Vatic Note: These people below who support the Goddard inquiry are right, in that they have the power to force those higher ups to attend and be questioned. We have published numerous blogs on here, about pedophilia and child sexual abuse in Britain, and the cover ups that attended such accusations. We even published a David Icke expose on the issue.
Further, the ICC court has been investigating allegations against the Queen and her party of supporters and she has retaliated by trying to get rid of Kevin Arnette, the founder of the ICCC, and thus stop the inquiry into her time in Canada where missing Indigenous children disappeared from religious schools and were later found buried on the school house grounds, 10 years later. So far she has not succeeded. But likewise, she has not been investigated thoroughly either, since its a work still in progress.
So very high ups have a great deal of power and given their governing structure of a Monarchy, its a great deal more difficult than it would have been here in the states. That may not be true anymore, but at least it was a while back. We will watch and see who prevails in this battle for control and report back.

A victim of abuse at a notorious boys’
home in Northern Ireland will seek this week to challenge the conduct of
Whitehall’s ill-fated investigation into child abuse.

A former resident at the Kincora Boys’
Home in Belfast, supported by other victims, is applying for judicial
review into the decision to exclude the home from the London-based
inquiry, now chaired by Justice Lowell Goddard from New Zealand. At
stake is whether current and former members of MI5 can be forced to give
evidence.
Widespread allegations of abuse of
residents – including claims that abuse was covered up and allowed to
continue unchecked for years because police and the British security
services were using the home to blackmail people – are the subject of a
separate inquiry in Northern Ireland, the Historical and Institutional
Abuse (HIA) inquiry, led by Sir Anthony Hart.
Critics of the HIA claim it lacks
sufficient powers to get to the heart of the scandal, and want Kincora
to be investigated by the Goddard inquiry. On Tuesday at the High Court
in Belfast, lawyers representing a Kincora victim, Gary Hoy, will
challenge the decision by the Secretary of State, Theresa Villiers, to
leave the Kincora investigation under the control of the HIA. The
lawyers want the decision judicially reviewed. The Government confirmed
last week that it will oppose the application.
Campaigners say Kincora should be
removed from the HIA and included in the Goddard inquiry because of the
purported links with London of some of those who abused boys, and
because, they say, the HIA will not be able to compel witnesses to
attend nor insist on seeing sensitive civil service documents.
Kincora has long cast a shadow over
both Northern Ireland and MI5. In 1981, three men were imprisoned for
between four and six years for a number of offences relating to
systematic sexual abuse of children over a period of years.
Previously, a
number of whistleblowers had attempted to call a halt to the abuse, but
it continued unabated, giving rise to claims that staff were being
protected by the security services. Last year, former MI5 officer Bryan
Gemmell told The Independent on Sunday that he had expressed concern but
was told by his boss in MI5 to keep his nose out of Kincora.
He also
said that he had been asked by the same person if he thought a known
Protestant terrorist might be susceptible to being blackmailed over his
homosexuality “because they had film of him”. Former army press officer Colin Wallace also sought to raise the alarm, but went unheeded.
One Kincora victim, Clint Massey, told
The IoS recently: “In those days [the 1970s], there were loads of people
over from London. I have always assumed they were senior figures from
Whitehall. I certainly heard English accents…. I strongly believe it was
an entrapment operation [for the security services]. They hoped to get a
handle on the people who visited, to get them to work for them and
inform for them.”
Last week, Mr Massey gave evidence to
the Police Ombudsman, who is investigating the failure of successive
police inquiries to get to the truth. Yesterday he said: “The HIA
inquiry needs to be able to summon the senior civil servants. When
Whitehall says jump, they jump. But if it’s based here in Northern
Ireland, it won’t have the authority.” This view was backed by the
Parliamentary Home Affairs Committee on Friday.

has sought to reassure critics that his inquiry has sufficient powers.
It has sought details of all Kincora-related files held by all UK
government departments and agencies. It has secured extra funding and
claims that witnesses who co-operate with the inquiry will be immune
from prosecution, including offences under the Official Secrets Act.
However, victims’ solicitor Kevin
Winters says: “This case has to be taken by the Goddard inquiry, because
the applicants and many others believe there was a cover-up. It has
never been properly investigated, and the sense of there having been a
cover-up is compounded by a very real perception the Banbridge inquiry
is not fit for purpose.
“The HIA is not a statutory inquiry and
doesn’t have the necessary powers. It is true it can seek to be given
those powers, but that would take primary legislation, and we can’t know
how quickly that would happen or how effective. “In the absence of a proper inquisitorial inquiry, this case must be taken on by the Goddard inquiry. Source

