 Local radio station KTWO reports that lawmakers in Wyoming have proposed a “Firearms Protection Act” that provides a state-level annulment of any ban against semi-automatics or magazines that hold 20 or 30 rounds or more.

If the measure passes, it would mean that anyone–even federal agents-who try to enforce a ban within the state borders could be charged with a felony.

Is this the wave of the future for “red” states concerned about Obama’s strong anti-gun intentions?

It is too early to tell. But it is worth noting that Montana lawmakers began pushing for the same kind of legislation as soon as conservatives took control of that state’s legislature in 2010.

Mikhail Gorbachev  was awarded with a Novel Peace Prize in 1990 for ending both the Cold war and the  Soviet Union, where he was the the last President.

We also blogged on the shut down by the US of both the Italian and French facilities there, forcing their people to be rescued.  This might explain why 30 countries have research facilities down there since Admiral Byrds adventures in the 50's, with a brought down plane.  (Question is:  "Brought down by whom"?)

Someone needs to visit Homeland Security and see if there are any such symbols mentioned below,  located in that facility.  It would be interesting to see if these khazar paperclip people brought that with them.  And given the Zionist nazi's run Homeland Security, I suspect there might well be.  It would be nice to know.   Well, I knew that Hitler was into the Occult, but I had no idea it was this one.  I know very little about it, but intend to find out more.

The phenomenon of the eclipse has in mythology been connected with the upcoming end of the world and/or drastic change approaching. The John’s Revelation claims that an eclipse of 3 days will preceed the end of the world. 

Also the famous fortuneteller Nostradamus predicted an eclipse of 3 days introducing the end of all times. This way, the eclipse has taken the role of the herald of doom. (After all, who wants to stay around when the seven sigils are broken?)

 (NaturalNews) There is a scene in Mel Gibson's movie, "The Patriot," in which a great battle was brewing between units of the British and Continental armies near the stately home of Gibson's character, Benjamin Martin.

The evening before the battle, Martin's eldest son Gabriel, a dispatch rider for the Continental Army, stumbled into his father's home, wounded. The next day, after the battle took place the British army, having scattered the Continentals, proceeded to advance on the Martin home. There, finding both British and Continental wounded, a despotic British cavalry officer ordered his surgeon to begin looking after the British wounded, while ordered the Continental wounded executed, and the Martin home burned.

"Let it be known if you aid the enemy, you will lose your home," he said.

Shortly thereafter British soldiers discovered Gabriel, who identified himself to the British officer as uniformed member of the Continental Army. The officer dismissed this, proclaimed him a spy and ordered him back to British headquarters where he was to be hanged.

There's more to that scene and to the movie itself, of course, but the point is "the King's army" was very often a brutal, repressive force sent by a ruler who many in the colonies saw as despotic, autocratic and who had little compassion for his rebellious colonial subjects.

History of repression

The primary reason why the American colonists rebelled in the first place was a growing sense of isolation from the British crown thousands of miles away. Academics, business owners and colonial politicians tried in vain to have their voice heard in the English parliament, to be granted some form of representation so they could make their argument for or against rules, regulations and taxes proposed by the crown. When they were repeatedly denied such representation, especially regarding tea and other taxes many colonists and businessmen viewed as highly counterproductive and unpopular, talk of rebellion began.

This is a $13 million tunnel boring machine (TBM) used for tunneling at the Nevada Test Site. (Remember that Area 51 is part of the test site.) Many other types of TBMs are used by many government agencies, including the 'nuclear powered TBM' [NTBM] that melts solid rock and leaves behind glass-like walls.

Most tunneling activity is under military installations and all information is highly restricted. Former employees of said facilities have surfaced over the years to talk of massive underground installations in places like Area 51, the Northrop facility in Antelope Valley, California (rumored to have 42 levels), and the Lockheed installation near Edwards, California.

The 'Black Budget' currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States. They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940's. The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser-drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. I helped hollow out more than 13 deep underground military bases in the United States.

In whose image was The Adam - the prototype of modern humans, Homo sapiens - created? The Bible asserts that the Elohim said:

But if one is to accept a tentative explanation for enigmatic genes that humans possess, offered when the deciphering of the human genome was announced in mid-February, the feat was decided upon by a group of bacteria! 

"Humbling" was the prevalent adjective used by the scientific teams and the media to describe the principal finding - that the human genome contains not the anticipated 100,000 - 140,000 genes (the stretches of DNA that direct the production of amino-acids and proteins) but only some 30,000+ -- little more than double the 13,601 genes of a fruit fly and barely fifty percent more than the roundworm's 19,098. 

