Vatic Note: This one blog contains two related articles, with one enhancing and explaining the other. What surprised me, but not much, was the core problem with what is happening to America today. This article about the Banking Empire contains information most of us did not know and its documented.

For Instance, did you know that Cecil Rhodes developed and funded the Rhodes scholarship fund to recruit top brains into a conspiracy to return the United States back to England? Why are Israel and Great Britain so very close and cozy?

Because I discovered in this article, that Israel was created, by Great Britain, to be the mercenary country to carry out Great Britains desire to reclaim her various commonwealth countries like the USA and rebuild her empire off the oil wealth of the middle east countries. I wonder if they know about this? Probably they do since we did a blog proving that the Saudi royalty were khazars.

We already showed how the royal family is tied into the khazars through their lineage with Count Dracula of Romania, which was once part of the khazar empire. Once you look at all the banks owned by the Rothschild family, you can understand how they are trillionaires.

Now we know who our true enemies really are and who is trying to reclaim our nation through WW III and the decimation of our population and infrastructure, which would make it necessary to have the Rothschild wealth to help rebuild, and then turn us over to the commonwealth of Great Britain. Wow, that explains a lot of gaps we had.

This is a must read all the way through, so we know what we are up against. As of right now, the only WW any country on this planet should fight is against the international bankers and their owners and countries, which is Great Britain and probably Switzerland, home of the BIS, Rothschilds "bankers bank".

Since America’s inception there has been a lingering notion that European Illuminati bankers seek to bring America to its knees and return it to the fold of the Crown of England, which centuries ago became the key political vassal for the Eight Families who own majority stock in every private central bank in the world:

Rothschild, Rockefeller, Kuhn Loeb, Lehman, Goldman Sachs, Warburg, Lazard and Israel Moses Seif.

Many US Presidents warned of the intrigues of the cabal, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, John Quincy Adams; and later Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy. The latter two were assassinated for trying to nationalize the Federal Reserve via the issuance of Treasury Department-backed (publicly-issued) currency.

As cited in my "Big Oil & Their Bankers" book and by others, the Eight Families own 52% of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, far and away the most powerful Fed Bank. Their ownership is disguised under names like JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Do I exaggerate when I claim that there are Eight Families? Well, yes, actually these oligarchs have interbred to the point that they are now, for all practical purposes, one big family, with the Rothschilds being the most powerful. Their net worth alone is estimated at well over $100 trillion. These people, whose latest justification for lording over us is that they are descended from Jesus Christ himself, are, for obvious reasons, counter-revolutionary. In their collective if obtuse minds, there are no good revolutions. Democracy is antithema.

Government is something that only gets in the way. It must be discredited and bought. The American Revolution really pissed these inbreds off. In Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the Crown of England still holds sway via the Governor General. Most European countries retained their monarchies. In America, we had a revolution, democracy and government.

A medieval rollback of the American Revolution begins with the concept that “government is the root of all evil”. This strain of thinking is promoted by the Saudi/Israeli-owned Fox News. These nations are not “Islamic” and “Jewish”. They are fronts for the Crown of England and the Rothschilds. The well-paid corporate lackey leadership of the Republican Party pushes this anti-government agenda, while the idiocracy misnomer known as the Tea Party takes this monarchist argument to its fascist extreme.

Key to this revolutionary rollback is that seminal event- 9/11- which was used by Windsor family country cousin George Bush Jr. to dismantle our Bill of Rights, bankrupt our nation and destroy our image throughout the world via two oil-grab, narco-stimulant, contractor-friendly wars.

In the weeks before 911 the financial weekly Barons reported that Deutsche Bank had purchased huge put options (betting that a stock will go down in price) on American & United Airlines, and WTC reinsurance giants Munich RE, Swiss RE and the French Axa.

Deutsche Bank, historically owned by the Nazi-funding Warburg family, bought Bankers Trust in 1999 to become the world’s largest bank with $882 billion in assets. Bankers Trust, as its name indicates, had been the Eight Families’ US wealth repository and is the largest shareholder of the Four Horsemen - Exxon Mobil, Chevron Texaco, BP Amoco and Royal Dutch/Shell - who later reaped the Iraq/Afghanistan oil bonanza.