PM intervened to hide details of decades-long legal struggle in European courts, claiming disclosure would harm national security and foreign ties.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strongly objects to revealing any information about the "oil arbitration" case that has been conducted between Israel and Iran in European courts for more than 20 years, the details of which were exposed on Haaretz.com this weekend.
Netanyahu signed a secrecy order in November 2013 banning the publication of information on the arbitration, because it "could possibly bring about harm to national security and foreign relations."
Netanyahu intervened to head off a petition filed in Jerusalem District Court in June 2013 by attorney Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, head of Shurat Hadin - Israel Law Center, under the Freedom of Information Law. The petition was against the foreign and justice ministries, requesting information about the arbitration proceedings with Iran.
The ministries rejected the request completely, and that case is now being heard in the Supreme Court, under a confidentiality order, after the Jerusalem District Court ordered the state to provide a proper response. The plaintiffs filed an updated brief last week, and the court is now awaiting the state's response.
The National Iranian Oil Company has been conducting a number of international arbitration proceedings against Israel. It has demanded compensation for its share of the joint Israeli-Iranian project for transporting and selling Iranian oil, via Israel to European customers, which was launched in 1968. At the heart of the deal stood the construction of a trans-Israel pipeline from Eilat to Ashkelon, as well as two oil storage facilities and a fleet of tankers.
The deal was hidden by a veil of secrecy, and Israel imposed censorship on any publication concerning the pipeline, its financing and operation.
A similar, smaller arbitration suit concerns a debt from the sale of Iranian oil to three Israeli fuel companies in 1979, on the eve of the Islamic Revolution. The arbitration suits are estimated to be for billions of dollars, given the interest and other costs that have accumulated over the decades.
After the Shah of Iran was deposed in January 1979, Tehran turned from being Israel's ally to its enemy. Israel continued to operate the pipeline, after nationalizing it in practice using a legal trick, and Iran sued Israel in an international arbitration process to receive its share of the profits of the joint venture.
Israel has lost a number of rounds in the arbitration, first in France and more recently in Swiss courts, where it tried to stop the arbitration process and avoid paying any money.
Both the Israeli and Iranian governments have avoided discussing the legal battle publicly, even though the various legal decisions have been published openly in Europe and raised a lot of interest in international legal circles.
Under the terms of the agreement, whose full content has yet to be made public, the Israeli government agreed to grant the oil project a 49-year concession, exemption from taxes and planning, and building leeway.
Censorship was imposed on press reports relating to the pipeline, its funding and sources of fuel. In those days of running roughshod by Mapai - the forerunner of Labor - and in the absence of green organizations and High Court of Justice petitions, the project was implemented in record time: by the end of 1969, oil was flowing through the pipeline. For having politically incorrect, but formerly protected first amendment freedom of speech thoughts, he was ordered to sell his basketball team to the more 'worthy' elitist Steve Ballmer, Bill Gates' former partner at Microsoft. Hmm, can you all smell the putrid odor of a rat here too?
For the 'crime' of saying he chooses not to hang out in the company of people of color, the franchise he was the rightful owner of was taken from him. No jury, no trial, just gone.
I'm sorry, but I was under the impression that being a racist was a rite of passage entrance into the elitist club, not an exit from it! But that would be naive.
In truth, it's really about what suits the hypocritical corporate agenda at any given moment and clearly shows they have no qualms about sacrificing their own.
Another elite billionaire sacrificed at the altar you may not be aware of is Lewis Katz, who recently won a very heated battle to take control of the Philadelphia Inquirer. He then died in a mysterious plane explosion shortly after on June 1, 2014.
Coincidentally I'm sure, Mr. Katz was the former owner of the NBA's New Jersey Nets and NHL's New Jersey Devils. Someone sure didn't want him to control that news outlet so they just took him out.
A day later, legendary billionaire hedge fund manager Carl Icahn comes under investigation for insider trading. Again, using inside information to make 'mucho dinero' is standard practice on Wall Street.

