UN Bogus Climate Change False Flag Revisited in Doha, Not Denmark This Time.

**** Wow, they really messed with the HTML of my vatic note, so you know what that means...... read it and know we have hit on something here they do not want us to know...... Yup,  Disclosure is our weapon of mass destruction for them.  Keep that energy coming.... they are making  bad decisions.  Its the only way I ever know if I am on target is when they do this so extensively.

Vatic Note:  The last time they met like this over the bogus false flag climate issue, they wanted to charge us a Carbon Tax from the wealthy countries to pay for the poorer countries share of climate control and do so through the carbon tax.  Well, with the release by hackers of the emails between conspirators over this issue, the countries attending backed out of the agreement as rightly they should have.

This occurred in Denmark, if anyone remembers.  As usual, in going down that rabbit hole, we discovered the market players like Goldman Sachs, had a scam already to go for scooping up those carbon tax funds, and the third world countries would have been out of luck and us out of our money.

While warming is a problem,  its solar system wide, which means its not our planet or us, its a cosmic event.  The plasma Universe is heating us up.  Either that or Nibiru and it will be gone in plenty of time to have us back to normal unless the bankers do a Rahm Emmanual "Never let a good crisis go to waste" type false flag event.  This fact is what the "real Scientists" were telling us, and that we didn't need to do anything, its just something that happens and will end. They got slandered for their efforts by the illum controlled scientists and the emails proved the conspiracy to do so.

What I am beginning to suspect is these banker players doing this to us, no longer want to go through the hoops every 70 or so years that they have to go through to recharge their fiat currency system, so they have decided the only way to stabilized their wealth extraction is to have us working for them directly, through massive taxation all the time.

In other words, a global slave work force in every country and it would go directly into their pockets through the World bank and IMF, or through outrageous profits from all the corporations they bought up that affect our ability to survive, like food, water, air to breath, and fuel.

Anything left over would be taxed to high heaven and the IRS will continue to act as the collection arm of the IMF (controlled by the illums) and that is why the IRS is offshore in Puerto Rico.  < This carbon tax is just another peg in the pigeon hole of slavery for us.

They intend to keep us thinking we are free, so we won't rebel, and then they won't have to spend their money militarily to enforcement the slavery.  I have to check, but I believe a whistleblower gave us this insight and now we are seeing it come to fruition.

UN climate change summit kicks off in Doha

A fresh round of climate talks kicks off in Doha on Monday as representatives from nearly 200 nations aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the 18th UN climate conference.

Nearly 200 nations launched a fresh round of United Nations climate talks in Doha on Monday faced with appeals for urgency in their efforts to reduce Earth-warming greenhouse gas emissions.

The 18th UN climate conference comes amid a welter of scientific warnings that extreme weather events like superstorm Sandy will become commonplace if mitigation efforts fail.  (VN:  LOL, I am sorry, but this is beyond hilarious.  HAARP DID SANDY AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT.  The only global warming around is done by chemtrails which extracts moisture out of the air, and Haarp that delivers it in floods to other parts of the world.  What a joke.  I can't believe they are taking this seriously or maybe its "desperately".  yes, thats it)

"This is a historic conference of crucial importance ... as it represents a turning point in climate negotiations," said Qatar's conference president Abdullah al-Attiya.  (VN: he must work for the international bankers)

"We must work seriously in the next two weeks ... be flexible and not dwell (on) marginal matters."  (VN:  notice the disdain?  We are marginal matters)
Several expert reports warned in recent days that existing greenhouse gas mitigation pledges are not nearly enough to limit warming to 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial levels.

This is the level at which scientists believe we may still avoid the most serious effects of climate damage.  (VN: which scientists are those who say this??? Are they the ones that lied in the first place and slandered those who had evidence there was not planet only global warming?  Or is it the good scientists who tried to call BS on the first scam?  That would be important if credibility is an issue and I believe it is.  I trust scientists about as much as I trust politicians... not at all.)

Topping the agenda in Doha is the launch of a followup commitment period for the Kyoto Protocol, the world's only binding pact for curbing emissions.
The protocol, whose first commitment period runs out on December 31, currently binds about 40 rich nations and the EU to an average five percent greenhouse gas reduction from 1990 levels.

The United States and China, the world's biggest emitters, have not taken on mitigation limits under the deal.

Negotiators seeking a followup Kyoto Protocol commitment period disagree on its duration and targets.

The EU, Australia and some small Kyoto parties have said they would take on commitments in a second period, but New Zealand, Canada, Japan and Russia will not.

Also in Doha, delegates must draft a work plan for arriving in the next 36 months at a new global climate deal that must enter into force by 2020.
Negotiators, to be joined in the last four days by cabinet ministers from more than 100 nations, will be under pressure to raise pre-2020 emission reduction targets, and rich nations to come up with funding for the developing world's mitigation actions.

"Climate change is the most serious sustainable environment challenge of our time. We must act now," South African International Relations Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane said in opening the two-week meeting.

"We owe it to our children; a safer future than they are currently facing."
The UN Environmental Programme said this week the goal of keeping planet warming in check has moved further out of reach and the world was headed for an average 3-5 degree C temperature rise this century barring urgent action.

And the World Bank said a planet that is four degrees warmer would see coastal areas inundated and small islands washed away, food production slashed, species eradicated, more frequent heat waves and high-intensity cyclones, and diseases spread to new areas.

UN climate chief Christiana Figueres urged negotiators to ensure that ambitions are "raised with necessary urgency".
