What is the FBI doing promoting propoganda, disinformation and provocateuring to the American people for purposes of manipulation, and the citizens are who pays their salaries? That is not only illegal, but its treason.  None of this would be happening if the REAL Americans refused to cooperate with them.

The perverted evil ones would be dead in the water and that is what makes treason a death penalty offense.  Many American lives could be lost one way or the other due to the wrong information or the wrong direction given by the cooperating domestic enemy.  The European underground took the collaboration  as treason and generally executed those who did so.

We, at vatic project called Pete a disinfo guy from almost the first time we read his stuff on Before Its' News.   I just hope they did not know about Pete since I generally like that site, but now I will be much more circumspect with respect to their bloggers.  I have the same concern with "Live Free or Die" as I did with Pete.  They both always publish the truth, but then you can see the bankers agenda buried in the remainder of the write up.

There were several times that happened and I began to get the gist of the problem.  I would comment on the article and then their promoting the bankers view of the subject, or their direction the bankers wanted us to go in.   I made those observations on the comments section at the time stated clearly something was not right and mentioned the disinfo that was being propogated at the time.  I feel vindicated as well, about those calls now that this proof has shown up.  Pete was not that good in hiding his role in all of this.

Then he will be personally responsible for the deaths of all seniors, small children etc who die from the cold or starvation.  MAKE THAT PERFECTLY CLEAR. 47 million people in the United States just lost some or all of their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits today.

Congress allowed the SNAP allocations built into the stimulus bill President Obama signed into law in 2009 to expire and therefore by inaction allowed $5 billion in cuts to take effect on November 1st.
Here is some of the impact to families across the country:

1 . Benefits to the supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) will be lowered by $36 a month for a family of four, officials say.
2. Some 47 million low income Americans will be affected by the cuts.
3. Food aid in the US has grown to $80bn a year due to higher unemployment and rising food costs.
4. About one in seven Americans relies on Snap, also known as food stamps. [source]

That part about “due to higher unemployment and rising food costs” seems to have not registered with Republican (VN: The GOP does not control the Senate, or THE WHITE HOUSE, so please....its both parties and we all out here know it. ) All lawmakers who have been eager to paint people on assistance as “takers.” In reality, the data shows (VN: Who controls the data?) that it’s the sluggish economic recovery (which disproportionately harms lower income families) and the disastrous mix of stagnating or declining wages and rising food costs. (VN: don't you find it interesting that we have inflation during a deflationary period? WAGES ARE DOWN, UNEMPLOYMENT IS HIGH, SO THE INFLATION IS MANUFACTURED ARTIFICIALLY.  iTS PULL INFLATION, NOT PUSH INFLATION. Its called price fixing since there is no competition and no one enforcing the Sherman Anti-trust Act that would have prevented those food prices from going up ARTIFICIALLY. Finally, this author lists all the reasons the propoganda machine gives her/him to list but neglects the real reason..... FIAT CURRENCY, DERIVATIVES BETS, VIOLATIONS OF THE GLASS SEAGAL ACT, MANIPULATION OF MARKETS, ETC ETC ETC. )

That desperation by our nation’s neediest has done little to dissuade republicans (VN: ALL POLITICIANS IN BOTH PARTIES.....) who are on a warpath to cut social programs regardless of any logic or compassion.  (VN: That is because Israel has bought off or blackmailed most of our politicians with the exception of the infiltrating traitors called Dual israeli citizens, pretending to be Americans, but instead are loyal to Israel.  They bought them off with our tax money that our politicians just gave them to the tune of $40 billion dollars.  TRAITORS!  Besides, it fits with Israel's plan to depopulate us so we can't resist after they take over.)

Even scarier, there may be worse cuts to come. Republicans  (VN: AIPAC and Israel....) have been working towards that end during debates over the Farm bill (for which, food stamps typically account for about 75%) currently being hammered out in Congress:

Going down fighting is beginning to sound pretty good compared to the alternative of living under the rule of these totally insane perverts. Social Services just informed me that they are seeing permanently handicapped, seniors etc getting cut down to $16 per mo in food stamps.  That buys 3, or if you are lucky, 4 items at the store.... for a WHOLE MONTH, AND YET ISRAEL GETS TO BEAT UP ON THEIR PEOPLE AND NEIGHBORS WITH THEIR MILITARY USING OUR POOR PEOPLES FOOD STAMPS.  HOW DID WE EVER LET A FOREIGN NATION TAKE OVER SO EASILY???? Two new mass graves containing over 30 bodies in the Christian city of Sadad were recently discovered, evidence of what one archbishop called “the most serious and biggest massacre” of Christians in Syria.

