Vatic Note: I find it interesting how this "press TV" avoided all the real reasons why Holder is and should be resigning. One that comes to mind was his role in the Fast and Furious scandal. Add to that his lack of prosecution of Wall Street violations of our trading laws, the violations of the Sherman Anti-trust act, and the well known CIA involvement in drug running for addition black ops funds with no accountability. If we all know about it out here, why didn't he know about it?
Congress is no less complicit in this farce, but there is no one to take on congress either, except the people. That is hard to do when you have rigged voting. As stalin used to say "its not how people vote, its who "counts" the votes" and he was right. The good news is, in order for them to fix the results, the race has to be close. Then they can just flip the results, but now, if its too wide of a margin, they can't. So when we vote, lets commit to dumping incumbents except for Ron Paul, and do it in massive numbers so they can't rig the outcome..
What I expect is the Foreign controlled President will simply put someone in to replace holder that will do the same thing only with a bit more subtlety, not so obvious in his refusal to prosecute those that need prosecuting. We just had such a big raid here in my poduck town of a previous Bush drug running buddy who spent 6 years in jail quite a while back, and now owns a spa Motel, and its been used for a front from drug running and money laundering.
They got raided two days ago, and streets were blocked off and DEA officers were there trying to find drugs and large caches of cash, but alas, it appears someone warned him of the raid being planned. I wonder who did that? The DEA found nothing. I won't go into the whole story, but this is what happens when the system is fully corrupt and compromised. Its probably the case everywhere right now.

Eric Holder is expected to announce his resignation as America’s first black attorney general after a turbulent tenure rocked by racial discrimination and civil rights protests.
Holder plans to leave the US Justice Department as soon as his successor is confirmed, a process that could run through 2014 and even into next year, NPR reports.At a formal announcement later on Thursday, Holder will express his “personal gratitude” to President Barack Obama for the opportunity to serve in his cabinet, an official said.
House minority leader Nancy Pelosi confirmed Holder’s resignation during a gathering of the Congressional Black Caucus.
Holder has personally discussed his intention to leave the Justice Department with the US president.
He was nominated by President Obama and took office on February 3, 2009, and has become one of the longest-serving members of the Obama cabinet.
Holder was tasked with tackling the problem of racism in US society, and has famously said that the United States was a “nation of cowards” when it came to discussing the issue.
Solicitor General Don Verrilli is reportedly the leading candidate to replace Holder.
