Please watch the first video as its important, the second if your so inclined since its more historical than contemporary. Keep in mind Israel has already proven its willingness to kill Americans for their own political purposes, so this is not out of the realm of possibility. We are truly beginning to realize who our true enemy may very well be, and its not the muslims or the nations that seat them. The Samson Option Still Threatens the World

Content changes frequently.)The phrase the “Samson Option” is used to describe Israel’s strategy of massive nuclear retaliation against “enemy” nations should its existence as a Jewish state be jeopardized through military attack. Israeli leaders created the term in the mid-1960s, inspired by the Biblical figure Samson, who destroyed a Philistine temple, killing himself and thousands of Philistine enemies.[1][2]
Israel refuses to admit officially that it has nuclear weapons - a policy known as “nuclear ambiguity” or "nuclear opacity."[3] This despite government officials inferring repeatedly - and occasionally admitting - the fact. And despite Israeli nuclear whistle blower Mordechai Vanunu making public smuggled photographs of nuclear weapons and production equipment in the 1980s.[4] Israel now may have as many as 400 atomic and hydrogen nuclear weapons,[5][6] as well as the ability to launch them via long range missiles, submarines and aircraft.[7] It can use them in a second strike even if its military is devastated.
Originally a strategy of last resort retaliation - even if it means Israel’s annihilation - it has developed into being a nuclear bullying strategy to further Israel’s territorial goals through threats and blackmail. Israel has bullied not only Arab and Muslim nations, but the United States and Russia with its Samson Option threats. Mordechai Vanunu has alleged that Israel uses for purposes of blackmail its ability to "bombard any city all over the world, and not only those in Europe but also those in the United States."[8]
Official policy and threats
During the 1960s Israel concentrated on conventional military superiority to defend lands confiscated in the 1948 and 1967 wars - and to convince Palestinians in Israel and the occupied territories that they could not break free of it. However, in 1973's Yom Kippur War Israel was almost overwhelmed by Arab forces. Prime Minister Golda Meir authorized a nuclear alert, ordering 13 atomic bombs be prepared for missiles and aircraft. Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Simha Dinitz threatened “very serious conclusions" if there was not an immediate airlift of supplies.[9] This forced U.S. President Richard Nixon to make emergency airlifts of state of the art military supplies to Israel.[10][11]
Fearing intervention by the Soviet Union, U.S. forces went on Defense Condition (DEFCON) III alert status[12], something which could have led to full scale nuclear war in case of misinterpretation of signals or hardware or software failures. Additionally, as Seymour Hersh documents in detail in his book The Samson Option, from 1973 these weapons have been used to discourage the Soviet Union - now Russia - from intervening militarily on behalf of Arab nations.[13] Obviously an Israeli nuclear attack on Russia by the United States’ great ally Israel would result in Russia sending thousands of nuclear weapons towards the U.S. and the U.S. responding in kind.
Not surprisingly, no nation state has attempted to attack Israel since 1973. A former Israeli official justified Israel’s threats. “You Americans screwed us” in not supporting Israel in its 1956 war with Egypt. “We can still remember the smell of Auschwitz and Treblinka. Next time we’ll take all of you with us.”[14] General Moshe Dayan, a leading promoter of Israel’s nuclear program[15], has been quoted as saying “Israel must be like a mad dog, too dangerous to bother.”[16] Amos Rubin, an economic adviser to former Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, said "If left to its own Israel will have no choice but to fall back on a riskier defense which will endanger itself and the world at large... To enable Israel to abstain from dependence on nuclear arms calls for $2 to 3 billion per year in U.S. aid."[17]
In 1977, after a right-wing coalition under Menachen Begin took power, the Israelis began to use the Samson Option not just to deter attack but to allow Israel to “redraw the political map of the Middle East” by expanding hundreds of thousands of Israeli settlers into the West Bank and Gaza.[18] Then-Minister of Defense Ariel Sharon said things like "We are much more important than (Americans) think. We can take the middle east with us whenever we go"[19] and "Arabs may have the oil, but we have the matches."[20] He proclaimed his - and many Likud Party members' - goals of transforming Jordan into a Palestinian state and “transferring” all Palestinian refugees there.[21][22] A practice known worldwide as "ethnic cleansing."
To dissuade the Soviet Union from interfering with its plans, Prime Minister Begin immediately “gave orders to target more Soviet cities” for potential nuclear attack. Its American spy Jonathan Pollard was caught stealing such nuclear targeting information from the U.S. military in 1985.[23]
During the next 25 years Israel became more militarily adventurous, bombing Iraq’s under-construction Osirak nuclear reactor in 1981, invading Lebanon to destroy Palestinian refugee camps in 1982 and to fight Hezbollah in 2006, massively bombing civilian targets in the West Bank Jenin refugee camp in 2002 and thoughout Gaza in 2008-2009. There are conflicting reports about whether Israel went on nuclear alert and armed missiles with nuclear weapons during the 1991 Gulf War after Iraq shot conventionally armed scud missiles into it.[24][25]
In 2002, while the United States was building for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, then Prime Minister Ariel Sharon threatened that if Israel was attacked “Israel will react. Is it clear?”[26] Israeli defense analyst Zeev Schiff explained: “Israel could respond with a nuclear retaliation that would eradicate Iraq as a country.” It is believed President Bush gave Sharon the green-light to attack Baghdad in retaliation, including with nuclear weapons, but only if attacks came before the American military invasion.[27]
Former Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres has admitted that nuclear weapons are used by Israel for “compellent purposes” - i.e., forcing others to accept Israeli political demands.[28] In 1998 Peres was quoted as saying, "We have built a nuclear option, not in order to have a Hiroshima, but to have an Oslo," referring to imposing a settlement on the Palestinians.[29]
