Israel and Facebook will team up to delete content the country views as inciting violence, the Associated Press reports Monday.

"The joint Facebook-Israel censorship efforts, needless to say, will be directed at Arabs, Muslims and Palestinians who oppose Israeli occupation," Glenn Greenwald writes at The Intercept.

Now the evil ones have to try and find ways to overcome it.  If they shut down the net, they will lose the ability to track down resisters, so they can't shut it down.  That means they have to infiltrate the net and take over what info is put out there.  That has begun to happen on both the left and the right.   Any altrnative sight that promotes the "MUSLIMS DID IT".... mantra, is suspect, since there are very few people left who believe that and its decreasing every day.  There is now tooo much info out there proving that all of this is a false flag to try and manipulate the reading public into getting hate filled against the Muslims so we will willingly embrace the Third World war.

If we end up feeling the way these khazars want, then you can imagine just how fearful t he Muslims much be.  After all, they have lost millions to unjustifed wars instigated by the khazars of Israel and conducted by their treasonous operatives in our country.   Its time we took "truth" and "control of our advanced weapons systems back into our own hands again and quit funding Israel/Rothschild agenda of dominating the globe and stealing all our resources and assets.  ARREST THEM ALL and ban them from this nation, for life.  ICELAND DID IT AND THEY ARE NOW IN RECOVERY WHILE THE CORRUPT BANKERS ARE SITTING IN ICELANDS PRISON SYSTEM.  Its what we should do here.  Read and you decide.

It's big news that the Pentagon Papers have finally been released by the government.

But the statements from Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg about 9/11 have not been covered by the corporate media.

As Fire Dog Lake's Jeff Kaye writes today:

The entire 9/11 field of inquiry has been vilified, poisoned over the years by ridicule, sometimes fantastic conspiracy mongering, and fearfulness by journalists of approaching the material, lest they be branded as irresponsible or some kind of conspiracy freak. As a result, little work has been done to investigate, except by a small group of people, some of whom have raised some real questions ...

Similarly, Air Force Colonel and key Pentagon official Karen Kwiatkowski - who blew the whistle on the Bush administration's efforts to concoct false intelligence about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction - wrote (page 26):

I have been told by reporters that they will not report their own insights or contrary evaluations of the official 9/11 story, because to question the government story about 9/11 is to question the very foundations of our entire modern belief system regarding our government, our country, and our way of life. I have to admit that when I started writing about the so-called terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 just three months ago, I was somewhat naive. I thought that everyone who doubts the official story about 9/11 would be working towards a common goal.

Now, I’m not so sure.

I am sure that there are thousands of sincere people around the world who feel we’ve been conned and who don’t want to let it happen. What has come to be known as the 9/11 Truth movement is made up of many educated and intelligent people who know that the official story is impossible on hundreds of different grounds. Without people like David Ray Griffin, Barrie Zwicker, Richard Gage, Mark Gaffney, Dylan Avery and others, we’d be nowhere.

But the online world of 9/11 discussion and debate has a dark side. And this comes in the form of web sites that censor certain views and online “contributors” who ridicule certain beliefs about what happened. They don’t refute them, they just dismiss. Reminds me of how the media has treated the 9/11 Truth movement.
I got a taste of this myself recently when I was banned from the largest 9/11 truth site in the world: 9/11 Blogger with its claimed 18 million hits. Apparently I’m not the first; many have been banished to voiceless purgatory. Or at least to other sites.

I had a blog post of mine posted on the site about three weeks ago, and I was pleased about this. I felt that if I could post my own articles there, my blog would gain readership. So I registered, was accepted, and posted two more articles. One, accusing USA Today’s Mike Walter of lying about what he saw at the Pentagon, was censored. I lived with it.

9/11 research to be censored from ‘Project Censored’

Vatic Note:  What is evident in almost all the articles with respect to the slow movement toward a Fascist dictatorship,  is that no one will use the parallels and serious comparisons to the rise of Nazi Germany and the elements that were progressively  put into place AFTER A FALSE FLAG WAS DONE by the banker funded Brown shirts.  Now why is that?   It does not appear to be intentional, but even this article with the blatant and clear movement toward total control of information and speech, is highlighting how very deep and broad this movement into censorship is reaching.   This is one of those where a class action law suit might not be bad against those that have a history of publishing the articles and now for no reason has shut off the information pipeline into mass alternative media.   

What to do about it?  Looks like we may have to create a different "Project Censored",  with a similar name to indicate the fight against censorship and then explain to readers why this is happening and how project censored has sold out to the neocons and neolibs in aiding treason against the nation.   We NEED TO START CALLING THINGS WHAT THEY ARE.  If the bad guys can call things what they are NOT, and get away with it for purposes of brainwashing,  why can't we do the same thing only with TRUTH...... so people with learn the truth and thus result in truth being the enemy of the state.  Time to seriously start fighting back.

The director of a prominent investigative journalism group has told reporters that the organisation’s work is being censored because it continues to highlight stories surrounding questions over the official explanation of events on the 11th of September 2001.

