Vatic Note:    Here is the "big picture" on this one.  Remember, dates tell us alot. Also note that most of the Doctors involved were probably more mentally ill than the patients they treated.  Most of this truly began in earnest in the mid to late 1950's.  So please keep that in mind,   Also keep in mind the following:

1.  The Bilderberg organization was created and fully functioning by 1954 -  created by the royalty of Europe, primarily the king of the Netherlands who then hired a professional staff to do their policy studies for the board approval, they were very tied into the Rothschild and British monarchy at that time.  Netherlands was also  one of the northern provinces that the Khazars migrated to during their influx into Eastern Europe.

2.  The first policy study by the Bilderbergs was "A World Government" and it was completed in 1955

3.  CIA was established in late 1940's as an offshoot of the british and US OSS that worked together in Europe.  From that came the CIA and its been mostly under british control ever since.  (Search "Tavistock Group")

4.  CIA in early 50's was beginning to study the use of "black ops" and mind control for their undercover and subversive work for corporations in foreign countries,  but was also very much into the operational aspects of social engineering for the Tavistock Group of Britian who was a group we covered on here that specializes in "GROUP MASS PSYCHOLOGY"  or better known as "SOCIAL ENGINEERING".  But first they had to study the mind.  (keep in mind the British connection while also remembering the Brits are the biggest racists, outside of Khazars, on the planet and third world populations were a nuisance rather than human to them)

5.  A document was presented and approved in 1958 which was a training manual for CIA operatives on exactly that,  social engineering starting with our children.   It was revised in 1979 after advances in both technology and in biology, especially the sciences of  the mind. 6.  Right around the same time as the massive increase in military presence in Antartica, is when all this began in earnest.  (1956)

Kongka La is the low ridge pass in the Himalayas (the blue oval in the map). It is in the disputed India-China border area in Ladakh. In the map the red zone is the disputed area still under Chinese control in the Aksai Chin area. The Chinese held northeastern part is known as Aksai Chin and Indian South West is known as Ladakh. This is the area where Indian and Chinese armies fought major war in 1962.

The area is one of the least accessed area in the world and by agreement the two countries do not patrol this part of the border. According to many tourists, Buddhist monks and the local people of Ladakh, the Indian Army and the Chinese Military maintain the line of control. Porn is so freely available on the Internet, I can't believe anyone pays for it.  Yet, supposedly porn is a $12 billion a year industry in the US, of which the Internet represents $2.5 billion.  I suspect porn receives a hidden subsidy from the Illuminati so it can be free. This subsidy may take the form of money laundering.

Porn serves a vital function for the Illuminati. We know they want to enslave us using debt, mind control and false flag terrorism. But we are not aware they have a deliberate program to enslave us spiritually using sex.
Put another way, the Illuminati is a satanic cult based on the Jewish Cabala. The course of "modern" history and culture has been designed to induct the human race into this pagan sex cult.

So how do you keep a population in slavery while fooling them into believing they are free????

Well, that is easy.   You take every penny they earn, and then when they get a second job to keep some for themselves, you increase the number of taxes, you buy up the oil companies and raise the prices through collusion to a level that eats up the second job, then when they get a third job to try and have something left over,  you buy up the food companies and raise prices to eat up the third job proceeds.

So how it goes is they let you vote in bogus elections only for their candidates and no one independant,  you read the paper and watch the news on TV and they tell you how to vote and you do it,  then those owned get into office and do the above taxing and you think your free.  But in reality,  you are a slave and this is one of the many steps to that slavery.  We are almost there.  Remember when the wife having to work, was a way to get extra money for your future?  Well now its as I predicted.  You need both incomes to give to the owners of our slave farms.  It won't matter what you try to do to build a life,  THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN.

