Vatic Note: Our blog has done a huge number of blogs on the issue of our DNA, our Consciousness, and now resonance. This below now makes a lot more sense after seeing the videos we just put up several days ago. The Schumann Resonance has tied a lot of these issues together as many of you know. Vibrations have an enormous impact and effect on our bodies and spirits as well as our reality and its how we can create such a reality now that we know how and why it works.
There are some disputes with what this video states, such as "Junk DNA does not exist"...... but in reality a Russian and Vienna Scientists got together and discovered that the junk DNA was a full blown language and we put the blog up on that several years ago. It actually contains a 25,000 character alphabet and when you compare that to ours, which is only 26 characters, then you know there is an important function going on here.
In reading the "Divine Matrix" by Gregg Braden, we also found out that various experiments had been done that proved the DNA is a language, so the question is who is it talking to? God? Well for sure we use it when we instruct our bodies to heal, or our DNA to repair itself "according to the original blueprint" which is contained in every molecule.
This video shows us a different idea about it, and there is something to it, I am just not sure its the Junk DNA, but you watch, listen and decide. I am still on the fence trying to feel what is the truth of the matter. Its definitely a combination of all of this including consciousness, vibration, dark matter which is intelligent and is found in every atom of our bodies, and the resonance is the key that activates it all, but who is the DNA talking to besides us??? I guess that is the rabbithole, we need to go down next. Its is also "listening"? To who about what?
I know one thing, for some unexplained reason I have been getting a feeling of excitement. I feel that we are on the verge of a most important discovery and it will change everything. I hope my feeling is right on this one. We just have to keep the powers that be away from our DNA until we can find out who and what we truly are.

To this date, the WSA passport has been accepted, without question for ALL identification purposes 100 percent of the time. Here is a list of things it has been accepted for:
1. Scheduling an appearance in court, in the U.S.
2. By the police as legitimate ID, the SECOND time my butt went into a sling. Upon release it was returned and was the ONLY ID the police used (it was the only ID I had). They accepted it, the court accepted it, the WSA passport is REAL and if it was not the police would have taken it. PERIOD.
3. My wife, who worked for the U.S. embassy in Saudi Arabia recognized it immediately as legitimate, and it took me a while to actually believe it would be universally accepted. She got furious with me for having her present ID's for hotels and badgered me to just use the WSA passport. So finally I did. The first time I used it was to check in to a Red Roof Inn. After that, several hostels in D.C.
It was then accepted at the border of Mexico and worked to get a visa.
It was then accepted for Western Union payments. Then Moneygram. Then to be issued a frequent user card by a bank for reciept of Western Union and Moneygram donations from people who read the site.
It was then accepted as identification for entry into the Russian embassy in Mexico City.
Bottom line? The WSA passport is my lifeline. Without it I would be screwed. It's a real passport, no if's or buts. And it's no more potentially fake than any other passport.
The WSA passport is as valid as any other, and the ability to use it for EVERYTHING so far proves it. It has NEVER been rejected for any reason. Bottom line? If it takes a notary or a birth certificate to get it, how much more real could it get?

