I know this isn't going to go over well, but a deranged ~~Jewess~~ (VN: Khazar Zionist) went ballistic on me the other day for mildly criticizing Israel and the ~~Jewish~~ (VN: Khazar Zionist) congressmen who carry water for its harsh policies in Washington. She accused DWT of being a right-wing anti-semitic site. Ken and I are both ethnically Jewish (VN: Not Satanic Khazar, but real Jewish descent.)

I recollect, in fact, that his pops was a rabbi. Nether of us is anti-semitic or right-wing, unless you define the words to mean "not automatically following Israel's far right government". I remember once being in Morocco, in the wilds of the Rif Mountains, when we picked up a couple of America hitchhikers. They were loaded with kif (the local hashish) and we all got stoned out of our gourds.

They proceeded to tell one racist joke after another. It made my girlfriend very uptight. I knew how to shut them up. I told a "Jewish" joke. They didn't get it. They were incapable of getting it because they are Jewish and laughing at other ethnic groups is fine-- but not at Jews. They asked to be let out of the car. The deranged Jewess from the other day said she was unsubscribing from my Facebook page. Good and good!

Israel was once a force for progressivism and I was a huge Israel booster. My parents hid my passport in 1967 because they were afraid I was going to go join the Israeli Army. Israel has changed a lot from the days when an enlightened Labor Party built the country. It's now an apartheid state and everything it was founded to escape from. Feh!

When Roland somehow persuaded me to go there from Egypt a few years ago, I was miserable, only really enjoyed the West Bank, and couldn't wait to fly out of there and get to Istanbul. Racism, especially institutional, brutal, state-sponsored racism, is intolerable-- whether in Mississippi or Israel.

I think my friend Norman Solomon is Jewish. We never discussed it but the last name is a giveaway. I suspect the woman who unsubscribed from my Facebook page might be upset with an OpEd he wrote for the Daily Star this week. Pointing out that Israel is trying to sabotage peace talks with Iran is not popular in Israel-centric circles.

This winter and spring, the Israeli government and its allies are sure to strafe U.S. media and political realms with intense barrages of messaging. “Israel will supplement its public and private diplomacy with other tools,” the New York Times reported Monday from Jerusalem. “Several officials and analysts here said Israel would unleash its intelligence industry to highlight anticipated violations of the interim agreement.” Translation: Israel will do everything it can to undermine the next stage of negotiations and prevent a peaceful resolution of the dispute over Iran’s nuclear program.

I keep saying this, but I will continue to encourage you to rent the movie "The Soldier" since it tells you clearly what they plan for our children who will soon be "their" children.

This is why they drug children who show any level of creativity, thoughtfulness, rational thinking, and individuality and call it the bogus disease ADD or ADHD. We did a blog proving These diseases were created for those who are independant thinkers, & so psychiatrists could have prescription drug authority to enhance their image as doctors. Its why the PTB hate Home schooling, since it teaches our children how to think, analyze, ask questions about things that do not make sense and to engage in "inductive and deductive" reasoning, which is murder for propogandists.

Please, give this girl the time it takes to listen to all she had to say. You can tell she had put in a lot of effort into this endeavor and listening all the way through is the only way to reward her for her brave and courageous efforts. I have no doubt they will try to get rid of thoughtful kids like herself.

I wonder if those that ordered it done and those that did it, realized that is premeditated and genocidal murder? One thing about a psychopath that you can count on..... they will respond to any threat to them and that is a good thing, since they don't care about "ANYTHING ELSE". I also wonder if they realize those are death penalty offenses under international law as well as under our sovereign law? Once the criminals are finally prosecuted and punished accordingly, I will once again begin to slowly and gradually believe its possible to responsibly trust our system again. Who are the only ones that can do that? "WE, THE PEOPLE" and no one else, its becoming clear.

To me, this is amazing that these animals think they could run the planet, much less do anything else at a level that is not destructive. First of all, thanks for your courageous and ground breaking work on uncovering the Fukushima mass murder and terror operation.

