Vatic Note: This was fascinating to me because I actually met Ted Bundy when I was working for a legislative committee in Washington State as Chief of staff and research analyst and I had to do a project where we had to match the education system of Viet Nam with ours and theirs was based on the French system of "letters". Ted represented the governors office at the time and we all were trying to find a way to accommodate the influx of Viet Nam refugees into our university system.

While he was charming and cordial, he wasn't that charming or cordial, so that is not the reason he worked his way up the system internally, rather it was his connections and he as much as said so.

What is ironic, the first body of the series he killed was found only two blocks from my house on a lake in the woods. Talk about freaking out, you can imagine.

In the 1980s one of the most famous criminals was a serial killer named Ted (Theodore) R. Bundy. It is not publicly known why he killed so many innocent victims. Ted Bundy told his girlfriend Elizabeth Kendall that "the force" caused him to kill. Bundy’s confession to her was given after his final arrest in Florida.

Elizabeth wrote down his confession as he gave it to her over the phone. Ted said, "I don’t have a split personality. I don’t have blackouts. I remember everything I’ve done. Like Lake Sammamish. We went out to Farrell’s for ice cream after eating hamburgers. It wasn’t like I had forgotten or couldn’t remember, but it was just over...gone...the force wasn’t pushing me any more. Vatic Note: Wow, this is cherry. Here is the man who said the GOP was going to have a brokered convention and he even knew who the winner was going to be, becuase he took him over to china and introduced him. The original founder of the Astor fortune was John Jacob Astor (1763-1848). John Jacob Astor was born in Walldorf, Duchy of Baden (Germany) from a Jewish bloodline. By 1788, Astor was a master of Masonic lodge #8. This is rather interesting considering Astor could not speak English when he arrived in America, and supposedly was very poor. The only way I came to believe this was to read the previous two blogs over two days about the plasma universe and how its reflected in the fetus of a baby. The grid pattern is exactly like that within the fetus. Amazing stuff we have here. So here is a series of recommended suggestions to bring the future 1000 years about...

1. Bond with those around you even if they are strangers. Use discernment, and avoid those you feel are harmful. Become that person who needs help and do what you would need or like done for and to you. That is called empathy, then do for others that you would like done for you.

2. Judge no one Even if you feel someone is harmful,avoid them, but do not judge them as only "God knows" what is in a mans heart. We do not know their story or the journey they are on. This included "forgiveness" as well, for those who ask for it. Remember no one including you or me is perfect.

3. Focus on working on you and how 'YOU' RESPOND TO WHAT SOMEONE ELSE DOES. Face the fact that you cannot control a single other soul on the planet, but you can control you and change "how you see your world and those that offend you". When you do that you change from low vibration of judgement to the high of acceptance and focus from within. For the first time you MUST listen to your "feelings" about things and keep your head out of it. Trust those feeling, as they serve you, where your head only educates you to what you are "feeling".

4. Read all you can on the plasma universe since it basically tells us what is our connection to it and how the evil ones do everything in their power to disrupt that connection, like pumping fear. Its NOT the truth that is the problem, its our REACTION TO IT that is the problem.

How I deal with the information is I take it in, question it all, and if it doesn't "feel" right, than I ignore it. If it feels right, then I act upon it like posting it or passing it around everywhere with my comments and assessments and doubts about it if there are any. I then warn everyone, do not go into fear but go into connecting with everyone around you that is safe. The composite energy is even more powerful than each of us individually..

This is only the beginning and as we learn, more and more of the veil is lifted, then we can respond appropriately. Until the evil ones actually do something militarily to us, we can stay in our power generating mode. If attacked, then the universe has provided for us to "defend" and made passion our ammo excellerator, which means we could even shut down their drones and any other electronic based equipment they throw at us.

Finally, remember, they do things to either make us afraid, or to get us to react violently and if we do not, they are toast as we have seen so far. If the time comes that we do have to react as such then we have right against might and right wins every time. DARPA is at it again. This time, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has announced plans to create nanochips for monitoring troops health on the battlefield.

Kate Knibbs at Mobiledia reports the sensors are targeted at preventing illness and disease, the two causes of most troops medical evacuations.

What seems like a simple way of cutting costs and increasing efficiency has some people concerned that this is the first step in a "computer chips for all" scenario.

Astronomers using NASA’s X-ray satellite observatory, Chandra, viewed the filaments stretching for millions of light years through space, with one passing through our own galaxy. They calculate that the filaments contain five times more mass than all the stars in the Universe.