In 2001 Sen. Carl Levin’s (D-MI) Banking Committee fingered Banker’s Trust as a major player in drug money laundering. On August 28th, just two weeks before 911, Deutsche Bank executive Kevin Ingram pled guilty to laundering heroin proceeds and arranging US weapons sales to parties in Pakistan and Afghanistan. A June 15, 2001 New York Post article said Osama bin Laden was the likely buyer. Kevin Ingram is a close friend of Clinton Treasury Secretary and Goldman Sachs insider Robert Rubin, now a board member at Citigroup. Ingram had worked at both Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.

Banker’s Trust purchased the fast-growing Alex Brown investment bank in 1997 before the two merged into Deutsche Bank. Alex Brown took its name from founder A. B. “Buzzy” Krongard who served as chairman until the 1997 Bankers Trust buyout.

Krongard is now the #3 man at CIA. On September 15th, four days after 9/11, the New York Times reported that Deutsche Bank Global Private Banking Chairman Mayo Shattuck III had suddenly resigned. Mohammed Atta and two of other alleged hijackers had accounts at the Deutsche Bank Hamburg headquarters.

There were reports that bin Laden’s family had taken a large stake in Deutsche Bank with help from Carlyle Group financial advisor George Bush Sr. The bin Laden’s had $2 million invested in Carlyle Group.

They held big stakes in Microsoft and Boeing, and had extensive business dealings with Citigroup, GE, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Fremont Group (recently spun-off by Bechtel).

Within twenty days of 9/11, Deutsche Bank had hired away (effectively silencing) SEC lead investigator Richard Walker, whose main task would have been to delve into the mysterious shorting of airline and insurance stocks prior to 911. The final phase of counter-revolution can be accomplished through the withdrawal of Eight Families’ funding of America’s $11 trillion debt, which has mostly accrued due to the US military’s role as mercenary praetorian guard of the Illuminati global empire, coupled with a devastating US military defeat in Afghanistan.

On August 15, 1871 Sovereign Grand Commander of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry General Albert Pike, who later founded the Ku Klux Klan and prosecuted the Indian Wars, wrote a letter to Italian P-1 33rd Degree Grand Commander and Mafia founder Guiseppe Mazzini. In the letter Pike talked of a Brotherhood plan for three World Wars.

The first, he said, would destroy czarist Russia and create a Communist “bogeyman” which the bankers could employ to justify their foreign interventions around the world.

The second, Pike said, would be used to create Israel, which would become a mercenary force for the international bankers, protecting Middle Eastern oil interests for Rothschild and Rockefeller combines.

The Third World War, stated Pike’s letter, would pit Arabs against Zionists, and would culminate in a New World Order completely controlled by the international bankers and their secret societies.

Pike described the events that would unfold as pretext for WWIII, “We must provoke a social cataclysm which in all its horror... everywhere the citizens obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries... will receive the true light through the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out into public view. (VN: is that the nuke war they are planning and preparing for against the United States? is the destruction and horror what they believe will allow them to finally control the globe?)

In June 2001, a female Russian doctor stated in a Pravda column that the US would be subject to a massive terrorist attack in late August 2001. She was then asked what she believed was coming next. She suggested selling dollars and buying Russian rubles, saying that the secret group behind 9/11 was the most powerful force in the world, worth over $300 trillion. She said this group would soon “strike America in the back” while it was down and that the next shoe to drop would be the decimation of the US economy. This “secret group” could only be the Illuminati Rothschild-led Eight Families.

What we have learned with todays blogs is that the cabal is structured like this: Britain is one of the Illums using their creation, Israel, and the funding of Rothschild international bankers to bring our nation back into the British empire with a Queen or King, as the case maybe, and we become royal subjects, with the Constitution completely gone.

It was also intended to do the same to the middle east using a divide between Christians and Muslims to get us to fight each other, weaken each other so the Brits could take over the middle east oil fields. Israel's pay off will be the gas fields of GAZA and the Ukraine, where the khazars plan on relocating. What a bunch of insane loonie satanists.

This is the most definitive explanation that we have had so far and it seems to be spot on and fills all the gaps we had on what, where, why, and who. This below gives us the HOW. They intend to steal our wealth using the laws passed that rename our deposits from "cash" to securities/bonds/ etc in order for the banks to legally confiscate our cash to pay them back for their out of control betting on derivatives.   This time they won't have to ask and go through hell like they did last time. They will just take what they need. N/T: Yes, it is Christmas time... And while everyone is busy (including myself) in preparing for the big holiday feasts, and going into rampant consumerism mode that will drive themselves into unending debt, there is much going on around the world...

