Utility Commissioner’s Emails Reveal Smart Meter Conspiracy

Vatic Note: This is a major major big issue in our little berg of a town up in the Colorado Mountains. There are activists responding to this in major big ways that I will go into some other time. For right now, its more important to educate you on just how pervasive and dangerous this is. Also, what they show they did below, in California, and did so intentionally, is exactly what they are in the process of doing here.

They are installing the meters without any knowledge by the homeowner, who runs the risk of both health and safety issues, including the potential for burning down their homes. These meters are going to spy on us within our homes, in total violation of our 4 and 5th Amendment rights.

Ironically, the issue of the over billing, that this below says is "....HAPPENING EVERYWHERE THESE METERS ARE INSTALLED"..... has not even been addressed yet, by most regulators, nor by our activist group, since we have not had enough time to be able to tell, that was also an issue. Now that will move the sheep for sure when they hear that.

It has nothing to do with electricity and rates, it has everything to do with massive global network spying to stop any resistance to their final take over attempts. That is why this has risen its ugly head at this time. So add that to the list of problems with smart meters and you have clear case of intentional harm which is a felony in most states criminal statutes.

The G-20 met and decided on this system of spying, globally, by using a worldwide grid consisting of smart meters which, simultaneously, irradiate us, and harm us healthwise (better known as "soft kill"), while also letting them extract our wealth from us through the overbilling. They also cause house fires where homes have been burned to the ground and everything lost, family photos, and historical records, etc.

This is way worse and in line with what they have done so far as the previous blog has shown. They cannot globalize world wide, without a massive global spying operation in place, until they can force us into ant colonies of 300 SF space condos stacked up high and in very controlled geographic land sizes that force them to build up instead of out. At that point, the spying will become much easier with all the smart meters in a much smaller space and a lot easier to manage.

Its imperative that we acknowledge to ourselves the cabal's total disdain for average Americans, and others in other nations, that are goyim. What they are doing to us, will not stop, until we do recognize that disdain and own it, so we can defend against it, as John Lennon said often "These people are totally insane", and he was soooo right.

FAT CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG: Evidence has now been made public of illegal actions and collusion between former California Public Utilities Commission president Michael Peevey and utility PG&E, as criminal investigations continue.

As part of a federal and state investigation into what appears to be systemic corruption involving former senior executives at PG&E and the California Public Utilities Commission, 65,000 emails have been publicly released, revealing collusion and conspiracy.

Former commission president Michael Peevey and former PG&E Vice President Brian Cherry are wishing investigators would have been kept in the dark. The pair privately discussed problems with so-called “smart” meters, violating their own rules of procedure while admitting to health harm and overbilling problems – which several thousand Californians had been warning about since 2010.

Details continue to surface, as press and researchers continue to delve into the mountain of collusion.

It is perhaps justly ironic that we now see, made public, the private email correspondence of those who have teamed up to deploy technology which, according to a 2012 US Congressional Research report, facilitates unprecedented in-home surveillance.

Here are some highlights from their correspondence:

1) Peevey knew – since 2010 – that “smart” meters can cause physical harm.

And he believed PG&E should do something about it, albeit “quietly”. However, instead of regulating the utility to ensure public safety, he deferred his lawful duty to PG&E – the entity causing the harm.

From a 2010 email:

“Peevey wanted PG&E to keep it quiet,” writes Sandi Maurer, Director of the EMF Safety Network. “He didn’t want other customers, or the rest of the world to know there’s a problem with smart meters causing customers pain.”

2) Peevey said after a “smart” meter was installed on his vacation home, his bill more than doubled.

Sunday’s LA Times reported this one. “Obviously something is wrong,” Peevey wrote to Cherry in 2011. “I would like an explanation.”

PG&E reacted immediately to perform a “deep dive investigation” into the billing situation at the 3,118-square-foot Sea Ranch home on the Northern California coast.

There have been tens of thousands of billing complaints in California, revealing a widespread, systemic overbilling problem which appears to be the case everywhere “smart” meters are installed.

3) Peevey and Cherry colluded to permanently delay hearings until the “smart” meter rollout was completed.

