Burisma Holdings, Ukraine’s largest private gas producer, has expanded its Board of Directors by bringing on Mr. R Hunter Biden as a new director.
R. Hunter Biden will be in charge of the Holdings’ legal unit and will provide support for the Company among international organizations. On his new appointment, he commented:

“Burisma’s track record of innovations and industry leadership in the field of natural gas means that it can be a strong driver of a strong economy in Ukraine. As a new member of the Board, I believe that my assistance in consulting the Company on matters of transparency, corporate governance and responsibility, international expansion and other priorities will contribute to the economy and benefit the people of Ukraine.”

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, Mr. Alan Apter, noted: “The company’s strategy is aimed at the strongest concentration of professional staff and the introduction of best corporate practices, and we’re delighted that Mr. Biden is joining us to help us achieve these goals.”

R. Hunter Biden is a counsel to Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, a national law firm based in New York, USA, which served in cases including “Bush vs. Gore”, and “U.S. vs. Microsoft”. He is one of the co-founders and a managing partner of the investment advisory company Rosemont Seneca Partners, as well as chairman of the board of Rosemont Seneca Advisors. He is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s Masters Program in the School of Foreign Service.

Mr. Biden has experience in public service and foreign policy. He is a director for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, The Center for National Policy, and the Chairman’s Advisory Board for the National Democratic Institute. Having served as a Senior Vice President at MBNA bank, (VN: Gee, what a surprise) former U.S. President Bill Clinton appointed him an Executive Director of E-Commerce Policy Coordination under Secretary of Commerce William Daley. Mr. Biden served as Honorary Co-Chair of the 2008 Obama-Biden Inaugural Committee.

Mr. Biden is a member of the bar in the State of Connecticut, and the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Court of Federal Claims. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

R. Hunter Biden is also a well-known public figure. He is chairman of the Board of the World Food Programme U.S.A., together with the world’s largest humanitarian organization, the United Nations World Food Programme.

In this capacity he offers assistance to the poor in developing countries, fighting hunger and poverty, and helping to provide food and education to 300 million malnourished children around the world.

Company Background:

Burisma Holdings is a privately owned oil and gas company with assets in Ukraine and operating in the energy market since 2002. To date, the company holds a portfolio with permits to develop fields in the Dnieper-Donets, the Carpathian and the Azov-Kuban basins.

In 2013, the daily gas production grew steadily and at year-end amounted to 11.6 thousand BOE (barrels of oil equivalent – incl. gas, condensate and crude oil), or 1.8 million m3 of natural gas. The company sells these volumes in the domestic market through traders, as well as directly to final consumers.

My wife's from a secular Jewish family yet she distinctly remembers having been inculcated with a "persecution complex." Though from a loose dysfunctional family, she clearly had been informed that the Jews were "God's Chosen people," TM. She said the mindset was clearly, "I'm Chosen, therefore I'm persecuted."

She also told me that the name Jesus would make her recoil and think "that traitor!" Churches to her were dark buildings where mysterious things went on inside. My wife knows she was indoctrinated but doesn't know when or how.

By the way, she's been wide awake to all this for a long time and totally agrees "anti Semitism" is a disingenuous (shall we say stereotypically Jewish?) trick used for the purposes of controlling the Gentile mind. They admit they use it as a sleazy
trick to disarm their political opponents.

Without total control of food, air and water, they cannot prevail. So far, their plans were this...... AFRICA will be the agricultural haven for the eastern hemisphere which includes Europe; SOUTH AMERICA will be the agricultural base for the western Hemisphere which includes the USA.

Notice that all canned beef is from South America, as are our veggies and fruit. Last, but not least, all fishing and seafood will come from the Asian countries, primarily China and the Koreas. We saw that before the gulf blowout when Obama signed an EO stating that our fisherman could not fish within the 12 mile limit. He almost had a rebellion along the gulf coast over that one.

However, Asian fisherman could fish within the 12 mile limit which was not the case before. They finally blew the gulf out as it was clearly the only way to enforce the 12 mile limit, by scaring tourists and seafood eaters to death with the corexit scare. Then there would be no buyers for our fishermen, forcing them into bancruptcy and losing their land and boats. They did the same thing to the Island in the gulf just before the blow out.

We did a blog proving the board of Directors for BP, (Goldman Sachs owned by Rothschild) sold almost all their shares in BP just before the blow out occurred. That meant they knew, if not did it. It was one of the recommendations of the 1966 Iron Mtn report, to have an eco disaster to force us to globalize in order to fix the problem. However, that attempt was exposed as well.

