In 70 years, no forensic study proving the existence and operation of the “Nazi gas chambers”

[ Editor’s note:  We have not run much holocaust material, as our VT readers are familiar with all aspects of the story. But we have to remind ourselves that we have new readers who may not be. When the early revisionists first began peeling the onion on this story, it was not against the law to “ask questions” about it.

But Europe, occupied Canada, and Australia have criminalized what they call “denying the holocaust”. This in itself is a hoax because in Germany the courts had to invent a “truth is no defense” new judicial concept to block those charged from being able to submit archival evidence in support of their challenges.

The legal reasoning went like this: “You are charged with having challenged the ‘official truth’ of WWII which the law states cannot not be legally challenged, but even a felony to do so. Therefore all the prosecutor has to prove is that you made statements or published material to that effect to sustain his charges. Whether the material you wish to submit confirms your position has no bearing on defeating the charge because truth is no ‘defense’.”

This concept entered the canons of Western jurisprudence without a whimper from the international judicial community anywhere. When I would ask Americans what they thought about Germany’s “Truth is no defense” laws, no one knew anything about them, plus… they thought I was pulling their leg.

Dr. Faurisson has suffered more than most in his attempt to defend scholastic freedom of inquiry, with fines and physical attacks that almost killed him. Rather than such people being treated as heroes for standing up against judicial fascism on a scale equal to anything that the Soviet Union or Red Guards Chinese ever produced, they are shunned out of fear of association, like the Soviets and Chinese people used to cower in fear. In years past, the West used that travesty in their anti-communist propaganda.

And now, sadly… in regards to historical inquiry about what happened in WWII, the West has swapped places with their former kangaroo-court communist opponents. The story of the “holocaust” was the seed from which all the following scams were born, be it Saddam’s hidden nuclear program, Iran’s nukes, or that two planes brought down three World Trade Center buildings.

The Twin Towers hoax lives on, despite VT having published the proof of the fraud with our excerpts of the 2003 Sandia National Labs investigative report. So I will leave you with my feeling that there is a string that connects all of these; that yes, this can be done and gotten away with simply by compromising the necessary institutions or putting the fear of Cain in anyone who would dare speak out.

Vatic Note:  This does not surprise me... Many are living in ghettos, since they are the real semitic Jews and not the Khazars.   Also many of the semitic Jews have been violently attacked by the khazars, since they hate the "real" Jews as much as they hate Christians and Muslims.   It forced the real Jews to seek asylum in both NY and London.

We have done several blogs about this as well as the Zionists khazars role in refusing to meet the terms Hitler offered to let the Jews Leave  Germany, resulting in the holocaust. We also know that  "Real Jews" follow the Torah, and the khazars follow the Babylonian Talmud where it forbids the Jews to rape a child under 3.5 years old.  HUH?  What about the 4 year old or the 5 year old.

That is how we know that the Khazars run Israel, since they have legalized Prostitution and are billion dollar producers of global distribution of "Porn" to the tune of Billions of dollars in pornography. That is because the Khazars were, at one time, pagans, and one of seven cultures that worshipped the phallic symbol, leading them to these facts currently in existence. Holocaust Denial Laws: Evidence Inadmissable, Defense Forbidden

Vatic Note: Raise your hand, if you STILL think that the Khazars of Israel are blatantly running our country with no accountability or restraints.  Is it time for the milita? This presentation and this woman's speech makes it clear that the judicial system, where this issue was concerned did not follow or have any of the standards required for other crimes supposedly committed and resulting in arrests.  That surprised even me.  She explains all of this very well.

She put herself and her career on the line for "principles", that those adjudicating the breaking of the law, should have also followed, but did not, in only in this type of case. One point that she made with respect to all of this, I found to also be true, in many instances and that is the principle of fairness....was the defendant given a hearing in defense of himself?

It appears from all that happened, the defendant and his lawyer were not given what normally is afforded to a defendant in order for a judge or jury to make a reasonable decision based on facts.  This is a lawyer that  broke all the stereotypes of lawyers being slimy scum bags.  Listen and read the translations and you well see for yourself what she is truthfully telling us.

In this video, Sylvia Stolz, who has been called the German Joan of Arc, discusses her experiences as a trial lawyer defending Ernst Zündel and others who have been charged with holocaust denial. A question that people have been asking for a long time is that if the holocaust is based upon such solid evidence, and can withstand historical scrutiny, then why is it against the law to question it, as indeed is the case in France, Germany, and certain other countries?
 
But the picture of just how repressive things can get in countries where laws like this are on the books is darker and more Kafkaesque than most of us realize. Stolz describes the arbitrary and coercive parameters set by the German legal system when defense attorneys  attempt to submit evidence or mount a rational, reasoned defense of their clients.

In cases where defendants are charged with holocaust denial, normal judicial procedures and rules of evidence are in essence tossed out the window, making a legal defense practically impossible. What comes through loud and clear from Stolz’s talk is the complete, utter insanity of holocaust denial laws. Here is a bit from the video description:

In the speech, Stolz discusses her experiences as a defence lawyer for so-called Holocaust deniers in Germany, and describes the Orwellian system of state-enforced repression there which denies defendants (and their lawyers!) the right to explain themselves under threat of additional charges for the “repeat offence” of expressing a forbidden idea, even in their own defence in a court of law.

Stolz further relates how the subject of the Holocaust itself has never been clearly or adequately defined by the German courts through the normal channel of judicial findings-of-fact in precedent decisions.

Instead, the courts have relied on the arbitrary doctrine that the facts of the Holocaust are “self-evident” and thus in no need of proof, despite the obvious objection that the arguments of the “deniers” themselves clearly demonstrate that those facts are indeed contestable and thus cannot be “self-evident” by definition.

In the face of such abuses and absurdities, other lawyers might throw up their hands and simply walk away: Sylvia Stolz has the courage to call injustice what it is, and take a stand. Her speech is an extraordinary document of our times, a deeply moving call “to think what is true, to feel what is beautiful, and to want what is good.” Wherever you may fall along the ideological spectrum, if you believe in freedom of expression, this speech is a must.

Stolz has been arrested, jailed and stripped of her license to practice law. And on February 25, 2015 she was sentenced to 20 months in prison for “racial incitation”… on the basis of statements she made in this speech. The talk was given on November 24, 2012.