As noted in EMF Safety Network’s January 22 appeal for rehearing, an email from Cherry to Tom Bottorff – a senior VP who left in disgrace but received $1.1M in severance pay – outlines the CPUC conspiracy to delay “smart” meter hearings until all “smart” meters had already been installed:

Mike [Peevey, the CPUC president] grumbled about the CCSF PFM [City and County of San Francisco Petition for Modification] and the folks in Sebastopool [sic] who want to delay SmartMeter implementation. He implied that this wasn’t going to happen and that by the time the Commission got around to acting on it, we would have installed all of our meters.

In fact, not all of the “smart” meters have been installed in California – as thousands of customers have refused and 57 local governments don’t want them – and there are now obvious issues with those that were installed.

Thanks to multi-year efforts of advocate groups like EMF Safety Network and StopSmartMeters!, the cat is now out of the bag as to how dangerous and corrupt the grand plans of people like Michael Peevey have been. The CPUC and PG&E knew that people were being harmed and they colluded to silence the truth.

We encourage you to stay tuned as more revelations come out by the day. With the judge-shopping scandal, ex-Commissioner Peevey’s home computers, hard drives and smart phones were seized in January by investigators. This has already led to more evidence of collusion in the multi-billion dollar bailout of the San Onofre nuclear power plant in 2013.

As utility and political leaders from around the country toasted Michael Peevey last night on a “job well done”, truth advocates will continue to sift through emails. We can only guess what will be revealed in the coming months. However, it appears that it won’t be a comfortable retirement for those who broke their own rules and brushed aside safety in order to push through the multi-billion dollar boondoggle that is the wireless “smart” grid.

What I am truly coming to appreciate about the internet, is the "preservation" of truth in history and the correcting of previous lies of history. Its time we, the people, finally get the truth about it all, including the "WHO" of it all. When agape justice is done, then the nation can move onto greater things, which has almost been lost by those with no ability to move in an upward direction to greater heights, but then when you wallow with the swine, its hard to change your perspective, since you can not "see" above the muck.

What we see these infiltrators doing to our children, and to our nation, is what was done to them as children and that is how they turned out to be so demonic and evil. That cycle has to be broken and only we can do that. What this below highlights is how "making money" now beats out any semblance of ethics, or higher ideals and that is a first step toward the satanic practice of harming others just for the simple pleasure of it, that these satanists enjoy so much.

We can only guess at where this will end up if they prevail..... THEREFORE, THEY MUST NOT PREVAIL. That also is solely up to us and no one else. We must show up, and do the best we can and God will take care of the rest. We must never forget that we are our forefathers children and start acting like it.

Not every American child stolen by Daddy Bush’s minions is sacrificed to the Bush family god Satan, or shot down as sport and recreation by Dick Cheney’s friends. Some children are just sold through courts or given as gifts. Others are farmed out to Big Pharma through state social service agencies controlled by Bush/Millman organized crime syndicate stooges for human drug experiments, or to shake down the Department of Treasury and the states through Medicaid fraud. (VN: you have to be heartless and soul-less to harm little children who depend on adults for protection. What a deep violation of trust of our most vulnerable of all of our citizens.

There is a dark and deeply wounding penalty for such acts against children. Its my prayer that such justice and punishment will be for all eternity, never ending and will wreck havoc upon those that engage in such acts against such innocence.)

The Story of Bret Landrith – A Good Man

We have been lied to repeatedly by our own newspapers, television and other mainstream media whenever organized crime needs to use our military forces and American blood to enforce its control over Bankster-targeted civilian populations. (VN: boy, this has been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt, and Smedley Butler confirms it.)

That same media deliberately ignores the conduct of organized crime within our Congress and the control international organized crime, in partnership with the rogue state of Israel, exerts over our nation’s institutions and public offices, including various military commands and intelligence agencies which have been infiltrated by the enforcers.

And, most important, mainstream media blacks out any news revealing the mass corrupting out of our courts and legal system by this same crime force, the (VN: KHAZAR....) Bush/Millman crime syndicate started by President George H. W. Bush (“Daddy Bush” or “Poppy Bush”, if you are like Jeb Bush and have the misfortune of being related to him by blood) and my former father-in-law Leonard Millman, who was Daddy Bush’s roommate at Yale.

