Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. He doesn't present it. According to the speaker, the message was given on June 25; and he said that FEMA emergency units would be called up "within days if not hours." That was four or five days ago. Where's the movement?
I think that a more likely explanation is that the "emergency" is as fake as the avian flu pandemic that sold billions of dollars worth of vaccines. In this case, the powers that be are looking for an excuse to take over lucrative beachfront properties.
Well, a couple of things, this article was not about evac per se, rather if the storms appear to be large enought to create a problem blowing the poisons inland and thus harming the locals.
Having said that, I agree this whole thing is a controlled crisis they created so they could force their solutions down our throat to meet their agenda, not ours. However, they did intentionally poison the water with the corexit and after what I just found out about the toxic waste we are poisoning Iraq and Afghanistan, then it doesn't surprise me that we were scheduled to get our fair share.
Remember, depopulation is blind, its for everyone, however Eugenics is another matter, that is not blind and will determine who and what by genomes will replace those gone. That is where it gets even more hairy.
I forgot to mention, many times, the exposure of their plans early on, results in them being forced to change those plans.... so that could be the case here as well.