To single him out is pure hypocracy by the supposed regulators whose real job it is to protect and turn a blind eye to institutional corruption whenever they see it and definitely not to prosecute it.
This makes three Jewish American billionaires taken down in the space of a few weeks time. Let's see this for what it really is - hits among the elites to centralize their powerbase even further.
It's like the Gambino versus the Genovese crime family rivalries to centralize rule over entire cities, but in this case entire nations and the globe!
One great example of global billionaires being eliminated played out in Russia back in 2003. One of Russia's most successful billionaires, Mikhael Kordorkovsky, who ran Yukos, one of Russia's biggest petroleum companies, was accused of tax evasion and was thrown in prison.
In 2006, when the company could not pay the tax demands of the Russian government, Yukos was bankrupted and its very valuable assets were conveniently sold off at firesale prices to Putin's government-owned oil companies.
To this day, there is much speculation whether Kordorkovsky was guilty of any crime at all and his jailing was done simply to take his company from him by any means necessary. Sound familiar, billionaires Sterling, Katz and Icahn?
Going deeper, on May 24, it was reported that Iranian billionaire, Mahafarid Amir Khosravi, was executed without warning after being summarily convicted in a $2.6 billion banking scam.
Predictably, the entirety of Khosravi's business empire, which included over 35 companies ranging from mineral water production, a football club and a meat importer were then taken over by the Iranian government.
An even more shocking and ominous tale of billionaires in the cross-hairs has been taking place in China. China Daily reports that 72 mainland Chinese billionaires have died under highly suspicious circumstances over the last eight years.
The unnatural death toll plays out like this: 15 murdered, 17 apparently 'suicided,' 19 from illness, 7 from 'accidents' and 14 executed by the government. Of those who died from illness, the average age at time of death was 48 so they definitely weren't dying of old age-related issues.
As Forbes ominously stated, "if you're one of China's 115 current billionaires as listed on the Forbes billionaires list of 2011, you should be more than a little nervous."
Based on these preposterous-sounding numbers, 62% of the remaining Chinese billionaires are 'dead-men walking,' who will face untimely and very unnatural deaths in the next few years. And like all of the above, before the bodies even go cold, their companies are taken over and sold off to government-run businesses.
To get a clearer understanding of the 'Great Game' being played out on the global chess board, takes the courage to open our eyes and see what is actually happening as opposed to what we've been told to believe is happening.
When it comes to the banking system of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Barclays, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Credit Suisse et al, it's become easier to see that they are really nothing more than subsidiaries from which the globalists run their illegal LIBOR rate rigging, high frequency trading, stock and derivatives ponzi schemes, money laundering, terrorist funding, weapons, drugs and human sex trafficking enterprises through.
As the world's economic fortunes collectively plummet and the sabre rattling between the US, China, Russia and the middle east escalates over threats of a world nuclear war, the true agenda of these elites become ever clearer.

On September 11, 1990, George Bush Sr. carried on the new world order torch by saying "out of these troubled times, our fifth objective... a new world order" to control the planet for the good of all. George H.W. Bush followed up his daddy's spiel after September 11, 2001:
"The war in Iraq is a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times... a new world order can emerge."
"Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."
All that said, the logical question then becomes who or what makes up the NWO? Let's begin with the most obvious faction, the United Nations.
On the surface, the UN sounds like a great idea, but when their paper-thin disguise as world do-gooders is unmasked, what's exposed is clearly nothing more than a gang of murderous bullies who rape, pillage and destroy nations that dares stand in the way of their goal of one centralized government to rule over all with an iron fist.
They accomplish this in several ways. One of their favorite propaganda means is to label independent, resource-rich nations as rogue terrorists oppressing their own people and or are building nuclear weapons that are a threat to the world.
UN 'peace-keepers' are then sent in, followed by a military invasion and eventual genocide of the people they were originally supposed to protect.
In the horrific aftermath, the justification is that a few million deaths is a small price to pay to spread the United Nations brand of bloody peace throughout the globe.
Following the 'shock and awe' devastation, the vulture of death called the IMF swoops in to 'help' by loaning billions to rebuild the purposely destroyed nation.
Predictably, the crippled, shell-shocked country has nothing left to repay the debt so it is effectively foreclosed upon, a new UN-friendly puppet dictator is inserted and yet another country is opened up to be sucked dry by the insidious cabal. Welcome to the United Nations!
Getting back to the UN's goals of centralizing power in the hands of a very few to the detriment of the very many, we can now see why the entire world is suffering through the deadly economic debt contagion deliberately brought on by the US dollar and euro currencies.
The goal is to collapse all nations so they can easily be brought into the fold of the New World Order agenda.
John Quincy Adams, the 6th US President warned "there are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword, the other is by debt."
More than 150 years later, John F. Kennedy gave further clues:
"The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings."
Just ten days prior to his assassination, JFK uttered these prophetic words:
"The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizens of this plight."
His goals were to expose the cabal's plans for a new world order and to shut down their greatest tool of global tyranny, the Federal Reserve Bank. Since his murder, no other President has dared speak against this conspiracy.
Instead, we've heard succeeding Presidents mention the need for it, while both Obama and Biden openly campaign hard for it.

In fact, it was Herr Obama responding to his critics who said that he doesn't take his orders from the United States Constitution, but from the United Nations instead!
Before the past two White House regimes dismantled and burned the US Constitution to the ground, this was a treasonous act, but now it's considered forward thinking!
Additionally, we can plainly see why all of the current puppet-in-chief's domestic and foreign economic policies have been so utterly disastrous and why America, along with the rest of Europe and the east for that matter, are on the verge of financial and societal collapse.