Today I am going to tell you the story of a man who came to my aid when no one else would, and at the risk of his own life, when I was being targeted for assassination by the same public agencies financed by your taxes and mine, but which have fallen to the infiltration of the Bush/Millman crime syndicate.

Some people have said it was because he had nothing left to lose, as if to excuse their own inaction or personal cowardness, even while they were drawing a US Treasury check and were sworn officers of the law, having the responsibility to investigate and prosecute crimes, such as kidnapping and racketeering.

But, when I had no place to hide and was being hunted down on the roads and highways, I was sure glad Bret Landrith arranged for a place for me to rest, helped me find a little work, and get back on my feet.

…All from a guy who had been destroyed by the Bush/Millman crime syndicate stooges in the Kansas State government.

A former attorney, Bret D. Landrith, lost the right to raise his own children (similar to my case during my parental termination after my ex-wife tried to murder my infant daughter; see: Kerre Millman Denver’s Illuminati Princess Manipulator Liar Attempted Murderer). Landrith was targeted for accepting the pro bono appeal of a parental rights termination case of a former Army Infantryman of American Indian descent, David M. Price.

In a conspiracy with the Kansas judges’ child-kidnapping rackett, Bruce Woolpert, Price’s former attorney, had taken over twenty thousand dollars of state funds to deliberately lose the trial for David Price, so that his infant son.

Unbeknownst to the public, a ring of adoption attorneys gave kickbacks to the Kansas Judges’ Special Retirement Fund. A member of this well-connected ring, Alan Hazlett, was a former president of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, and is the brother of Stanton A. Hazlett, the State of Kansas Attorney Discipline Administrator.

The Kansas judges didn’t worry about the $20,000.00 of state taxpayers’ money for Price’s trial defense attorney (in a state where Millman Stooge, Senator Bob Dole got Big Agribiz big checks for not farming). Paying an attorney to not represent a client made sound financial sense. The State of Kansas — or more important, Kansas judges — received US Treasury funds, often more than $100,000.00 per child taken.

The Private Adoption Market specializes in Court-Kidnapped Children

If you are a State of Kansas judge and you admire Bill Gates for his wealth, all you have to do is steal more kids.

“As a result, a whole industry has grown, generating millions of dollars of revenues each year, seeking babies for adoption and charging prospective parents enormous fees to process paperwork.

…Report submitted by M. Juan Miguel Petit, Special Rapporteur, on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/92.”

The private adoption market has spawned a multimillion dollar industry in the United States recognized by The Special Rapporteur on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, Mr. Juan Miguel Petit, in his report for the 59th session of the UN Commission on Human Rights:

“Regrettably, in many cases, the emphasis has changed from the desire to provide a needy child with a home, to that of providing a needy parent with a child. As a result, a whole industry has grown, generating millions of dollars of revenues each year, seeking babies for adoption and charging prospective parents enormous fees to process paperwork.”

Report submitted by M. Juan Miguel Petit, Special Rapporteur, on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/92. ADVANCE EDITED VERSION 6 January 2003. The UN report was based on fraud and coercion taking place in private commercial adoptions with anecdotal information chiefly related to Kansas adoptions.

David Price repeatedly met with the US Attorney for Kansas at the time, Eric Melgren who had been appointed by George W. Bush.

But USA Eric Melgren refused to investigate the kidnapping of Price’s infant son, Baby C, who was taken across state lines and placed in the Colorado home of “adoptive parents” by the well-connected Kansas adoption attorney Austin K. Vincent, a Republican, before David Price’s parental rights were terminated.

This fraud was facilitated by misrepresenting the adoptive parents’ home in Stratton, Colorado, as “Stratton, Kansas” on the paperwork. The residence of the parents is required by law to be filed with the Kansas Department of Children and Family Services, so as to guard against Interstate Child-Trafficking for private adoptions, a for-profit industry.

The Kansas adoption attorney Austin K. Vincent kept these incriminating documents out of the court record and refused any request by David M. Price to obtain them in discovery.

After first being targeted for firing by Karl Rove and then Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, US Attorney Melgren begged to keep his job and pledged to refrain from the “misconduct of prosecuting any activity of the Crime Syndicate.” In reward for his service in the Bush/Millman Crime Syndicate, Eric Melgren was made a federal judge in the last days of the George W. Bush Administration.