In her book Israel’s Sacred Terrorism Livia Rokach documented how Israelis have used religion to justify paramilitary and state terrorism to create and maintain a Jewish State.[30] Two other Israeli retaliation strategies are the popularized phrase “Wrath of God,” the alleged Israeli assassination of those it held responsible for the 1972 killings of Israeli athletes during the Munich Olympics[31], and the “Dahiya doctrine” of destruction of civilian areas to punish Palestinians for supporting their leaders.[32]
Israeli Israel Shahak wrote in 1997: "Israel clearly prepares itself to seek overtly a hegemony over the entire Middle East...without hesitating to use for the purpose all means available, including nuclear ones."[33] Zeev Schiff opined in 1998 that "Off-the-cuff Israeli nuclear threats have become a problem."[34] In 2003 David Hirst noted that “The threatening of wild, irrational violence, in response to political pressure, has been an Israeli impulse from the very earliest days” and called Israel a candidate for “the role of 'nuclear-crazy' state.”[35] Noam Chomsky said of the Samson Option “the craziness of the state is not because the people are insane. Once you pick a policy of choosing expansion over security, that's what you end up getting stuck with.”[36] Efraim Karsh calls the Samson Option the “rationality of pretended irrationality,” but warns that seeming too irrational could encourage other nations to attack Israel in their own defense.[37]
Samson Option Supporters
Two Israel supporters are frequently quoted for their explicit support of the Samson Option. Martin Van Creveld, a professor of military history at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, has been quoted as saying: "Most European capitals are targets for our air force....We have the capability to take the world down with us. And I can assure you that that will happen before Israel goes under."[38]
In 2002 the Los Angeles Times, published an opinion piece by Louisiana State University professor David Perlmutter in which he wrote: "What would serve the Jew-hating world better in repayment for thousands of years of massacres but a Nuclear Winter. Or invite all those tut-tutting European statesmen and peace activists to join us in the ovens? For the first time in history, a people facing extermination while the world either cackles or looks away--unlike the Armenians, Tibetans, World War II European Jews or Rwandans--have the power to destroy the world. The ultimate justice?"[39]
Two influential Israel supporters advocate more active use of the Samson Option threat. Louis René Beres, a professor of Political Science at Purdue University and an Ariel Sharon advisor, recommends Israel use the Samson Option threat to support conventional preemptive attacks against enemy nuclear and non-nuclear assets, discouraging conventional retaliation.[40] Jerome Corsi, a Harvard Ph.D. in political science and author of two books encouraging Israel to use nuclear weapons[41], writes that “Israel's Samson Option” could be “a preemptive strike against Iran.”[42]
The Israelis also are egged on in its nuclear threats by "Christian Zionists" like Hal Lindsay who believe Israel must expand its control of territory to its Biblical borders in order to bring about Armageddon and the return of Jesus Christ.[43] Some suspect that former President George W. Bush holds such beliefs,[44] especially after his November 2007 statement "If you want to see World War Three, you know, a way to do that is to attack Israel with a nuclear weapon."[45]
Israeli Threats Against Iran
Israel’s threats to use nuclear weapons, including preemptively, have increased greatly since the revelation in 2002 that Iran was building uranium enrichment facilities. That year Prime Minister Ariel Sharon demanded that the international community target Iran as soon as it was finished dealing with Iraq.[46]
Unlike Israel, Iran has accepted supervision of its nuclear program under the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. Iran claims its program is only for production of nuclear power as oil becomes more scarce and expensive, and not for nuclear weapons. However, Israel opposes any challenge to its nuclear hegemony since not only would it be less able to use its nuclear threat to keep confiscated lands, but fear of Iran actually might cause citizens to leave Israel and investment to dry up.[47][48] Israel also must worry about other “enemy” Arab nations which already are seeking or soon may seek nuclear energy.[49]
In 2004 Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said that Israel would consider "all options" to prevent Iran from producing nuclear weapons.[50] Rumors and warnings of an impending Israeli attack on Iran’s facilities, including possibly with nuclear weapons, have circulated repeatedly since that time.[51][52]
Meanwhile, Israel still considers Russia a target because of its technical assistance to Iran’s nuclear program and its continued arms sales to Iran and other “enemy” nations.[53] [54][55] In 2007 Israeli officials warned Russia: "We hope they understand that this is a threat that could come back to them as well."[56]
In 2005 George Bush admitted that the U.S. would support an Israeli attack on Iran.[57] Soon after his election President Barak Obama seemed to accept the inevitability of an Iranian nuclear bomb.[58] However, in early 2009 Likud Party hawk Benjamin Netanyahu was elected Israeli Prime Minister. Netanyahu already had threatened that Israel would attack Iran to stop its nuclear program if Obama did not do so.[59] Considering Iran’s threats to retaliate, this easily could lead to a “Samson Option” scenario.[60][61] After May[62] and September meetings with Netanyahu in 2009, Obama threatened Iran with attack if it did not “come clean about” and curb its nuclear program.[63][64] This statement came a day after Netanyahus’ speech to the United Nations where he invoked the memory of Auschwitz and family members slain by Nazis.[65] Obama also has suffered constant pressure to take a more belligerent stand against Iran from neoconservatives and the “Israel lobby.”[66][67][68][69]
Too few peace or political activists, left or right, are willing to challenge Israel’s Samson Option threats or even to make a nuclear free Middle East a central demand.[70] Until military and political leaders, as well as activists, are willing to change U.S. policy of defacto support for Israel’s Samson Option the whole world remains a potential victim of this horrific strategy.