According to Robert Britt, studies show that both ordinary and dark matter work in concert to build delicate filaments in space, with dense junctions where galaxies cluster. The resulting structures, he says, look something like spider webs. Klaus Dolag and colleagues report that, based on computer simulations of magnetic fields in galaxy clusters, galaxy clusters are embedded in large-scale spider-web-like structure of filaments...

Astronomers say that the filamentary structures are so hot that it would generally be invisible to optical, infrared, and radio telescopes. In other words, they are by definition, dark matter.

The filaments are detected only because higher density matter tends to accumulate and condense in these filaments. Radiation from this high density matter around the nearly invisible cosmic filaments has been measured by scientists to confirm the existence of these filaments in intergalactic space.

Fort Leonard Wood Public Affairs director Tiffany Wood has provided the first official response to the shocking U.S. Army document that outlines the implementation of re-education camps, admitting that the manual was “not intended for public release” and claiming that its provisions only apply outside the United States, a contention completely disproved by the language contained in the document itself.

After a reader sent Wood a link to where the manual, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF), can be downloaded on the army.mil website (but only by military employees with special credentials), Wood responded by stating that the document should not be in the public domain.

“The document was not intended for public release,” said Wood, adding, “Any other questions regarding the

document, you will need to file a FOIA request.”

This means that either hackers have obtained access to a secure military website and downloaded the manual or it was leaked by a military employee concerned about the content of the document.

Ron Paul Could Still Win Enough Delegates To Deny Mitt Romney The Republican Nomination

Despite what you may have heard from the mainstream media, Mitt Romney does not have the Republican nomination locked up. In fact, he is rapidly losing delegates that almost everyone assumed that he already had in the bag. To understand why this is happening, you have to understand the delegate selection process.

Each state has different rules for selecting delegates to the Republican national convention, and in many states the "voting" done by the public does not determine the allocation of delegates to particular candidates at all. And the truth is that delegates are the only thing that really matters in this race.

In state after state, the Ron Paul campaign is focusing on the delegate selection process with laser-like precision, and it is paying off big time. At this point, there is still a legitimate chance that Ron Paul will be able to win enough delegates to deny Mitt Romney the nomination on the first ballot at the Republican national convention in Tampa.

If Romney does not have the 1,144 delegates that he needs on the first ballot, then it becomes a brokered convention and anything becomes possible at that point. (VN: Well, gee whiz, no kidding. talk about being behind the times, this author has not been reading the Chinese press and he should. Jeb Bush was taken to China by Illuminati family SEc of State, Kissinger and introduced as the next President of the US. He was also told that Jeb would win the brokered convention deal. So my question is..... Is Ron Paul a foil to make a brokered convention and if that is the case then why did the elite not want Romney, is he a good guy in disguise??? Well, it turns out that Ron Paul actually won 20 out of the 28 delegates in Iowa. That is because the process of actually selecting the delegates occurred long after the voting by the public was over.

What, if any, importance is "Dark Matter" to the Universe?

First Lets recap what we know. Gregg Braden published a book about "The Divine Matrix", which gave us the theory of dark matter that was first published by mathmaticians trying to explain the universes behavior with so little visible matter showing and yet gravity was more than that justified by what we saw. The scientists then knew something was out there and called it dark matter because they could not see it. Some call it dark energy, but its been fully confirmed to be Dark Matter that is invisible.

Then , he published, an experiment that was done not too long ago at the Cern Accelerator in Cern Switzerland. The results, without going into the details of the actual experiment, was that scientists, after many trials with the same results, determined that there was dark matter and that it was "INTELLIGENT". They even invented a machine so they could see it and then experimented with dark matter and our DNA. The results were so impressive, the miliary took over the experiment and went further with it and did not publish the results, but we did find out and it was even more impressive, just how powerful we are and why.

Once you accept DM is intelligent, and you accept the other experiments which showed DNA has a full blow language, so someone "intelligent" is talking to us, and you accept that when you get a gut feeling you can't explain, but it always turns out to be right, and you add these together, along with the next blog going up tomorrow on dark matter invading humans, and keeping in mind its "intelligent", then you will begin to see why you need to read this below.