What a comedown from the pinnacle of the genomic Tree of Life! Moreover, there was hardly any uniqueness to the human genes. They are comparative to not the presumed 95 percent but to almost 99 percent of the chimpanzees, and 70 percent of the mouse. Human genes, with the same functions, were found to be identical to genes of other vertebrates, as well as invertebrates, plants, fungi, even yeast. 

The findings not only confirmed that there was one source of DNA for all life on Earth, but also enabled the scientists to trace the evolutionary process, how more complex organisms evolved, genetically, from simpler ones, adopting at each stage the genes of a lower life form to create a more complex higher life form, culminating with Homo sapiens.

The "Head-scratching" Discovery
 
It was here, in tracing the vertical evolutionary record contained in the human and the other analyzed genomes that the scientists ran into an enigma. The "head-scratching discovery by the public consortium," as Science termed it, was that the human genome contains 223 genes that do not have the required predecessors on the genomic evolutionary tree. 

How did Man acquire such a bunch of enigmatic genes? In the evolutionary progression from bacteria to invertebrates (such as the lineages of yeast, worms, flies or mustard weed - which have been deciphered) to vertebrates (mice, chimpanzees) and finally modern humans, these 223 genes are completely missing in the invertebrate phase. 

Therefore, the scientists can explain their presence in the human genome by a "rather recent" (in evolutionary time scales) "probable horizontal transfer from bacteria." 

In other words: At a relatively recent time as Evolution goes , modern humans acquired an extra 223 genes not through gradual evolution, not vertically on the Tree of Life, but horizontally, as a sideways insertion of genetic material from bacteria… An Immense Difference Now, at first glance it would seem that 223 genes is no big deal. 

In fact, while every single gene makes a great difference to every individual, 223 genes make an immense difference to a species such as ours. The human genome is made up of about three billion neucleotides (the "letters" A-C-G-T which stand for the initials of the four nucleic acids that spell out all life on Earth); of them, just a little more than one percent are grouped into functioning genes (each gene consists of thousands of "letters"). 

The difference between one individual person and another amounts to about one "letter" in a thousand in the DNA "alphabet." The difference between Man and Chimpanzee is less than one percent as genes go; and one percent of 30,000 genes is 300. So, 223 genes is more than two thirds of the difference between me, you and a chimpanzee! 

An analysis of the functions of these genes through the proteins that they spell out, conducted by the Public Consortium team and published in the journal Nature, shows that they include not only proteins involved in important physiological but also psychiatric functions. Moreover, they are responsible for important neurological enzymes that stem only from the mitochondrial portion of the DNA - the so-called "Eve" DNA that humankind inherited only through the mother-line, all the way back to a single "Eve." That finding alone raises doubt regarding that the "bacterial insertion" explanation.

A Shaky Theory

How sure are the scientists that such important and complex genes, such an immense human advantage, was obtained by us-"rather recently"-through the courtesy of infecting bacteria? 

"It is a jump that does not follow current evolutionary theories," said Steven Scherer, director of mapping of the Human Genome Sequencing Center, Baylor College of Medicine. "We did not identify a strongly preferred bacterial source for the putative horizontally transferred genes," states the report in Nature. 

The Public Consortium team, conducting a detailed search, found that some 113 genes (out of the 223) "are widespread among bacteria" - though they are entirely absent even in invertebrates. An analysis of the proteins which the enigmatic genes express showed that out of 35 identified, only ten had counterparts in vertebrates (ranging from cows to rodents to fish); 25 of the 35 were unique to humans. 

"It is not clear whether the transfer was from bacteria to human or from human to bacteria," Science quoted Robert Waterson, co-director of Washington University's Genome Sequencing Center, as saying. But if Man gave those genes to bacteria, where did Man acquire those genes to begin with?

THE ROLE OF THE AUNNAKI

As detailed in my books, beginning with The 12th Planet (1976) and even more so in Genesis Revisited and The Cosmic Code, the Anunnaki came to Earth some 450,000 years ago from the planet Nibiru - a member of our own solar system whose great orbit brings it to our part of the heavens once every 3,600 years. 

They came here in need of gold, with which to protect their dwindling atmosphere. Exhausted and in need of help in mining the gold, their chief scientist Enki suggested that they use their genetic knowledge to create the needed Primitive Workers. When the other leaders of the Anunnaki asked: How can you create a new being? He answered: "The being that we need already exists; all that we have to do is put our mark on it." 

The time was some 300,000 years ago. What he had in mind was to upgrade genetically the existing hominids, who were already on Earth through Evolution, by adding some of the genes of the more advanced Anunnaki. That the Anunnaki, who could already travel in space 450,000 years ago, possessed the genomic science (whose threshold we have now reached) is clear not only from the actual texts but also from numerous depictions in which the double-helix of the DNA is rendered as Entwined Serpents (a symbol still used for medicine and healing) -- see illustration 'A' . 