In a report on its web site dated April 2010, entitled "Meet The Patriots," the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) profiled "36 individuals at the heart of the resurgent [patriot] movement." (In reading the list, I counted only 35 "patriots" and 5 "enablers" for a total of 40. I'm not really sure how the SPLC came up with "36." Perhaps their ability to count is commensurate with their ability to appreciate patriotism and liberty.) The SPLC (founded by Morris Dees) sees itself as America's guardian against "right wing militias" and loves to label conservatives and libertarians that it doesn't like as "extremists." The SPLC is one of the most ultra-liberal organizations in the country and should be dismissed as a group of paranoid leftists, not worthy of thought or mention.
The sad truth is, however, our federal government has chosen to exalt the SPLC to the position of being its "go to" source for information regarding "potential domestic terrorists" and similar characterizations. As a result, the information and reports disseminated by SPLC wind up in police reports and bulletins all over the United States. As an example, the SPLC had its fingerprints all over the infamous MIAC report. One could even question whether the SPLC is merely a front organization for Big Brother.
Therefore, it is highly likely that the report negatively profiling 40 American patriots will find its way into Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fusion centers and be distributed to police agencies all across the country. So, should the 40 people who find themselves targeted by SPLC expect some kind of government/police attention? Are we really that close to Nazi-style persecution in America? If the SPLC has its way, the answer seems to be a definite yes.
I remind readers that in the book, Nazi Justiz: Law of the Holocaust (page 3), there were five steps to Hitler's plans for the destruction of European Jews. Step 1: Identification/registration of the targeted group as a public menace. Step 2: Ostracism of the targeted persons. Step 3: property confiscation. Step 4: Concentration of members into geographical locations. Step 5: Annihilation. In this latest report, SPLC seems quite willing to accomplish steps 1 and 2. (VN: which means step 5 isn't that far behind)
I think its time to do a good ole fashion Iceland and kick the mossad agents out without further adieu)

A new movie was put up to replace it which basically eliminates all that was seen in the first movie. Fortunately New World Order Report downloaded the first video and still has it up so here is the presentation from New World Order Report. The first stills are showing stills of part of the video and circling what was in the first video, which are humans, one man jumping out of the plane, and a pilot waving his arm. So check those out first and then play the first video again that they have translated so you can tell what the people in the background are saying that you can barely hear and the man near the camera man and then the camera man himself. Its a bit confusing but if you stick with it, it becomes clear what you are seeing and what happens after the shots. .
All of this changed with a new video with those items blocked or grayed/hazed out. This is unbelievable. So blatant.

The cameraman is swearing and scared, before shooting you can here in Russian - "dawaj gnata" - which is "give me the gun." Maybe you know Russian. It's on the website of one of Polish TV channels. It says that army specialists are going to examine that. People are shocked; the situation is getting serious; some people are manipulated and rioting in the streets against burying the President in King's Castle in Cracow. It's awful, it's clear manipulation. Very suspicious and quick changes in the army, lots of hidden bad things happening.

In April 1940, the Soviet NKVD massacred the cream of Poland's nationalist and Christian intelligentsia in the Katyn Forest and elsewhere. They were slaughtered because they wouldn't agree to join the Communists in fronting a future occupation of Poland.

