Vatic Note: We never know if it will hit, but so far, everytime we have announced a warning, it lessened if not stopped the potential completion of these events. Its why we announce it. So please do not worry, but watch and be aware. We are keeping an eye on things.
The biggest concern were the scalar waves which were extensive and patterned, not random, so it was definitely a HAARP Signature. The good news is only one earthquake in northern California back on around the 7th, and it was a 7.4 with no news of any damage. That is a good sign.

VN: Now check this below to support a possible earthquake over San Diego, Ca. I lived in San Diego for 10 years and usually there are no clouds over San Diego at all. This time of year the Santa Ana's blow and the weather moves east to west, clear, dry and beautiful. Its generally spring and summer they get rain and some tropical from the southeast, but not fall/winter.
Check out this Haarp status map as well, which supports activity over Southern California, with the bulk of the higher waves near and in San Diego.

Light - Moderate sustained frequency over Central and Southern California with numerous scalar waves being detected. M3 - M5 - Change is expected and the reading indicates between then and and a few days it will happen. This is considered a moderate reading, which if a short spike can be a nearby event such as severe weather, unexpected lightning, or a tornado.
VN: The frequency is in the M3 - M5 range, so this is a warning for San Diego. There is a fault there and I was in an earthquake in that area and I swear when it hit I thought Paul Bunyon was pounding on my door. It shook the whole house.
It was like someone really big knocked on the door three times. I even imagined he had babe the blue ox with him. LOL