Vatic Note: I knew that Marijuana was not illegal until the 1930's. What is interesting about this, is how long it has taken us to know and understand what happened way back then. Regardless of how one feels about the drug, its a lot safer than Aleopathic drugs we are fed by the pharmaceutical companies. And if legalized, puts the Bush and CIA drug cartel mafia, out of business.
I just read that 400,000 deaths a year are attributable to regular legal drugs. That is more than all the deaths in this country by car accidents, and definitely massively bigger than deaths by guns. We should have "Drug company Drug control" instead of "Gun control".
Like today, it was all about the fascists profiteering. Almost everything today is about that and its not new, it goes back decades. I am beginning to wonder if corporations ever gave a damn about those they were suppose to serve? I am truly beginning to believe "NOT". This below is definitely quite interesting and educational. The question that comes up is "Who owns these corporations, that end up owning our government that makes such things illegal, due to profits, rather than health benefits for the people?" If we truly want to know, then we should always check out who sits on these boards of Directors for these companies and if you can't find that info, then do a biography on the board member, and see if he attended a secret society school, since only those with connections to the elite are allowed or invited in.
Many people assume that marijuana was made illegal through some kind of process involving scientific, medical, and government hearings; that it was to protect the citizens from what was determined to be a dangerous drug.
The actual story shows a much different picture. Those who voted on the legal fate of this plant never had the facts, but were dependent on information supplied by those who had a specific agenda to deceive lawmakers. You’ll see below that the very first federal vote to prohibit marijuana was based entirely on a documented lie on the floor of the Senate.
For most of human history, marijuana has been completely legal. It’s not a recently discovered plant, nor is it a long-standing law. Marijuana has been illegal for less than 1% of the time that it’s been in use. Its known uses go back further than 7,000 B.C. and it was legal as recently as when Ronald Reagan was a boy.
The marijuana (hemp) plant, of course, has an incredible number of uses. The earliest known woven fabric was apparently of hemp, and over the centuries the plant was used for food, incense, cloth, rope, and much more. This adds to some of the confusion over its introduction in the United States, as the plant was well known from the early 1600′s, but did not reach public awareness as a recreational drug until the early 1900′s.
America’s first marijuana law was enacted at Jamestown Colony, Virginia in 1619. It was a law “ordering” all farmers to grow Indian hempseed. There were several other “must grow” laws over the next 200 years (you could be jailed for not growing hemp during times of shortage in Virginia between 1763 and 1767), and during most of that time, hemp was legal tender (you could even pay your taxes with hemp — try that today!)
Hemp was such a critical crop for a number of purposes (including essential war requirements – rope, etc.) that the government went out of its way to encourage growth.
The United States Census of 1850 counted 8,327 hemp “plantations” (minimum 2,000-acre farm) growing cannabis hemp for cloth, canvas and even the cordage used for baling cotton.
The Mexican Connection
In the early 1900s, the western states developed significant tensions regarding the influx of Mexican-Americans. The revolution in Mexico in 1910 spilled over the border, with General Pershing’s army clashing with bandit Pancho Villa.
Later in that decade, bad feelings developed between the small farmer and the large farms that used cheaper Mexican labor. Then, the depression came and increased tensions, as jobs and welfare resources became scarce.
One of the “differences” seized upon during this time was the fact that many Mexicans smoked marijuana and had brought the plant with them, and it was through this that California apparently passed the first state marijuana law, outlawing “preparations of hemp, or loco weed.”
However, one of the first state laws outlawing marijuana may have been influenced, not just by Mexicans using the drug, but, oddly enough, because of Mormons using it. Mormons who traveled to Mexico in 1910 came back to Salt Lake City with marijuana. The church’s reaction to this may have contributed to the state’s marijuana law.

Other states quickly followed suit with marijuana prohibition laws, including Wyoming (1915), Texas (1919), Iowa (1923), Nevada (1923), Oregon (1923), Washington (1923), Arkansas (1923), and Nebraska (1927). These laws tended to be specifically targeted against the Mexican-American population.
When Montana outlawed marijuana in 1927, the Butte Montana Standard reported a legislator’s comment: “When some beet field peon takes a few traces of this stuff… he thinks he has just been elected president of Mexico, so he starts out to execute all his political enemies.” In Texas, a senator said on the floor of the Senate: “All Mexicans are crazy, and this stuff [marijuana] is what makes them crazy.”
Jazz and Assassins
In the eastern states, the “problem” was attributed to a combination of Latin Americans and black jazz musicians. Marijuana and jazz traveled from New Orleans to Chicago, and then to Harlem, where marijuana became an indispensable part of the music scene, even entering the language of the black hits of the time (Louis Armstrong’s “Muggles”, Cab Calloway’s “That Funny Reefer Man”, Fats Waller’s “Viper’s Drag”).
Again, racism was part of the charge against marijuana, as newspapers in 1934 editorialized: “Marihuana influences Negroes to look at white people in the eye, step on white men’s shadows and look at a white woman twice.”
Two other fear-tactic rumors started to spread: one, that Mexicans, Blacks and other foreigners were snaring white children with marijuana; and two, the story of the “assassins.” Early stories of Marco Polo had told of “hasheesh-eaters” or hashashin, from which derived the term “assassin.”
In the original stories, these professional killers were given large doses of hashish and brought to the ruler’s garden (to give them a glimpse of the paradise that awaited them upon successful completion of their mission). Then, after the effects of the drug disappeared, the assassin would fulfill his ruler’s wishes with cool, calculating loyalty.
By the 1930s, the story had changed. Dr. A. E. Fossier wrote in the 1931 New Orleans Medical and Surgical Journal: “Under the influence of hashish those fanatics would madly rush at their enemies, and ruthlessly massacre every one within their grasp.” Within a very short time, marijuana started being linked to violent behavior.
Coffee has not always been served as a beverage. African tribes crushed the ripe cherries from wild coffee trees, mixed with animal fat, and rolled them into round balls. These “coffee balls” were served at their war parties. The result of eating these coffee balls was:

During this time, the United States was also dealing with alcohol prohibition, which lasted from 1919 to 1933. Alcohol prohibition was extremely visible and debated at all levels, while drug laws were passed without the general public’s knowledge. National alcohol prohibition happened through the mechanism of an amendment to the constitution.
Coke had a secret formula base made up from processing coca leaves, the by-product of which is cocaine. Up to the beginning of the 20th Century, the Coca-Cola creators did say that their beverage had cocaine.
Earlier (1914), the Harrison Act was passed, which provided federal tax penalties for opiates and cocaine.
The federal approach is important. It was considered at the time that the federal government did not have the constitutional power to outlaw alcohol or drugs. It is because of this that alcohol prohibition required a constitutional amendment.
At that time in our country’s history, the judiciary regularly placed the tenth amendment in the path of congressional regulation of “local” affairs, and direct regulation of medical practice was considered beyond congressional power under the commerce clause (since then, both provisions have been weakened so far as to have almost no meaning).
Since drugs could not be outlawed at the federal level, the decision was made to use federal taxes as a way around the restriction. In the Harrison Act, legal uses of opiates and cocaine were taxed (supposedly as a revenue need by the federal government, which is the only way it would hold up in the courts), and those who didn’t follow the law found themselves in trouble with the treasury department.
Both the pharmaceutical industry and the medical monopoly would lose billions of dollars if marijuana became the non-drug of choice.

In 1930, a new division in the Treasury Department was established — the Federal Bureau of Narcotics — and Harry J. Anslinger was named director. This, if anything, marked the beginning of the all-out war against marijuana.
Harry J. Anslinger
Anslinger was an extremely ambitious man, and he recognized the Bureau of Narcotics as an amazing career opportunity — a new government agency with the opportunity to define both the problem and the solution.
He immediately realized that opiates and cocaine wouldn’t be enough to help build his agency, so he latched on to marijuana and started to work on making it illegal at the federal level.
Anslinger immediately drew upon the themes of racism and violence to draw national attention to the problem he wanted to create. He also promoted and frequently read from “Gore Files” — wild reefer-madness-style exploitation tales of ax murderers on marijuana and sex and… Negroes. Here are some quotes that have been widely attributed to Anslinger and his Gore Files:
“There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others.”
“…the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races.”
“Marijuana is an addictive drug which produces in its users insanity, criminality, and death.”
“Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.” “Marihuana leads to pacifism and communist brainwashing” “You smoke a joint and you’re likely to kill your brother.” “Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind.”
And he loved to pull out his own version of the “assassin” definition:
“In the year 1090, there was founded in Persia the religious and military order of the Assassins, whose history is one of cruelty, barbarity, and murder, and for good reason: the members were confirmed users of hashish, or marihuana, and it is from the Arabs’ ‘hashashin’ that we have the English word ‘assassin.’”

