illness and crime.
That’s true of both the criminals cops arrest as well as the arresting officers who are out there on the streets policing criminals.

Police are people too. That means just like criminals on the street they’re also susceptible to the mental disease.

And it looks like the man who arrested Freddie Gray suffered from mental illness and his department knew about it. In fact they’d known about it for years and even had to take his gun from him at one point in time because of those concerns.

The highest-ranking Baltimore police officer in the arrest that led to Freddie Gray’s death was hospitalized in April 2012 over mental health concerns for an unknown duration and had his guns confiscated by local sheriff’s deputies, according to records from the sheriff’s office and court obtained by The Associated Press.

Lt. Brian Rice, who initially pursued Gray on a Baltimore street when Gray fled after Rice made eye contact April 12, declared three years ago that he “could not continue to go on like this” and threatened to commit an act that was censored in the public version of a report obtained by the AP from the Carroll County, Maryland, Sheriff’s Office.

Rice lived in the county, about 35 miles northwest of Baltimore. At the time, deputies were responding to a request to check on his welfare by a fellow Baltimore police officer who is the mother of Rice’s son.

Deputies reported that Rice appeared “normal and soft spoken” and said he had been seeking “sympathy and attention.” But citing “credible information,” the deputies confiscated both his official and personal guns, called his commanding officer and transported Rice to the Carroll Hospital Center. The weapons included his .40-caliber police pistol, a 9 mm handgun, an AK-47-style rifle, a .22-caliber rifle and two shotguns.

It was not immediately clear how long Rice was at the hospital or whether he went on his own accord. Rice declined to speak with the AP or discuss allegations in a subsequent court filing that he had behaved in erratic or threatening ways toward family members.

When the AP visited Rice’s home last week and left a note requesting an interview, Rice called the sheriff’s department to report the visit as trespassing. Karen McAleer, the mother of his son, also declined to speak with the AP.

The events described in the 2012 report provided the basis for one of at least two administrative suspensions for Rice in 2012 and 2013, a person familiar with the police department staff said. This person spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss confidential personnel matters.

The incidents described in the sheriff’s report and court records involving Rice’s personal problems portray allegations of concerns about self-control and judgment, as Baltimore police and the Justice Department investigate the injuries that Gray, 25, sustained in police custody. Police have said Gray ran after making eye contact with Rice.

After a brief chase, Gray was arrested “without force or incident,” according to a report filled out by one of the officers, though witness video shows officers kneeling around Gray while he screams. After being transported in the back of a police van, Gray was found unable to talk or breathe and died one week later from spinal trauma.

It also was not immediately clear whether or when all of Rice’s guns were returned. The sheriff’s report said the weapons “should be returned back to owner pending determination of the (censored).” But Rice was accused in June 2012 of removing a semi-automatic handgun from the trunk of his personal vehicle and threatening McAleer, according to a complaint filed in 2013.

A police report about that June 2012 incident omitted any reference to allegations that Rice brandished a weapon but noted that officers who responded spent hours searching for Rice over concerns for his welfare.

Baltimore police were made aware of worries that Rice might pose a risk to himself or others, according to the April 2012 sheriff’s report. Sheriff’s deputies spoke to a police commander for the city’s western district, where Rice worked, who initially requested that deputies not fax the report with details about their experiences with Rice because he would make arrangements to pick up a copy of the report and Rice’s service weapon. The official, whose name is twice misspelled, appeared to be James Handley, a police major who now heads Baltimore police’s property division.

A police spokesman, Capt. John Kowalczyk, said he could not comment on matters that might involve an officer’s personnel file. Speaking generally of department procedure, Kowalczyk said that the department had overhauled its procedures for dealing with discipline and employees who need help with personal matters since the arrival of Police Commissioner Anthony Batts in September 2012.

“These are tremendous changes to how we hold people accountable,” Kowalczyk said. He credited the changes for what he said were recent declines in complaints about officer misconduct and an increase in the percentage of disciplinary actions sustained by the police department’s trial board.

An attorney representing Rice, Michael Davey, did not respond Thursday to phone calls from AP asking to discuss the sheriff’s report about Rice’s hospitalization or gun seizures. Earlier in the week, he dismissed the significance of Rice also being placed on administrative leave as a result of a complaint in January 2013 by McAleer’s then-husband, Andrew, a former Baltimore firefighter who said Rice threatened him and asked for a court protective order.

Those threat claims were initially reported by The Guardian newspaper. Andrew McAleer, who did not respond to a note left at his last known address in court records, wrote to a judge that Rice had been transported in the earlier incident “to a local hospital for a mental health evaluation.” A judge granted the protective order but allowed it to expire after one week.

“People file peace orders all the time,” Davey said. “The only thing I’d comment on is, any issues similar to this had nothing to do with his ability to perform his duties as a Baltimore police officer.”

There’s no doubt about it, a police officer in a position of power and with a known mental illness could provoke untold harm if left to his own devices.
It looks like that might have happened here.