Payback Against American Veteran David Price

Later, the Kansas judges would come back for Price’s sixteen year old daughter who was on the honor roll at school, and traffic her out for statutory rape, while causing her to miss the remainder of her high school junior and senior years, and while fraudulently concealing her absences in violation of a court order.

Price would not fall for the deceit of his attorney Craig E. Collins, a Kansas attorney desperately seeking survival points with the State of Kansas Attorney Discipline Administrator, Stanton A. Hazlett. So, then the Kansas judges appointed a young Washburn Law School graduate to represent Price, Catherine Woodward Wick. When she saw first-hand how corrupt the Kansas judicial branch child-stealing racket was, Wick left Kansas altogether.

Two other appointed attorneys for Price, Cleo G. Murphy and Kendall M. McVay also withdrew from representing Price when the official extortion of their licenses to practice law was too great a risk to continue representing Price’s interest, or to enter an appearance on Price’s federal habeas corpus petition.

Yet, Attorney Kendall M. McVay made an affidavit of the frauds on the court by “The Farm” — a State of Kansas social services contracting corporation receiving the foster care funds and the Kansas Department of Children and Families — in order to keep Price’s daughter beyond the one-year mark. This mark maximizes the US Treasury funds received by the Kansas Judicial Branch Officials.

The Kansas judges solved the problem of Price — who had attempted to appeal the taking of his daughter through fraud and terminating his parental rights — by indefinitely jailing him for non payment of her child support. This was despite Price having been one of the original twelve Americans on America’s “Do Not Work List”.

Price was a transport industry worker, and his job was taken from him in retaliation. His wife’s disability from the US Postal Service paid the healthcare expenses of their daughter, while The Farm double-dipped Medicaid.

Fraud is big business in Kansas and if you don’t have a Business Science degree you won’t keep up.

And despite the Shawnee County Kansas Court being compensated from the US Treasury for the indigent parental rights defense costs of Kendall M. McVay, (the major contributor to Republican Governor Sam Brownback) — Price was repeatedly jailed to interfere with defending his daughter in court.

Without realizing that the adoption attorney Austin K. Vincent enjoyed powerful political protection for his repeated involvement as an adoption attorney in cases where Kansas children were kidnapped pursuant to a private for profit adoption and the natural parents were obstructed from vindicating their rights in State of Kansas courts — Landrith undertook to represent Price in a pro bono appeal in the ABA model rules’ required conduct.

Landrith was also representing Medical Supply Chain Inc, in a major antitrust action that would have ended what was then $80 Billion a year being skimmed from American hospitals and the Veterans’ Administration by the Novation LLC cartel.

Also, unknown to Landrith, Novation LLC was the only private sector client Alberto Gonzales ever had, and the central instrumentality of Jeb Bush’s family crime syndicate takeover of American healthcare and insurance rackets. It was mistakenly going after the Springfield Missouri hospital chain Cox Health System that caused Karl Rove and Alberto Gonzales to fire my US Attorney Todd Graves in Kansas City, even though Todd Graves was loyal Bush family supporter and represented Mob Crime Boss Leonard Millman after leaving his US Attorney position.

LANDRITH V HAZETT APPEAL BRIEF

David M. Price eventually figured out and now believes that all the US Treasury funds going to the State of Kansas Department of Children and Family Services — (hundreds of millions of dollars, plenty to kill someone over in a state where a private detective got some film on some Shawnee County judges and was found dead in his rented house and with no film, when Sheriff’s investigator Franklin Williams got notice of the crime and recounted this information to others) — were being funneled to a private investment banking account in Kansas City Missouri.

Price had identified the banking account as the Kemper Trust Fund, which is a banking family and “buffer” for the Leonard Millman/ Daddy Bush crime syndicate.

I was on the run from the Leonard Millman/ Daddy Bush crime syndicate and fleeing the property of a retired military flag officer, when even he had become too much in danger by my presence when I made it to North East, Kansas. I couldn’t yet move home to enjoy the last few years of my mother’s life, because it would have been too easy to target my parents.