Harry Anslinger got some additional help from William Randolf Hearst, owner of a huge chain of newspapers. Hearst had lots of reasons to help.
First, he hated Mexicans. Second, he had invested heavily in the timber industry to support his newspaper chain and didn’t want to see the development of hemp paper in competition. Third, he had lost 800,000 acres of timberland to Pancho Villa, so he hated Mexicans. Fourth, telling lurid lies about Mexicans (and the devil marijuana weed causing violence) sold newspapers, making him rich.
Some samples from the San Francisco Examiner:
“Marihuana makes fiends of boys in thirty days — Hashish goads users to bloodlust.”
“By the tons it is coming into this country — the deadly, dreadful poison that racks and tears not only the body, but the very heart and soul of every human being who once becomes a slave to it in any of its cruel and devastating forms…. Marihuana is a short cut to the insane asylum. Smoke marihuana cigarettes for a month and what was once your brain will be nothing but a storehouse of horrid specters. Hasheesh makes a murderer who kills for the love of killing out of the mildest mannered man who ever laughed at the idea that any habit could ever get him….”
And other nationwide columns…
“Users of marijuana become STIMULATED as they inhale the drug and are LIKELY TO DO ANYTHING. Most crimes of violence in this section, especially in country districts are laid to users of that drug.”
“Was it marijuana, the new Mexican drug, that nerved the murderous arm of Clara Phillips when she hammered out her victim’s life in Los Angeles?… THREE-FOURTHS OF THE CRIMES of violence in this country today are committed by DOPE SLAVES — that is a matter of cold record.”
Hearst and Anslinger were then supported by Dupont chemical company (VN: an illuminati family) and various pharmaceutical companies in the effort to outlaw cannabis. Dupont had patented nylon, and wanted hemp removed as competition. The pharmaceutical companies could neither identify nor standardize cannabis dosages, and besides, with cannabis, folks could grow their own medicine and not have to purchase it from large companies.
Destroying Tea in Boston Harbor in 1773. Tea was sent to the U.S. by the British Corporatists so they could tax the Americans into subservience. It is now 2012 and so far they have been lying, cheating, murdering, absconding Americans every step of the way, to gain control over FREEDOM! This all set the stage for… The Marijuana Tax Act of 1937.
After two years of secret planning, Anslinger brought his plan to Congress — complete with a scrapbook full of sensational Hearst editorials, stories of ax murderers who had supposedly smoked marijuana, and racial slurs.
It was a remarkably short set of hearings.
The one fly in Anslinger’s ointment was the appearance by Dr. William C. Woodward, Legislative Council of the American Medical Association.
Woodward started by slamming Harry Anslinger and the Bureau of Narcotics for distorting earlier AMA statements that had nothing to do with marijuana and making them appear to be AMA endorsement for Anslinger’s view.
He also reproached the legislature and the Bureau for using the term marijuana in the legislation and not publicizing it as a bill about cannabis or hemp. At this point, marijuana (or marihuana) was a sensationalist word used to refer to Mexicans smoking a drug and had not been connected in most people’s minds to the existing cannabis/hemp plant. Thus, many who had legitimate reasons to oppose the bill weren’t even aware of it.
Woodward went on to state that the AMA was opposed to the legislation and further questioned the approach of the hearings, coming close to outright accusation of misconduct by Anslinger and the committee:
“That there is a certain amount of narcotic addiction of an objectionable character no one will deny. The newspapers have called attention to it so prominently that there must be some grounds for [their] statements [even Woodward was partially taken in by Hearst’s propaganda].
It has surprised me, however, that the facts on which these statements have been based have not been brought before this committee by competent primary evidence. We are referred to newspaper publications concerning the prevalence of marihuana addiction. We are told that the use of marihuana causes crime.
But yet no one has been produced from the Bureau of Prisons to show the number of prisoners who have been found addicted to the marihuana habit. An informed inquiry shows that the Bureau of Prisons has no evidence on that point.
You have been told that school children are great users of marihuana cigarettes. No one has been summoned from the Children’s Bureau to show the nature and extent of the habit, among children.
Inquiry of the Children’s Bureau shows that they have had no occasion to investigate it and know nothing particularly of it.
Inquiry of the Office of Education— and they certainly should know something of the prevalence of the habit among the school children of the country, if there is a prevalent habit— indicates that they have had no occasion to investigate and know nothing of it.
Moreover, there is in the Treasury Department itself, the Public Health Service, with its Division of Mental Hygiene. The Division of Mental Hygiene was, in the first place, the Division of Narcotics. It was converted into the Division of Mental Hygiene, I think, about 1930.
That particular Bureau has control at the present time of the narcotics farms that were created about 1929 or 1930 and came into operation a few years later. No one has been summoned from that Bureau to give evidence on that point.
Informal inquiry by me indicates that they have had no record of any marihuana of Cannabis addicts who have ever been committed to those farms.
"The bureau of Public Health Service has also a division of pharmacology. If you desire evidence as to the pharmacology of Cannabis, that obviously is the place where you can get direct and primary evidence, rather than the indirect hearsay evidence.”
Committee members then proceeded to attack Dr. Woodward, questioning his motives in opposing the legislation. Even the Chairman joined in:
The Chairman:"If you want to advise us on legislation, you ought to come here with some constructive proposals, rather than criticism, rather than trying to throw obstacles in the way of something that the Federal Government is trying to do. It has not only an unselfish motive in this, but they have a serious responsibility.
Dr. Woodward: We cannot understand yet, Mr. Chairman, why this bill should have been prepared in secret for 2 years without any intimation, even, to the profession, that it was being prepared.
After some further bantering…
The Chairman:I would like to read a quotation from a recent editorial in the Washington Times:
The marihuana cigarette is one of the most insidious of all forms of dope, largely because of the failure of the public to understand its fatal qualities.
The Nation is almost defenseless against it, having no Federal laws to cope with it and virtually no organized campaign for combating it.
The result is tragic.
School children are the prey of peddlers who infest school neighborhoods.
High school boys and girls buy the destructive weed without knowledge of its capacity of harm, and conscienceless dealers sell it with impunity.
This is a national problem, and it must have national attention.
The fatal marihuana cigarette must be recognized as a deadly drug, and American children must be protected against it.
That is a pretty severe indictment. They say it is a national question and that it requires effective legislation. Of course, in a general way, you have responded to all of these statements; but that indicates very clearly that it is an evil of such magnitude that it is recognized by the press of the country as such.
And that was basically it. Yellow journalism won over medical science.
The committee passed the legislation on. And on the floor of the house, the entire discussion was:
Member from upstate New York:“Mr. Speaker, what is this bill about?” Speaker Rayburn:“I don’t know. It has something to do with a thing called marihuana. I think it’s a narcotic of some kind.” “Mr. Speaker, does the American Medical Association support this bill?” Member on the committee jumps up and says:“Their Doctor Wentworth[sic] came down here. They support this bill 100 percent.”
And on the basis of that lie, on August 2, 1937, marijuana became illegal at the federal level.
The entire coverage in the New York Times: “President Roosevelt signed today a bill to curb traffic in the narcotic, marihuana, through heavy taxes on transactions.”
Anslinger as precursor to the Drug Czars
Anslinger was essentially the first Drug Czar. Even though the term didn’t exist until William Bennett’s position as director of the White House Office of National Drug Policy, Anslinger acted in a similar fashion.
In fact, there are some amazing parallels between Anslinger and the current Drug Czar John Walters. Both had kind of a carte blanche to go around demonizing drugs and drug users.
Both had resources and a large public podium for their voice to be heard and to promote their personal agenda. Both lied constantly, often when it was unnecessary. Both were racists. Both had the ear of lawmakers, and both realized that they could persuade legislators and others based on lies, particularly if they could co-opt the media into squelching or downplaying any opposition views.
Anslinger even had the ability to circumvent the First Amendment. He banned the Canadian movie “Drug Addict,” a 1946 documentary that realistically depicted the drug addicts and law enforcement efforts. He even tried to get Canada to ban the movie in their own country, or failing that, to prevent U.S. citizens from seeing the movie in Canada. Canada refused. (Today, Drug Czar John Walters is trying to bully Canada into keeping harsh marijuana laws.) (VN: this is exactly what this is doing and why this NWO must be stopped, for next time they may ban smoking because nicotine purges fluoride from the brain. )
Anslinger had 37 years to solidify the propaganda and stifle opposition. The lies continued the entire time (although the stories would adjust — the 21 year old Florida boy who killed his family of five got younger each time he told it). In 1961, he looked back at his efforts:
“Much of the most irrational juvenile violence and that has written a new chapter of shame and tragedy is traceable directly to this hemp intoxication. A gang of boys tear the clothes from two school girls and rape the screaming girls, one boy after the other.
A sixteen-year-old kills his entire family of five in Florida, a man in Minnesota puts a bullet through the head of a stranger on the road; in Colorado husband tries to shoot his wife, kills her grandmother instead and then kills himself. Every one of these crimes had been proceeded [sic] by the smoking of one or more marijuana “reefers.”
"As the marijuana situation grew worse, I knew action had to be taken to get the proper legislation passed. By 1937 under my direction, the Bureau launched two important steps First, a legislative plan to seek from Congress a new law that would place marijuana and its distribution directly under federal control.
Second, on radio and at major forums, such that presented annually by the New York Herald Tribune, I told the story of this evil weed of the fields and river beds and roadsides. I wrote articles for magazines; our agents gave hundreds of lectures to parents, educators, social and civic leaders. In network broadcasts I reported on the growing list of crimes, including murder and rape. I described the nature of marijuana and its close kinship to hashish. I continued to hammer at the facts.
I believe we did a thorough job, for the public was alerted and the laws to protect them were passed, both nationally and at the state level. We also brought under control the wild growing marijuana in this country. Working with local authorities, we cleaned up hundreds of acres of marijuana and we uprooted plants sprouting along the roadsides.”
After Anslinger
On a break from college in the 70s, I was visiting a church in rural Illinois. There in the literature racks in the back of the church was a lurid pamphlet about the evils of marijuana — all the old reefer madness propaganda about how it caused insanity and murder. I approached the minister and said “You can’t have this in your church. It’s all lies, and the church shouldn’t be about promoting lies.”
Fortunately, my dad believed me, and he had the material removed. He didn’t even know how it got there. But without me speaking up, neither he nor the other members of the church had any reason NOT to believe what the pamphlet said. The propaganda machine had been that effective.
The narrative since then has been a continual litany of:
Politicians wanting to appear tough on crime and passing tougher penalties
Constant increases in spending on law enforcement and prisons
Racist application of drug laws
Taxpayer funded propaganda
Stifling of opposition speech
Political contributions from corporations that profit from marijuana being illegal (pharmaceuticals, alcohol, etc.)
… but that’s another whole story.