When the leaders of the Anunnaki approved the project (as echoed in the biblical "Let us fashion the Adam"), Enki with the help of Ninharsag, the Chief Medical Officer of the Anunnaki, embarked on a process of genetic engineering, by adding and combining genes of the Anunnaki with those of the already-existing hominids. When, after much trial and error breathtakingly described and recorded in antiquity, a "perfect model" was attained, Ninharsag held him up and shouted: "My hands have made it!" An ancient artist depicted the scene on a cylinder seal (illustration 'B'). And that, I suggest, is how we had come to possess the unique extra genes. It was in the image of the Anunnaki, not of bacteria, that Adam and Eve were fashioned.

A Matter of Extreme Significance

Unless further scientific research can establish, beyond any doubt, that the only possible source of the extra genes are indeed bacteria, and unless it is then also determined that the infection ("horizontal transfer") went from bacteria to Man and not from Man to bacteria, the only other available solution will be that offered by the Sumerian texts millennia ago. 

Until then, the enigmatic 223 alien genes will remain as an alternative and as a corroboration by modern science of the Anunnaki and their genetic feats on Earth .

ALERT: This is serious, Geoengineered Snow Storms Wreaking Havoc around the Globe

Vatic Note:  I am putting a Vatic note to this one because of the snow we received here in my burg a week ago.  As you know, snow is "frozen water" that arrives in a crytalline form, very pretty snow flakes.  Well, we got that, but what happened is, snow usually stays, sun comes out, begins to melt it and then as the day turns cooler again,  it freezes, barely giving one time to shovel etc.  So after shoveling, you have pockets of ice built up and so one uses "ICE MELT" to take down the ice.  The icemelt works wonders and gets rid  of the frozen  water. 

However, this time around, that is not the case.  ICEMELT DOES NOT WORK ON THIS SNOW ONCE IT MELTS AND REFREEZES.  It doesn't even make a dent in the ice.  So I had to use a sledge hammer to break up the ice and it then looks and acts like glass.  Strange stuff.  Well, I just read below, the patent information on this frozen ice and sure enought its frozen chemicals.

DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN OR ANIMALS EAT THE SNOW. Are you getting it yet that we MUST DO AN ICELAND ON THESE BANKERS AND THEIR TRAITOR MINIONS IN OUR GOV???  They must be purged from this nation, as well as from this government.  The stuff they do is pure insanity from all that inbreeding for thousands of years.  The more and longer they do it, the more toward perfection is their insanity. According to other scientists that is simply not true, and further this makes sense if you believe there is a sister sun on the way that would heat up the planet and since that is the case for all the planets in this solar system, its not a global warming issue, its a cosmic event that we can do nothing about until its over,  this happens every 3600 years,and all the indicators are there that its not localized to this planet.  Melting polar ice caps on Mars, Saturns moons, etc. 

Don't forget this was all discussed when the hackers discovered the emails between the NWO globalist scientists that showed their entire agenda was a scam just for garning a global tax  for the elite.  They were simply using something that normally happens as an excuse to rape and pillage us one more time.  

This ice nucleation or whatever its called, is being used because of the intense heat this time of year from that object together with our sun causing a whole bunch of side affects.  Since it also affects the elite, they had to do something and fortunately it included  protecting us as well.  That is also why we are having a reduction in protection from our electromagnetic shielding.   Why do you think Rothschild bought the weather or space channel before he died?

Can Snow Storms Really Be Engineered?

There is a mountain of data including already conducted experiments, satellite imagery, lab tests of snow, observations on the ground, and multiple existing patents,  all of which point solidly to the conclusion that snow storms are being engineered with well established weather modification processes. 

Two known patents for the process of “artificial ice nucliation for weather modification” are posted at the bottom of this article. The Chinese government has openly admitted they are creating ”artificial snow storms” but later backtracked after causing a billion dollars of damage to Beijing. If the Chinese government can routinely create snow storms out of what should have been a rain event, how much more advanced must our government be at this same process?

When monitoring radar images of rain during a storm, it is now common to see the rain “flash out” to snow for no appearant reason. No mountains, no colliding air mass, nothing. The “meteorologists” at the Rothschild’s/ military industrial complex owned Weather Channel call this “turning over to snow”. Why would rain just “turn over” to snow for no reason?

Engineered Ice Nucleation Cools Air Masse

Many of the snow events occurring around the US, even at this time of year, are amazingly still occurring at above freezing temperatures. Some are at temperatures of 10 degrees or more above freezing. How is this possible? Have the laws of physics changed?

It is done with various processes of chemical ice nucleation. This is the same as the first aid chemical ice pack. Mix the chemicals and you have ice. Whatever the existing temperatures of a storm and the surrounding air mass at the time the artificial nucleation is commenced, temperatures are lowered significantly further by the nucleation process.