Luckily, on every major battlefield, there are ghosts — people who instinctively know their work here is not yet done. Landrith listened to what I had experienced and recognized what I had witnessed. And he recognized the significance of the Chief Judge for the District of Wyoming being assigned to investigate whether the grand jury was warranted in 1995, and he made the determination, after hearing my testimony, that the grand jury should proceed.

Stewart Webb vs. Kerre Millman, Leonard Millman, George HW Bush and others case number 95-Y-107 filed US District Court for the District of Colorado

Landrith suggested I go to the US Attorney for the District of Kansas since I had what he recognized appeared to be an open US Grand Jury case in the US District Court for the District of Colorado and was sharing with him evidence of the repeated bribes of the Colorado former US Attorney Michael J. Norton and the killing of the then Chief Judge Richard Matsch of Colorado US District court’s daughter by one of George H. W. Bush and Leonard Millman’s hit men.

Since I knew Eric Melgrin, the Kansas US Attorney at the time had thrown his lot in with the Millman/ Daddy Bush crime syndicate, I knew that was hopeless, and that I could not get any US Attorney to proceed with the grand jury and allow my witnesses to present evidence of the crimes.

Bret Landrith agreed after my repeated pleas to volunteer and represent me before the grand jury and put on my evidence for $1.00 US, if the US District Court for the District of Kansas ordered that he be allowed to, and suggested I make a motion to transfer the grand jury to the Kansas District Court at Kansas City, Kansas, where the Tenth Circuit headquartered in Denver had a courtroom on the Third floor.

But, Landrith refused to help me with the case until the Kansas District Court ordered that he be permitted to. When I bitched repeatedly that I could not produce a document fit for court, he suggested writing it with a crayon on Big Chief Tablet paper and filing in forma pauperis status since I could not afford the fees.

I only thought I was dodging bullets, death rays, and assassination attempts when I made my way back to North East Kansas, near the state I had grown up in and where my father had lived. (He had had a Q-clearance and had spent his life working on the hardware that helped keep America secure from every external enemy since World War II.)

Once I filed the above complaint in federal court, my ex-father-in-law Leonard Millman and his main lieutenant “Buffer” Larry Mizel set about to make me job number One. The reader can see this on my web site StewWebb.com.

I have posted a few of the gruesome pictures, the wreckage of what was left of my tools of trade, the van that was my only real home for many years, then the next van they tried to take me out in sits totaled out in my driveway yet to be paid for by a criminal insurance company.

There was the destruction and burning of a customer’s house October 2011 in Prairie Village, Kansas a suburban neighborhood by the Missouri Joint Federal State Task Force after rogue FBI agents had located where I was doing a whole house remodeling job, and the constant cyberwarfare against whatever small computer or phone I was fortunate enough to have been given or to have exchanged labor for. All these were reduced to e-Waste non-working junk by the hacking attacks and warrantless surveillance teams.

But losing the things you cannot photograph — like time with your loved ones — is what hurt the most.

I refused to quit though and I would figure out new ways to get the word out to government regulators, the investors in the publicly traded organized crime corporations, steadily increasing the costs to Larry Mizel and Leonard Millman for their infiltration and takeover of America. Millman was able to tank the case after the Kansas District Judges cowardly surrendered jurisdiction to a full time asset of the Leonard Millman/ Daddy Bush crime syndicate, then Missouri District Court Chief Judge Fernado J. Gaitan, Jr.

Even though Judge Gaitan tanked the case, honest American citizens who had unwittingly invested in the many Larry Mizel and Leonard Millman instrumentalities of fraud and corruption became concerned and attempted to exercise corporate governance. Larry Mizel was forced to help his boss Millman fake Millman’s death and relocate to Cuba and Ecuador with Millman’s old “cut out” and fraud man Robert Vesco.

Landrith however was still being kept from working even as a forklift operator, or truck driver, or in any other job that might allow him to help Samuel Lipari enter the hospital supply market with Medical Supply Chain.com and put at risk the now two Trillion Dollar hospital supply market controlled through the Bush/Millman Crime Syndicate cut outs like Novation LLC, Jeb Bush’s Tenet Healthcare, and even the big Republican contributor Cerner Corp.