Vatic Note: You have no idea just how excited I am by these two videos and commentary. They, together, have plugged a hole that I could not fill with all the research I had done. Now, with these I can finally plug that hole and we can finally work to over turn all that has happened and we can create something new and exciting. Oh, it has massive ramifications. In watching this you now know that anything with "water" in it will be affected by any level of frequencies, the same with our bodies material matter, since sand is material, and our bodies most healthful condition is a result of the 7.82 herz frequency.
What happens when our frequencies comes up against an even lower frequency? Obviously if the shape and geometric condition of water changes, and our bodies are 97% water, than our bodies change, if we do not counter those lower frequencies.
I bet you guessed already, that I am talking about fear, and hate, and greed along with other such low frequency emotions and desires. Now ask yourselves again after watching both these videos "WHY DO THE EVIL ONES CONSTANTLY PUMP FEAR AT US, AND HATE?" Because it then affects us in ways we cannot change unless we step out and seek higher frequency states.
That is when I put on music. Fear is a genuine and useful tool when used right. Hate is never useful, so dump that as soon as you can. If you don't believe me just look at Zionists, who hate arabs, Christians, Muslims, and Americans. They are so filled with that hate, that they cannot ever connect to anyone spiritually or frequency wise. They are relegated to a very narrow universe of reality, which then drives their agenda's, actions, desires, "addictions" and results.
All of which have never been sustained by them in all their efforts at ruling this planet. They have, at times, achieved dominance, but it never ever lasts. The difference this time is we are vibrating much higher than in the past. We have walked past the fear and now are emerging into righteous anger which is a much higher vibrational state than regular anger, fear or hate.
Our decision making processes are better, we "see" with way more clarity and it explains the process we are going through of awakening. With all that fear they have pumped at us for a solid 12 years, this is the farthest they have gotten. Even Zbig tried to warn them at the Toronto CFR conference that never in the history of the planet has humanity been awakened as it is now.
EVERY SINGLE FALSE FLAG IS SEEN BEFORE IT IS EXPOSED PHYSICALLY. WHY IS THAT? "Federal government" BUSTED for forcing American nuclear industry to become a ticking time bomb
Americans have been told their nuclear waste must go somewhere. Americans have been told their spent reactor fuel needs to be stored inside a mountain in the desert, where it will sit as a threat and menace to the world for millions of years. Americans have been told there is nothing they can do about it.
But what if they have been told a lie? What if that "spent fuel" was not spent at all? What if a technology existed which allowed the same fuel to be used over and over, twenty times in fact, and expended so fully that fuel rods would be safe enough to handle directly out of the reactor? Think any "spent fuel pools" would be full? And even if this technology never existed,
What if foreign nations, (France was one) offered to buy this fuel from America for billions of dollars only to have the American Government refuse the offer for no reason at all? Certainly allowing France to have it would solve the problem of getting rid of it.
And the final question, WHY would the American Government want so much nuclear material sitting around the country - enough to make countless atomic bombs - only to have it become a threat to America's national security? Could it be that for many years America has not had a legitimate government, and instead has had a band of invaders in power who have intentionally set America up for a fall? During my journey of discovery in my investigation into the Fukushima disaster, I interviewed an 85 year old nuclear engineer who worked in the nuclear industry during America's glory days, an engineer who earned GE over 100 patents.
He was one of the engineers who designed Fukushima, so naturally when conducting an investigation into such a disaster a journalist would want that type of reference. He was surprised when my prior study of reactor systems was so thorough that he had no information about Fukushima I did not already dig up, and he was very surprised when I told him details about the inner workings of his own reactor design he never expected anyone in the media to know.
When I started to think I was going to walk away with nothing new, he began to talk about an entirely different subject. He began his new direction in the discussion with the phrase "My team succeeded in closing the nuclear loop, and Carter banned our miraclewith an executive order (VN: Like I said, Zbig ran Carter, and when he figured out how he was being used, he rebelled against Zbig, and that is when the bankers brought Carter down with 23% interest rates and he lost the election. "I started in the American nuclear program all the way back at the time of the Manhattan project, and have been involved in reactor design and nuclear engineering my whole life. There was one answer we all searched for, and it was how to close the nuclear loop.
When a reactor such as a boiling water reactor uses fuel, the waste products, which are highly radioactive isotopes that have a different fission characteristic than the original fuel, build up in the fuel and change the nature of the nuclear reaction.
A reactor such as a boiling water reactor can only use the fuel until it gets contaminated by these isotopes enough to change the nature of the nuclear reactions taking place. The reaction environment inside a boiling water reactor is only one such environment which will work to trigger a chain reaction, and if that spent fuel is put into a reactor made from different materials, those materials can favor the burning of the isotopes which interfere with the chain reactions in the boiling water reactor and use these interfering isotopes as fuel until they are consumed.
Vatic Note: Well, tell the marines and sailors they have been sold out, by Israel, just like they were in the 1967 attack on the USS Liberty and 37 sailors died, and tell them to jump ship in Israel,

operations forces, if they were needed. It could also assist with
evacuations.
A spokesman for the ship declined comment, referring
questions to the Navy. Lieutenant Adam Cole, spokesman for the Navy's
European headquarters, declined to discuss any specific plans for the