And now according to the following article from Mark Nestmann, over at Lew Rockwell.com, through the Infowars website at www.infowars.com, it appears that it is now official that criminal bank "bail ins" are going to happen much sooner than anyone has anticipated... In case you missed the announcement, Cyprus-style bail-ins are coming to a bank near you.
On November 16, leaders of the G20 Group of Nations – the 20 largest economies – made an important decision. The world’s megabanks now have official permission to pledge depositor accounts as collateral to make leveraged derivative bets. And if they lose a bet, the counterparty to the contract has first dibs on your money.

The governments of these 20 countries are now supposed to put these arrangements into law. Most, including the US, have already done so.

You could be forgiven for not paying much attention to the G20 meeting, because it was mostly “more of the same” – the latest plan to have central banks inject trillions more dollars into the global economy.

But the G20 also endorsed a proposal with a mind-numbingly tedious title: Adequacy of Loss-Absorbing Capacity of Global Systemically Important Banks in Resolution. Not exactly a page-turner. Your average American is more likely to watch Chicago Fire than to delve into the minutiae of the global financial system.

But this proposal profoundly changes the rules for banking globally, and not in a good way. Deposits in banks that are “too big to fail” will be “promptly recapitalized” with their “unsecured debt.” This avoids those nasty taxpayer-funded bailouts that proved so politically unpopular during the 2008-2009 financial crisis.

And the largest chunk of unsecured debt is your bank deposits. Insolvent banks will recapitalize themselves by converting your deposits – checking accounts, but also money market accounts and CDs – into stock.

Thus, when you deposit money in a bank, you’re taking the same risk as someone buying a stock. Or, for that matter, betting on a horse named “Falling Star” at the local racetrack. Because, in effect, that’s what banks are doing with your money.

The G20 has also officially declared that derivatives – the toxic contracts Warren Buffett calls “financial weapons of mass destruction” – are secured debts. Since your bank deposits are now only unsecured debt that the bank has pledged to a secured creditor, guess who gets your money if the bet goes the wrong way for the bank? Answer: It’s not you.

Heads, the bank wins. Tails, you lose.

Fortunately, “insured deposits” won’t be subject to this treatment. In the US, 100% of deposits in insured banks are protected up to $250,000 per depositor, courtesy of federal deposit insurance. But it’s hardly reassuring that this fund has a reserve ratio under 1%. For every $100 on deposit, the FDIC has less than one dollar to back it with.

This is still a lot of money – $54 billion at the end of September. But it’s dwarfed by $6 trillion in insured deposits, not to mention derivatives contracts with a total value of nearly $300 trillion. Indeed, the failure of just a single major Wall Street bank could exhaust the fund.

Federal law authorizes borrowing from the US Treasury to make up the shortfall, but when a banking crisis hits, it’s not likely to occur in a vacuum, as I described in this essay. Lots of other people will be demanding a handout, many of them with stronger political connections than you or I could ever hope to muster.

How bad could it get? Well, under the scenario the G20 just blessed, uninsured bank depositors would be even worse off than account-holders in the government-owned banks in Cyprus that became insolvent in 2013. Their claims were considered superior to those of derivative counterparties. Some uninsured depositors got almost half of their money back (although at one government-owned bank, they got nothing).

A more apt example would be Lehman Brothers. When it declared bankruptcy in 2008, unsecured creditors got about 21 cents on the dollar.

You might be wondering why the G20 made this decision. The obvious incentive is to avoid politically unpopular bailouts of megabanks that are “too big to fail.”

But there’s a less obvious reason as well. The G20 hopes that you’ll invest in government bonds backed by the “full faith and credit” of its member governments. That will have the effect of keeping down interest rates on the alarmingly high debt carried by almost every G20 member.

How can you protect yourself?

The most important precaution is to minimize your exposure to the banking system. Keep bank deposits well below the deposit insurance maximums. Accumulate physical currency, precious metals, and other “real assets.”

Diversifying your investments internationally also makes sense, but because bail-ins have now gone global, it’s no longer as simple as just opening an account outside the US or whatever other country you live in. Use only strong, well-capitalized banks to hold the funds you keep in the banking system. Look for banks with as high a level of “Tier 1” liquidity as possible – 25% at the minimum. (By comparison, the minimum required in the US is only 6% to be classified as “Well-Capitalized.”) If you have at least $500,000 or so to spare, open an account with an offshore private bank that has no commercial lending or derivatives exposure.