Then, when the Kansas Government criminals and farm team thug operators for the Bush/Millman organized crime syndicate discovered that, they joined with the current US Attorney for the District of Kansas, Barry Grisom set out to destroy Landrith and have him sanctioned for even seeking even the clearly established right to relief from deprivations of federal statutory benefits.

While every shred of due process was denied Landrith for over two years just on food stamps, Landrith was convinced by others to report the participation of federal and state officials in crimes here to the incoming Director of the FBI and Assistant US Attorney all around good guy, James Comey. Comey had personally stood up even to Karl Rove and Alberto Gonzales just as the two were about to plunge the dagger into the heart of our nation’s constitution and kill it off for the Bush family, while Attorney General John Ashcroft was in a hospital bed undergoing major surgery.

Music most certainly impacts our mood. The connection between music and mood has been analyzed, formally studied, and reported on regularly for decades (and known for thousands of years).

It’s likely that you already have come to understand the association between music and mood in your personal life, even if only subconsciously.

You probably have certain playlists devoted to particular tasks or at least, you understand the difference between music that should be played at a wedding and music that should be played at a funeral.

When you’re feeling sad. Lyrics are distracting for many people, but instrumental music, like classical or film scores, can help some people to focus.
When you need to unwind. Music that is designed specifically for relaxation does the best job at causing listeners to relax. Low bass tones and whooshing ocean-like sounds are particularly instrumental in relaxation. There’s a reason why these types of sounds are played during massages in places across the globe. So don’t feel silly: go ahead and indulge in one of those spa-sounds, New Age albums created with the exact intention of relaxing you the next time you just need to unwind.

No declaration of "martial law" but affirmation of "Continuity of Government".

Dave Hodges has put his finger on a crucial aspect of one of the last executive orders from Dictator Obama, which shifts responsibility for surveillance on the American people (aka “domestic terrorists”) from NSA to DHS, for the reason that, while NSA has the authority to gather intelligence, it does not have the authority to also act upon it, which requires several levels of evaluation and tasking of agencies to act on it. DHS, however, can both gather and act upon its own intelligence.

This creates a perfect recipe for using DHS to attack and terrorize the American people under the guise of enforcing laws against domestic terrorism. We know that there are virtually no bona fide “domestic terrorists” from a study by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security (released on 3 October 2012) based upon its review of 680 “fusion center” reports that found not a single example of a domestic terrorist action from 2009-2010: Zero! Zilch! Nada! Not one! None! NOTHING!

What Hodges has also observed is that this executive order, EO 13603, also gives him control over all forms of energy, all forms of civil transportation, all usable water from all sources, all commodities and products that are consumable and more–which are tyrannical powers that would only be sought by an authoritarian (indeed, totalitarian) government.

The public has been scammed by a young, articulate, handsome black man, who has disarmed the critics through the force of social pressure and political correctness, which has become a tool for suppressing the exercise of critical thinking and an instrument for promoting undemocratic polities and acts. (VN: I am always suspicious when ever anyone tries to convince me that Obama has a say over anything. We now have the blueprint that explains why DHS has been actively acquiring a massive arsenal of .40 calibre, hollow-point rounds that are not permissible in combat under the Hague and Geneva Conventions (because they are designed to maim and kill) and the activation of hundreds of FEMA camps (about which Dennis Cimino and I as well as others have written).

The ability to withhold food and water will be the mechanism of enslavement. Most Americans, confronted with the stark choice between starvation and slavery, will opt for slavery; while those who resist will have their brains blown out using those .40 caliber hollow-point rounds DHS said it was using for “target practice”.

Moreover, as Hodges observes, no “false flag” event is needed as a pretense to seize food and imperil survivability: Section 201(b) of the Obama EO clearly states that this EO is enforceable under both emergency and non-emergency conditions. All of this will be brought to us by a government that no longer serves the American people.

America Jails War Protesters

Through the 20th century, America has been a nation which has jailed war protesters in ever-increasing numbers (e.g. World War I, internment of Japanese-American CITIZENS in World War II, and of course during the Vietnam where deadly force was even used at Kent State in 1970). Even Lincoln jailed citizens and journalists who have dared to object to the draft during the Civil War.