They probably engineered a plane crash which killed the Polish President, the heads of the army and navy, the secret service and much of the patriotic wing of the Polish government. 2. As in the Pentagon attack, where there was no wreckage, there were no bodies to be found. Here is the YouTube. If the plane was at tree height, there would have been survivors. There would have been bodies. There would been luggage. As with the 9-11 passengers, it is possible the occupants were taken off the plane somewhere else, held or murdered. On Saturday, Russian authorities said all bodies had been found. On Monday the story had changed.
A Polish observer wrote: "Given the unlikelihood of Poland's top political and military leaders flying on the same plan, the execution or kidnapping of some of them in Poland cannot be ruled out. To explain their deaths to the general public, their names could have been added to the passenger list. According to media, only 14 bodies could be identified in Moscow with the rest being too badly burned."
A Polish friend wrote to me:"There is no sign of even one body or blood, the Polish cameraman thought that the plane was empty and when he was walking and recording it, he just noticed in shock that the plane was Polish but still didn't know it was President's plane.
"The plane was very low, at the level of trees but they could recognize only 14 bodies, the rest was shattered into pieces or burnt and needed DNA testing.
"They never called any ambulances, no doctors, only one fire engine and immediately they stated that nobody survived.In this video there is nobody searching for bodies, nobody looking if any people needed help, just fire engine and quite quickly coffins were sent. They said first that all the bodies were found and then next day, that only 14 could be recognized and they were still searching for bodies. There is lie after lie. Most of the people on the plane were the president's supporters and belonged to his party, being in strong opposition to prime minister who wasn't there.The cameraman was caught and pushed away from the place, he said later on TV that there was no chance there could be over 80 bodies ( which was cut off later from TV interview), he hasn't seen even one."
3. The entourage was supposed to travel by train. Suddenly the plans were changed and the generals were induced to join the group.
4. Eye witnesses heard explosions. A bomb? Another said the fog appeared just before the landing and quickly dispersed afterward. The Russians claimed the pilot didn't speak Russian which turned out to be a lie. The New York Times peddled the story that the President made the pilot land against his better judgment. This is the same New York Times that hid Stalin's mass murders from the American people.
My Polish friend writes: "Others say clearly about hearing the noise like from a bomb exploding and then silence.Besides, if there are awful conditions the plane is not allowed to land and the airport is closed for landing.
"It seems, that they were just normally trying to land with no worries and problems and suddenly something happened with the plane that lead all of them to death.
"The most valuable, christian and patriotic head of Poland has been wiped out with one blow, now the way is free, nobody will interrupt big brother any more."

Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman, an independent, and Susan Collins, the panel's top Republican, took the action after the departments of Justice and Defense failed to provide the materials by Monday's deadline.
The two senators have been trying for months to obtain documents and be provided access to witnesses that they say are critical to their investigation of the shooting spree at Fort Hood in November that ended with 13 soldiers killed and dozens wounded.
An Army psychiatrist, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, has been charged by the military with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted murder. The case drew heavy criticism after it became known Hasan had been in contact with an anti-American Muslim figure sympathetic to al Qaeda.

"It is with great disappointment and reluctance that we have directed service of subpoenas to you which demand disclosure of the requested information by Monday, April 26, 2010," they added.
The Justice and Defense departments sent a letter last week to Lieberman and Collins saying that turning over the information could compromise the case against Hasan.
On Monday, Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman told reporters, "We will obviously be reviewing it (the subpoenas) and determining the department's next steps."
"We will continue to cooperate with the committee in every way with that caveat, that single caveat, that whatever we provide does not impact on our ability to prosecute," Whitman said.
If the two departments stand firm and refuse to provide the requested information, they could end up facing a contempt of Congress citation and a court fight.
This could all provide an unwanted distraction for a White House already under election-year pressure on a number of fronts, including pressure to cut unemployment.

(Reuters) - Two U.S. lawmakers subpoenaed the Obama administration on Monday for information sought in a congressional probe of last year's shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, that left 13 soldiers dead and an Army psychiatrist charged with murder.
Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman, an independent, and Susan Collins, the panel's top Republican, took the action after the departments of Justice and Defense failed to provide the materials by Monday's deadline.
The two senators have been trying for months to obtain documents and be provided access to witnesses that they say are critical to their investigation of the shooting spree at Fort Hood in November that ended with 13 soldiers killed and dozens wounded.

So, for the first time in history, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Justice have joined forces to organise a series of workshops from March to December 2010, to be held in different parts of the country, that aims to [2] “explore competition issues affecting the agricultural sector in the 21st century and the appropriate role for antitrust and regulatory enforcement in that industry.”
The first all-day hearing, held in Ankeny, Iowa, 12 March, was attended by about 500 people, including farmers from several states, ranchers, company representatives, local people and, notably, representatives from Monsanto, the company with near monopoly on seeds of maize and soybean. In the US, these seeds are mostly genetically engineered (GE) (see [3] GM Crops Increase Herbicide Use in the United States, SiS 45).
Monsanto’s dominance in the seed industry (Figure 1) illustrates the breakneck speed of corporate concentration in the sector. Monsanto now controls 60 percent of the corn seed market, 62 percent of the soybean market, 95 percent of the transgenic cotton seed market and is rapidly consolidating control of the vegetable, sugar beet and wheat markets [4]. Monsanto’s GE soybean and corn cover 92 percent and 85 percent respectively of total US acreage for those two crops.