Vatic Note: Here is my question.... were any of these bankers that died by unnatural causes, khazar zionists? Were they all Goyim? Were they a mix? What is so noticeable is the timing of these deaths, they are so close together, some or most are day after day, and sometimes, several in the same day. That is all 71 of them, dispite the cause of death, which triggers questions as to the massive coincidence of those dates and the fact they were all bankers of some kind and NONE OF THE DEATHS WERE NATURAL CAUSES.
I continue to believe they are related somehow to some massive banking scam that they were all involved in and were killed to prevent them from ever whistle blowing on the preps. I have absolutely no evidence that is the case, I am simply using common sense. Most scientists will tell you "there are no coincidences" and I believe that.
This is very comprehensive and if you read about each and everyone of them and who they were and what they did and who they worked for, it appears there is a global connection to them, since many were from different countries, but all worked for either JP Morgan or Rothschild banks. Was this a precautionary move by the cabal or target specific due to some indication they would betray the bankers? I don't know, but its beyond strange.
By now, there have been so many banker-related suicides that it has
become a moot point of i) tracking them all or ii) trying to find a
pattern.
And yet, one name continues to stand out: JPMorgan.
The bank which has been most prominent among the list of “suicided”
bankers notched one more casualty over the weekend when “a JPMorgan
Chase & Co. employee strangled and stabbed his wife to death before
turning the knife on himself, according to police who are treating the
couple’s death in Bergen County, New Jersey as a murder-suicide.”
Bloomberg reports the gruesome details according to which Michael A.
Tabacchi, 27, and his wife, Iran Pars Tabacchi, 41, were found dead
Friday about 11:30 p.m. in the bedroom of their Closter home after a 911
call placed by the husband’s father, Bergen County Prosecutor John
Molinelli said in an interview.
Closter is located in northern New Jersey, about 20 miles (32 kilometers) from midtown Manhattan. Michael A. Tabacchi, 27, and his wife, Iran Pars Tabacchi, 41
It wasn’t a nail-gun this time. It was a knife:
Autopsy results on Sunday showed the wife died of strangulation and a
stab wound to the chest while Michael Tabacchi died from a single
self-inflicted stab to the chest, he said.
As his LinkedIn profile below shows, Tabacchi was an associate for JPMorgan in its global custody product unit.
But most eerie and disturbing is how comparable the Tabacchi
double-death is to a comparable case from July of last year when as we
reported not only did a JPM executive director shoot his wife multiple
times before using the same weapon on himself (like now), but the
tragedy also took place in New Jersey.
As IBTimes reports, Jefferson Township (New Jersey) police report
that the Global Network Operations Center Executive Director, “Julian
Knott, age 45, shot his wife Alita Knott, age 47, multiple times and
then took his own life with the same weapon.” Zerohedge

