They are doing them because if the levees remain, yes, the tsunami will blow over them, but the water will go back to river size AND IT WON'T SUCK IN THE GULF WATER ALL THE WAY UP THE RIVER and permantly leave a divide. AGAIN, CAN YOU SEE WHY THEY WANT TO BLOW THE LEVIES? They use HAARP to create the floods and then want to blow the levees to take pressure off the levees, HUH? So that means the issue is the levees that have nothing to do with the flooding, rather its to get rid of them for some other reason. If they wanted to really get rid of the flooding, THEY WOULD SHUT OFF HARP... THAT WOULD DO IT. So you know that is not the reason. MADRID FAULT.... WATCH AND SEE and if they do it, they all get arrested and go to jail for life. I told ya we needed to prosecute 9-11 or it would be worse.

Anonymous, what a gift. AT first because it was not explained and it said 6 prinicples, I thought it was spam for selling a product or service. I am sorry, these are the best videos I have ever seen with respect to the subject matter. The second one was a full on education for me and I intend to put both up as an education for our readers globally. This makes so much sense and adds a huge dimension to the entire issue. Great job Vatic. This man is on top of it. Lines,from the haarp facilities,squares , rectangles. I have(as I've said before) been a mountaineer,captained sailboats,and spent most of my life outdoors. I used to be able to look at the sky and tell you what we we expecting up to 49 hrs. from that time. Not anymore. In fact there are young people who have never seen a real cloud! Just give that some time to sink in!!