 The situation for Christians in Syria has been horrific and it seems to be only getting worse as time passes. Indeed, for many Christians around the world, their faith puts them in the line of fire.

A report published by Fides on Thursday stated that some 45 Christian civilians, including women and children, were killed by Islamist rebels in Sadad, halfway between Homs and Damascus.

The report, which cited the Syrian Orthodox Patriarchate in Damascus, stated that the Christian settlement was invaded and occupied by Islamist militias on Oct. 21, though it was recently recaptured by the Syrian army.

“45 innocent civilians were martyred for no reason, and among them several women and children, many thrown into mass graves,” said Archbishop Selwanos Boutros Alnemeh, Syriac Orthodox Metropolitan of Homs and Hama. “Other civilians were threatened and terrorized. 30 were wounded and 10 are still missing.”

Much of the city, which had a population of 15,000, was destroyed and looted, eyewitnesses said, according to the Christian Post.

Israel's Own Dianne Feinstein Offers Amendment That Will LIMIT FREE SPEECH PROTECTION to "Real" (Corporate) Journalists

Her treason includes her removal as sub committee chair for acts of corruption (conflicts of Interest as sub committee chair) by directing contracts to her husband, whereby she benefits financially from doing so. That information is all listed below and documentable.  Add that in and her ride is almost over.  She will have to seek asylum in Israel. She can take her $200 million dollars that she has earned through corruption as a US Senator and retire in Israel.

The alternative media is having a dramatic impact on the worldview of the country, so much so that US Senate is legislating against the only objective press left in the country.

It is a well-known fact that Senator Dianne Feinstein wants your guns and now she wants control over your words. Feinstein believes that a proposed media shield law should be applied only to who she refers to as “real reporters.” Feinstein chastises other reporters as “basement-dwelling, pajama-clad bloggers with no professional credentials”

At issue is that the government could soon decide who is a journalist and who is not. Feinstein introduced an amendment, to Senate Bill 558, that defines a “covered journalist” as someone who gathers and reports news for “an entity or service that disseminates news and information.” The definition includes freelancers, part-timers and student journalists, and it permits a judge to go further and extend the protections to any “legitimate news-gathering activities.”

In the definition introduced in Feinstein’s amendment, somebody writing for a small town paper with a circulation of 30 would receive First Amendment protections, but quality news people such as Steve Quayle, John Stadtmiller, Jeff Rense, Doug Hagmann, Stan Deyo, Michael Edwards, Alex Jones, George Noory and Matt Drudge would not be considered journalists and therefore, the First Amendment would not apply to this group of aforementioned newsmen.

With the passage of this amendment, our sources would not be privileged and many of our sources would dry up. But Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper can take bribes from the CIA to not cover certain stories, yet Feinstein thinks they deserve protection as authentic journalists.

Award winning journalist, Amber Lyon, quit CNN because of the CIA and CNN’s complicity in obfuscating the truth from the American people, for a price. Obviously, journalistic integrity means nothing to someone like Feinstein.

This is the same Feinstein who In 2009, introduced legislation which directed $25 billion in “taxpayer money to a government agency that had just awarded her husband’s real estate firm a lucrative contract to sell foreclosed properties at compensation rates higher than the industry standards. Feinstein was a member of the Military Construction Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Subcommittee (MILCON) from 2001 to 2005.

During her tenure, Feinstein voted for appropriations worth billions of dollars to her husband’s firms URS Corp. and Perini Corp. Feinstein’s personal wealth accumulation since becoming a senator has grown to nearly $200 million. Feinstein has never held a job outside of public service. I am having trouble understanding how a public servant can accumulate a fortune of this magnitude.

Many of my colleagues in the alternative media have reported on Feinstein’s long list of conflicts of interest, including yours truly. This is why she is trying to attack the alternative media. In a quid pro quo, the gun-grabbing corporate controlled media, such as CNN, would never report on her illegal activities, but I will continue to do so as will my alternative media colleagues.

CNN’s ratings are in the toilet. The network used to get 6-10 million viewers for their primetime shows, now they get less than 500,000. Feinstein is carrying the water for the corporate controlled media and trying to eliminate the competition as much as possible. And of course, CNN would never reveal Feinstein’s dirty little secrets in exchange for her help.

The Communications Industry’s Attempt At Censorship

In 2009, I received an invitation to attend a victory party in Memphis to celebrate a grassroots victory over a senate bill which would have gutted net neutrality and would have subsequently subjected internet businesses and internet “bloggers” to the censorship whims of various communications firms (e.g., Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Bell South, etc.).

