Vatic Note:   After reading this one, go back to yesterday, the 24th and listen to the interview with Rabbi Finkelstein.  He admits to everything and is actually proud and arrogant about it all.  I say this so you will understand that this is not anti-semitism, since Finkelstein is an eastern European name, which matches with the migration path of the Khazars into eastern Europe and who then called themselves Ashkenazi Jews, but were actually satanists with all that entails.

This article does not prove that the helicopters were CIA but it does imply it due to the color and task being done...... dropping off "black ops" into a target zone fits with both the CIA and with Israel's Mossad.  And since we supply Israel khazars with military equipment, it could be either of them or both as a joint effort.  It would not surprise me since they work together on so much of the black ops in the middle east.   Remember, Obama is a dual Israeli citizen on his mothers side of the family.  That is now common knowledge to just about everyone. 

Remember, the taliban have been very bad for the black ops in both countries, that do fund raising by selling Heroin to western countries.   And both intels have been caught doing exactly that, selling and distributing drugs to raise money for their black ops where they don't have to explain to their elected reps, what they are doing with that money since its not taxpayers funds.

Just before sunset on April 10, 2006, a DC-9 jet landed at the international airport in the port city of Ciudad del Carmen, 500 miles east of Mexico City. As soldiers on the ground approached the plane, the crew tried to shoo them away, saying there was a dangerous oil leak. So the troops grew suspicious and searched the jet.

They found 128 black suitcases, packed with 5.7 tons of cocaine, valued at $100 million. The stash was supposed to have been delivered from Caracas to drug traffickers in Toluca, near Mexico City, Mexican prosecutors later found. Law enforcement officials also discovered something else.

The smugglers had bought the DC-9 with laundered funds they transferred through two of the biggest banks in the U.S.: Wachovia Corp. and Bank of America Corp., Bloomberg Markets magazine reports in its August 2010 issue.

This was no isolated incident. Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping move money for Mexican drug smugglers. Wells Fargo & Co., which bought Wachovia in 2008, has admitted in court that its unit failed to monitor and report suspected money laundering by narcotics traffickers -- including the cash used to buy four planes that shipped a total of 22 tons of cocaine.

The admission came in an agreement that Charlotte, North Carolina-based Wachovia struck with federal prosecutors in March, and it sheds light on the largely undocumented role of U.S. banks in contributing to the violent drug trade that has convulsed Mexico for the past four years.

Vatic Note:  (Check out the footnote at the end of his response to see how to read a CAFR report.)   This below is in answer to a question from a viewer of Walters.  It was so important I decided to blog it.  Please read and take heed.  Walter was the very first to notify us of the existance of CAFR's through his great video "The Biggest Game in Town",  and since then, we have discovered now why gov agencies file as for-profit corporations. 

Watch this video and have a pen and paper ready to write down these figures he covers in your state if you live in either NJ or NY.   Trust, me this is the case with your local city, county, town and state.  You can find it yourselves.   How to read the report is below in the footnote:



So now, they are corporations accountable only to their boards of directors.  How is that possible???  Its why their revenues from various sources do not have to be used in budgeting determinations and the burden then falls squarely on the Taxpayer.  Wrong.  We must get control of those funds back to the taxpayer.  The WS bankers make millions off trades for the various governmental agencies so they are not about to let them go without a fight.  So if your town, city, county or state is threatening bancruptcy then check  out and get a copy of their latest CAFR and check it for unrestricted funds in liquid condition.   If they are there in the millions, then take the report to the bancruptcy court and contest the filing.  If they succeed in getting a judgement for bancruptcy they can sell off the public lands, forests, etc,  sell oil drilling rights, resource digging for gold, silver and other resources in order to satisfy the creditors.  We should fight that to the death. 

Question:   "While local/state/Fed Govt has trillions invested in what I assume are the companies/bonds listed on the global stock markets, what happens if/when the stock market crashes? Given the state of global financial affairs, a crash is not so unreasonable."

Walters' Answer:

People have been in the dark for decades per the markets. In reality it does not matter up or down per the traders trading the markets. The impact is on the economy.

For the traders they can take a position "Long" or "Short" and make just as much money in either direction. The problem we have now with the economy was almost 100% due to greed and opportunity when about 25 to 30 trillion dollars was sucked out of the global markets at the end of 2008.

An article about third world countries being raped and pillaged triggered an awareness that all this massive expenditure in our country and throwing away of trillions of dollars on war, bailouts, derivatives, and the proposed carbon tax, was for a specific purpose as these high bonus men and women knew exactly what they are doing, if their objective was to bring down the economy for a reason. 

Cities, States to default soon? A Felony Fraud on the Taxpayer!