Sure, it’s speculation. But we know the culture of the Baltimore PD was one where excessive abuse wasn’t dealt with properly. So for Rice to have a known mental illness and be allowed to operate in that environment is a clear indication of trouble brewing.

I almost became a cosmologist, but decided on something more practical, but never lost my interest in science, so once in a while you will get one of my intriguing posts on science and what is going on in it that is interesting to say the least. Once of the blogs I put up at one time, was about the plasma universe, (electrical) which is competing with the hard physics universe of gravity. It was a most interesting article and video and if I can find it again, I will post the link for you to visit.

This below is even more intriguing since I am also a practicing Christian due to many things that lead me to the faith. Unexplanable things that happened to me that taught me that I am not in control of my own destiny in the normal way that we usually see these things. What I found is that decisions I made in my most distant past has come to be critical to my current work with this blog. I had no idea about it way back then. I see it now. I do believe in miracles and I do believe their is a master intelligence behind it all. That is why this below intrigued me so much.

Theoretical Quantum Physicist Dr. Amit Goswami (pictured) admitted today that he, and his peers, have absolutely “no fucking idea” what they’re doing, and claims they were no nearer than prehistoric man to figuring out the Universe.

“We have been just winging it to tell you the truth,” explained the 78-year-old in an exclusive interview with WWN. “Seriously, I haven’t a clue what’s going on. Neither does anyone else in my field. We keep proving stuff that never actually happened”.

“Our cover is blown, what can I say?" he added.

Dr. Goswami’s comments came after yet another alleged breakthrough in quantum mechanics which claims the universe has existed forever, as opposed to being created by a ‘big bang’.

“Over the years there have been just a handful of us pretending to know something about the universe that no one else does,” he went on. “But this is all lies to feed the charade. I’ve had some great times during the years, travelling the world and giving talks on our pretend finds”.

When asked how he got away with it for so long, he replied:

“I found out a long time ago that everything can be proven with a mathematical equation. Now, I mean everything; from unicorns, fire-breathing dragons, God and even the G-spot. None of it is true. Me and the handful that know the truth have been riding the Quantum Physicist celebrity wave for quite some time now, but it must end – before someone gets hurt”.

The University of Oregon professor warned that the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, could potentially wipe out the entire planet if the project is not put to a halt.

“Seriously, when myself, Higgs and Ben (Benjamin Lockspeiser, CERN’s first president) first pitched the idea, we never thought it would get funding. It was gonna cost billions for Christ’s sake,” he recalled. “Fuck knows what the thing does – no one does. Firing particles at each other at the speed of light can’t end well. I’m just worried now we took the joke too far”.

Ending the interview, professor Goswami apologised for “spoofing” everybody over the years. “I’m coming near the end of my days now and I just want to get this off my chest,” he said. “I just hope the world can forgive us”.

Reader, here are a few random notes on quantum physics which may be of interest to you.
I have just learned that the website that published the above article specializes in satirical spoofs. So quantum physics fans can relax! The above article was satire. The weird and wonderful world of quantum physics, complete with Schrödinger’s cat and an infinite number of parallel universes, is still with us.

I am also reliably informed that the nice Indian professor, Dr Goswami, never uses such bad language in his lectures and seminars and that his students would recoil in horror if he kept coming out with the F-word in such a shocking manner. Having said that, however, I must add that any student of quantum physics will tell you that there is bound to be a universe, somewhere or other, in which another version of Dr Goswami is doing just that — swearing like a trooper and using the F-word!

According to quantum physics, there is a universe in which Hitler won the Second World War. This is not science fiction. It is fact.

In that other alternative universe, every bit as valid as the one we inhabit, Hitler killed all the Jews in the world and there was not a single Jewish survivor left to tell the tale, nor a single Holocaust museum to commemorate the extermination of the Jews.

But wait! there is also a universe in which Hitler killed no Jews at all—not systematically and in large numbers—because he never intended to holocaust them in the first place! In such a universe, large numbers of Jews survived and went on to allege the extermination of six million Jews and to build numerous Holocaust museums to commemorate that fictitious event.

The real problem is that in most cases, the people fail to focus the power of the state or local governments to stop federal usurpation. In the few cases they have, such as the legalization of medical marijuana in 20+ states, it’s proven quite effective.
We just need more, and on more issues!

We call the process nullification, and James Madison gave us the blueprint for stopping federal overreach before the Constitution was even ratified. Madison acknowledged anti-federalist fears that the new general government would try to exercise undelegated powers. And he assured them that the power of the states could keep the tendency in check in Federalist 46.

"Should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular States, which would seldom fail to be the case, or even a warrantable measure be so, which may sometimes be the case, the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand.

The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps, refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union; the frowns of the executive magistracy of the State; the embarrassments created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any State, difficulties not to be despised; would form, in a large State, very serious impediments; and where the sentiments of several adjoining States happened to be in unison, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.

Federal Office Has Been Given By The States & Constitution Only Thirty Enumerated Powers To Implement For General Welfare.

Jury’s Power Of Nullification Is The U.S. Republic’s Justice!

Let’s break down Madison’s prescription.