Project Censored is a long running non-profit national media watchdog group that was founded in 1976 by journalism professor Carl Jensen.   It is operated out of the School of Social Sciences at Sonoma State University, with both faculty and students involved in its preparation.

The project’s core directive is to highlight newsworthy stories that have been overlooked, ignored or actively censored by the corporate mainstream media.

The organisation publishes a volume of what it believes are the 25 most significant of these stories every year. The stories often originate from alternative media researchers and independent sources. The results are published in some major newspapers and journals.

In 2004 Infowars’ own Alex Jones was awarded second place at the Project Censored Awards for his unparalleled analysis of Patriot Act II, the freedom stripping follow up legislation to the first Patriot Act, passed after 9/11. The commentary subsequently appeared in hundreds of newspapers and other online media resources thanks to the diligence of Project Censored in shining a light on the issue.

According to its directors, the group’s work is being made more difficult now, however, due to censorship of Project Censored because of its ongoing commitment to cover 9/11 Truth stories.   9/11 Truth issues have made the top 25 Project Censored awards frequently over the past nine years.

Last week, Project Censored directors Dr. Peter Phillips and Mickey Huff explained the difficulties to KPFA’s Guns and Butter broadcast, a favourite “progressive” talk radio show in the San Francisco Bay Area.

They noted that for the first time, pieces they had submitted to publication outlet Minuteman Media on the evidence for a cover up of the truth surrounding the 9/11 attacks had been actively rejected. Huff explained that since Minuteman media had been taken over by a left leaning Washington Think Tank called The Institute for Policy Studies, the subject has been blackballed:

“We’ve never had an op-ed piece that we were contracted to do rejected, outright rejected, and it wasn’t just rejected because of some contractual issue or violation,” Huff said. “We were actually told specifically from people at IPS that it was because we mentioned 9/11 as part of a piece on state crimes against democracy.”

“What we’re suggesting is that the events of September 11th have all the trappings of a potential state crime against democracy.” Huff continued. “So we mentioned the scientific studies done by Stephen Jones and the open chemical physics journal, and we included Richard Gage and the Architects and Engineers group, 1200 experts now saying that the official science just doesn’t make sense and just doesn’t add up, I mean it defies everything we know about scientific methodology and so forth.”

“They literally told us that they were not going to publish anything that talked about 9/11.”

“We were dumbfounded, at first we were waiting for the laughter tracks to come up and be like ‘Oh we’re censoring Project Censored’, but they were deadly serious.” Huff stated.

But that is not where the matter ended. Huff then explained that after being informed by IPS that their pieces on 9/11 were “too divisive” and could “alienate readers in the heartland”, they discovered, upon attending the IPS annual conference, that IPS staff had no knowledge of these developments and after reading the piece, were of the opinion that it should have run.

Eventually, the Project Censored team were informed by IPS heads that they were no longer welcome to write for IPS or Minuteman Media.

“And here we are with ‘the good lefties’,” Huff continued, it’s a story of the power elite, of potential mass deception and propaganda that gets us into two illegal wars, eviscerates constitutional liberties, bankrupts society both economically and morally the world over, you’d think that it’d be a huge thing to debate on the merits of science and fact.”

“If you have a free press structure, there is no subject that cannot be discussed.” Huff added.

This is not the first time Project Censored has run into resistance owing to its refusal to back down on 9/11 Truth.    In 2007 Judges Robert Jensen, a journalism professor, and Norman Solomon, a syndicated columnist, severed their ties with the national media watchdog group over its decision to highlight the work of physics professor Steven Jones, who has provided analysis that suggests the explosive thermate was present in debris from the collapsed twin towers.

At the time Peter Phillips told the Illinois Times http://www.illinoistimes.com/Springfield/article-4202-over-the-line.html that he believed Jones’ work warranted the recognition:

“It’s a valid news story,” Phillips said. “It deserves to be covered. We cover stories that people don’t like. Our job is to talk about stories that don’t get talked about.”

When losing a discussion on the facts of 9/11, a so-called 9/11 "debunker" will often rely on an old canard to "prove" that 9/11 could not have been an inside job: "So many people want their quarter hour of fame that even the Men in Black couldn't squelch the squealers from spilling the beans," write self-satisfied defenders of the government story. According to the logic of this argument, if there are no 9/11 whistleblowers then 9/11 was not an inside job.

So what if there are 9/11 whistleblowers? What if these whistleblowers come from every level of government and private industry, individuals who have even had their cases vindicated by internal government reports? As you are about to see, there are numerous such whistleblowers and each one is a thorn in the side of those who want to pretend that the 9/11 Commission represents the sum total of knowledge on the 9/11 attacks.

That is precisely why these whistleblowers are not lauded by legislators or trumpeted by the media, but actively suppressed by government officials and the corporate media alike. These courageous insiders have been sidelined, gagged, hounded from their positions and ignored to the point where their stories are virtually unknown among the general public. And that is exactly why it is vital for the alternative media to make these stories known by bypassing the filters and control of the establishment media.