I am writing this e-mail to provide you with forensic evidence that I have gathered on what the 311 tsunami attack was about and exactly who was involved.

My sources for what I am about to write include Japanese military intelligence, former Prime Minister Naoto Kan (whom I have known personally for many years), members of the crew that smuggled the nuclear weapons used in the attack into Japan, members of both the French and British branches of the Rothschild family, senior CIA agents and a member of the team that actually drilled the nuclear weapons into the seabed before the 311 attack.

The first thing you need to know is that the attack was planned many years before it happened. The Japanese business magazine Zaikai Tembo, citing a CIA report, wrote in February of 2007 that the US had decided that Japan was getting too much of its energy from nuclear power and that if that trend continued, Japan would no longer be dependent on US controlled oil and thus would no longer have to obey the US. The conclusion of the report was that the best way to ensure Japan remained a colony would be to destroy the Tokyo Electric Power company, the people who ran the Fukushima plant.

Senator J. Rockefeller, whose family controls (through foundations) General Electric, the manufacturers of the plant, was deeply involved in this operation. (VN: Guess who one of the major stock holders of GE is? The Queen of England. Keep that in mind as you read this below.) As a preliminary to destroying Japan’s nuclear power generation capability, Westinghouse and General Electric sold their nuclearpower plant manufacturing businesses to Toshiba and Hitachi. This was insider trading at the highest level and Hitachi and Toshiba should sue.

The ongoing attempt in recent years by an Asian secret society to wrest control of global finance from Western oligarch families is a bigger back-ground to the Fukushima sub-plot.

For example, Democratic Party of Japan Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa was asked at a G7 meeting to hand over $100 billion to the cabal. He answered that he would raise the money by selling $100 billion worth of US Treasury bonds. He was going to say this at the press conference that followed the G7 meeting so he was drugged to prevent him from doing so. Later, when he returned to Japan, he was murdered by CIA death squads.

Getting back to Fukushima, the refusal of the Japanese Democratic Party and authorities to hand over any real hard currency to the Western Oligarch families, resulted in the decision to go ahead with the Fukushima operation as a way of intimidating the Japanese once again into surrender and obedience.

One key source of mine, who has variously gone by the names of Richard Sorge, Alexander Romanov, etc., was part of a multi-agency Western ring involved in smuggling drugs into Japan. I have confirmed through a long term acquaintance by the name of Steve McClure, a supposed music journalist, that Richard Sorge was his long term supplier of drugs.

In any case, Sorge told me that he was summoned to Pattaya, Thailand, by a member of the British Special Air Service, a South African going by the name of Spencer and told to bring 70 kilograms of “thai stick” Marijuana, heavily laced with mind destroying chemicals and approach me. He was told to tell me to introduce the yakuza to him or else I would be killed. The Yakuza told me it was a trap and to keep away from it, which I did. Sorge also told me that when he was in Thailand, he was shown a 700 kiloton nuclear missile that was stolen from the sunken Russian submarine the Kursk. This missile was smuggled into Japan together with the drugs.

The man overseeing the smuggling operation was a former Hong Kong deputy police commissioner by the name of Stephens, according to Sorge and Spencer. The man in overall operational control of this operation against Japan was General Richard Meyers, according to CIA and other sources.

Based in subsequent interviews with members of Pentagon military intelligence and MI5, the route taken by the missile to Japan has been identified. It was part of a batch of four nuclear missiles stolen from the Kursk by Nazi underground forces who took them to their submarine base in the Atlantic Island of Sao Tome, according to MI5. From there, it was taken to another submarine base in New Guinea, according to Pentagon Military intelligence.

From there it was taken to the Philippines Yatch club where Stevens’ crew then took it by yacht to a remote island on the Okinawan archipelago. From there it was transported by fishing boat to the port of Kyushu. From Kyushu, the missile was taken by van to a property owned by former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone in Hi No De Cho, in Western Tokyo. From there it was taken to the North Korean Citizen’s organization headquarters near the Yasukuni shrine, according to Sorge.

