Ferguson Cops Relentlessly Preyed on African-Americans — How Are Things Changing?

The recent murders of police officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge were acts of violence that no one condones. But we should keep in mind the seemingly endless incidents of violence black men and women have been subjected to by police — for decades.

Even when no one is killed, some of these stories are especially searing: Earlier this month a Miami cop shot and wounded an unarmed black man lying in the street with his hands up. The victim was a therapist at a group home who was trying to coax an autistic man to come back inside. The patient was playing with a toy truck.  Someone called the police. When they arrived, the therapist lay on his back, put his hands up, and shouted,

“All he has is a toy truck in his hand. That’s all it is. There is no need for guns.”

The policeman fired anyway. Three times. One bullet hit the therapist in the leg.

Later the policeman claimed he was aiming for the man with the toy truck, that he thought the toy was a gun, that he was trying to protect the therapist.

But here is what is especially telling: The police still handcuffed this unarmed man, the one who was not holding the toy, even after he was shot, even after he had repeatedly identified himself as a therapist — and left him lying on the hot Miami pavement for 20 minutes while waiting for an ambulance.

There are other, more insidious ways in which African-Americans are abused — economic exploitation. The Department of Justice (DOJ) exposed this form of abuse after an especially explosive incident in Ferguson, Missouri.

On August 9, 2014, in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, a white police officer shot and killed Michael Brown, an 18-year-old unarmed African-American. After the officer was cleared of all charges, there were peaceful protests as well as rioting.

It has been said that African-Americans are often arrested for “driving while black.” In fact, African-Americans seem to be arrested for walking, talking—or just breathing—while black.

This is not news. What is news is that the Department of Justice investigated the city, the police department, and the judicial system of Ferguson, Missouri—which is apparently just one of many places in America where such racially driven abuses occur on a regular basis.

Out of this came The Ferguson Report.

Here we present anecdotes from that report, a catalog of grinding daily harassments, humiliations—and worse—by a police department intent on keeping a people “in their place” while earning revenue for the city by writing as many tickets as possible.

Ten Things to Think About: The Bill of Rights

Vatic Note:   I put this up in case some of you have never read the Bill of Rights, and those that have, that might have forgotten what they mean and stand for in our so called free society.  Please read them and understand what it will mean to have them all gone.   Imagine, if you will, that you would be incarcerated for life for speaking freely about your feelings about your government.  Imagine, again, if you will, if you watch your family/neighbors "DECAPITATED" for being practicing Christians.  These issues are becoming "real possibilities" in the very near future.  Call your senator and tell him NOT TO VOTE FOR THE TPP TRADE AGREEMENT.

The Syrians had to watch their Christians get beheaded, what if we do it here???  That is just a couple of examples of what it would be like to live under these criminals laws.  In fact, we  have the noahide laws now being the basis of our legal system.   That happened in 1991 and signed  by Bush Sr.  and he was given the Medal of Freedom by Obama. That is the level of treason by our elected officials,  that our khazar owned press did not bother to tell us about.

So, what has happened to our freedom of press?   Is this BOR below why Scalia was killed?  Are court cases coming before the supreme court?  I wonder.  They certainly will be if the TPP trade agreement is passed.

The first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution make up what is known as the Bill of Rights. These amendments form part of the essence of what makes United States citizenship the privilege that it is. Many people are familiar with freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of the press, but these important Constitutional amendments offer more than those rights, as the following summary demonstrates.
  1. Congress cannot make a law that favors the establishment of one particular religion; that prohibits the free exercise of religion; or that restricts freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people to gather and engage in peaceful demonstrations and to petition the government for redress of their grievances.

Facebook is a giant spying machine: Facebook tracks your every move, even after logging out

Facebook is a giant spying machine: Facebook tracks your every move, even after logging out

(NaturalNews) The social media empire Facebook has unveiled some new "features" on its platform in recent days that many allege are a total and compete privacy-breaching nightmare. But one hidden feature, discovered by Nik Cubrilovic, an Australian entrepreneur and writer, that few people are aware of is the fact that Facebook now monitors your online activity, even when you are not logged in to the service.

With each new change Facebook makes, users' privacy becomes a little less ... nonexistent, if you will. The most recent "News Feed" modifications, for example, display everything you say and do on the site to all of your "friends," and even to the public. And now, even after logging out of Facebook, permanent "cookies" track all your movements on websites that contain Facebook buttons or widgets.

Americans, Everything You Do Is Monitored

http://www.pakalertpress.com/2011/05/07/americans-everything-you-do-is-monitored

Date: May 7, 2011

When President Obama talked about a transparent administration during the run up to the 2008 election most Americans assumed he was talking about openness in government dealings. Obviously, this is not the case, as evidenced by the administration’s handling of the universal health care legislation which was passed without a single American having had a chance to read it for 72 hours before a vote as the President promised would be the case with all legislation, refusal to release photographic evidence of the Osama Bin Laden raid, the President’s own birth certificate which has taken two years to be made public, and the many secret meetings held with Congressional members behind closed doors.