“Should an unwarrantable measure…” What does Madison mean by “unwarrantable?” The word literally means “unjustifiable.” Madison was clearly talking about federal acts with no constitutional justification. In other words, unconstitutional.

But notice something interesting, Madison implies that state governments can even resist a “warrantable” or justifiable federal act.

So what does Madison suggest states do when the feds overstep their authority?
Oppose it!

“…the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand.” Madison anticipated the possibility of federal usurpation and clearly believed the states would serve as a check on federal power. He believed the states should and would resist unconstitutional acts.

So, what are the “means of opposition?”

1. Disquietude of the people – This would include protests and petitions generated at the grassroots level. Madison expected the people would throw a fit when the feds usurped power – even using the word “repugnance” to describe their displeasure. That’s a pretty strong word. And inevitably, disquietude leads to action – first at the local level, then bubbling up to the state level. That leads to the next step.

2. Refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union – Noncompliance. We preach it every day at the Tenth Amendment Center. Madison apparently knew what we know today. The feds rely on cooperation from state and local governments, as well as individuals. When enough people refuse to comply, they simply can’t enforce their so-called laws.

Consider 20 states operating legal medical marijuana programs. Sure, the feds can make some lives miserable with DEA raids, but no matter what they do, they will never get that genie back in the bottle.

Thus far, they’ve chosen to look the other way, for if they create the appearance of a Federal takeover of police powers in the States, they will fully expose their extra-constitutional behavior and provoke a direct confrontation with the States who will use the 10th Amendment to defend their prerogatives.” Mark Kreslins

A recent report shows the feds now labor with marijuana eradication in California because the state refuses to pitch in like it once did.

And Look at the feds struggling to implement Obamacare. Thirty states refusing to go along and set up the insurance exchanges threw quite the monkey wrench in the process. According to a Western Center for Journalism report, the GAO says vital parts of the computer systems running the exchanges remain unfinished. The government has no way to know who’s even eligible for federal subsidies, and no system exists to monitor insurance plans for compliance with the mountains of new regulations.

“It’s so complex and byzantine that the government is struggling to implement the law,” wrote Western Center for Journalism reporter Floyd Brown.
The GAO indicates the exchanges won’t be up and running by October as required by the law.

But do legislative devices stop at non-binding resolutions? Clearly not, because Madison said these measures would create “difficulties” and “impediments.”

Seventeenth century dictionaries list “obstruction” as a synonym for impediment. In other words, these legislative devices would serve to block the operation of unconstitutional power. This infers actions including formal, binding prohibitions of state or local cooperation, and outright interposition: “to intervene or place an agency between two positions.”

The personal liberty laws passed by northern states to thwart the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 serve as the best historical example of “legislative devices.”

The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 made a farce of due process, allowing for the arrest of a suspected runaway slave based on the word of the “property owner.” He simply had to swear an affidavit attesting to his “ownership” of the person in question, and he was allowed to drag that man or woman back South into slavery.

The States Nullify Unconstitutional Federal Laws, Even When Endorsed By Supreme Court: Public Opinion & Support Make It Easy To Resist Federal Tyranny.

The accused wasn’t even allowed to present evidence in his own defense. The act was meant to protect the “property” of slave holders, but many free blacks found themselves accused of escaping slavery and faced the prospect of living out their life on a plantation. And northerners understood that even an accused runaway should remain innocent until proven guilty, and enjoy basic due process rights.

Instead of simply submitting to federal authority and quietly participating in constitutionally dubious and morally repugnant fugitive-slave roundups, northern lawmakers aggressively resisted the fugitive slave acts. Officials in these states did everything within their power to thwart enforcement, including denying federal agents the use of jails, and even impeaching state officials who lent support to fugitive-slave claimants.

The Michigan legislature passed a law guaranteeing habeas corpus rights and a jury trial to any accused runaway, all in defiance of federal “law.” Some states went as far as to subject anybody attempting to remove a accused fugitives from the state without following the prescribed state procedure to kidnapping charges. And there were documented cases of arrests of federal agents.

Madison said these actions would oppose, in any State, difficulties not to be despised; would form, in a large State, very serious impediments; and where the sentiments of several adjoining States happened to be in unison, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.

Was he right? Well, northern resistance to the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 was so effective, South Carolina listed “nullification” of the fugitive slave laws in its declaration of causes for secession.

Madison clearly expected the states to serve as a check on federal power. He laid out the blueprint. And when the people of states have followed it, they’ve found success. But sadly, states seldom follow Madison’s prescription. Why? Because the people don’t demand it. Too often, they grovel in marble hallways along the Potomac and beg federal officials to stop abusing their authority, instead of demanding that they stop. The power ultimately lies in us – the people.

The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself:

“Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.”

We can’t blame the Constitution for our failure to enforce it.
Far too many Americans view any resistance to federal authority as rebellion. They need to recognize that the true rebels are elected officials, federal bureaucrats and functionaries in Washington D.C. who refuse to respect the constitutional limits of their power. It’s time for us to take on our proper role in this system and put down the rebellion.

As Madison said, the means are “powerful and at hand.”