Sorge risked his life and has survived multiple murder attempts because he attempted to warn the Japanese authorities about the impending nuclear terror attack. He told them the missile was at Nakasone’s property and he told me as well. The Japanese authorities ignored our warnings. Later we again told them the missile was located at the North Korean headquarters in Japan.

For his efforts, Sorge was arrested by plain clothes police who ignored his warnings about impending nuclear terror and instead asked him to testify falsely that I was a drug dealer.

A South African/British agent by the name of Michael Meiring, who had both legs blown off by a bomb said he was set by George Herbert Walker Bush Senior also began contacting me around this time. He came to me under the name of Dr. Michael Van de Meer and he showed me a bullet proof attaché case, 7 passports and an Uzi machine-gun. Dr. Van de Meer told me that Tony Blair had bragged I would be arrested on drug charges.

In any case, Japanese authorities failed to react to our warnings and the bomb was loaded onto the deep sea drilling ship Chikyu. Local news reports place the Chikyu drilling into the seabed off-shore from Sendai in the months before the March 11, 2011 Tsunami and nuclear terror attack against Japan.

Furthermore, multiple witnesses have come forth to testify that the Prime Minister Naoto Kan was seen inside the Japan Freemason headquarters building near Tokyo tower on the day before the 311 attack. He was being shown a map of Japan missing the Tohoku region where the tsunami it.

The Israeli company Magna BSP was in charge of security at the Fukushima nuclear plant at the time. A Miyagi prefectural government official says employees of this company loaded plutonium into the plant against his will in the months before 311.

Immediately after the tsunami and nuclear terror attack began, Prime Minister Naoto Kan was asked to order the evacuation of 40 million people from the Kanto plain, Kan said during a press conference at the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan.

He also received a phone call from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the day after the attack demanding that he sign over ownership of all Japanese government holdings of US government bonds to cabal oligarchs, which he did, according to Japanese military intelligence.

Following the attacks, a member of the Japanese self-defense forces who was involved in breaking up the nuclear bomb from the Kursk into several smaller bombs and drilling them into the seabed, showed up at the Tachikawa Christian church run by Pastor Paolo Izumi asking for protection.

He said that 14 of his colleagues who were involved in the drilling operation, not understanding the purpose of what they were doing, had been murdered in order to silence them and that he feared for his life. The man was sheltered by the church and is now in the witness protection program.

The Mechanics of Prayer

Vatic Note: This is excellent and well worth the read. Its a unique treatment of the issue of prayer. In Greg Bradens book, "The Healing Power of Belief", he discusses the research done by scientists that confirm that prayer actually works, IF IT IS DRIVEN BY "BELIEF" which is critical for prayer to work. If you believe in God, then look at how he created us and our DNA. He put in 10% of the DNA as our physical characterics that can be sequenced and identified. That left 90% of the DNA as "junk DNA" for 40 years, since it could not be sequenced as the first 10% were. That has changed recently.

Experiments were done by a Linguist, and a Microbiologist and they discovered that the 90% was a full blown language. It was amazing, what they discovered. It has a 25,000 character alphabet while ours is only 26 characters. That means the DNA can talk to a host of others through that Junk DNA. The experiment was so successful, that the military took it over and confirmed the results, but went even further and found out that distance and time are irrelevant in that communication between a human and his DNA. Who else does the DNA talk to?

Now the question is "what is prayer of any kind?" Isn't it "communication" both between ourselves and our own DNA and also between our DNA and God, whoever that maybe for each of us. I am more of a traditionalist in that area and believe that God created us with this system in every cell in our bodies. How genius is that? I also now believe that is the explanation of why "prayer works". We can literally heal ourselves through our DNA as God intended. He made it easy for us to pray to him, the DNA "hears" the request and responds immediately based on the POWER of BELIEF as Greg Braden showed through other studies confirming that prayer works, since frequency and energy are tied into "belief" and ends up affecting our reality.

