While doing that our pervert bankers were foreclosing on family farms and turning them over to agricorps, and while that was going on, trade agreements that further harmed our export import balance were being negotiated under Bush Sr, and signed by Bush JR, ..... er, I mean Clinton.

But now comes a topper: the $50 billion transportation infrastructure plan that Obama proposed in Milwaukee ­ cynically enough, on Labor Day. It looks like the Thatcherite Public-Private Partnership, Britain¹s notorious giveaway to the City of London underwriters. The financial giveaway had the effect of increasing prices for basic infrastructure services by building in heavy financial fees ­ guaranteed for the banks, who lent the money that banks and property owners used to pay in taxes in more progressive times.

White House Chief of Staff President designate Rahm Emanuel is fond of saying, “You don’t ever want a crisis to go to waste; it’s an opportunity to do important things that you would otherwise avoid.” Well, the Obama Administration certainly has not let the British Petroleum (BP) Deepwater Horizon oil rig crisis go to waste, using it as a smokescreen to silently assault and further diminish American citizens’ personal freedom.

While the nation has its eyes and ears focused on the blame game ping-pong match between Israel Occupying governor of the colony of the USA,  President Obama and BP top brass, Occupying Governor President Obama on Thursday, June 10, quietly announced a new Executive Order establishing the “National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council.”

Claiming the false “authority vested in me as Governor for the State of Israel President by the Constitution the Occupying force as winners of the war against the States, Israel, and the laws of  Israel United States of America,” Israeli occupying Governor President Obama has truly gone off the deep end this time in his most atrocious attempt to date to control every aspect of Americans’ lives.

According to the Executive Order that details the (occupying governor for Israel's) President’s “National Prevention and Health Promotion Strategy,” the Council will be charged with carrying out ” lifestyle behavior modification” among American citizens that do not exhibit “healthy behavior.”

The (occupying governor for Israel) President’s desired lifestyle behavior modifications detailed in Sec. 6 (c) focus on:
(VN:  like good little cattle you will be treated as most domestic animals are,  since you are not human, you cannot make your own choices. You cannot function as a good slave if you do not have all these items below in place, it will make you less productive.  Israel needs you fit to produce the wealth from your labor that they require as an occupied slave nation, get that straight.)

smoking cessation;
proper nutrition;
appropriate exercise;
mental health;
behavioral health;
sedentary behavior (see Sec. 3 [c]);
substance-use disorder; and
domestic violence screenings.

Making matters even worse, if that is even possible at this point, Israeli's governor President Obama will create an “Advisory Group” composed of experts hand-picked from the public health field and various other areas of expertise “outside the Federal Government.”

Let’s consider who the Israeli Governor President has sought advice and mentoring from in the past:
Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who the Anti-Defamation League calls a “Messenger of Intolerance,” and
Bill Ayers, leader of the 1960′s domestic terrorist group ”Weatherman” that was “responsible for 30 bombings aimed at destroying the defense and security infrastructures of the U.S.”

News unfolding from the oil crisis in the Gulf of Mexico has linked media censorship to investment bankers at Goldman Sachs (GS) stewarding the Vatican's wealth, and increasing evidence that the explosion was intended.

A near total news blackout from independent sources, and arrests of anyone caught photographing and filming the devastation, show the Halliburton-British Petrolium (BP) oil crisis is being criminally controlled, implicating some of Wall Street's heaviest hitters.

According to a report issued by frightened, yet faithful, documentary filmmaker, James Fox, interviewed from the Gulf's Grand Isles by Mel Fabregas on the Internet's Veritas Radio Show, "There is a complete media blackout" on news coverage broadcast from the region.

"They are arresting people with cameras and anyone off camera that is caught talking to a reporter," Fox testified.

Another reporter told Fox,"You call this a free country? Right here, in the United States of America, there's no freedom of press. There's no freedom of speech. They're closing down the airspace above the oil spill, so reporter's can't fly over to determine how bad these oil plumes really are."

Suspicious pieces of this deadly puzzle feature Halliburton, the world's second largest oil field services company, headquartered in Houston and Dubai, whose negligence is blamed for the timely and profitable explosion.

Three weeks before the "natural gas leak," the George Bush/Dick Cheney 9-11-linked Halliburton company negotiated the purchase of the world's largest oil-spill cleanup firm (Boots & Coots) at the exact time keen observers on Wall Street--financial intelligence agents at Goldman Sachs (GS; often called "Government Sachs")--unloaded 44% of their stock in BP.