On 26 July, WikiLeaks released thousands of secret US military files on the war in Afghanistan. Cover-ups, a secret assassination unit and the killing of civilians are documented. In file after file, the brutalities echo the colonial past. From Malaya and Vietnam to Bloody Sunday and Basra, little has changed. The difference is that, today, there is an extraordinary way of knowing how faraway societies are routinely ravaged in our name. WikiLeaks has acquired records of six years of civilian killing for both Afghanistan and Iraq, of which those published in the Guardian, Der Spiegel and The New York Times are but a fraction.

There is, understandably, hysteria on high, with demands that the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange be "hunted down" and "rendered." In Washington, I interviewed a senior Defense Department official and asked, "Can you give a guarantee that the editors of WikiLeaks and the editor in chief, who is not American, will not be subjected to the kind of manhunt that we read about in the media?" He replied, "It's not my position to give guarantees on anything." He referred me to the "ongoing criminal investigation" of a US soldier, Bradley Manning, an alleged whistleblower. In a nation that claims its constitution protects truth tellers, the Obama administration is pursuing and prosecuting more whistleblowers than any of its modern predecessors. A Pentagon document states bluntly that US intelligence intends to "fatally marginalize" WikiLeaks. The preferred tactic is smear, with corporate journalists ever ready to play their part.

Double shutdown: Under mysterious circumstances and with unusual abruptness, two websites used to create blogs and message boards were taken down at the behest of U.S. investigators earlier this month, baffling users and commentators on the Web alike.

Both Blogetery.com, which said it hosted around 70,000 blogs, and online forum site IPBFree.com were taken offline in early July.

It is not entirely clear why the two sites were removed, but at least in Blogetery's case, the shutdown seems to involve a federal investigation on al Qaeda online communications.

The initial cryptic responses to users' questions about what happened added to the confusion. Both IPBFree administrators and Burst.net, Blogetery's Web host, deeply apologized for the incident but said they were barred by law to provide any specific information.

But Burst.net later told PC World that they had voluntarily decided to take down Blogetery after investigators approached them.

It is still unclear who hosted the IPBFree site, why it was taken down or if the action was related to the Blogetery case.

At Random House on March 15, 1976, "Feminist Revolution" was just another women's book in production. It consisted of a multifaceted analysis of the women's liberation movement edited by members of Redstockings, an early radical feminist group. A self-published edition released the previous fall had stirred up controversy with its indictment of liberals, lesbian pseudo-leftists, and foundation grant feminists. 5000 copies had sold out.

Part of the book-some say the most interesting part-was titled "Agents, Opportunists and Fools." It attempted to link the CIA and the corporate establishment to several individuals and institutions connected with Ms. Magazine... Feminist Revolution had passed an initial libel reading by Random House's legal department on March 2nd, and a contract was signed in the office that March morning. 20,000 copies of the book were scheduled to hit the stores in June.

That afternoon, an unannounced visitor appeared in the citadel of the free press. A presumably angry Gloria Steinem asked to see Random House president Robert Bernstein. She was there to hand-deliver a letter from her attorney threatening to sue for libel unless the chapter on the CIA was removed from the book.

No one knows what Steinem and Bernstein said in their private meeting, and it may have been just coincidence that, within weeks Random House was blitzed with similar threats from other people and groups mentioned in the CIA chapter: Clay Felker, Women's Action AlIiance, Warner Communications, Franklin Thomas, the Overseas Education Fund of the League of Women Voters, and Katherine Graham.

When Senator Joe Lieberman attempted to justify draconian legislation that would provide President Obama with a figurative kill switch to shut down parts of the Internet, he cited the Chinese system of Internet policing as model which America should move towards.

(VN:  you can thank Rahm and Nancy for Leiberscum still being in office and doing their dirty work for them.  I think  we should appeal to the Americans living in Conn to do a recall for his even suggesting violation of our 1st amendment rights without going through the amendment process for ridding the BOR of that particular right, but then he and his buddies have never let the "law" bother them, have they?)
Given the fact that Lieberman seeks to mimic the Chinese system as the goal of his Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act [2], should it concern us that the Chinese government routinely orders Twitter and Facebook-like services to “purge sites of politically “sensitive” words and expressions,” as the Financial Times reports [3] today?

However, China’s “war” is not against foreign terrorists or hackers, it’s against people who dare to use the Internet to express dissent against government atrocities or corruption. China’s system of Internet policing is about crushing freedom of speech and has nothing to do with legitimate security concerns as Lieberman well knows.

Vatic Note:   It appears Internet reform (censorship) maybe going global and we best watch for it here as well.   I believe there is a bill in right now and with elections just around the corner for primaries, I suspect it won't pass until after the election.    Lets make sure this doesn't happen by making sure all incumbants except about 5 that are trying to do something, are not reelected at the primary level.

Solution:  Callilng on all hackers world wide to aid all those in Turkey to receive the "Alternative" news on the net that we put out that the normal press does not.   Remember, Turkey is very good friends with Israel and they even made up after their little spat, so we can see where this is coming from given our own house being under assault on this issue.  Find a way now, so that you may help everyone once this goes global.  Hackers will be the saviors of free speech and press if they apply what they know to aiding all peoples in this endeavor.     Thanks in advance.