We speculated then, what false flag they had planned and why? Well, here it is, and the timing could not be better. A disclosure arrives right after a warning by Kerry and others of a potential false flag attack on American soil, in retaliation for the US bombing Syria. Then a disclosure that nukes are missing from an air base on the east coast.
Then a disclosure and warning by a cadre of retired military and intel that retaliation on the east coast by the Syrians would happen if we bomb Syria, and all that happening as Obama sets up to get permission from Congress to bomb Syria, While Kerry travels to Europe over the weekend to convince the Europeans to join us in the bombing.
Now finally, this below that clearly shows military transfer of nukes to the "...East Coast of the United States in a secret transfer THAT HAS NO PAPER TRAIL." This reminds me of the missing nukes at the Minot Air Base in North Dakota in 2007 while Cheney was President, er... I mean.... Vice President. We were warned by the administration, back then, that intel said there was noise on the net that 5 American cities were going to be nuked by terrorists.
Two days later, comes the news that 5 nukes were missing from Minot and that matched the intel on the number of the cities that were said to be targeted for bombing. A day later, the Administration announced war games out east around such a scenario, and that Cheney would, like on 9-11, be heading up the team doing the war games on Friday, Sept 14, 2007. (Notice homeland security and FEMA drills out along the east coast just announced about a week ago??? Well, if it happens we will know automatically who did it and this time prosecutions better be following or that might have to be something we will have to do.)
I called El Al Airlines which is an Israeli airline, and tried to book a flight from NY to Tel Aviv on Friday the 14th of SEpt. 2007, And as I suspected, all flights from NY to Tel Aviv or anywhere in Israel, were all cancelled. That is the busiest day of the week for air flights from NY to Israel. I knew then something smelled to high heaven.
But then a miracle happened on Tuesday of that week, before the war games. The Air Force Times published an article stating that all 5 missing nukes were loaded illegally onto military cargo planes and landed in Louisiana. THE ORIGINAL LOADING WAS 6 NUKES, and only 5 were recovered on the tarmac in Louisiana, what happened to the missing nuke?
It has never been recovered to this day in 2013. All military personnel associated with that loading of those nukes were murdered within a week of the exposure, and the officers of the men loading the nukes were murdered within 6 months and the commanding officer of the base was murdered a year later after being reassigned to Alaska of all places. Therefore, there are no living witnesses to what actually happened and who gave the orders to load those nukes. Talk about an effective cover up...
These people lack a soul, thus lack creativity, once they find a formula, like they did on 9-11, that worked, they never let it go and continue to use it time and time again. Exclusive: High Level Source Confirms Secret US Nuclear Warhead Transfer

A high level source inside the military has now confirmed to us that Dyess Air Force base is actively moving nuclear warheads to the East Coast of the United States in a secret transfer that has no paper trail.
According to the high level military source, who has a strong record of continually being proven correct in deep military activity, the Dyess Air Force Commander authorized unknown parties to transfer the nuclear warheads to an unknown location that has been reported to be South Carolina, where the warheads will then be picked up and potentially utilized.
This is of particular interest not only due to the fact that the Syrian situation has escalated to the point of a very realistic hot war scenario, but due to the fact that Dyess has repeatedly denied the existence of nuclear warheads inside the base.
The brief report from the top level military source, which was written in a rush to get the information out, reads:
“Dyess is beginning to move out nuclear war heads today. I got a tap from DERMO earlier. He said it was the first time they have been even acknowledged since being put there in the 80′s. No signature was required for transfer… There was no directive."
He said that Dyess Commander was on site to give authority to release. No one knew where they were going really, but the truck driver said "...to take them to South Carolina and another pick up will take them from there.” (VN: you do realize that this means that Senator Graham knew, and is a traitor. Just thought you South Carolineans should know this and pay attention)
The fact that this transfer was not signed for and there were no papers is key. It shows how the military is now secretly operating with the transfer of nuclear weapons, and what’s more, we know that DERMO (a military base in Florida) is a hotbed of special operations. Why is DERMO operating the nuclear warheads out of Dyess Air Force base with no paper trail? This shows that this is a highly secretive, black ops style move here that the military does not want on record. (VN: too late..... its fully recorded now on the net)
The fact is that they don’t move all of these assets unless they plan on using them. Nuclear warheads are not simply moved to the East Coast for no reason, and the bottom line is that these missiles are likely being used for something even much greater than Syria.
Top Level Military Officer ‘Extremely Alarmed’
This leak inside the military industrial complex comes after prior sources have also revealed to us that B-1′s and B-2 bombers were ordered to head out of their respective bases (B-1B’s leaving Dyess specifically) across the nation and they haven’t come back.
All of this is happening amid the growing Syrian crisis that has developed amid the ignition of a WW3-level wrestling match between the United States and Russia. Now, based on the transfer to South Carolina that is not on record and was not signed for, we may be looking at a pattern that reveals an extremely hot war scenario. No, the use was nefarious. And here’s what’s essential to understand: There’s no question that the Syrian issue is huge, and it’s very possible that the US military is now under orders by Obama to prepare a strike, but the reality is that the much greater issue here is what’s going on with the US and Russia. What we’re seeing here is a proxy war turned hot with Syria, and we’ve been covering this for months now. Even the mainstream media has reported in the past how the evolution of war in Syria has turned into a hot proxy war against Russia via the Syrian rebels and Assad’s troops.