Prayer means many different things to many different people. It is something that is so pervasive in our lives that it permeates fully through our societies and cultures. All cultures and religious traditions have their own practices when it comes to prayer, but let us acknowledge the similar theme.

People all over the world right now are praying, to influence their world and the universe in myriad ways. But what factors determine the effectiveness of prayer, what is the fundamental basis of its function? How does it work to influence our daily lives and shape our world?

Prayer is our divine and innate connection with the fabric of reality, the way that we write our free will upon the world. To completely examine the nature of prayer we must look at it through various lenses and perspectives, involving spirituality and science, to find the common factors that describe this ancient tradition.

To better understand the mechanics of prayer, let us view it through the Quantum lens. A crucial part of Quantum physics, Warner Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle dictates that we can only measure where a particle is, or how fast it is moving. The act of measuring one of these quantities actually increases uncertainty in the other.

What this means is that energy exists as a wave when unobserved, and as a particle when we measure observe it in a location. Observation is the action that separates a particle into either state. But what is the particle when it is not being observed?

Waves in Quantum are actually waves of probability, where everything exists as a formless potentia throughout which any possible outcome can arise. Consciousness interacts with the infinite potentia to create and collapse the world around us into what we call our reality. But our true reality lies within the infinite, as parts of the all connected unitive consciousness of energy. Every particle and atom in the universe is born from the same infinite miasma, and as such, absolutely everything in the universe is one.

The focus of prayer does not need to be directed outward to an external source, it needs to be directed inwards, into our own personal connection with the source. By actively focusing our consciousness, we collapse the wave function of energies, and we consciously create the universe around us. We have stumbled through Quantum theory to finally come to the conclusion that its fundamental function works exactly as prayer does. But with this new foundation in mind, let us examine prayer in its current state.

But to focus our energy is more than just naming the new reality or possibility, it requires complementing it with thought, feeling, and belief. To influence the fabric of existence, we must consciously create with our intent. Prayers are more than just reciting words and chants, it is to be done with feeling, with purpose, and with intent. The combination and arrangement of words isn’t what makes prayer powerful, but what comes from our hearts. By feeling and making a vibration, we send that wave out to influence the infinite probabilities and possibilities in the universe. (VN: Very well said, he is absolutely right on. Intent and strong feeling are the ways that we create our vibration, and manage the frequency of our wave. Every feeling, mindset, emotion, and thought has a corresponding coherent wave pattern that propagates outward into the fabric of the universe. As it moves through the infinite potential energy, it creates further waves and ripples, and influences all of the energy it comes into contact with. When praying, our intent and pure emotion are the catalysts that actually shape the universe around us, that collapse all of the waves into existence, into reality.

We create and shape the world around us with simple, natural, human feelings.

But the caveat from Heisenberg again is that we can influence the wave with our energy, but when we observe, it collapses. In prayer, if we are so tied up and entangled with our intent, trying to observe our reality and call it into existence at the same time, we make the energy collapse. Intent fails if we are attached to the outcome of our prayers, for the energy cannot occupy both states; we can know it as wave/vibration or as particle/location due to uncertainty.

The most important part of effective prayer and manifesting is to be free of attachment to the outcomes, so that your vibration and intent are not interfered with by observation.

The ego mind plays the biggest role in attaching to the outcomes, as it is focused upon controlling the ‘how’ of the universe, or the particular way and pattern the energy expresses itself. But we cannot bend the universe to our will; we can work with it to influence and shape the expression of its energy. Instead of wishing, hoping for something to come to pass, we must instead be and feel the vibration that we wish to experience, that we wish to send out and influence the rest of the universe. One must feel, completely and wholly, that an intent or outcome already exists in the universe, is already happening. By surrounding ourselves with our new reality, our present reality grows to encompass the new vibration.