I don’t know when the next global financial crisis will hit. But when it does, I do know who will pay for it. And it won’t be the bankers or the financial geniuses who designed the “financial weapons of mass destruction” that led to their downfall.

Get your assets out of the “too big to fail” banks – now. It’s only a matter of time before the SHTF.

NTS Notes: I am very much annoyed that people just do not get it! These criminals that run our own governments did indeed sign off on the massive bank bail in fraud back in the G20 summit meetings in Brisbane Australia, and they will indeed, and very shortly, grab everyone's hard earned savings accounts to bail themselves out of their playing in the Derivatives market casinos!

But for some reason if you or I were to steal we would spend years in a jail, while these criminals when they steal only get either fines, a slap on the wrist, or a pat on the back or applause by the criminals running our governments! A VATIC MASTER ANALYSIS OF THE PROTOCOLS - PART 1 OF 5 - Protocol #14, and #15 - with Subsections

INTRODUCTION - This was an enormous amount of work, and is still a work in progress, but I wanted you to see and read this with an open mind. I will finish this sometime this evening or in the morning.... So much of what we are experiencing today, in 2014, was blueprinted and written up by the International Zionist Congress, back in 1897 under the careful guidance of the Rothschild bankers, and as Henry Ford, in the 20's noted, these protocols must be legit since so many of their protocols are already showing up in changes within our country.

This below and subsequent parts of this analysis will prove the connection between these protocols as a BLUEPRINT FOR TAKING US OVER, and see how it has shown itself today in the existence of such elements to those blueprints for world domination. This will give you a flavor of the environment in which we are viewing current events and the background for the real history of this country AND ALL THE PROBLEMS WESTERN NATIONS HAVE EXPERIENCED OVER THESE MANY HUNDREDS OF YEARS.

The protocols were verified as legitimate as found through a joint investigation in 1919, between Congress and Military Intelligence, to determine whether the USA's national interests were under threat based on the protocols. Their conclusion was "the International Jewish Congress, who adopted those protocols, which they confirmed were real, was a direct threat to the interests of the United States" and that report can be found in the Congressional Library of Congress. Further, there was a court case in 1938, in which the Judge ruled, after hearing all the evidence that the protocols were real.

We are going to start with protocols 14 and 15, to focus and highlight the importance to their plans, of the destruction of our Christianity and the raw violence and brutality they intend to use to intimidate, emasculate, and otherwise dominate the goyim in this take over plan. What was unexpected was the venom and hatred these people have for us so called "goyim", and the disdain and disrespect for our talents and accomplishments. If anything, I was shocked by the level of arrogance they had and why they have never, historically, prevailed in this multi-generational take over plan they have always had. PROTOCOL No. 14

1. subsection 1. Vatic Note: Here is my warning about this below. While interesting and definitely a history changing perspective, we must remember that NASA was put under the control of the military, and is no longer an independant science department.

We must also remember that "ALIEN INVASION" is one of the tools, the cabal recommended in the 1966 Iron Mountain Report, to globalize our planet. They recommended that along with an "eco disaster" as well, for globalizing.

Having said all that, what Jim Stone has done here is compelling, but again another warning.... Jim worked for NASA before doing this. So far his disclosures and perspective have been supported, such as the Fukishima disaster and it cost him by Jeff Rense rejecting his relationship with Jim Stone over the Fukishima incident.

All in all, its going to be up to you to read, experiment with his process to see if it works, and then decide for yourselves. I am leaving this open at this time. I am keeping an open mind about this and so far his evidence is compelling, but again, its all we have and I have a deep suspicion about NASA now that its under US Naval Space Command. My worries in posting the stone head on Mars were centered around absolute confirmation the original image really did come from the Mars rovers. I was not concerned with whether or not it was in the picture (it so obviously is) and instead focused on making sure I was getting a genuine image from JPL and that Nasa does not do these types of things as a joke. They do not, and the image really is from Mars.

The carved head image now circulating the web was rendered by me over several hours from the original Nasa photo using only standard filters (not edited, only rendered) and did not come from elsewhere.