Vatic Note: Whether intentional or not, the effect is the same, using "food" to depopulate the planet. I suspect water will come into play later, but that is another subject to be dealt with later. Its not only what we will be reading below, but the long term affects on the bodies of those who survive and the shortened life span they guarantee. As the cotton growing season drew to a close in the state of Andhra Pradesh, farmer suicides once again became almost daily occurrences. Officially, the total number of suicides within a six-week period between July and August 2009 stood at 15, but opposition parties and farmers’ groups said the true total was more than 150 [1]. Opposition leader N. Chandrababu claimed in a speech that he had the names and addresses of 165 farmers who ended their lives because of the distress caused by the drought.
By November, similar reports were coming from another cotton growing state Maharashtra. Farmers of Katpur village in Amravati district sowed Bt cotton four years ago. Instead of the promised miracle yields, huge debts have driven many to suicide, and cattle were reported dying after feeding on the plants [2] (see [3] Mass Deaths in Sheep Grazing on Bt Cotton, SiS 30).
One ray of hope was that the 5000-odd farmers of the Maharashtra village have decided to shun Bt cotton, and are now growing soybean instead. Some have also taken to organic farming.
“We were cheated by the seed companies. We did not get the yield promised by them, not even half of it. And the expenditure involved was so high that we incurred huge debts. We have heard that the government is now planning commercial cultivation of Bt brinjal. But we do not want Bt seeds of any crop anymore,” said farmer Sahebrao Yawiliker.
Successive studies in Maharashtra have concluded that indebtedness was a major cause of suicides among farmers [4].

DOJ abandons warrantless attempt to read Yahoo e-mail

The U.S. Justice Department has abruptly abandoned what had become a high-profile court fight to read Yahoo users' e-mail messages without obtaining a search warrant first.
In a two-page brief filed Friday, the Obama administration withdrew its request for warrantless access to the complete contents of the Yahoo Mail accounts under investigation. CNET was the first to report on the Denver case in an article on Tuesday.
Yahoo's efforts to fend off federal prosecutors' broad request attracted allies--in the form of Google, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Center for Democracy and Technology, and the Progress and Freedom Foundation--who argued (PDF) that Americans who keep their e-mail in the cloud enjoy a reasonable expectation of privacy that is protected by the U.S. Constitution.
Two years ago, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama had pledged that, as president, he would "strengthen privacy protections for the digital age." This dispute had the potential to test his administration's actual commitment to privacy, which recently became the subject of a legislative push supported by Silicon Valley firms and privacy advocates. The administration has taken a position at odds with that coalition in a second case in Philadelphia involving warrantless tracking of cell phones.
Much of the information about the case in federal court in Colorado remains unclear, including the nature of the possible crime being investigated, how many e-mail accounts are at issue, and whether it was the flurry of publicity in the last few days or something else that prompted the U.S. Attorney's office in Denver to back down.
The brief filed Friday says that Yahoo had turned over more information since March 3 and that "the government has concluded that further production of records and information by Yahoo would not be helpful to the government's investigation."
On December 3, 2009, U.S. Magistrate Judge Craig Shaffer ordered Yahoo to hand over to prosecutors certain records, including the contents of e-mail messages. Yahoo divulged some of the data but refused to turn over e-mail that had been previously viewed, accessed, or downloaded and was less than 181 days old.
Neither Yahoo nor Assistant U.S. Attorney Pegeen Rhyne were immediately available for comment on Friday. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office in Denver sent CNET an e-mail message saying: "Because this involves an ongoing investigation, I respectfully decline comment, other than to say the brief filed today speaks for itself."
A 17-page brief (PDF) that the Justice Department filed last month acknowledges that federal law requires search warrants for messages in "electronic storage" that are less than 181 days old. But, Rhyne had argued, the Yahoo Mail messages don't meet that definition.
"Previously opened e-mail is not in 'electronic storage,'" Rhyne had written. "This court should therefore require Yahoo to comply with the order and produce the specified communications in the targeted accounts." (The Justice Department says that what's known as a 2703(d) order--and is not as privacy-protective as the rules for search warrants--should let police read e-mail.)
A footnote to Friday's government brief says that the Justice Department "is aware that Yahoo and other various parties have now submitted briefs on various privacy issues in the context of the prior motion to compel. The government respectfully disagrees with positions taken in those briefs, but because the need for the motion to compel has been vitiated by Yahoo's further production, the government declines to litigate this matter in this moot context."