As for this subject, you are probably aware, after the initial reports that we also believed, we stopped publishing anything fearful about the radiation coming to America. It was noticable by its absence from our blog.  This is up because we at Vatic Project, saw within a short period of time that the radiation was not going to reach us here, but we put up info on how to combat it in case were were wrong. We discussed why we thought the radiation was being used as a fear tactic which included the fact that a website for nuke physicists was set up and we gave the link  and they all said it was impossible for the radiation levels to be at the level stated due to half life issues, and they have periodically updated that site since March when the melt down occurred, as indicated here.  we also said the two types of radiation mentioned, that were the worst, could not have been in that which escaped from Japan because Japan did not have "weapons grade" uranium in those plants and that was the only source for those two, Strotium and plutonium. Then we saw the article on the sun producing unknown particles that appeared to be changing the structure of matter and also appeared to be neutralizing the radiation. Remember that one? Finally, we saw the Dutshsinse video three times on his continuous monitoring of radiation levels and they seldom ever got past the halfway mark, and were usually in the lower levels were normal radiation exists. We also checked the private owned radiation monitoring states and NONE of them showed the levels that were being pumped at us in high level fear mode.

Or just another coincidence,  I put it back up here because this was the one that THEY FIRST GUTTED 3 times and then PREVENTED ME FROM EMAILING IT ON THE DAILY SUMMARY, why??  Well, given the viciousness with which they messed with this for two whole days, I decided to add this one to the others all together and see if anyone sees a potential connection?  Coincidence or "connection"?  You decide)  Remember, this was the one that triggered me being blocked for a full 24 hours from my blog and then when they finally put it back up, it was missing many of the pictures we had up there.  We will try to get them up again.  Also notice the connection here that we made elsewhere on a previous blog, which was included in those gutted,  (....and we have going up next after this one)  between Egypt and Ireland, or the Celts if you will.   This is definitely a massive connect the dots exercise.  I really need more time to delve into those dots.   Anyway, its a beginning. 

Vatic Note:  I have  an observation,  one thing I have enjoyed tremendously about doing this blogging, is the advanced knowledge we get exposed to that comes as a surprise in the night.  I knew a lot around this subject, but nothing abour the star Sirius and especially about its impact on Human History.  Well, this was one rabbit hole worth going down since it has acted like a glue that ties everything together.   I also learned something else very valuable.  Good can exist everywhere on the planet,  religion and esoteric beliefs can start out as good and beneficial in many ways to man kind,  BUT I DISCOVERED IN ALL THINGS, GOOD CAN BE PERVERTED AND TURNED INTO EVIL using that good as a front for the evil it hides.  There is no difference between the history of religion and the history of the occult.  Both can be used to serve Good or Evil, depending on those controlling either one of them.  That has been a valuable lesson for me in serving not to judge too quickly or too harshly until you discern those involved and their predilections. Evil and psychopathy are well known to take something valuable and turn it into something to manipulate others in order to achieve the psychopaths agenda.  That is the case here for us and that filled a hole that was empty and confusing for me.  I am clear now.  I hope this helps others to clear up their own confusion.  It also shows have far back and how deep these things go.  If I do not get all the pics up, which are important to this story, then simply click on the link to view them first hand.   I will have gotten some of them up,  just not  sure I will get them all up.

European Space Agency Training in Antarctica for Mars Missions - Part III

Vatic Note:  This is turning in to a mulitple part series.  The first thing I wish to do in this note is to thank the obscure person who spent an inordinate amount of time and energy to track so much of this Antarctic anomolies down for us.   Its not listed anywhere on the search engines.... none of them.   Its by providence that I found these.   There is no way, I would have found these simply becuase I looked and nothing much is listed on Google  except what Vatic had published on the two european stations that were attacked.  So, its by the hand of providence that these came to me given how buried they were.  There  are more coming so hang in there.    It appears this is going to be a journey going back to at least 2005  if not longer ago, and we are providing the sequence to you as we find it  which is from most recent backward, so when you get these, save them and reread them from oldest to newest and it might make more sense.  You will need to deduce why these facilities were attacked by the USA and why that scientist was killed when he was.   What is this deep a coverup all about???  I have not  seen any thing this deep in cover, usually leaks occur early on, but we are only just now discovering this history and putting them together.  If this makes it up, then please stick with us on the rest that will be coming.