Haarp is causing the jet stream to veer away from us, taking precious rain away and causing droughts in the western hemisphere so we can't grow anything or water our cows and other domestic animals. Then comes the land grab, then communism which is the precursor to full on fascism. Corporations then run the government and decide what to do with the land, including raping and pillaging it for all its natural resources, while the people themselves can go straight to hell, for all they care. WEED, N.M. (AP) — The latest dispute over federal control of land and water in the West has erupted along the banks of the Agua Chiquita, a small spring-fed stream in the mountains of southern New Mexico where the federal government has installed metal fences and locked gates to keep cattle out.

The move has enraged one rural county, where the sheriff has been ordered by the county commission to cut the locks. The U.S. attorney for the district of New Mexico hoped a meeting Friday would ease tensions enough to avoid an escalation like the armed standoff last month over grazing rights in Nevada.

The discussion resulted only in more frustration and disappointment.
Otero County Commissioner Ronny Rardin said after the meeting that the dispute was far from over.

"Ultimately, it is incumbent upon the commission, the sheriff and the citizens of Otero County to stand up for our constitutional rights," he said.

In a statement, U.S. Attorney's Office in New Mexico said no resolution was reached during the meeting and that the office will continue to monitor the situation "to ensure that public safety is preserved" in Otero County.

"To that end, the U.S. Attorney's Office will make every effort to facilitate a dialogue between county officials and the Forest Service," the office said.
Decades in the making, the dispute in Otero County centers on whether the Forest Service has the authority to keep ranchers from accessing Agua Chiquita, which means Little Water in Spanish. In wet years, the spring can run for miles through thick conifer forest. This summer, much of the stream bed is dry.

The Forest Service says the enclosures are meant to protect what's left of the wetland habitat. Forest Supervisor Travis Moseley said the metal fences and gates simply replaced strands of barbed wire that had been wrecked over the years by herds of elk.

The Otero County Commission passed a resolution earlier this week declaring that the Forest Service doesn't have a right to control the water. Ranchers say they believe the move is an effort by the federal government to push them from the land.

"If we let them take over our water rights, that's the first step. Then we would have nothing left here," said Gary Stone, head of the Otero County Cattleman's Association.

U.S. Rep. Steve Pearce, R-N.M., said what's happening in Otero County is another example of overreach by the federal government.

"These disputes could be easily avoided if federal bureaucrats would stick to their constitutional oath and respect property rights," he said.

With no resolution in sight, Sheriff Benny House said Friday he plans to continue investigating whether forest employees are breaking state law by fencing off the water. The commission is also seeking a congressional hearing on the matter.

Rancher Ed Eldridge is next in line to see a fence erected around the water on his allotment.

"I don't think any foreign power could take us over, but we might lose our country from within our borders if we lose our constitutional rights," Eldridge said.

Still, Eldridge, Stone and other residents said they aren't looking for an armed standoff with the federal government. They just want their water and property rights recognized and respected, they said.

Attorney Blair Dunn, who is representing the county, said he's worried that transparency and a media spotlight could be the only things that prevent the dispute from reaching a dangerous boiling point.

"Generally, cooler heads prevail when we're able to sit everybody down and figure out something that works," Dunn said.

Moseley of the Forest Service said he's not surprised by the conflict, given the pressure the agency is under to manage the land for different uses.

"I can't speak to a broader spectrum of federal regulations and how they affect private businesses and lives, but I don't believe there is a conspiracy per se," he said when asked about ranchers' claims of being pushed from the land.

County Commissioner Tommie Herrell disagreed. Describing the agency's actions as tyranny, he said the Forest Service is unwilling to temporarily open the gates while the parties search for long-term solutions.

Who was it? Justice Minister and chief negotiator (with the Palestinians) Tzipi Livni. What did she say?

On 9 May she said on Army Radio that Israeli settlements were to blame for the failure of peace talks. “The settlers want to prevent us from living a normal life and do not accept the authority of the law… Settlers are preventing us from reaching a resolution… Settlement construction makes it impossible to defend Israel around the world.” (VN: my question is "who is in charge of issuing permits to these settlers to build these settlements? The leaders of Israel currently in power (Right wing Netanyahu) are khazars themselves, so what gives here? Something doesn't smell right, as presented.)

At the start of his effort to get a peace process going more than nine months ago, U.S. Secretary of State Kerry wanted a settlement freeze. He believed it would demonstrate his seriousness to all concerned and especially the Palestinians. But Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said he could not deliver a settlement freeze because his government would fall if he tried to go down that road.

I imagine that frightened Kerry because he knows that if Netanyahu’s government was brought down it would most likely be replaced by one that could be described, objectively, as neo-fascist. (Strange though it may seem, those to the extreme right of Netanyahu in his coalition government, those of the neo-fascist tendency, sometimes give him the appearance of being a moderate!)