Vatic Note: The reason I have put this up now, is because of all the fear mongering spreading around about an eminent COLLAPSE of our governments both local and state.  Add to that California's threat of bancruptcy when their southern california financials indicate a 4 billion dollar unrestricted liquid assets on their financials that are not included in their budget, which means they are carrying two sets of books, and thus the funds are in fact available to prevent the bankcruptcy, and that did not include Northern California. Well, that is the case with every municipality, both local and state.   So CHECK OUT YOUR TOWN, COUNTY AND STATE BEFORE BUYING INTO THIS GIANT OF ALL SCAMS.  This video explains in full detail how this all works and how the various states have two sets of books, one set for the tax payer called a "BUDGET" and another set for the state and feds called a CAFR report, which is a consolidated Annual Financial Report. In the latter is where all the cash is stashed and the wall street brokerage firms make millions off the management and investment of these accounts nationwide for all the governmental agencies. New Jersey alone has trillions and they are not near as big as NY and California.  STOP ANY BANCRUPTCY IN ANY STATE WITH THIS INFORMATION.   Remember,  UNITED, WE ARE POWERFUL. 

SOLUTION: So, solution to this one is easy. Obtain the CAFR's for YOUR LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS,  THEY ARE MANDATORY TO BE PRESENTED TO THE FEDS EACH YEAR.  For Californians for instance, get the CAFR's for  both sourthern California for 2009, (page 26, "unrestricted funds", shown in the millions (000's added to figure showing), and Northern California, so the figure there is in the billions when you add the three 000's) and southern california, go to the liquid assets section of the report, and look for "cash - unrestricted funds". Then add them up together, get the document certified by a bank or power of attorney and then bring it to bancruptcy court to show the court these funds are available and are to be used since they were accumulated using taxpayer funds for creating the revenue generating source and thus belong to the taxpayer, not private entities. THIS IS A MUST WATCH VIDEO "THE BIGGEST GAME IN TOWN", those of you in NY and NJ are going to be shocked.  You have trillions in all those municipalities and state coffers.  GO GET THEM. There is no bigger scam going on right now, than this one. Its been going on for years and we knew nothing about it. ITS TIME TO EXPOSE IT TO THE LIGHT OF DAY. STOP THE BANCRUPTCY in its tracks, and prevent the state under Nazi Arnold, from privatizing all taxpayer funded projects and infrastructure and state parks and lands. GRAND ISLE, La. (AP) -- An offshore petroleum platform exploded and is burning in the Gulf of Mexico, about 80 miles off the Louisiana coast.

It's west of the site where BP's undersea well spilled after a rig explosion.

The Coast Guard says no one was killed in the blast, which was reported by a commercial helicopter flying over the area this morning. All 13 people aboard the rig have been accounted for, with one injury. The extent of the injury is not known.
A Coast Guard spokeswoman says some of those from the rig were spotted in emergency flotation devices. She says authorities do not know whether oil is leaking from the site.

Instituting capital controls seems like the next big event in the government-banking-oligarchy's great looting of America.  First, these vampires designed "free trade" agreements to use slave labor abroad at the expense of American jobs. Next, they moved their investment capital and assets abroad sucking the life-blood out of the U.S. economy. Then, they covertly used America's remaining wealth to prop up their bogus financial instruments like credit default swaps and derivatives, which came crashing down. Finally, they got their taxpayer bailout, and now they want your pension funds and cash deposits to stay under their control.

This last stage of the mass looting requires your wealth to remain in their possession. They seem to be setting up several ways to control the remaining capital. One of the first tactics used by the banksters to control your money was to get the SEC to adopt a proposal to allow money market funds to suspend withdrawals during a financial crisis to prevent bank runs.

From the beginning of Islam until today, the value of the Islamic bimetallic currency has remained surprisingly stable in relation to basic consumable goods:  A chicken at the time of the Prophet, salla'llahu alaihi wa sallam, cost one dirham; today, 1,400 years later, a chicken costs approximately one dirham.

I was an active participant on Alternet until they changed their page layout and comment format. They purposely crippled the comment section for over a month under the guise of:

"We're doing software development on-the-fly on this live & popular website and can't seem to get it right."

I think it was to drive away the regulars, because the 9/11 Truthers were certainly beginning to out numbering the 9/11 Coincidence Theorists and just about any political topic could legitimately be steered there. Those defending the government version had to dig deep into their bag of dirty tricks by often and fragrantly violating the posting policies about person attacks. After all, when you are losing the debate against the message, attack the messenger.

Be that as it may, slowly over the course of 3 months or so, I observed them deliberately crippling their own comment archives to articles. First, it was that the new comment format couldn't display them correctly to all nested levels, but if you had a deep link, you could get them all. This proved that it wasn't the database, but how that information was parsed. Then it was those levels getting truncated. Then it was nothing displayed at all. Now in many cases those lengthy, wonderful, insightful comments -- even when the trolls attempted detours into flame wars -- are replaced in many cases with Digg & Twitter feeds that weren't even supported at the time of the original article.

