Arms Trade Treaty Negotiations Collapse as USA Refuses to Sign

*** Fund raising report - thank you to the person who sent in donations today,  we are now down to needing $85 to meet our obligations.  I am beginning to become hopeful we will make it since I would hate to give up this blog since I love the research and the wonderful people I have met doing this.   We have today, tues and Wed to make the goal so please, if you can afford it donate something to help us make it by Wednesday since Thursday is when I have to pay the bills.   Thank you so much and bless you all for your support.

Vatic Note:  Yes, indeed, these groups have done a great job ,  however, the real credit also goes to the internet.  It was clear on just about every site, that coming for our guns was going to be giving all those in power a real bad headache and that resulted in them rethinking the issue since ITS, THANK GOODNESS,  ELECTION SEASON or we would have a signed treaty and they dont' want  all those senators and congressmen that they have bought and paid for, to be kicked out, otherwise they have to start bribing, threatening or blackmailing all over again.

It was also with lightening speed that all the information came out on the shooter in Aurora Co and his connections to Mind Control and black ops connections as well.   That is why Jay Rockefeller was yelling about how the internet should never have been created "It was ruining everything", and by golly, Thank God, it was ruining everything.... I can't imagine how long it would have taken for all of this to get around about that shooter, without the net.

The good news seems to be we are safe from the gun grabbers at least until after the November elections.  We even found a way to circumvent their chipping our guns and ammo so they can track them as they move.

BELLEVUE, WA – -(Ammoland.com)- The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms today applauds the decision by the United States to not sign the proposed International Arms Trade Treaty, and CCRKBA credits grassroots action for the gun rights victory.
CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb, who is at the United Nations in New York, said the announcement came Friday morning after a week of intense negotiations.
“I think the grassroots surge by American gun owners against this treaty convinced our government to not sign this document,” Gottlieb said. “The proposed treaty, as written, poses serious problems for our gun rights, and the sovereignty of our Second Amendment.”
CCRKBA has been active in raising public awareness about the proposed treaty, and Gottlieb said he is proud of members and supporters who made “stepped up to the plate” and contacted their U.S. senators.
“This is freedom in action,” Gottlieb stated. “We are gratified that so many did so much to protect their Second Amendment rights from an international gun rights grab.
With more than 650,000 members and supporters nationwide, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is one of the nation’s premier gun rights organizations. As a non-profit organization, the Citizens Committee is dedicated to preserving firearms freedoms through active lobbying of elected officials and facilitating grass-roots organization of gun rights activists in local communities throughout the United States. The Citizens Committee can be reached by phone at (425) 454-4911, on the Internet at www.ccrkba.org or by email to InformationRequest@ccrkba.org.