I highly recommend you buy Greg Bradens book, "The Divine Matrix" and see just how different your world is, compared to that "sold" to us by the khazar bankers and their minions. If I were you I would either google Vatic Project - "michael Tsarion: The Origins of Evil, (who also stated in these videos that we are "extraordinary beings living ordinary lives" or do a search on our site, but already I can see these evil ones do not want you to see or read any of this. Galaxy, a massive, gravitationally bound system that consists of stars and stellar remnants and an interstellar medium of gas and dust. This is what we imagine and think of when we hear the word “Galaxy”. But there’s something wrong with our understanding of galaxies such as our own Milky Way.

Vatic Note: Well, this was a great read, except I am unsure about the Reptilian blood issue. However, it is likely, given the historical record, that may explain some of the other more condemning features of the elites psychopathy. I believe the black hair and piercing blue eyes are from a non reptillian race because of the prosecution by the reptilian English of the Basque and Celts who are purely dark hair and piercing blue eyes. This persecution has been going on for centuries.

Now, the reptillians could have and most certainly did mate with others of the other alien blood line, but different aliens and they were very selective as the black haired blue-eyed Kate shows who married William. (All of this is if you assume the reptillians do exist and right now, none of us can say we have proof for sure, only circumstantial evidence, but I am going to continue as if its true).

It appears to me the Queen is a result of that type of breeding as well. But i suspect the breeding is carefully watched and controlled. It may explain the compulsion by the elite to track all negs through the new DNA collection process. They now appear to want to control all breeding of all hybrids and eventually take over the reproductive functions as we have shown on here. Something about them scares the controllers. What I saw below in the characteristics was a distinct difference between those of the supposed Reptillians and the others.

For instance, the non rep alien hybrids seem to be more affected by social considerations such as a feeling of a misson they must do, or reactions to bad things happening where they feel they must fight evil. What was most interesting was the proof of connection between Enoch's time frame and the appearance of RH Neg blood on this planet. And the Book of Enoch was taken out of the Bible as late as 1921. Yet, the Jewish Book still has it in it. But the reptilian catholic church calls it heresy, why?

This author has good "critical thinking" skills. Just look at the questions he asks and how very probing and relevant they are. Unfortunately for all of us he has chosen a religion that has a history of harming and death rather than life as their focus. Hopefully he will find a way to work out of it and use his talents for greater spiritual "life" and expansion, rather than dark contraction.

I have personally in real life experienced real satanic, pagan, and dark arts wiccan players who have used lying, deception and other immoral methods to try and destroy humans they cannot interact with on a normal social level. And they are training their children and exampling them in the same fine arts of pathological lying and deception. So I know it all exists. I have had to go to court over some of this and its not over yet. Not until June 27, when our supeanoed witnesses will appear and set the record straight. But I guarantee you the evil was palpable. They can still make better choices since the gate is always open to change.

From my research which is not over yet, by a long shot, I find that RH neg of a certain type of alien may well have come from much more socially advanced beings who literally cannot lie, nor engage in actions that harm another. If anything, the opposite appears to be true, they are way too honest which isolates them, and way to feeling and quick to help others who are suffering. That is definitely not the case with the reptillians and believe me when I say, its taken me years to even come as far as I have where they are concerned and I saw it for myself on George HW Bush. I won't go into it here, but he shapeshifted and I saw is eyes when he got angry. I believe that is why he had to take Halsion when he was President, which is banned worldwide elsewhere.

There are VERY few aberrations. It rarely changes.

Most people, about 85%, have RH-positive blood. That could support the idea that humans evolved or were derived from Primates. 15 % of humans have RH-negative blood.

If blood type is one of least mutable human characteristic, where did the RH negative come from? This question has puzzled scientists for years. There is some evidence that suggests the RH-negative blood group may have appeared about 35,000 years ago. And the appearance was regional and seemed to be connected with certain groups/tribes of people.

DHS Considers Collecting DNA From Kids; DEA and US Marshals Already Do

New born babies have not committed any crimes yet. I can partially understand collecting if from prisoners, but not new borns. We made no noise about it when we learned our new borns will be recorded and tracked. its what you would do with your cattle to control breeding, track whereabouts for your entire life, and to circumvent the 5th amendment against self incrimination.

We are suffering from "gradualism". Half the people in this nation, if not the world, have no idea all this is going on. I remember a G-20 meeting shortly after 9-11 and emailed and posted that meeting on alternative sites and the comment was pulled and I was banned again, because I reported that at the meeting, everyone agreed that globally their objective was to track every single individual on the planet and it was to be done through chipping and DNA collection. Here we are 10 years later and its happening. Resist your children being DNA collected.