World War 3 Is Starting
I have spoken to my connections in the Russian media and they are all confirming that World War 3 is the hottest topic right now amid the populace, and the fact of the matter is that all of the top level military officials over there are looking at this Syrian incident as the catalyst — as the spark.

President Barack Obama was advised Friday by twelve former U.S. military and intelligence officials warning that his CIA director John Brennan is perpetrating a pre-Iraq-War-type fraud in which Sec. of State John Kerry is a possible co-conspirator, and retaliatory terrorist strikes on Americans are “inevitable” if Obama strikes Syria.
The officers warned Obama that intelligence upon which his “Official Syrian Story” is based is the CIA’s deliberate fraudulent intelligence, possibly a plausible denial trap, according to their letter published by Consortium News.
“CIA Director John Brennan is perpetrating a pre-Iraq-War-type fraud on members of Congress, the media, the public – and perhaps even you,” former military and intelligence officers told Obama in a letter Friday.
Obama received the letter with the subject heading, Is Syria a Trap? from the officers warning that retaliation in the form of terrorist strikes on Americans is inevitable if he strikes Syria.
“We regret to inform you that some of our former co-workers are telling us, categorically, that contrary to the claims of your administration, the most reliable intelligence shows that Bashar al-Assad was NOT responsible for the chemical incident that killed and injured Syrian civilians on August 21, and that British intelligence officials also know this,” the letter begins. “In writing this brief report, we choose to assume that you have not been fully informed because your advisers decided to afford you the opportunity for what is commonly known as ‘plausible denial’.”
Giving Obama benefit of the doubt, the officers say they saw the same thing during Bush’s presidency and do not want Obama falling for the same type of fraudulent intelligence.
“We have been down this road before – with President George W. Bush, to whom we addressed our first VIPS memorandum immediately after Colin Powell’s Feb. 5, 2003 U.N. speech, in which he peddled fraudulent ‘intelligence’ to support attacking Iraq.
They say they chose to give President Bush “benefit of the doubt, thinking he was being misled – or, at the least, very poorly advised.”

There has been recent disclosure that the Indian Intelligence
Agencies have unleashed paramilitary death gangs into the rural

How K.P. Gill Used The Salvador Option In The Punjab

As horrific as it seems at first glance, it is exceedingly odd to hear a children’s choir singing a maudlin song IN ENGLISH, with sub-titles, as the camera pans around numerous bodies of young children. Odd too that nowhere to be seen are distressed parents. (VN: odd too that the children are awake and aware but saying nothing, not screaming in pain, or any indication of pain of any kind and the limited panning of the camera indicates designated victims only are to be filmed and nothing else is to be shown)
Vatic Note: This is very good. He does a text explanation of what is happening in the first video, so you can watch it and read at the same time to see just how subtle this stuff is. Right from Tapper's initial comment, you can see him shaking his head "no" when he's saying, "One lawmaker who outright opposes (shakes head no) intervention..."