These facts parallel the shorting of airline stocks by those in the know prior to the World Trade Center (WTC) 9-11 attacks that new scientific evidence proves were followed by building demolitions, given the red thermite incendiary powder found everywhere around ground zero.

The WTC lessor, Larry Silverstein, partnered with Lloyd Blankfein of GS in the little known Partnership for New York City (PFNYC), took out a General Electric insurance policy just six weeks before the attacks. PFNYC "partners," in charge of assessing financial damages to NYC, and reconstruction plans for the WTC, obviously "veered" insurance payoffs and additional private equity investments to Las Vegas for the construction of the 9-11 memorial--speciously called the "Veer Towers" in the "New World Center." Blankfein, the PFNYC Co-Chairman and GS CEO, was barraged with indictments and rising media infamy regarding Goverment Sachs's conflicting interests effectively demolishing the US economy through the "shorting" of the housing industry--scrutiny suspended by Halliburton's oil rig synchronously exploding most profitably for GS and its CEO.

GS is covertly invested in the Bush-Cheney-linked Halliburton Company according to veteran observers. GS and Halliburton both had massive financial incentives to cause the profitable explosions--the three 9-11 WTC building demolitions, and the most recent "accident" in the Gulf.

The media's gross neglect of the full extent of the crisis obviously supports GS's damage control and incriminating connections. These include Blankfein's PFNYC Co-Chairman, Rupert Murdoch, and their pernicious influence over the major networks and the PFNYC--the world's leading petrochemical-pharmaceutical-biotechnology consortium profiting from death, disease, and environmental destruction. This unholy alliance best explains the media's aversion to responsible reporting in the Gulf and elsewhere.

Besides Blankfein and Government Sachs backing stock in both BP and Halliburton, another red oil-drenched herring is Peter D. Sutherland--the outgoing Chairman of BP is also the current Non-Executive Chairman of Goldman Sachs International.

The scariest part of this whole story is that Mr. Sutherland, the man standing with one foot in GS, and the other on the burning Halliburton-BP oil rig, is the Consultor of the Extraordinary Section of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See. In other words, Sutherland is the chief financial adviser to the Pope.

In 2010, Mr. Sutherland finished a 13-year stint as Chairman of BP, Europe's largest oil company. A former Attorney General of Ireland, he is President of the Federal Trust for Education and Research, a British think tank whose efforts might better be called corporatist indoctrination than trustworthy "education." He is Chairman of The Ireland Fund of Great Britain, and a member of the advisory council of Business for New Europe--a pro-New-World-Order European think-tank based in Britain.

From 1993-95, Sutherland was the Director-General of the World Trade Organization.

In January 2006, the current Non-executive Chairman of Goldman Sachs International, was appointed by United Nations Secretary General, Kofi Annan, as his Special Representative for Migration.

Now, ironically, Sutherland's mission impossible is to migrate marine flora and fauna, fisherman, and coastal residents out of harms way in this spreading international emergency.

Vatic Note:   This is the problem when a nation does not play fair within the international community.  If SA had not rejected the ownership of those nukes, who knows what Mugbe type leaders might have done by now with such power.  Its literally a risk the world cannot take.   As it is with Israel we are still dealing with the "Sampson Option" and the gulf is just a small sample of what that could do to us if done on a global scale.  Right now, we still have not absorbed the impact, as a nation of  what BP did and the serious harm to  our country.  Once that is realized, it will hit us hard the consequences of our silence, ignorance and the life threatening ability of these foreign corporations to destroy us with just one explosion on a strategic level.   They are now acting and becoming full fledged "countries" with their own weapons of mass destruction and their own foreign policy, their own private armies now, like Blackwater, and they are being shoved down everyones throat.   That is the results of too much power concentrated in the hands of too few people.   Time to take that power back again, until we can get some "humans" running those companies with a sense of serious responsibility.

Vatic Note:   While I considered this a good article and commentary, I did not include the one he references at the end of his article.   The reason is all blame was passed on in a "partisan" fashion to one party which is blatantly irresponsible.  The same Gov dept that was staffed under Cheney, was kept by Obama similar to the Sec of defence and all officers under Bush, so some responsibility resides with the Commander in Chief and as Truman said "The Buck Stops Here".   Obama and his people knew what was going on in the White House during all that time and the raping and pillaging the oil companies and energy companies did to the public during that time.   No changes were ever made so blame belongs in both places.  Now its imperative it gets stopped and cleaned up.   Whatever happened to the executive order Obama was to sign banning all offshore fishing both commercial and sports in favor of imports from asia on our fish???? That is something no one talks about, now do they, except Vatic did right after the blow out and about the executive order as well.  