Update 12:45 p.m. PDT: EFF Attorney Kevin Bankston just sent me a link to his post, which claims the Justice Department is "unwilling" to fight civil liberties groups in the courts. (Another explanation is that prosecutors are perfectly willing when the time is right, but didn't think this particular case offered the best chance for them to win.) Bankston writes: "While this is a great victory for that Yahoo subscriber, it's disappointing to those of us who wanted a clear ruling on the legality and constitutionality of the government's overreaching demand."
Update 2:08 p.m. PDT: Yahoo has sent a statement saying: "We are pleased with the decision and we continue to be committed to protecting the privacy of users." A spokesman has repeatedly declined to disclose what, if any, additional information the company has turned over. And EFF's Bankston adds, in e-mail, a thought that buttresses the DOJ-not-wanting-a-public-fight point: "This is an area where the government is very vulnerable, considering that two circuit courts have already disagreed with the government's reading of the statute on that point."

A FRESH surge of explosions has erupted from Iceland's volcano yesterday, sending a new ash cloud towards the UK.
The new cloud dashed the hopes of millions of stranded passengers - including 5000 Australians in the UK - who had expected air travel to resume today. Clouds of steam emitted from Eyjafjallajökull had provided a false hope the volcano was easing.
Airports across Scotland and Northern Ireland and other parts of Europe announced flights would resume today. But those plans were put on hold following a sudden strengthened explosion of rock and glass particles yesterday.
The UK's National Air Traffic Services said the "situation was worsening" in some areas. "The volcano eruption in Iceland has strengthened and a new ash cloud is spreading south and east towards the UK," a NATs statement said.
"This demonstrates the dynamic and rapidly changing conditions in which we are working. "Latest information from the Met Office shows that the situation is worsening in some areas. "Based on this information, the situation for Northern Irish airports for the morning is uncertain, due to the new ash cloud.
"The latest information shows that Scottish airports should be available from 7am and more airspace over England may become available from 1pm, although not as far south as the main London airports."
The Australian High Commission said they believed more than 5000 Australians were currently stranded in the UK since flight restrictions began last Thursday. About 200 people passed through the Commission's London office yesterday seeking support and information. "We're helping people with adhoc medical situations and helping them get in touch with insurance companies," a Commission spokeswoman said.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown launched a rescue Armageddon of two Royal Navy ships on Monday to help bring Britons home, with a third vessel also possibly being deployed.
Forecasters have predicted the ash cloud could soon reach Canada and the United States.

Airports across Scotland and Northern Ireland and other parts of Europe announced flights would resume today. But those plans were put on hold following a sudden strengthened explosion of rock and glass particles yesterday.
The UK's National Air Traffic Services said the "situation was worsening" in some areas. "The volcano eruption in Iceland has strengthened and a new ash cloud is spreading south and east towards the UK," a NATs statement said.
"This demonstrates the dynamic and rapidly changing conditions in which we are working. "Latest information from the Met Office shows that the situation is worsening in some areas. "Based on this information, the situation for Northern Irish airports for the morning is uncertain, due to the new ash cloud.
"The latest information shows that Scottish airports should be available from 7am and more airspace over England may become available from 1pm, although not as far south as the main London airports."
The Australian High Commission said they believed more than 5000 Australians were currently stranded in the UK since flight restrictions began last Thursday. About 200 people passed through the Commission's London office yesterday seeking support and information. "We're helping people with adhoc medical situations and helping them get in touch with insurance companies," a Commission spokeswoman said.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown launched a rescue Armageddon of two Royal Navy ships on Monday to help bring Britons home, with a third vessel also possibly being deployed.
Forecasters have predicted the ash cloud could soon reach Canada and the United States.

I have had countless surprises and many shocks as I have lifted the stone and seen what horrors lie beneath, but few more than the scale of child abuse and Satanism.
And that's the word - scale. The fact that it is happening is one thing, but to realise how widespread and fundamental it is to establishment power all over the world was truly shocking.
I have talked with people in the best part of 50 countries in my research of this subject, the abused, the insiders who know the abusers, and those who have dedicated their lives to exposing this evil.

Vatic Note: I sent out an email earlier from overseas readers of Vatic project blog who found out from relatives that Britian had clear skies, as had other countries and now we know Germany is clear and I just read as well, that Poland had clear skies for the funeral so there was no reason for Obama not to go, something our satellites and intel could easily have told him. Something does not smell right. Maybe that is one of the reasons Iceland was kept in the news to deflect the slow news week from the of the growing questions surrounding the plane crash as that is moving into deeper speculation that the crash may also have some problems due to lack of any bodies showing on the ground or even body parts in the video filming by the man who arrived only 5 minutes after the crash. In fact, I just read that its speculated that the passangers were shot/murdered, rather than killed in the crash. How did various authorities get there so fast as well. remember the man with the video was there only 5 minutes after the crash, so that gives us a time frame for how soon the authorities were there since they made him stop filming . Is this what all this talk about Iceland is about? Those are sufficient questions to need to be answered to make any sense. As usual, TRUST of our officials and media is the problem. Without it, trust then resides for those in the alternative press that always end up proving right.