The Concordia Station is a scientific base built in Antarctica by the French Polar Institute (IPEV) and the Italian Antarctic Programme (PNRA)

A few weeks before leaving for the Antarctic Concordia Station, the Italian-French crew that will spend over one year in one of the harshest, isolated environments on Earth, attended two days of preparatory training at ESA's Headquarters in Paris, France. During their stay at the research station the crew will participate in a number of ESA experiments – the outcome of which will help prepare for long-term missions to Mars.

***UPDATE: As we have continued doing more research the picture is building.  We have blogs coming up after this one over the next few days so watch for them as we build this picture backwards.  So far, with only maybe half read and put up,  I am beginning to believe this has to do with Mars.  You will see the strange timing on all this from as early as the early 80's when an obscure Professor at the Univ of AZ in Tucson decided to do a comprehensive study of the Antarctica and the progression since then, you may see what I saw was a movement by him and his fledgeling company from such geological research into mars as a major part of his company and the coincidence that reseach facilities were built by the EU to train for Mars exploration.  How did he move from geological interest in the Antarctica to interests in Mars?  Would any of this have to do with the death of the scientist or murder, I should say in the Antartica at those facilities?  The obvious coverup?  or even the destruction of those facilities by the US with a space weapon?   Lots emerging of serious interest.   Stay with us on this one.  We just got this one.  Its a blurb about what was going on in the Antarctic during this period in which the scientist was murdered.

Pegasus Field, Antarctica: Scouring Old Wounds 2000 - 2001

This is a modern report of cleanup operations from the military activities in Antarctica, specifically around McMurdo Station, Key points are;

- "In 1994, soil samples from around the station pinpointed six hot spots with at least 10,000 parts per million of total petroleum hydrocarbons, 100 times the maximum allowed in the United States." - Kristan Hutchison
- "The garbage and spilled fuel had been accumulating since the station was established in 1956" - Bill Gilmore environmental manager
- "Already the environmental department has removed 2,000 tons of fuel contaminated soil and 697 drums of fuel, ice and soil from McMurdo in the past two seasons." - Kristan Hutchison

Editors Note: The above major cleanup effort says two things of importance. The first is that major activity has been going on here since 1956; Second, judging by the amount of waste produced daily today there is still ongoing major activity. The sheer quantity of waste, contaminated soil, fuel spills and metal dynamited to the ocean floor is proof of something major taking place. Both these articles mention the Navy as the main players in the region since 1956 (VN:  Military of course, so why?  What is of interest to the military all that time and at the expanse indicated by the transportation, flights, and debri left behind?)

Vatic Note:  We had started a while back with the obscure video of an insider regarding the destruction by a US space weapon of both french and Italian Antartic research facilities located in the south pole.  Once we realized this may well be connected to the planet that maybe coming or some space anomoly,  we decided to dig deeper and what a rabbit hole we have uncovered here.  This is just the beginning.  We will be publishing more, but please note, that much information about all of this is disappearing as fast as its coming up.  The last post we did on the antartica had a video that is now gutted we found out today.   So if we are able to put stuff up such as additional videos, please download them since  articles and videos about this subject are disappearing fast.  It could well be that these two stations were tracking stations for earthquakes and we know the planned false flag for those now that it was proven HAARP was used in Japan.   That could be the other reason all of this is happening. It appears this all began with the death/murder of this scientist back in 2000 and its gotten hairier ever since, he was in the Antarctica working for New Zealand, so something is definitely important that we are not suppose to know.  Another scientist has bitten the dust.

Scientist Rodney Marks died at the South Pole in May 2000. Months later, tests showed he had been poisoned by a lethal dose of methanol. Dogged efforts by New Zealand authorities to investigate his puzzling death have been stonewalled by Marks' American employers. Now documents obtained under America's Freedom of Information Act suggest diplomatic heat is being brought to bear on the NZ inquiry. Andrea Hotere reports.

An American government department appears to be applying diplomatic pressure to the New Zealand police investigation into the mysterious death of an Australian scientist poisoned at the South Pole.