SOLUTION:  This is one of those times that we must face the fact that we, united, cannot  fix this problem in the traditional way except through straw to mop up the oil, however it doesn't help with the continued flow of oil from the giant hole that exists.   So its time to go back and revisit our strategy #1 and begin imaging the hole plugged and waters clean and fish returning.  Its something we each can do and do together even though we are apart.  So please read it again and lets give that a real serious shot.  I firmly believe that praying, or imaging or whatever your preference will work to help make this heal.  Such prayers or imaging can aid those who are serious about fixing it, can provide  them with the creative ideas they need to do this job.  So lets all pitch in and prosecute later.

Gulf Oil Spill: Ties to Cheney and Acoustic Switch Not Installed

Ground work for Gulf disaster was established with a permissive tone with oil industry set in secret meetings in 2001. An acoustic switch to automatically shut down oil wells was reversed by Federal agency in 2003 may be a major factor in blowup.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - In secret meetings with the oil company officials in 2001, incoming Vice President Cheney set the foundation for a permissive, welcome mat with the oil industry.

After stocking the Federal government’s Material Management Service with his cronies, this agency reversed an earlier 2000 decision requiring a mandatory accusatorial regulator, allowing BP and others not to install a $500,000 acoustic switch to automatically shut down oil gushers.

For BP, this had to be a dumb business decision. BP’s $650 million dollar well may have been saved by a half million investment in an acoustic switch (VN: Not to worry, I am sure one of the BP investors, Goldman Sachs will share some of the billions they made shorting the owner company of the rig, since the 650 million is just a drop in the bucket compared to what they made with their "psychic" vision of the future). For the country and those living and working in the Gulf region, the final tab may very well be in the billions.

Cheney’s Halliburton is connected to the April 20th explosion. The investigation of the cause of the blowup is not completed. As it turned out, Halliburton completed an operation to reinforce the drilling hole casing with concrete before the explosion. Halliburton is currently under investigation for a blowout in the Timor Sea caused by a faulty concrete casing (VN: They should be under investigation for the coincidence of buying an oil rig fire fighting company on the 12th of April just before the blow out).

The Material Management Service reported that 18 of 39 blowouts in the Gulf of Mexico were due to poor workmanship in injecting the cement around the well casing. Was Cheney’s Halliburton responsible for the April 20th blowout? Stay tuned. In the end, responsibility for the explosion and the extensive damages from it may well be decided by a jury.

On April 20th, BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil rig went up in flames some 50 miles southeast of Louisiana, killing 11 men. It’s May 14th and BP hasn’t capped the gusher, vehemently denies concern over measuring the spill; its only interest is in capping the gusher.

The company appears content with the ‘low ball’ 5,000 barrel/day number prepared by our government. I guess it wouldn’t be good PR to admit to a 70,000 barrel/day gusher, even one at 5,000 feet deep in the Gulf.

If this engineering estimate prepared by Purdue University is on target, that’s a lot of oil dumped into the Gulf of Mexico. At 42 gallons per barrel, the Purdue estimate equates to about 3 million gallons per day.

For a company that claims its focus is on plugging the leak, none of their efforts have been even marginally successful. The 100 ton doom didn’t work nor did the smaller ‘top hat.’

Other efforts are underway. No back, ugly oil stains on the beaches, but with the gusher at such great depths and the high volume of dispersants, there's much to be concerned about.

Will we ever be able to eat Louisiana shrimp again?

Even if BP doesn’t want to measure the gusher, don’t we need to estimate the “total oil spill” to begin to understand the environmental impact? Congressman Edward Markey thinks so.

Congressman Edward Markey (D, MA), who chairs a Congressional subcommittee on energy and the environment, a miscalculation of the oil spill’s volume may hamper efforts to stop it.

Markey said, “I am concerned that an underestimation of the oil spill’s flow may be impeding the ability to solve the leak and handle the management of the disaster,” he said in a statement Thursday.

“If you don’t understand the scope of the problem, the capacity to find the answer is severely compromised.” (VN: Hear that? Think about that a moment, if we don't understand the scope of the problem, then any solution is compromised, now you know why we do this blog, since we believe the same way about all of it, not just the oil blow out)

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., analysis in the Huffington Post on May 5th, “Sex, Lies and Oil Spills, provides valuable insight into the shenanigans between Material Management Service officials and big oil.

The sad part is that this is not fiction, even though some of this makes “Peyton Place” look like a kindergarten at play in comparison. Kennedy’s story is reproduced below.