With this new glimpse at the mechanics of prayer, we see people all around the world, whether knowingly or unknowingly, constantly shape their daily existence. The universe is made of energy, and to better understand and interact with it, we need to only speak in its language; emotion. Prayer molds the medium, and paints the picture of the world around us. We simply need to be the vibration, be the wave, and be the change in the world that we want to see. We aren’t waiting for the world to change, it is already happening, right now, in each moment. As we all consciously focus our awareness, intent, and emotion to call forth the vibrations and the energy we wish to experience in our universe.

Scientists have developed a genetic test which can help diagnose a potentially fatal blood disorder in babies while they are still in the womb, it emerged today.

The technique has been designed to help pregnant women with Rhesus disease, which occurs when the mother's immune system reacts against her baby's blood type.

Under the new procedure, doctors are able to extract the unborn baby's DNA from a sample of the mother's blood.

This allows them to determine the developing foetus' blood group just a few weeks into the pregnancy.
The team behind the pioneering blood test are now hoping it could be used to identify and treat other inherited genetic diseases in unborn children.

The research and development of the technique was carried out by a team from the Blood Transfusion Service at Southmead Hospital and the University of the West of England, led by Professor Peter Soothill, from the University of Bristol.

"It is now possible to do genetic tests on unborn babies from their mother's blood," he said.
"This is invaluable in terms of treating Rhesus disease, but what is really exciting is the opportunities it has for the future.

"What is surprising is that there are free-floating DNA in the mother's blood. That could have important health implications."

Rhesus disease occurs in about one in a hundred cases of pregnant women with Rhesus negative blood having babies with Rhesus positive blood.

In the worst instances of the disease, the mother's body produces antibodies which attack the baby's red blood cells.

This causes the developing foetus to become anaemic and can ultimately lead to miscarriage or stillbirth.
Rhesus disease had been difficult to detect until late on during a pregnancy, and mothers deemed to be at risk often had to undergo a amniocentesis test.

This carries a risk of miscarriage as well as making the disease more severe.
But Prof Soothill's new procedure means mothers can now be diagnosed at an early stage and not have to undergo the high risk test.

It also means the baby can be given regular blood transfusions through the umbilical cord to ensure it remains healthy and does not have to be born prematurely.

Professor Soothill said about 17% of all pregnant women had Rhesus negative blood, but that only one in 100 of these who then had Rhesus positive babies developed the disease.

He said about four years work had gone into developing the procedure, which he added, was now attracting interest from all over the world.

"There is nowhere else in the world that is doing this at the moment," he said.

"We have had blood samples from the United States and other parts of the world."

The professor said he hoped the test, which has so far been carried out on 140 women with 100% accuracy, would soon become more widely available.

He said it could ultimately be used to reduce the number of intrusive procedures carried out during pregnancy.

Rachel and Dave Lewis, from Yatton, Bristol, are one of the first couples to benefit from the pioneering new procedure.

The couple's first child, three-year-old Rohan, had to be born prematurely by Caesarean section after Mrs Lewis was identified late on in her pregnancy as having Rhesus disease.

Rohan had become anaemic and had to spend several weeks in intensive care and under phototherapy lights before he was allowed home.

When Mrs Lewis fell pregnant with the couple's second child, Alanna, she was offered the pioneering test after just a few days by staff at St Michael's hospital in Bristol.

The test showed again that she had Rhesus disease, but this time doctors were able to monitor her condition and carry out regular blood transfusions to ensure the baby was kept healthy throughout the nine-month term.

"This time has been completely different," said Mrs Lewis. "With Rohan, I was discharged and had to go home without my baby. I was a nervous wreck.

"With Alanna, I have been monitored right throughout the pregnancy, which gave us so much more confidence.

"She has not needed any special care, she feeds better - she is just a normal healthy, happy baby. The last time was traumatic, this time I felt safe."