So Kerry and President Obama surrendered to Netanyahu just as he had surrendered to the settlers and their mouthpieces in government.

"I am sometimes asked if I have any regrets about publishing our book. As of today, my only regret is that it is not being published now. But there’s more to the blame game than that.

The real blame has to be laid at the feet of the American-dominated UN Security Council for its failure to put Israel on notice in the text of Resolution 242 that it would not be permitted to settle (colonize) any of the Arab territory it grabbed in the 1967 war. All those who drafted 242 knew it was a war of Israeli aggression not self-defence; and after “Emphasising the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war”, the text should have indicated that if Israel settled the newly occupied territories in defiance of international law it would be sanctioned.

As I explain in my book Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews, the passing of Resolution 242 on 22 November 1967 was the moment the Security Council said goodbye to its integrity.

My detailed explanation includes what was said to me by a very, very senior and globally respected UN official. “Zionism has corrupted everything it touched, including this organization in its infancy“. I knew, really knew, that he was reflecting the deeply held but private conviction of all the top international civil servants who were responsible for trying to make the world body work in accordance with the ideals and principles enshrined in its Charter and international law.

Though it is contentious to say so in public, the corruption charge is supported by the facts. In 1947 the Zionists and their allies in the U.S. Congress subverted the General Assembly of the UN to get a rigged and bare minimum majority for the partition plan, which was subsequently vitiated. And in 1967 the Security Council was effectively subverted by the Johnson administration’s Zionist-driven refusal to label Israel the aggressor and hold it accountable to international law and its obligations as a member of the UN.

In the light of the above, and given that Obama lacks the political will to take on Netanyahu and confront the Zionist lobby and its stooges (traitor agents) in Congress, Kerry never had a chance of succeeding. Why did he bother? Only he knows the answer.

The question the mainstream media refuses or can’t be bothered to ask and cause to be answered is this. Is it likely that any Israeli prime minister will ever be prepared to confront the settlers of the occupied West Bank?

Those familiar with my book and on-line articles will be aware that my answer is “No”, but why I believe that to be the case bears repeating in tight summary.
Way back in early 1980 when I was acting as the linkman in a secret, exploratory dialogue between PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat and Shimon Peres who was then the leader of Israel’s main opposition Labour Party and hoping to replace Menachem Begin as prime minister, Peres told me feared it was already “too late” for peace on terms the Palestinians could accept. I asked him why.

He replied: “Begin knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s stuffing the West Bank with settlements to create the conditions for a Jewish civil war. He knows that no Israeli prime minister is going down in history as the one who gave the order to the Jewish army to shoot large numbers of Jews… I’m not).

When Peres spoke those words to me there were 70,000 illegal settlers on the occupied West Bank. Today there are in excess of 520,000 with that number rising on an almost daily basis. If it was too late in 1980, how much more too late is it today?!

A few weeks after that conversation with Peres I had a private meeting with Ezer Weizman, then the defence minister in Begin’s first term coalition government. He was half an hour late for our appointment at the defence ministry in Tel Aviv and when he arrived he looked exhausted and very troubled. He told me he was late because he had been checking something out. He described the something as follows.

“This lunch time Sharon convened a secret meeting of some of our top generals and other security people. They signed a blood oath which commits them to fight to the death to prevent any government of Israel withdrawing from the West Bank.”

Hard work and meanness are, I suspect, what has enabled billionaire Sir Michael Hintze to gift £1.5m to the Conservative Party. According to the ONS latest wealth data, not only do 10% own half of all the wealth (it’s far more skewed in the States) the top 3% own twice as much as next 7%, and four times as much as the next 10%. Some 30 million people share out around a trillion quid in Britain, whereas under 2 million folks at the top are struggling on a pot of nearly 50% more.

Most of the wealth of the fatties derives from property and pensions. Property benefits from self-made Treasury booms, and the largest pensions at the top by far are at the Sir Humphrey level in Whitehall…those fine men who illegally doubled their entitlements in the 2005-8 period, but nobody wants to talk about it.

Cops in armored vehicle asked by residents “Are you coming to take our guns away?”

In an interview with Fox 59, a Morgan County, Indiana Police Sergeant (tradmits that the increasing militarization of domestic police departments is partly to deal with returning veterans who are now seen as a homegrown terror threat.

In a chilling story entitled Armed for War: Pentagon surplus gives local police an edge, we learn how a Mine Resistant Vehicle (MRAP) which was once used during the occupation of Afghanistan will now be “patrolling the streets of central Indiana,” according to the report.