A strong grassroots movement gathered nearly two million signatures which were subsequently obtained and forwarded to Congress and this prevented the lame-duck congress from privatizing the internet at the expense of the American public’s right to self-expression. At the time, it seemed that the Memphis net-neutrality victory celebration may have been premature thanks to Arizona Senator, John McCain.

Demagogues Should Never Be Criticized

Senator John McCain previously introduced a bill that would fine bloggers up to $300,000 for “offensive statements, photos and videos posted by visitors on comment boards”.

If the bill would have been successful, this legislation would have marked the end for previously unrestrained opinions. Hiding behind the pretense of protecting our children, McCain’s legislation was referred to as the “Stop the Online Exploitation of Our Children Act.”

 The legislation demands that a Stalinist-type army of informants and spies will browse various websites looking for inappropriate Internet material which might pose a threat to children. McCain’s Internet army would then pass the information on to the relevant police authorities and subsequent bloggers could be fined $300,000 or have faced jail time.

Anyone who has participated in online comment boards is keenly aware that they are very difficult to moderate. Some articles and news events may receive thousands of comments. Yet, one oversight by the moderator, one day off from the Internet, could spell doom for the financial future of a blogger.

What citizen can afford to take that chance? Hence, your right to self-expression has been sacrificed. Your first amendment right to self-expression is technically still intact. However, the personal affordability to exercise free speech would have been severely jeopardized.

The implication? That Flintstones vitamins somehow fill this nutritional void. But let's look a little closer at some of these presumably healthy ingredients....

ASPARTAME
Aspartame is a synthetic combination of the amino acids aspartic acid and l-phenylalanine, and is known to convert into highly toxic methanol and formaldehyde in the body.  Aspartame has been linked to over 40 adverse health effects in the biomedical literature, and has been shown to exhibit both neurotoxicity and carcinogenicity [1]  What business does a chemical like this have doing in a children's vitamin, especially when non-toxic, non-synthetic non-nutritive sweeteners like stevia already exist?

CUPRIC OXIDE
Next, let's look closer at Cupric Oxide, 2mg of which is included in each serving of Flinstone's Complete chewable vitamins as a presumably  'nutritional' source of 'copper,' supplying "100% of the Daily Value  (Ages 4+), according to Flintstones Vitamins Web site's Nutritional Info.[2]

But what is Cupric Oxide? A nutrient or a chemical?

According to the European Union's Dangerous Substance Directive, one of the main EU laws concerning chemical safety, Cupric Oxide is listed as a Hazardous substance, classified as both  "Harmful (XN)" and "Dangerous for the environment" (N).  Consider that it has industrial applications as a pigment in ceramics, and as a chemical in the production of rayon fabric and dry cell batteries. In may be technically correct to call it a mineral, but should it be listed as a nutrient in a children's vitamin? We think not.

The EU's Dangerous Substance Directive classifies it as an environmental Hazard, "Dangerous for the environment (N)."  How it can be dangerous to the environment, but not for humans ingesting it, escapes me.  One thing is for sure, if one is to ingest supplemental zinc, or market it for use by children, it makes much more sense using a form that is organically bound (i.e. 'chelated') to an amino acid like glycine, as it will be more bioavailable and less toxic.

Gun Bill in Missouri Would Test Limits in Nullifying U.S. Law

All of a sudden, Missouri's governor was listed on the NAU board of governors of several states appointed by the President in anticipation of the North American Union.   That basically died when the Texans refuse to allow the North American Highway to cut through their state from Mexico to Canada, which would have divided the nation and it was huge, wide and long.  Kansas City was designated Mexico's inland Port.  HUH???

The Missouri Republican Party thinks linking guns to nullification works well, said Matt Wills, the party’s director of communications, thanks in part to the push by President Obama for tougher gun laws. “It’s probably one of the best states’ rights issues that the country’s got going right now,” he said.

The measure was vetoed last month by Gov. Jay Nixon, a Democrat, as unconstitutional. But when the legislature gathers again on Sept. 11, it will seek to override his veto, even though most experts say the courts will strike down the measure. Nearly every Republican and a dozen Democrats appear likely to vote for the override. 

Richard G. Callahan, the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, is concerned. He cited a recent joint operation of federal, state and local law enforcement officials that led to 159 arrests and the seizing of 267 weapons, and noted that the measure “would have outlawed such operations, and would have made criminals out of the law enforcement officers.”