Vatic Note: If True, then this is an amazing turn of events and bodes well for the immediate future. However, lets remember some things here. Reuters is very much involved in the reporting of this story and who owns Rueters? Rothschild. This is either a delaying tactic because so much as been exposed and revealed about their plans, or its true. On the first case it means there is only a "delay" needed for time to fix the problem, and in the second instance, its a permanent change, that will take the pressure off the US and its allies, on WW III. By permanent, I simply mean a year or two or longer.

Lets also remember a few days ago Bilderberg called for an emergency meeting in Rome, which took place. Given their absolute need for war in order to profit from the deaths of millions, it may well have become obvious the out come was going to be much different than they needed and decided to delay it until they could be sure of the outcome. If the US is the designated loser as proposed in several of our blogs, and if that was not certain any longer due to the exposure and if it was due to Israel's messing up the cover up planned for this war, then the powers that be may have decided to use Israel as the scap goat and sell them down the river. We won't know for a while yet. But lets keep a heads up on this and watch closely and carefully.

Benjamin Netanyahu has suffered a major political setback due in large part to the work of U.S. Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns.

“The Secret Mission of William J. Burns” is a true story that begins in Amman, Jordan. The year is 1983.

William J. Burns, a 27-year-old U.S. Foreign Service officer, is on his first overseas post to Amman, Jordan.
War is raging between Iran and Iraq. Burns volunteers to drive a truck load of communications equipment across the desert from Amman to Baghdad, Iraq, a distance of 500 miles.

As soon as the freshly-minted diplomat reaches the Iraqi border, he is arrested and held for two days before being escorted to the capital by police.

As Burns would later recall, his career “didn’t exactly get off to a rocket-propelled start.” After that two-day delayed mission to Baghdad, however, the career of William J. Burns has taken off like a rocket.
Currently serving as the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, Burns (pictured above with President Obama) has just completed a far more significant secret mission. He has led ”a secret U.S. back channel to Iran going back to before the June election of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani”.

Lauren Rosen reported the story on her Back Channel news blog for Al Monitor:

Burns was tapped to lead the US diplomatic effort to establish a bilateral channel with Iran, which gained momentum after the exchange of letters between US President Barack Obama and Iranian President Rouhani in early August, US officials said.

Led by Burns, the US’s second highest ranking diplomat and a former lead US Iran nuclear negotiator, the US effort to form direct contacts with Iran also includes two officials from the Obama White House:

Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor to Vice President Joe Biden, and Puneet Talwar, the National Security Staff senior director for Iran, Iraq, and Persian Gulf affairs, US officials confirmed.

The agreement reached to cover the next six months, according to Al Monitor’s Lauren Rozen, “was painstakingly assembled during four days of marathon negotiations”. The agreement calls for Iran:

"To halt most of its uranium enrichment efforts, eliminate its stockpiles of uranium already purified to near weapons grade quality, open its facilities to daily monitoring by international inspectors and significantly slow the construction of the Arak plutonium reactor.

Nuclear weapons can be assembled using either enriched uranium or plutonium, and the new pact is designed to make it difficult, if not impossible, for Iran to gain enough of either material for a bomb.

In exchange, Iran would gain some relief from the punishing economic sanctions that had been leveled by Washington and its allies in recent years, freeing up roughly $6 billion.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not know of Ambassador Burns’ bilateral channel with Iran until September 30 when he learned of it directly from President Barack Obama. After the story became public, the Israeli conservative newspaper The Times of Israel, reported how the news had reached Netanyahu:

"In the confines of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on September 30, just after the Jewish high holidays, Obama revealed to Netanyahu that his administration had been engaged in secret, high-level diplomatic talks with the mortal enemy of the Jewish state.

Netanyahu’s immediate public reaction betrayed no surprise, but a day later he launched a full-frontal attack on Iran, delivering a blistering speech at the UN General Assembly in which he said the Islamic Republic was bent on Israel’s destruction and accused Rouhani of being a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.”