Vatic Note: This is excellent and a must read. One point she made that grabbed me was the point that we become mentally "lazy" when all we do is "absorb" that which is fed to us without thinking, questioning, or analyzing. Part of the results of the technological revolution was the decreasing value to "critical thinking skills". Think about it for a moment. A child is born, he/she begins to cry, and thus is put in front of a TV with animated creatures scrambling around which distracts the child from communicating his needs to his care giver. So he learns that if he cries, he will be stimulated. Babysitters also put our children, like we do, in front of the TV to baby sit that child, so what happens? The child does not develop the skills that accompanies early interaction with other humans. Rather it learns to absorb and not "interact".
So, now this child begins life in front of a TV set, and eventually progresses to an IPOD animated electronic game that is programmed and designed by many who are social engineers, and they direct the game into whatever social engineering direction the elite are heading in at this particular time. Some are "war games" to prepare or test the child in such skills, others are violent games with murder, death and destruction, to meet the social engineering agenda of diminishing the value of a single human life for its own sake in favor of a life that is productive and thus valuable to society.
Now lets follow him/her into adulthood. He/she has joined the military and sits down in front of a "drone" camera and computer system that allows the killing of unarmed civilians. That soldier experiences no empathy or compassion for the victims he is creating, because those traits were never developed and in fact were devolved from previous humans that used to have fully developed appreciation for human life. So, what we are creating in essence, is a new species void of any spirituality of any kind. Is that the direction we want to go in? Well, now is the time to stop it, before its too late.

Every day we are bombarded by a tidal wave of information. Most of it
is irrelevant to our immediate lives, yet it influences our lives. We
buy products because we are told they will bring us happiness; make us
look younger or healthier.
We run to our doctors because commercials
suggest that we may have a particular illness, and if we get the latest
pill we will be healed. We blog, post to our Facebook accounts and
continually talk about issues the media has presented as important.
We never seem to realize that we are allowing someone else to mold
our minds and direct our thinking. We also never question the validity
of the information we are consuming and if you happen to have a memory
you can become totally confused listening to the experts. One day we are
told something is good for us and the next day it we are told it is
detrimental to our health and well-being. One day we are told the
economy is on the mend and the next it is nose diving.
We create our reality by what we focus upon and the media knows how to manipulate our
feeling and emotions. It is an art. But where did this whole psychology
of manipulation get its roots. It’s time for a little history lesson.
Enter Edward Bernays.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Edward Bernays, he was the
father of public relations. Bernays (1891-1995) took the concepts of his
Uncle Sigmund Freud and a few other psychologists and developed
techniques that would make it easy to manipulate the masses. It was
through these techniques that the age of consumerism was born or perhaps
I should say the age of manipulation using subtle suggestions.
Bernays referred to the masses as happiness machines and through
various techniques taught us that happiness and success was equated to
purchasing products and services. The more you had the happier you were
supposed to be.
He shaped not only how we obtain information in our society today but
demonstrated how we can be easily manipulated to make purchases of
commodities we don’t necessarily need or want.
Bernays was a spin doctor and deliberately taught his corporate
clients how to mold the consumer’s thinking. It was he that came up
with the idea to use models, socialites and celebrities to endorse
products. The rationale behind this move was simple. If these popular
and sexy individuals used these products then through the power of suggestion you would believe that you too could become popular and sexy. It has become a very successful formula.
Another successful invention was the concept of third party
endorsements to lend credibility to products and services. It didn’t
matter whether or not these individuals actually used the product,
supported a political candidate or conducted the research; all that
mattered was the endorsement and people would be gullible enough to
believe and buy. Bernays proved fabricated little lies work.

Following Corey's criminal complaint charging Zimmerman, legal experts
such as Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz condemned her for falsely
signing an arrest affidavit under oath, which intentionally omitted
exculpatory evidence consisting of the photographs showing the injuries
Zimmerman sustained, and rushing to charge him with second degree murder
under political pressure.