If you believe this is about tracking illegals, then think again about how the patriot act was only for foreign terrorists, or so they said. Now its being used against Americans. Documents just released by US Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) in response to one of EFF’s Freedom of Information Act requests show that DHS is considering collecting DNA from kids ages 14 and up—and is exploring expanding its regulations to allow collection from kids younger than that.

The proposal appears to be working its way through DHS in the wake of regulations from the Department of Justice that require all federal agencies—including DHS and its components such as ICE—to collect DNA from individuals arrested for federal crimes as well as “from non-United States persons who are detained under the authority of the United States,” whether or not they have been involved in criminal activity.

While the law specifically exempts a few classes of “aliens,” the documents we received show DHS may start DNA collection from anyone it fingerprints. Currently, that’s any child over 14 who’s detained, but we also found records that show ICE could lower that age even more.

Is It Past Time for An Ethics Panel for Science and Legislation to Instill such Ethics into Scientists?

Vatic Note: When I read something like this, I can't help remembering that nothing is as it seems on the surface, like the global warming scam that was idealistically suppose to save the planet and our human race and instead ended up being about another money grabbing scam, The Carbon Tax. They did not say how, or whether it was suppose to be supplanted in a woman for that purpose, but remembering the artificial womb story, and the disclosures from Illuminati whistle blowers that their objective is to do away with human reproduction and families, so the state could take over raising children, and then remembering the "every child left behind" federal programs to dumb down our children throuh the federalizing of schools with less and less authority and control by parents over their children, it has all come together for me, that this is about a process for the gradual removal of endoctrinating our children through family sources and turning it over to the state.

Sterlizing is also in the agenda through vaccines, so no babies by humans, but state controlled babies and raising the children by the state, then insures there will never be rebellion by people against their autocratic rule. So many pieces are now starting to fall into place. This below is being sold to us as a way to cure diseases, but then they never tell us the truth about anything. The Patriot Act is a good example, as was global warming. I believe they intend to control us and affect our DNA for those remaining, by using HAARP radio impulsing.

Scientists switch mouse’s genes off and on with radio waves

Some laboratory mice were given specially engineered insuling-producing genes. These genes were then remotely activated using radio waves. This could mean a whole new field of medical procedures in which we turn genes on and off at will.

This breakthrough is the work of geneticists at New York's Rockefeller University. (VN: that name alone should send off warning bells galore! This is the grandson of the Rockefeller foundation funder of Eugenics as well as promoter since 1921. He funded Hitlers eugenics experiments and managed to avoid accountbility for that while others were hung for doing so through the Nuremberg crimes against humanity protocols. And we want him controlling this technology? I don't think so, do you?)

It's a pretty circuitous path from the initial burst of radio waves to the activation of the gene, and there's still a lot of refinement and improvement that needs to be made before this can be used in medical treatments, but still - we're talking about the ability to modify the behavior of genes without ever going inside a patient's body. That's a potentially colossal advance.

Admittedly, while the treatment itself is totally non-invasive, the researchers did first have to inject some nanoparticles onto the mice's cells in order to affect their genes. It's a bit of a complex process, but Nature has a good explanation of just what was involved:

Friedman and his colleagues coated iron oxide nanoparticles with antibodies that bind to a modified version of the temperature-sensitive ion channel TRPV1, which sits on the surface of cells.

They injected these particles into tumours grown under the skins of mice, then used the magnetic field generated by a device similar to a miniature magnetic-resonance-imaging machine to heat the nanoparticles with low-frequency radio waves.

In turn, the nanoparticles heated the ion channel to its activation temperature of 42 °C. Opening the channel allowed calcium to flow into cells, triggering secondary signals that switched on an engineered calcium-sensitive gene that produces insulin. After 30 minutes of radio-wave exposure, the mice's insulin levels had increased and their blood sugar levels had dropped.

The radio waves are ideal for this sort of remote manipulation because they can pass through thick layers of tissue, and they can be easily focused by the TRPV1 channel to affect only the desired target.

Lead researcher Jeffrey Friedman says that, although this particular treatment had to do with insulin production, this isn't actually meant specifically as a diabetes treatment. That's a good thing, considering this treatment is massively more inefficient than many diabetes treatments currently available. Instead, this is just meant as a general proof of concept, and insulin production happens to be one of the easier gene activities to manipulate.

Even better, the researchers have already developed a way to achieve similar, albeit weaker, results without having to inject nanoparticles at all. They have developed cells that can grow their own required nanoparticles, meaning there would be no need to give patients strange chemicals or molecules.