Netanyahu’s allies in the U.S. Israel Lobby, including members of Congress, led by New York Senator Charles Schumer and his Republican colleague from Illinois, Senator Mark Kirk, in concert with pro-Israel media, and conservative Jewish organizations, have all joined Israel’s side in an effort to scuttle the agreement with Iran.

This is not the first time Benjamin Netanyahu has encountered William J. Burns. Sixteen years after his first low-level posting in Amman, Burns returned to Jordan in 1998 as the U.S. ambassador.
Speaking to the Senate committee considering his nomination in 1998, Burns said:

“It is a special honor and pleasure to have been nominated to return as Ambassador to Jordan, where I began my diplomatic career sixteen years ago.”

The new ambassador began his second tour in Amman a few months after September 25, 1997, when, on a sidewalk in Amman, a team of Israeli assassins unsuccessfully tried to kill Hamas political bureau director Khalid Mishal, by injecting poison in his ear.

Burns was not serving in Jordan at the time. He was, however, the U.S. ambassador who had to deal with the diplomatic aftermath of the failed Israeli assassination attempt.

That connection calls for consideration of a book that appeared twelve years after the failed assassination attempt. Australian journalist Paul McGeough published a meticulously well-crafted account of the street attack and its aftermath, Kill Khalid: The Failed Mossad Assassination of Khalid Mishal and the Rise of Hamas. (The New Press, 2009).

In my August 2, 2009 Wall Writings posting on the book, I described it this way:

The book races along like a spy thriller, starring real-life leaders like Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, President Bill Clinton, the King of Jordan, and Khalid Mishal, whose near-death experience in Amman projected him into his current role as the leader of the Hamas political bureau.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal (Tribunal) reconvened on 20 November 2013 to hear two charges against Amos Yaron (first Defendant) and the State of Israel (second Defendant). The first Defendant was charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, whilst the second Defendant was charged with the crime of genocide and war crimes.
The charge against the first Defendant is as follows –

Massacre of 3,000 to 3,500 Palestinians in the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Israeli-occupied Lebanon in September of 1982.

“The Defendant Amos Yaron perpetrated War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, and Genocide in his capacity as the Commanding Israeli General in military control of the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps in Israeli occupied Lebanon in September of 1982 when he knowingly facilitated and permitted the large-scale Massacre of the Residents of those two camps in violation of the Hague Regulations on Land Warfare of 1907; the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949; the 1948 Genocide Convention; the Nuremberg Charter (1945), the Nuremberg Judgment (1946), and the Nuremberg Principles (1950); customary international law, jus cogens, the Laws of War, and International Humanitarian Law”

The charge against the second Defendant [State of Israel] is as follows –

Bodies of Palestinians massacred in Deir Yassin village, massacre by Israeli Haganah against Palestinian civilians on April 9, 1948. (VN: how can anyone look at this and not see the horrific and dehumanized crime this is. What kind of soul-less people could do this to children?)

“From 1948 and continuing to date the State of Israel (hereafter ‘the Defendant’) carried out against the Palestinian people a series of acts namely killing, causing serious bodily harm and deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction.

The conduct of the Defendant was carried out with the intention of destroying in whole or in part the Palestinian people. These acts were carried out as part of a manifest pattern of similar conduct against the Palestinian people.

These acts were carried out by the Defendant through the instrumentality of its representatives and agents including those listed in Appendices 1 and 2."

Such conduct constitutes the Crime of Genocide under international law including the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide 1948 (‘the Genocide Convention’) in particular Article II and punishable under Article III of the said Convention.

It also constitutes the crime of genocide as stipulated in Article 10 of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War.

Such conduct by the Defendant as an occupying power also violates customary international law as embodied in the Hague Convention of 1907 Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, and the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.

Such conduct also constitutes War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity under international law.”
The charges (together with the particulars of the charges) had been duly served on the Defendants, and were read in open court by the Registrar as these proceedings commenced.