I’ve recently stumbled across a list of top bankers that have been killed in cold blood, died in “accidents” or have allegedly committed suicide.
In some of the cases, their deaths are so suspicious that the ‘suicide’ verdict is simply ridiculous, as you will see.
While searching for news reports documenting their deaths, I’ve
managed to find a lot more cases of high ranking bankers that have been
found dead in suspect circumstances. I’ve added the cases to the list

Stearns, Bank of America Senior Vice President).
61. March 12th Jeffrey Corzine, 31, son of MF Global CEO and Chairman
Jon Corzine involved in major banking crime was found dead in an
apparent suicide.
62. Keiran Toman, 39, former banker who believed he was being stalked
by a reality TV crew starved to death in a hotel room, after leaving
the “do not disturb” sign on door for TWO weeks.
[Highly suspicious claims, as many of us probably know that the hotel
cleaning staff will knock on the door after 24 hours and eventually
enter the room if failing to respond].
An inquest was opened after his death in July 2010 but his family
asked for a second hearing as they were not informed. Police found all
of Mr Toman’s possessions in the room, but despite documents mentioning

63. Nicholas Austin, 49, A former bank manager from Hersden died
after drinking antifreeze in an effort to “get high”. was found in a
coma by his wife Lynn at their home in Blackthorne Road on October 5. He

“I took special note of the last one – he died drinking
antifreeze in an attempt to “get high”! Funny one that is, as if a
banker would be stupid enough to try that.
The list is shocking, I never saw so many suicides and car accidents.
No gall bladder stones, cancer deaths, strokes, or simply falling ill,
it is just a litany of action.
64. Melissa Millian, 54, Senior Vice President at MassMutual
Financial Group, stabbed in the chest near a jogging alley in