However, as Nature explains, this would still require growing tumors inside humans to actually get these cell cultures in place, which means the treatment isn't yet ethically permissible in humans. It's definitely early days yet, but this is one seriously intriguing line of research.

Former CIA Agent Claims America Did Not Kill Bin Laden

Vatic Note: Now this is a prime example of how disinformation works. First you have to accept that this 'former' CIA agent was able to quit the CIA which simply may not happen. If you accept that, then you have to accept Obama is still a CIA agent. Then, you have to accept the seals were all killed intentionally to hide the fact they did not kill Bin Laden and they knew it. Then you have to accept that Pakistan Presidential Candidate Bhutto was killed by the CIA around 2005 or so right after she publically disclosed to David Frost in, front of millions of TV viewers, in Britain that Bin Laden was killed by a body guard back in 2001, early 2002 for the million dollar reward money.

If all that is true, then it means that the CIA has accepted that Bin Ladens bogus killing in 2011 was outted on the net and so now they are attempting to control what we think about his early death. Bhuttos' rendition of his death seems the most plausible since she was assassinated right afterwards and the CIA still had need for him to be alive in order to continue the global elites agenda of terrorists threats to the US and to the globe in order to destroy the constitutional republican we currently have.

Also, if Bin Laden was killed by his body guards for the reward, as stated by Bhutto before her death, then this below is even more suspect since the body guards were Chechen. So why did he ask to be interviewed about this? What are we suppose to get out of this disclosure of Bin Laden dying a natural death? Lots of questions and no answers. What he is doing here is telling us something, everyone already knows... kind of like Wikileaks, and thus gains credibility by doing so, then he tells us what the powers that be want us to think. Even if true, why is he disclosing this now after 11 years of silence?

Finally, he says that the CIA killed his guards after he first disclosed that Bin Laden died a natural death, yet the CIA left him alive. Hmmm Something doesn't smell right here. Osama bin Laden died a natural death nearly 5 years before it was announced that he was eliminated by the American commandos. This sensational statement was made by a Turkish politician, and a former U.S. intelligence agent.

In an interview with Russia’s Channel One, he said that the Americans simply found and opened the tomb of the leader of al-Qaeda.

The journalists of Channel One first met this man in 2008. At the time he was featured in the documentary “Plan Caucasus,” talking about the attempts of the western intelligence services in the early 1990′s to separate the Northern Caucasus and, in particular, Chechnya from Russia.

Chechen by nationality, Berkan Yashar is now a Turkish politician, but in those years he was one of the ideologists of Johar Dudayev. He asked for a meeting, promising to tell the truth about the death of Osama bin Laden whom he met in the early 90-ies in Chechnya.

“In September of 1992 I was in Chechnya, that’s when I first met the man whose name was Bin Laden. This meeting took place in a two-story house in the city of Grozny; on the top floor was a family of Gamsakhurdia, the Georgian president, who then was kicked out of his country.

We met on the bottom floor; Osama lived in the same building, “said Berkan Yashar. Berkan said he did not know why bin Laden visited while in Grozny, and said only one thing about his meetings: “Just wanted to talk.”

However, according to Channel One, in those years the former employee of Radio Liberty Berkan Yashar already had an operational name Abubakar, given to him by the CIA. According to Berkan, after that trip Chechen nationals appeared in Osama bin Laden’s circle. Berkan Yashar emphasized that they did not participate “directly in the terror bombings.”

“They protected bin Laden, it was his choice because he trusted them entirely, and knew that they would never betray,” said Yashar. According to Yashar he was not the only one who knew about it, but the Russian security services and the CIA were aware of this as well.

Answering the question whether he believed that the Americans killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, Berkan Yashar answered: “Even if the entire world believed I could not possibly believe it.” “I personally know the Chechens who protected him, they are Sami, Mahmood, and Ayub, and they were with him until the very end.

I remember that day very well, there were three sixes in it: 26 June 2006. These people, as well as two others from London and two Americans, all seven of them, saw him dead. He was very ill, he was skin and bones, very thin, and they washed him and buried him,” said Berkan Yashar.

Yashar stressed that although the two American Muslims and two British Muslims the guards of bin Laden and saw him dead, they did not participate in the funerals. “Only three Chechens buried him, according to his will,” said Yashar. Bin Laden was buried, according to Yashar, in the mountains on the Pakistan-Afghan border.
