Documentary: Grounded to the Earth

Vatic Note: Oh, my gawd, no wonder I am so damn healthy.  As a kid we did not have TV or any distractions so I used to lay outside on the ground fully clothed and watch the clouds form and dissipate and reform, while chewing a wild spearmint leaves growing wild in the grass.  I did this all the time. It was my favorite pass time.   This fits so much with what we have covered on Vatic project.  Just recently we did a blog on the resonance of the sun,  which affects the resonance of the earth and thus the earth resonance matches our natural resonance.  Knowing as  much as we can about our natural world and how we fit in with it, is our job now.  God gave us everything we need to feed and heal ourselves, so its time to start seriously looking at the validity of that fact. 

Grounding is just another aspect of that 7.82 hertz that they described of the vibration of the earth that matches our vibration of 7.82 hertz, but even more interesting is the fact that the proper and best alkaline numbers for our bodies to keep cancer away, and to put us in proper balance is also 7. something with minor variations for each of us.  

Then we did another blog about the ghuru that had not eaten or taken water in years and was healthy and still alive, and he did sun watching every day for up to 20 minutes or longer and did it barefooted,  and that gave him all he needed to remain alive.  We then published the instructions on how to do what he had done in sun watching.

One of the things listed was to be barefooted, now is that a coincidence, or is grounding part of what he does for the very reasons listed below. Now that does not  mean you should not eat, it just means we have so many natural ways to prevent disease and to keep our health for most of our lives, that drugs and other unnatural substances are proven to be totally unnecessary if not downright harmful.  When you realize that legal drugs kill more people than all car accidents nationwide, then you also realize we must get back to basics and start all over again.

I got rid of my TV, I spend a lot of time barefooted because I like the feel of the earth, but  now I am looking at health as a goal.  Retaining it for as long as I can.  In fact, one day I said outloud to no one..... "I want to live to 150 years old" and I got a voice in my head that said "You are never going to die".   I laughed because I thought I was being silly, but now,  I am going to give this a real serious effort and see how long I live.  That is an ultimate test, don't you think?

Anyway, this was great and I bet that DVD is well worth the money to buy it.  If I had the extra money, I would do so.  If you have it then definitely get it and make it work for you.