I originally thought the Mars rovers were a hoax running around the desert in Arizona. This is because there were coins, bones, an obvious animal skull and other things showing up in the Mars rover photos. I thought it was all a psy op.

and because one was photographed by a rover I changed my mind - the rovers really are on Mars and they are driving around the surface of a recently destroyed planet that was very much like Earth not so long ago.

There are coins from whatever civilization was there showing up in the rover photos, bones, animal skulls and now this carved

head. No doubt about it, Mars was inhabited and the superb condition of the relics that have turned up proves Mars was destroyed only a very short time ago.

A brief statement about the Mayan/Aztec style head on Mars: If the rovers are really on Mars, then there really is an old statue (and probably thousands) of Aztec style carved heads on Mars. Period, end of discussion. The trolls will be fools once word gets out despite their efforts, the cold hard facts are simply too obvious. NASA SCREWED UP, THEY MISSED THIS AND FAILED TO CENSOR IT. Why were the rovers sent there anyway? Certainly not to just look at the landscape! NASA - Never A Straight Answer.

I have information and opinions regarding previous civilizations I have never discussed because there was no hard proof. Now that we have it, I will begin to say a few things over the coming days.

Not a hoax. Mars rover photographs Mayan/Aztec style head

Trolls are going to have a tough time when ANYONE can take the original image, apply standard filters (no editing, only filters) and pull the detail out and see it is real. All it takes to get the basics and confirm this really is a stone carving is levels or curves. This is going to screw the trollage.

This is a bona fide image from the Mars rover. This came straight from JPL. It proves a civilization did indeed exist on Mars, and that Mars had to have been destroyed.

I had my doubts the rovers were ever real. I thought they were really somewhere in the desert South West. But there are no Mayan heads to be found in the U.S., and I doubt NASA would try to pull a fake rover stunt elsewhere. Obviously NASA is mum on this, stupidly stating that it is a natural rock formation (don't ya know that's a plagioclase feldspar mixed with calcite, quartz and bauxite, the miraculous combination that always spits out a carved head) so you saw nothing there . . . . . . . RIGHT.

ANYWAY,

It is easy to prove this is real. You can do it yourself. Download the original image from JPL at: http://mars.jpl.nasa.gov/msl-raw-images/msss/00184/mcam/0184MR0925102000E1_DXXX.jpg and scroll to the correct rock (middle right side, as shown in the capture to the left) and do a little image processing. This can be done as well as the

image to the left with ONLY TWO STEPS. It is not as nice as the one at the top of this page that I spent hours on using Retinax, Unsharp mask, Curves, Levels, the whole 9 yards, but in only two steps you can pull this out of the murk well enough to know this is not a hoax.

Go to the image I have linked above at JPL and crop out the section I have here to the left.

Blow up the area that has this Mayan head to 400 percent on your computer screen.

Capture it, then drop the capture into Gimp. Then do auto white balance and pull curves to how I have it showing above. It pops out that good in only two very coarse steps. If you are super careful about how you go through the steps (and use many steps with the various filters) and play with this for hours, you will be able to render the image at the top of this page.

The image at the top of the page was rendered using only completely standard filters. This means that if the camera that shot this picture only cared about the Mayan head and put all it's processing ability on that one rock, it would have rendered it this clearly to begin with.

This next image to the left shows what becomes visible by only using sharpen on the base image from NASA. You can, even at this level with the most basic adjustment of all more clearly see the head, and that this is not any sort of hoax.

And now I would like to rant on what IS a hoax - OUR HISTORY.

We have here an obvious artifact from a lost civilization photographed by a rover that was sent there to find it, and NASA is still puffing B.S. about it. Why would they want this buried? I am sure this will stay buried, I will be labeled a kook for mentioning it, and that all the talking heads will convince the sheep IDIOTS that this rock formation is natural.
But it is not, you can see this stuff down here in Mexico and it is by no means natural.

When archaeologists dig up stuff like this they do not sit there and spew stupidities about erosion, they know it is not natural and it goes in a museum. Drop this down in the middle of the Amazon jungle and archaeologists will call it a treasure. No ifs or buts it is . . . . . and if NASA and the talking heads cannot be honest about this, what else are they lying about?

