Vatic Note:  Oh, this is so fascinating.   This below is from a perspective of a space traveler who has experienced reality on a much different level than here on the planet.  He makes great points that i had never thought about.   Its nice to learn something new. Time is the illusion.  He does a great job on this and the video is a must watch and listen.   I could never figure out why I could predict something happening, but never got the timing right.   This explains it.

He does this in laymans language that allows you to relate to the information.  He talks about the earth as being unique and how our brain fools us.  He says looking within is where the answers lie, and not ourside of us.  Oh, this is so great.   It can change our reality to understand what he is saying.  I am going to replay this many times and contemplate it deeply and see if I can see and change my  perceptions of our universal reality.  Will let you know how it goes. LOL

(from TEDx Talks) Prof. dr. Wubbo J. Ockels is a Dutch physicist, and also the Netherlands original astronaut. He is a Professor of Aerospace Sustainable Engineering and Technology at the University of Delft, and tries to stimulate a mentality change among Dutch citizens.
In his mind-bending TEDxAmsterdam talk, Ockels explains how time is created by human beings, as a way our brains can make sense of gravity. The speed of light is constant, because it is made by us: it’s the clock by which we have calibrated our existence. Based on this premise, Ockels proposes a new way to explore life in our galaxy.