It should be clear by now that Big Government’s domestic surveillance policies under Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush are being furthered expanded by Mr. Obama. Transparency, it seems, had nothing to do with making government more visible. It did, however, have everything to do with making your life more transparent.

AH, Superbowl Sunday, Hitler/Nazi Germany Gestapo REVISITED: "SPY ON YOUR NEIGHBOR" Order.

Vatic Note: Now, for students of history, please see the parallel with this article to early nazi Germany when the gestapo was first introduced FOR "THE SECURITY OF THE HOMELAND". See how they use whatever worked in the past? They believe we are too ignorant, by their design and intent, and thus would not make that connection. Everything you see written in here has been done already in Nazi Germany, including the Hitler Youth, (Obama's Youth Corps) and spying on your neighbors and family. Its all the same as you will read below. Its at this very juncture that the German people needed to make it known,  out loud and clear,  they would not COOPERATE in such violations of freedom with the emerging police state. They did not do that, and paid dearly at the end for that mistake. Where does it stop once you begin to allow such things to happen. We all now know THERE WERE NO TERRORISTS EXCEPT THE KHAZAR BANKERS RUNNING OUR GOVERNMENT, same as THEY DID under Hitler and in Russia, and any other country they touched. Yet all violations are being done in the name of the war on terror. You cannot have a war on a concept with no defined boundaries, but we let them get away with it. So now, its time to decide which fork in the road at this junction we are going to take. Compliance or resistance. Those are our two choices. Good luck on making the right choice. Do it before these khazars running our gov kill millions of our people, like they did under Hitler. They have already killed thousands, lets stop it before it becomes anymore and do not kid yourself. As soon as they get those guns, the purging will begin. The tyrant always calls the resistor a terrorist, when in Fact, Janet neglected to arrest a terrorist committing an act of terror right on tv saved for all posterity to see, when the Goldman Sucks bankers threatened martial law on our congress, that is classic definition of terror and they are the only domestic terrorists we have on this soil.  Paulson and Bernanke are still walking around free, so we know who she works for, don't we??? RIGHT, THE TERRORISTS,   EVERYONE KNOWS IT TOO.

Forget Super Bowl Pat Downs, Big Sis Wants Interrogations And Behavioral Tests

Even as Christina Aguilera butchered the words to the American national anthem before the start of last night’s Super Bowl, the hard-fought freedoms recognized in that song were being eviscerated as hired goons conducted 4th Amendment busting pat downs on people entering the stadium.

But if you think that was too invasive, you ain’t seen nothing yet. As part of Homeland Security’s complete takeover of society, at future Super Bowls, TSA agents will get to interrogate you at special checkpoints which will use “physiological” and “behavioral” tests to determine if you’re a terrorist or a criminal.

The Government Can Use GPS to Track Your Moves

Vatic Project:    The lesson we have to continually remember is that "HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF, BECAUSE TYRANTS ALWAYS USE WHAT WORKED IN THE PAST, AND THEY LACK CREATIVITY".  Once we understand that,  then what is going on here, becomes familiar.  We look at history to see how things let up to the final massacres of millions of citizens and we see a pattern.  First the slow errosion of rights based on some obscure threat to frighten the people.  ZBIG KNEW THAT AND PUT THAT IN HIS BOOK, THE GRAND CHESSBOARD TO KEEP US FRIGHTENED SO WE WOULD READILY GIVE UP THOSE RIGHTS, and that was in 1997, one year later Cheney and his neocon zionists draft the PAX AMERICANA  paper incorporating all the salient recommendations by Zbig into that document.  All the recommendations follow exactly what happened in Nazi Germany and elsewhere. A PEARL HARBOR TYPE EVENT,  which happened,  then the slow steady errosion of our Bill of Rights, and finally the manipulation of our gun rights and ammo, which will result, once completed in the confiscation of our guns,  ARRESTING OUR DISSIDENTS TRACKED BY GPS,  and the finally the unencumbered slaughter of our Christians and who knows probably even muslims.  This is how history shows us what they will do when elements of yesterday are included in todays actions.  That is exactly what we have here.  PULL YOUR GPS FROM YOUR CAR AND THROW IT AWAY.    That is sending a definitive message that you are NOT waiving your right to privacy.   We don't do these enough and there are so many places we can do this.   For instance when you go to renew your license,  stuff your cheeks and jaw with cotton and then have them take your picture.... why?  Because they intend to digitize your face for facial recognition techology they now have.   Why?  Because they have no other way of controlling exactly where you go and tracking were you are every minute of every day and thus keep you from RESISTING THIS TYRANNY.

The Government Can Use GPS to Track Your Moves

Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway — and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements.

That is the bizarre — and scary — rule that now applies in California and eight other Western states. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers this vast jurisdiction, recently decided the government can monitor you in this way virtually anytime it wants — with no need for a search warrant.

It is a dangerous decision — one that, as the dissenting judges warned, could turn America into the sort of totalitarian state imagined by George Orwell. It is particularly offensive because the judges added insult to injury with some shocking class bias: the little personal privacy that still exists, the court suggested, should belong mainly to the rich.