If the nucleation process is started at far above freezing temperatures, then the temps can fall to near freezing or below as the process continues. If the region where an “ice nucleated” event is being carried out is already well below freezing, the temperatures will fall to still lower temperatures.

If the chemical nucleation process is inflicted aggressively enough, in already cold regions, temperatures can be driven to deadly levels well below zero. Northern Europe is currently in the grip of what appears to be just such a geoengineered event.

The first was the English Revolution in 1649 which was financed by Jews from Holland, in which Cromell committed regicide. Vatic Note:   This is fascinating.  I happen to have bought Barry's book on the return of the Giants.  Its the most credible book and writings that I have ever read on the subject.  I have several of his books and he has been proven to be right on much of what he has investigated.

What really got to me in listening to him, was how he got into what is going on in Israel.  He says that Israel is being taken over by those who call themselves "Jews" but who are not.  He says also that the "REAL JEWS" of Israel are in danger and have been harassed and harmed and are leaving there.

Wonder What is Happening in China?? Could it Be Our Fault?

Vatic Note:  Well, it appears that for some reason, China adopted a Constitution, however, they neglected to implement it.  I guess because of that, it has caused some real problems domestically.  Obviously, with a state controlled press, we are unlikely to find out, but this below gives a good indication of what the problem might be and they are suggesting how to fix it. 

I think its poetic justice that the bankers are being forced into actually implementing that document.  (OH, I say bankers because that is who controls China in the same manner as they control all other countries on the planet as you will see below, only its been worse in China and that is what happens when you GIVE UP YOUR GUNS , as many Chinese have warned us.)

Now if we could only do the same thing here and get the bankers to follow our Constitution, we would be in great shape as well. I have thought on this very hard and long.  If we do not elect those that run, then why bother with the expense of an election?  Let each local community's people come together and select their own people to lead them, and ignore all the others that the bankers put in office.  Its truly time to end the charade since that is the only way things will change. But, alas, they are a mafia as Barry Chamish pointed out,so its unlikely they are able, or willing to follow the laws of any land, including their own.

I did not know China had a Constitution and when you read the various articles listed in part down below, it appears to be a good one, if and when they can ever get their own Oxford Educated Government to implement it.This was a truly educational read.... why?  BECAUSE THERE IS A REBELLION FORMING IF THE PARTY DOES NOT IMPLEMENT THIS, so it would be good to know what happened that lead to such an event.  They do give good examples below of what has gone on and its mind boggling and its possible we might see these things here.  Just a heads up.  You read and decide.

“The Constitution is a Consensus for Political Reform” (宪法是政治体制改革的共识)

Through 30 years of reform, the fact that political reform has lagged behind economic reform has become more and more manifest, and factors contributing to social unrest have continued to gather. Promoting political reform is a task of pressing urgency. And yet, to date, there is great divergence over this issue, and no consensus has been reached on how to carry out political reforms.

There is an old saying: plan first, act later (谋定而后动). But without a consensus how can plans be laid. And so, there is a great deal of “playing it safe” (稳妥) with political reform these days, and not enough “motion” (积极).

Actually, [a basis for] consensus on political reform already exists. This consensus is the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China. While the Constitution presently in force is by no means perfect, if only we can carry it out in full political reform in our country will take a huge step forward.

Article 57 of our Constitution says that “the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China is the highest organ of state power.” Article 62 says that the National People’s Congress (NPC) has 15 functions and powers. Article 63 says the NPC has the power to recall or remove from office the President, Premier and other national leaders.

Was Baron William de Ropp Hitler's British handler?

The name "Baron Willam de Ropp" isn't well known. There is no photo available, and only a short Wikipedia entry. Yet he was a British agent who befriended Hitler and may have been his handler.

Hitler's "daring" diplomatic & military coups, which astounded the world, were based on advanced knowledge of British intentions provided by de Ropp.

That's not Baron de Ropp in the picture. That's Ernst ("Putzi") Hanfstaengl, another Allied agent at the heart of Hitler's entourage. Both men add credence to the argument that the Illuminati created Hitler to foment world war. More about Putzi later.

According to Ladislas Farago, William de Ropp was "one of the most mysterious and influential clandestine operators" of the era. Born in Lithuania in 1877, educated in Germany, he moved to England in 1910.  After serving the British in World War One, he moved to Berlin and contacted fellow Balt, Nazi theoretician Alfred Rosenberg who introduced him to Hitler.

De Ropp worked closely with Rosenberg, who headed the Nazi Party Foreign Office. (VN:  Told ya, the zionists were nazi's and they have proven it with their giant concentration camp in Palestine) The Nazis considered him their agent in England where he organized support for the Nazi cause among a powerful segment of the Britsh elite known as the "Cliveden Set."