I bet they know it all

I bet there was a civilization on Mars not long ago, and that Mars got destroyed by a huge impact. Mars is a shattered planet. Something devastated Mars in the not too distant past. Whatever it was that wiped out Mars blew away the atmosphere and left everything to die. There was life there, this stone statue proves it, advanced life, with humanoid form. Why would NASA not mention this? What is the big secret?

Let me take a guess:

I would bet our real history goes something like this: There were two planets with life on them circling the sun. Whatever civilization developed on them stepped out of bounds and angered a greater civilization elsewhere. Mars was destroyed as a warning, and it's inhabitants were allowed to go to Earth. Ever hear of the Annunaki? A lot of that "myth" is likely to not be myth at all. This stone statue on Mars came from somewhere. An advanced somewhere, what happened to it? Interesting it is that because we would have the same roots, exactly the same types of artifacts can be found on Earth as well. What is our real history? A stone statue on Mars begs to differ with what we have been told.

UPDATE: The most widely used trolling method to debunk this is for shills and trolls to not use the original Nasa image, and then compress the image down to where Jpeg artefacting makes it look like that is what the teeth really are. To see what is really there, download the ORIGINAL image from NASA and nowhere else. Use a high quality rendering engine to view the image. There is some artifacting in the Nasa image, but it cannot be used to debunk this. Jpegs are encoded many different ways, and this one when received directly from NASA was encoded without chroma division.

If your viewer can only show to chroma halved or less, (many only show to chroma quartered, which means the Jpeg pixels have 25 percent detail) you will not see the image as it was originally encoded. However, unless your point is to troll this topic, any Jpeg viewer will show you this is real, the Jpeg artifacting is simply not bad enough to wreck the original FROM NASA.

If trolls wreck it by taking a crop out of the Nasa photo and then mega compress it from there, obviously you will not see what was in the original. The enhanced image took the best from Nasa, rendered it with the best Jpeg engine and then enhanced it from there to reveal all detail.

I am an experienced photographer who can get the most detail out of a photo possible. The Martian statue is simply what happened when the best standard filters were applied to pull max detail, and then re-render it so anything could read it clearly.

I have been seeing someone for a short while who is an afficianado of ancient civilizations and stone artifacts in particular. She was on her way over to my place so I downloaded the photo from the source and when she got here, I showed it to her, without telling her it was taken by a Mars rover.

The ensuing conversation, paraphrased, went something like this:
Me: Have you seen the new discovery scientists made in a desert recently? They think it's a new ancient civilization they discovered. They found this... and I pointed at the screen and zoomed in on the head.

Her: Ooh, nice, yeah it's definitely man made. Looks a bit like Mayan or those stone heads on the Galapagos Islands. Yeah definitely, nature can't make a perfectly round eyeball and teeth like that since erosion is so random and unpredictable.

She talked for about 10 minutes, tossing around an impressive array of facts, then cocked her head and asked: "Why is the pic so brown? What desert did they find it in?"

Me: The pic was taken by the Mars rover and I downloaded it from NASA's site.
She flipped, said that I tricked her and insulted her intelligence and that I was a donkey kicking crackpot who 'believed' in aliens.

I protested: But you just spent almost 15 minutes using your own knowledge to swoon over the new finding! What changed? How can you flipflop like that and now be trashing me. It was taken on another planet by f'ing NASA!
She grabbed her coat, called me a string of derogatory names and left.

Edit: I posted this earlier and deleted it so I could repost and pin, and add this.
The moral of the story is twofold:

1) The purpose for tricking her like that, is I wanted to see if someone with an above average knowledge of ancient civilizations and artifacts would recognize the artifact in the NASA photo as being man made, or in this case, made by something with intelligence.

It sucks for me right now, but I do feel somewhat vindicated because until she found out the source of the photo, there was no question in her mind whatsoever as to whether that stone thing was man made or not.

2) If you don't enjoy being alone, don't trick your girlfriend.

Since 1973, Israel has cost the United States about $1.6 trillion. If divided by today's population, that is more than $5,700 per person. This is an estimate by Thomas Stauffer, a consulting economist in Washington. For decades, his analyses of the Middle East scene have made him a frequent thorn in the side of the Israel lobby.

For the first time in many years, Mr. Stauffer has tallied the total cost to the US of its backing of Israel in its drawn-out, violent dispute with the Palestinians. So far, he figures, the bill adds up to more than twice the cost of the Vietnam War.