Neither Defendant was present in these proceedings, but both were represented by the Amicus Curiae-Defence Team.

In his opening statement, the Chief Prosecutor Prof Gurdial Singh said that the Prosecution will adduce evidence to prove the counts in the indictment through oral and written testimonies of victims, witnesses, historical records, narrative in books and authoritative commentaries, resolutions of the United Nations and reports of international bodies.

Letter to Mr. Gyngell about his planned "telemovie", by Edward Middleton, Strategic Research

Mr Gyngell,

I have some very important questions to put to you, to which I believe the public, your stockholders, and your staff, are entitled to answers. They pertain to production of your planned telemovie, which is scripted to misrepresent Schapelle Corby, with potentially serious impact upon her welfare:

Could you explain why your network has never reported the story below, and in particular, why the attached UN submission, from people in over 50 nations, regarding malversation by Australian government ministers, has not been referenced, even once, in any broadcast? Why have visible protests in support of it, by globally known figures, been totally ignored?

Could you explain why you have never referenced any of the government cables, correspondence, minutes, transcripts and other material published by The Expendable Project? I am sure that you can see why this is problematic. This constitutes clear irrefutable primary evidence, which conclusively proves the actions of those involved in the case, by their own hands. But it has never been reported, or referenced, despite its central importance. Could you explain this?

Why is your network now embarking upon a project, to present a story to the public which is not based upon any reliable or credible evidence whatsoever? It is, demonstrably, fiction. Yet, you intend to broadcast this damaging content, rather than the factual evidenced events, as proven by the most reliable and definitive of sources.

The problem, Mr Gyngell, isn't only that such self-censorship dissimulates issues of serious political substance, regarding the conduct of a previous Australian government. It is also that the refusal to report the emerging material, and the intention to broadcast fabrication and distortion instead, has a direct impact upon the lives of Schapelle Corby and her family.

I do understand that gutter broadcasting has been prevalent for many years on this case, and that an endless stream of smears and falsehoods have been published and broadcast by most media organizations. However, with the information now available, and after nine years of trauma for Schapelle Corby herself, this must be brought to end, rather than be significantly escalated as Nine Network currently intend.

Finally, perhaps you might consider this. What if, on release, or from her prison cell, Schapelle Corby asks the public directly "Why has Nine Network never reported the hundreds of government cables published by the Expendable Project, which prove my innocence, but has instead put false words into my mouth via FremantleMedia, presenting them as factual?".

How would you answer her, Mr Gyngell, given that you can no longer claim that you didn’t know?

Australia's Nine Network has this week been advertising its 2014 'blockbuster', which, in reality, will broadcast the most appalling and flagrant of propagandistic smears and fabrications into Australian homes.

This represents, not only a direct assault on the victim, Schapelle Corby (perfectly timed to undermine her application for life-saving parole), but a blatant attempt to blind the public to serious criminal acts, perpetrated by ministers of state and the AFP.

THE SCHAPELLE CORBY STORY
Schapelle Corby was sentenced to 20 years in an Indonesian prison in 2005, when 4.2 kg of marijuana was found in her boogie-board bag upon collection at Denpasar airport, Indoensia. However, not only did her own government know that she was innocent, it actually held the proof that she was innocent.

To protect the newly privatized Sydney Airport, their investments in Indonesia, and their own status and positions, ministers and others withheld this proof. They wilfully buried it, subsequently misdirecting Parliament, lying to the public, and evading all responsibilities of office. They went further, seizing the revenue she needed for medication, sabotaging her appeal, and unleashing the most sustained campaign of hostile media vilification in the history of the nation.

The enormous cache of government documentation, published by The Expendable Project, which proves every word of this, remains entirely censored by the mainstream Australian media. It is HERE, to be seen.
However, with this information again threatening to reach the public domain, a new initiative is to be unleashed: a telemovie, which will paint a picture which has been conclusively and absolutely proven to be fiction and fabrication.