In Germany we had another brilliant spring day with a perfectly clear sky and not the slightest sign of ash in the atmosphere: no halo around the sun, no abnormal misty or colourful sunset. Presently the dark part of the waxing moon is clearly visible - again no sign of ash or any other particles that would scatter light.
What attracted my attention today is the fact, that the first pictures of the vulcano`s outbreak are the only ones that were released for the public. One of them is the satellite picture in Raye`s last article where the plume from the Icelandic volcano - seen as a grey-brown streak drifting across the middle of the image - is visible from space.
This image was first published last Thursday. Have a closer look on when it was taken. You won`t find any imprint of Date and Time, which is quite atypical. The plume is also rather thin, what makes it is possible to look through it and see the clowds below. It has well defined edges. Nevertheless I wouldn`t fly through it, but there would be no problem to circumnavigate or overfly it.
Now have a look at the Sat Pic from today, 1200 UTC:

Enlarge it and again have a closer look. At least I didn`t discover any sign of an ash clowd over the central south coast of Iceland, the location of the volcano, nor any plume drifting to the east, which is the present wind direction. I also didn`t discover any recent picture or video of the volcano`s present activity in the internet.
This tells me that I either belief the MSN or I don`t. Whatever my choice, I still don`t KNOW ifit is still active. And as I still suppose that it is a huge fake, I wonder whether any eyewitnesses from Iceland could send me any first hand information about what is going on there?!
There are two known cases of airliner penetrating volcanic ash clowds. One of them was a British Boeing 747 over Indonesia. At 35,000 feet they entered the clowd of a recently erupted volcano, which was not yet included in special weather warnings and the NOTAMS (Notices For Airmen) at the time of their departure. As it was night time, they were totally taken by surprise. Within short time, all four engines stalled and experienced flameout. They glided until shortly before impact, trying to restart their engines. All the time extraordinary strong St. Antony`s Fires could be observed on the cockpit windows and the leading edges of the wings and engines. They had to put on their oxygen masks due to toxic fumes and experienced extreme turbulence and noise. Eventually they succeeded to start two of the four engines. When they fortunately left the clowd, as they had no idea of its dimension, they discovered the cockpit windows being totally blind. This made it necessary to open one of the cockpit side to establish visual contact with the runway during the emergency landing at an enroute airport. On grond they discovered heavy abraison of aircraft structures and the engine blades that made experts wonder how they could have been restarted and running. This was such a traumatic experience for all involved, that new volcanic ash penetration procedures were established and trained in simulators since then.
This is the story the media uses to scare the passengers to death and justify the decision to close the entire European airspace. But the present situation is totally different. The fact and location of the eruption is known. Nobody would be so foolish and fly into the virgin ash clowd. Over Europe the dilution of the ash is so advanced (if there is any ash at all!?), that it cannot be detected by the senses and NO effects whatsoever on airplanes have been discovered so far, neither at Lufthansa, KLM, Air France, Austrian, Air Berlin or other company aircraft.
What I really want to know is whether the Iceland volcano is actually active, or if this is a lie as well.

In support of evidence submitted with the Public Petitions Committee in relation to the above petitions PE652 and PE685, please find enclosed a copy of an article of serious significance by Marcello Mega that appeared in the News of the World on Sunday, 28 December 2003. It further bolsters my earlier submitted News of the World article by Marcello Mega of 9 November 2003, along with an article that appeared in the Herald on Wednesday, 13 November 2003.
I apologise if I appear overly pushy with this supplication, but I am sure the entire PPC will appreciate the enormity of it, especially in the light of Lord Burton's revelations in the News of the World.
The "News of the World Investigates" article by Marcello Mega, published on 28 December 2003, is typed out verbatim below.
The inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a massive cover-up, a top Scots Freemason has sensationally claimed. Former Grand Master Lord Burton says that Lord Cullen's official probe suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.

A child-sex scandal that threatened to destroy Tony Blair's government last week has been mysteriously squashed and wiped off the front pages of British newspapers.
Operation Ore, the United Kingdom's most thorough and comprehensive police investigation of crimes against children, seems to have uncovered more than is politically acceptable at the highest reaches of the British elite.
In the 19th of January edition of The Sunday Herald, Neil Mackay sensationally reported that senior members of Tony Blair's government were being investigated for paedophilia and the "enjoyment" of child-sex pornography:
"The Sunday Herald has also had confirmed by a very senior source in British intelligence that at least one high-profile former Labour Cabinet minister is among Operation Ore suspects. The Sunday Herald has been given the politician's name but, for legal reasons, can not identify the person.
There are still unconfirmed rumours that another senior Labour politician is among the suspects. The intelligence officer said that a 'rolling' Cabinet committee had been set up to work out how to deal with the potentially ruinous fall-out for both Tony Blair and the government if arrests occur."
The allegations are the most serious yet levelled at an administration that prides itself on the inclusion in its ranks of a high quota of controversial and flamboyant homosexual men, and whose First Lady, Cherie Blair, has come under the spotlight for her indulgence in pagan rituals that resemble Freemasonic rites. Unconfirmed information also suggests that the term "former Labour Cabinet minister" is misleading and that the investigation has identified a surprisingly large number of alleged paedophiles at the highest level of British government, including one very senior cabinet minister (known to Propaganda Matrix.com).