In a letter explaining his veto, Mr. Nixon said the federal government’s supremacy over the states’ “is as logically sound as it is legally well established.” He said that another provision of the measure, which makes it a crime to publish the name of any gun owner, violates the First Amendment and could make a crime out of local newspapers’ traditional publication of “photos of proud young Missourians who harvest their first turkey or deer.” 

But the votes for the measure were overwhelming.  In the House, all but one of the 109 Republicans voted for the bill, joined by 11 Democrats. In the Senate, all 24 Republicans supported it, along with 2 Democrats. Overriding the governor’s veto would require 23 votes in the Senate and 109 in the House, where at least one Democrat would have to come on board. 

The National Rifle Association, which has praised Mr. Nixon in the past for signing pro-gun legislation, has been silent about the new bill. Repeated calls to the organization were not returned. 

Historically used by civil rights opponents, nullification has bloomed in recent years around a host of other issues, broadly including medical marijuana by liberals and the new health care law by conservatives. 

State Representative T. J. McKenna, a Democrat from Festus, voted for the bill despite saying it was unconstitutional and raised a firestorm of protest against himself. “If you just Google my name, it’s all over the place about what a big coward I am,” he said with consternation, and “how big of a ‘craven’ I was. I had to look that up.” 

The voters in his largely rural district have voiced overwhelming support for the bill, he said. “I can’t be Mr. Liberal, St. Louis wannabe,” he said. “What am I supposed to do? Just go against all my constituents?” 

As for the veto override vote, he said, “I don’t know how I’m going to vote yet.”

State Representative Doug Funderburk, a Republican from St. Peters and the author of the bill, said he expected to have more than enough votes when the veto override came up for consideration. 

Adam Winkler, a professor of law at the University of California, Los Angeles, who follows nullification efforts nationally, said that nearly two dozen states had passed medical marijuana laws in defiance of federal restrictions. Richard Cauchi, who tracks such health legislation for the National Conference of State Legislatures, said: 

“Since January 2011, at least 23 states have considered bills seeking to nullify the health care law; as of mid-2013 only one state, North Dakota, had a signed law. Its language states, however, that the nullification provisions ‘likely are not authorized by the United States Constitution.’ ”

 
What distinguishes the Missouri gun measure from the marijuana initiatives is its attempt to actually block federal enforcement by setting criminal penalties for federal agents, and prohibiting state officials from cooperating with federal efforts. That crosses the constitutional line, said Robert A. Levy, chairman of the libertarian Cato Institute’s board of directors — a state cannot frustrate the federal government’s attempts to enforce its laws.

Mr. Levy, whose organization has taken a leading role in fighting for gun rights, said, “With the exception of a few really radical self-proclaimed constitutional authorities, state nullification of federal law is not on the radar scope.” 

Still, other states have passed gun laws that challenge federal power; a recent wave began with a Firearms Freedom Act in Montana that exempts from federal regulations guns manufactured there that have not left the state. 

Gary Marbut, a gun rights advocate in Montana who wrote the Firearms Freedom Act, said that such laws were “a vehicle to challenge commerce clause power,” the constitutional provision that has historically granted broad authority to Washington to regulate activities that have an impact on interstate commerce. 

His measure has served as a model that is spreading to other states. Recently, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit struck down Montana’s law, calling it “pre-empted and invalid.” 

A law passed this year in Kansas has also been compared to the Missouri law. But Kris W. Kobach, the Kansas secretary of state, disagreed, saying it had been drafted “very carefully to ensure that there would be no situation where a state official would be trying to arrest a federal official.” 

In Missouri, State Representative Jacob Hummel, a St. Louis Democrat and the minority floor leader, said that he was working to get Democrats who voted for the bill to vote against overriding the veto. “I think some cooler heads will prevail in the end,” he said, “but we will see.” 

Taking up legislative time to vote for unconstitutional bills that are destined to end up failing in the courts is “a waste of taxpayers’ money,” Mr. Hummel said, adding that more and more, the legislature passes largely symbolic resolutions directed at Congress. 

“We’re elected to serve the citizens of the state of Missouri, at the state level,” he said. “We were not elected to tell the federal government what to do — that’s why we have Congressional elections.” 

The lone Republican opponent of the bill in the House, State Representative Jay Barnes, said, “Our Constitution is not some cheap Chinese buffet where we get to pick the parts we like and ignore the rest.” He added, “Two centuries of constitutional jurisprudence shows that this bill is plainly unconstitutional, and I’m not going to violate my oath of office.” 

Mr. Funderburk, the bill’s author, clearly disagrees. And, he said, Missouri is only the beginning. “I’ve got five different states that want a copy” of the bill, he said.
