What this below highlights is the inhumanity involved in this program, the crimes committed by scientists and other trusted officials are clearly "Crimes against Humanity". Notice the first operational person experimented on for real was an American and under torture conditions. We can not even imagine the mental illness of these people who have done this and those who ordered it. I still believe its because of inbreeding.
