Vatic Note: A change of pace, but something we should keep in a file somewhere if and when SHTF or medical assistance is too far removed to be useful. I am a natural remedies person, and have not used drugs in almost 30 years with one exception.
I had a heart attack and was on their drugs for about 2 months and I could not stand the side affects, so I researched the natural alternative to the drug and found the substitute. I took the natural remedies for 8 months and have been off everything for 8 years now.
I am "healed", and no symptoms or problems. I have not been to a doctor for 7 years now. I swear by these natural foods and herbal remedies. I eat organic and do moderate exercise. Garlic and Ginger are a part of my everyday life in food preparation. I swear by both of them. This below sounds prefect as a substitute for antibiotics.