Sgt. Dan Downing of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department states, “When I first started we really didn’t have the violence that we see today,” adding, “The weaponry is totally different now that it was in the beginning of my career, plus, you have a lot of people who are coming out of the military that have the ability and knowledge to build IEDs and to defeat law enforcement techniques.”

Downing goes on to relate how citizens approach the vehicle when it stops at gas stations to express their concerns that the militarization of police is about arming cops with the tools required for mass gun confiscation programs.

“We were actually approached when we’d stop to get fuel by people wanting to know why we needed this…what were we going to use it for? ‘Are you coming to take our guns away?’” said Downing. “To come and take away their firearms…that absolutely is not the reason why we go this vehicle. We got this vehicle because of the need and because of increased violence that we have been facing over the last few years….I’ll be the last person to come and take anybody’s guns.”

Indiana seems to be a major trial balloon for the militarization of law enforcement given that the Indiana National Guard has also just purchased two military UH-72 Lakota helicopters which will also be used by local police and the DHS for “homeland security missions”. Downing’s claim that armored tanks are necessary to deal with violent crime doesn’t jive with actual statistics which suggest that violent crime is in fact on the decrease.

Downing’s admission that the armored vehicles are partly about combating the threat posed by returning veterans correlates with similar rhetoric at the federal level.

An April 2009 DHS intelligence assessment listed returning vets as likely domestic terrorists. Just a month later, the New York Times reported on how Boy Scout Explorers were being trained by the DHS to kill “disgruntled Iraq war veterans” in terrorist drills.

The FBI has also repeatedly characterized returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan as a major domestic terrorist threat.

It seems to have been completely forgotten by police departments, the media and Americans in general that having military-style tanks patrol the streets is symbolic of a collapsing banana republic or an authoritarian Communist state.

Perhaps the main reason why police officers are being trained that veterans are a major threat is because returning vets are in a perfect position to recognize that America is beginning to resemble an occupied country like Afghanistan.

Such warnings have come from people like former Marine Corps Colonel Peter Martino, who was stationed in Fallujah and trained Iraqi soldiers. Martino went before a New Hampshire city council meeting last year to assert that the Department of Homeland Security is working with law enforcement to build a “domestic army,” because the federal government is afraid of its own citizens.

Indeed, the city’s Police Chief justified the necessity for the acquisition of an armored ‘Bearcat’ vehicle by citing the “threat” posed by libertarians, sovereign citizen adherents, and Occupy activists in the region.

Brussels: As the third session resumes in the Court’s historic case into child trafficking and cult murder, the Prosecutor today introduced remarkable new evidence that names the identities of top Ninth Circle cult members.

The same evidence also positively identifies when and where some of the Ninth Circle rituals are being conducted, involving the routine rape, torture and murder of children and newborn babies.

“Senior Ninth Circle members include Jorge Bergoglio and Joseph Ratzinger, so-called popes of the Church of Rome, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, two British High Court judges, at least one Catholic bishop in Canada, senior government ministers in Belgium and England, and members of the British, Dutch and Belgian royal families” stated a news release from the Prosecutor’s Office today.

“The most recent gatherings of the Ninth Circle occurred in the crypt of Caernarfon Castle in Wales, and within a subterranean vault beneath Marie-Reine-du-Monde Roman Catholic cathedral in Montreal, Canada. At least two of the primary defendants were identified at these recent gatherings, where children under five years of age were ritually killed. The next major conclave of the Ninth Circle at the Montreal cathedral, at 1085 Rue de la Cathédrale, is scheduled for August 15, 2014.”

When probing the deepest reaches of the Cosmos or magnifying our understanding of the quantum world, a whole host of mysteries present themselves. This is to be expected when pushing our knowledge of the Universe to the limit.

But what if a well-known -- and apparently constant -- characteristic of matter starts behaving mysteriously?

This is exactly what has been noticed in recent years; the decay rates of radioactive elements are changing. This is especially mysterious as we are talking about elements with "constant" decay rates -- these values aren't supposed to change. School textbooks teach us this from an early age.

This is the conclusion that researchers from Stanford and Purdue University have arrived at, but the only explanation they have is even weirder than the phenomenon itself: The sun might be emitting a previously unknown particle that is meddling with the decay rates of matter. Or, at the very least, we are seeing some new physics.

Many fields of science depend on measuring constant decay rates. For example, to accurately date ancient artifacts, archaeologists measure the quantity of carbon-14 found inside organic samples at dig sites. This is a technique known as carbon dating.

Carbon-14 has a very defined half-life of 5730 years; i.e. it takes 5,730 years for half of a sample of carbon-14 to radioactively decay into stable nitrogen-14. Through spectroscopic analysis of the ancient organic sample, by finding out what proportion of carbon-14 remains, we can accurately calculate how old it is.