And now Israel wants more. In a meeting at the White House late last month, Israeli officials made a pitch for $4 billion in additional military aid to defray the rising costs of dealing with the intifada and suicide bombings. They also asked for more than $8 billion in loan guarantees to help the country's recession-bound economy.

Considering Israel's deep economic troubles, Stauffer doubts the Israel bonds covered by the loan guarantees will ever be repaid. The bonds are likely to be structured so they don't pay interest until they reach maturity. If Stauffer is right, the US would end up paying both principal and interest, perhaps 10 years out. (VN: Figures..... Israel owns the United States of America. Wake up and smell the treason. The good news is, it gives us time to get out from under that ravaging nation.)

Israel's request could be part of a supplemental spending bill that's likely to be passed early next year, perhaps wrapped in with the cost of a war with Iraq.
Israel is the largest recipient of US foreign aid. It is already due to get $2.04 billion in military assistance and $720 million in economic aid in fiscal 2003. It has been getting $3 billion a year for years.

Adjusting the official aid to 2001 dollars in purchasing power, Israel has been given $240 billion since 1973, Stauffer reckons. In addition, the US has given Egypt $117 billion and Jordan $22 billion in foreign aid in return for signing peace treaties with Israel. (VN: and both are allies of Israel)

"Consequently, politically, if not administratively, those outlays are part of the total package of support for Israel," argues Stauffer in a lecture on the total costs of US Middle East policy, commissioned by the US Army War College, for a recent conference at the University of Maine.

These foreign-aid costs are well known. Many Americans would probably say it is money well spent to support a beleagured democracy of some strategic interest. But Stauffer wonders if Americans are aware of the full bill for supporting Israel since some costs, if not hidden, are little known. (VN: and also its been proven time and time again, that Israel is anything but a "beleagured democracy", rather a perfect reflection of the nazi concentration camps and genocide based on race, and they are not even done yet, by a long shot. They are experts on emerging and guided police states. Watch and see once they gain control of the entire planet, if we let them.)

One huge cost is not secret. It is the higher cost of oil and other economic damage to the US after Israel-Arab wars.

In 1973, for instance, Arab nations attacked Israel in an attempt to win back territories Israel had conquered in the 1967 war. President Nixon resupplied Israel with US arms, triggering the Arab oil embargo against the US.

That shortfall in oil deliveries kicked off a deep recession. The US lost $420 billion (in 2001 dollars) of output as a result, Stauffer calculates. And a boost in oil prices cost another $450 billion.

Afraid that Arab nations might use their oil clout again, the US set up a Strategic Petroleum Reserve. That has since cost, conservatively, $134 billion, Stauffer reckons.

Other US help includes:

• US Jewish charities and organizations have remitted grants or bought Israel bonds worth $50 billion to $60 billion. Though private in origin, the money is "a net drain" on the United States economy, says Stauffer.
• The US has already guaranteed $10 billion in commercial loans to Israel, and $600 million in "housing loans." (See editor's note below.) Stauffer expects the US Treasury to cover these.
• The US has given $2.5 billion to support Israel's Lavi fighter and Arrow missile projects.
• Israel buys discounted, serviceable "excess" US military equipment. Stauffer says these discounts amount to "several billion dollars" over recent years.
• Israel uses roughly 40 percent of its $1.8 billion per year in military aid, ostensibly earmarked for purchase of US weapons, to buy Israeli-made hardware. It also has won the right to require the Defense Department or US defense contractors to buy Israeli-made equipment or subsystems, paying 50 to 60 cents on every defense dollar the US gives to Israel.

US help, financial and technical, has enabled Israel to become a major weapons supplier. Weapons make up almost half of Israel's manufactured exports. US defense contractors often resent the buy-Israel requirements and the extra competition subsidized by US taxpayers.

• US policy and trade sanctions reduce US exports to the Middle East about $5 billion a year, costing 70,000 or so American jobs, Stauffer estimates. Not requiring Israel to use its US aid to buy American goods, as is usual in foreign aid, costs another 125,000 jobs.
• Israel has blocked some major US arms sales, such as F-15 fighter aircraft to Saudi Arabia in the mid-1980s. That cost $40 billion over 10 years, says Stauffer.
Stauffer's list will be controversial. He's been assisted in this research by a number of mostly retired military or diplomatic officials who do not go public for fear of being labeled anti-Semitic if they criticize America's policies toward Israel.