I initially published my findings, stemming from discreet leaks from a secret list provided by the American FBI to the ‘Sunday Times’ newspaper, and concomitantly discovered that Tony Blair had issued a gagging order to suppress all further discussion of a scandal that would most certainly have brought a swift end to his administration and made Britain’s collusion in the destruction of Iraq impossible.

You are now paying for the next Three Mile Island
Vatic Note: This is now an issue due to the new authorization to build many more nuke power stations in the US, (major contributors to the Obama campaign) the uranium mining and its attending pollution in pristine waters and areas of our national parks, and the lack of ready facilities to store the waste. All of these need to be reassessed in light of this infomation below regarding the history of 3 mile island fiasco and the coverup that accompanied the investigation. Please read fully. Its important for determining our future direction that can dramatically impact our health, our very lives and those of our children. We already are suffering under use of DU weapons by our military in lieu of effective waste storage. How much more will we have to absorb and can we??? This does not include any accidents in the future such as another 3 mile island. Is this a dual purpose issue? Energy, bailout for the nuke industry and depopulation? Certainly questions that need answering before we irretrievably embark on this course. Curiously, it begs the question whether nukes are another spike in the depopulation agenda at the billionaire level. After reading this about three mile island, I am beginning to see the possible intent that accompanies their willingness to have the gov fund such energy projects. But then if we build more of them, Israel might have to invade and attack us.......... oh, thats right, they already have.

As reported by the Baltimore News-American among others, such ailments also ripped through the animal population.
To this day, no one knows how much radiation was released at the 1979 TMI accident, where it went or whom it harmed. Pill with antenna ensures patients take meds
U.S. researchers have engineered a pill that can alert patients and medical professionals that it's been ingested with the help of a digestible microchip and tiny antenna.
If you've ever been plagued by temporary amnesia and forgotten whether or not you took your medication, take heart: U.S. researchers have engineered a pill that will jog your memory.
The pill, designed by engineers at the University of Florida, is embedded with a tiny, non-toxic microchip and antenna that can be digested. When it's ingested, it emits a signal that is picked up by a small electronic device carried or worn by the patient. That device, in turn, signals a cell phone or laptop, letting a patient or medical professional know the pill has been taken.
"It is a way to monitor whether your patient is taking their medication in a timely manner," said Rizwan Bashirullah, an assistant professor in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Florida.
The pill is intended to improve patient compliance with prescriptions. Many people forget to take their medications regularly, which can exacerbate their medical problems, result in unexpected hospitalizations and undermine clinical trial results.
The pill has yet to be tested on humans. To date, it has been tried out on cadavers and models of humans. Scientists have also conducted experiments on the pill to see how effectively it dissolves in stomach acid.
Research shows that the pill leaves behind a trace of silver when it passes through the body. Silver coats the pill and also makes up the antenna; however, the amount left behind in the body is less than is absorbed by the average person drinking tap water, according to researchers.

Open Letter to Berkeley Students on their Historic Israeli Divestment Bill
Vatic Note: A real lesson here for all of us. Does Israel in fact dictate American policy not only nationally, but at the Universities and colleges? Does it control the every day lives of Americans in general? Its beginning to appear so, which is what an occupying foreign nation does when it declares war against an enemy and then occupies the land and the society of the defeated nation which in this case is the United States of America.... are we defeated? Are we now a colony of Israel? I don't know, but that is a question we all need to start asking and finally answering. Our behavior will reflect the answer. After reading this one check out the next one with the video and see what AIPAC is doing in the elections for the studen senate. Its quite sophisticated and beyond the naive students. How it turns out will speak volumes as to the growth and wisdom of our college students. Although the bill passed by a vote of 16-4 after a packed and intense debate, the President of the Senate vetoed [2] the bill six days later. The Senate is expected to reconsider the bill soon; groups such as Jewish Voice for Peace are asking supporters of the bill to send letters [3] to the Senators, who can overturn the veto with only 14 votes.

Why bother with moral persuasion when you can just threaten to take over government… everywhere?
On March 18, UC Berkeley’s student senate voted 16 to 4 in favor of divesting from companies that profit from the Israeli occupation. A week later, in a move oddly predicted by AIPAC’s Jonathan Kessler at AIPAC’s policy conference, the vote was vetoed by the student senate president. (Students hope the senate will overturn the veto next Wednesday.)
When asked about fighting the Berkeley pro-divest initiative, Kessler said, “we’re going to make sure that pro-Israel students take over the student government and reverse the vote… he said "This is how AIPAC operates in our nation’s capital. This is how AIPAC must operate on our nation’s campuses.” Kessler is at 3:58 in video below. Student elections are happening now at UC Berkeley and you can bet everyone’s looking for the AIPAC-Manchurian candidate, if such a thing exists.