History Will Soon Repeat Itself

America is about to engage in the same behavior of citizen subjugation in preparation for a coming war. Only this time, protesting will not be permitted and protesters will be “dealt with”. Along these lines, I am in receipt of the following which is very troublesome:

One of my colleagues in the media sent me the press release. Within 15 minutes, I had two very high level confirmations of what this meant. One of the sources is a high ranking government official with oversight responsibilities and the other is an ex-military intelligence asset with multiple and strong connections to dissident military types serving today.

However, this is a story that writes itself. I really do not need unnamed sources in order to demonstrate where this is likely headed. The President’s intention to transfer intelligence information on American citizens from the NSA to the DHS is both ominous and the purpose is self-evident. (VN: especially if you realize just how much DHS is like the STorm Troopers of WW II, in which the bankers were also involved, at the same level, and in the same way.) My sources simply serve to reinforce the obvious intent. Also, this information is beginning to leak out in the independent media.

Anyone who has read my articles over the past two years knows that I have obtained information that the NSA’s massive data mining of every person is inextricably tied to creating a Threat Matrix Score for each and every American based on key word analyses of their cell phone conversations, emails, social media statements, etc. Also, a “known associates” file is maintained to determine the amount social reach a potential dissident has. For example, the bigger their reading audience or listening audience or Facebook following, the higher a person’s Threat Matrix Score.

Visionaries such as Steve Quayle and Doug Hagmann have been warning us for decades about the creation of a so-called “Red List”. The Red List is a modern-day interpretation of Nixon “Enemies list”. However, what is happening today is much more nefarious. The “Red List” is a “dissident removal list” and it will be conducted with extreme prejudice.

The people who have referred to such lists and those brave enough to expose them, as “fear-mongers”, may soon change their tune. After reading this article, these people are going to have a little harder time sleeping tonight.

Why Is Obama Transferring Intelligence Gathering on American Citizens from the NSA to the DHS?

This is the $64 million dollar question. When the NSA gathers information on Dave Hodges, the information may be shared with the Fusion Threat Centers and various domestic law enforcement agencies. However, the NSA’s intelligence is not immediately actionable. For NSA intelligence to be acted upon, a second generation set of agencies have to be involved. This is cumbersome and slow.

Who has the ability to oversee intelligence gathering and simultaneously act upon the intelligence? It is none other than the Department of Homeland Security. It is also the DHS that has, in the past two years, acquired 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition as well as 2700 armored personnel carriers, not the NSA. It is clear that DHS is the army of the central bankers who have hijacked our government and they are preparing to remove dissidents.

Keep in mind that this coming war is a war to preserve the Petrodollar and it will be waged at all costs. All opposition will be eliminated.

The optimistic part of me would like to believe that this transfer of power is only about streamlining our war on terror, then I am reminded who started al Qaeda and ISIS.

Dissident Roundups Are Coming

Through several conversations I have had in the 45 minutes prior to writing this article, I have learned the following:

There are two programs designed to round up people who are viewed as a danger to the status quo. The two operations are labeled “Operation BOA”, as in boa constrictor, and “Operation Lightening”. I have some operational details, but at this point they are still sketchy.

Suffice it to say that Operation Lightening is the 3AM round up of all perceived dissident journalists and even some local politicians. This will be accomplished on a single night of terror. Operation BOA is a more deliberate process and will focus on more non-media threats such as outspoken veterans, gun rights activists, etc.

There Will Be No Martial Law Declaration

Martial law will not be called martial law, it will be labeled as “Continuity of Government”. The announcement of the procedures designed to enhance the “Continuity of Government” policies will be made by a four star General from NORTHCOM.

There is no definitive timeframe for this announcement. Logic would dictate that it will come in close proximity to launching new ground operations in the Middle East against the CIA created ISIS.

What Can Be Done?

There is no need for you to be concerned about what you say on Twitter, Facebook, on the phone or in print, that ship has already sailed. You already have a Threat Matrix Score and that score could eventually hold very significant consequences for you and your family.

Can anything be done? Probably. However, the only thing that I think that may actually back up the enforcement of this plan is if enough people express awareness and outrage as to these violations of our 4th and 5th Amendment rights. As I wrote about in this morning’s article, this actionable intelligence will be supported by the NDAA and Executive Order 13603 which involves civilian round-ups (NDAA) and civilian conscription (EO 13603).