The 9/11 disinformation warriors from NSA's Q-group lost many battles and finally had to do triage and clean-up but destroying those records. Google isn't up to speed, and specific searches can still get you hints at the debates but no longer directly to them.

I've participate in at least two other forums that underwent upgrades in their technology, which also served to boot off the regulars (and 9/11 Truthers) and then eventually make those database archives where all aspects of 9/11 were publicly debated in accessible slowly over time. On the one hand, I can understand issues with cutting over from one database to another. On the other hand, they deliberate threw away the zeitgeist of our time and the public record that proved (then and for any future database archaeologist) that not everyone in the years after 9/11 was a complete, gullible idiot.

I've recently learned of a 9/11 Truther in another forum who is experiencing the disappearance of whole discussion threads on 9/11 the very next day. It came to my attention, because he suspected that his opponent under a new alias was also mine.

My opponent certainly had either in-roads with AlterNet or hacking skills to get into their database, based on what I observed. Blatant personal attacks from him would remain despite numerous requests for their moderation, while suddenly out of the blue rather benign but possibly too personal (or not in agreement with the persona) postings of his would be removed from the system. It was suspected that he requested or effected their removal. Therefore, when a series of his personal attacks went way over the line, he was asked early on a Sunday morning to request their removal. Sunday before noon, 5 of them were gone and by Wednesday, they all were.

George Orwell wrote in 1984 as the party slogan:

I just read this from someone on the inside and it appears this bomb might be a last ditch effort to get people to leave the gulf voluntarily since they know the national guard will not take orders to shoot civilians or incarcerate those who refuse to go. ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - UPDATE:

News 5 has a crew on the scene. Authorities tell us that BP workers cleaning the beach found the device around 9 this morning. The device is disk-shaped and about 3 feet wide and appears to weigh about 500 lbs. It was found in the surfline. Crews have cordoned off about 30 yards of beach with construction fence.

Authorities believe it might be an old World War II shell of some sort.   (VN: and that big old heavy thing such washed ashore?  With all the "record" hurricanes they have had since WW II??? Its only now coming ashore with no hurricanes and only one tropical storm that basically missed the northern part of the gulf and headed straight for Mexico?   Right!)

A scary day for beachgoers in Orange Beach after an explosive device is found near Perdido Pass.

Lt. Steve Brown with Orange Beach Police tells News 5 that the device appears to be an underwater bomb. It was found on the east side of the Perdido Pass near the jetties. Orange Beach Police and Fire are on the scene.

A bomb squad from NAS Pensacola is enroute to the scene. We hope to have more information for News 5 at Noon.

Vatic Note: We are putting this up because it takes us back in time to what was fed to us during the early part of the investigation and press coverage of the 9-11 event and how manipulated it all was. It was the first indication that this was the biggest ACT OF TREASON and coverup in the history of the United States if not the world. Only those that watched the events on "LIVE RAW FEED" that day, beginning with the coverage immediately after the first plane hit until that evening, saw immediately the coverup. Why? Because nothing that we saw in interviews, bomb explosions, actions and comments by the fire, police, and news commentators about the bombs, was found anywhere on any of the various electronic news stations in the major media IN THE US, but it was replayed as we saw it, overseas, how ironic. Its was disorienting to be looking for those interviews to hear them again, or to look for those bombs going off that we saw with our own eyes and to not see them again on the nightly replay of the days news, which made it clear that the cover up was planned no less than the act itself. Its clear evidence of aiding and abetting by the major media of mass murder and that my friends, is a death penalty offense as much for the aiding and abetting as for those who committed the actual act. Even a cynic can find Washington's hypocrisy shocking at times. The Wall Street Journal reports today a House bill that would force lawmakers to make greater disclosures on financial transactions and disallow them from trading on nonpublic information is going nowhere fast.


That's right. Members of Congress are currently allowed to profit on insider trading!

The bill, which has been languishing in the House for four years, would require elected officials "to make their financial transactions public within 90 days of a purchase or sale" and "prohibit lawmakers from trading in financial markets based on nonpublic information they learn on the job," the WSJ reports.

It seems they're above the transparency they've been calling for on Wall Street.

This comes a day after the same newspaper reported several lawmakers profited by betting against the housing and stock market in 2008. And some did it using derivatives they've recently been railing against.

As our colleague Henry Blodget wrote Tuesday, "If you're going to complain about how awful short-selling is and how evil and venal people are for doing it, you should probably abstain from the practice yourself."

SOLUTION:   I suppose you can tell we are mad??? Now, figure out what your cost of gas would be per gallon without the tax and that is public information, then fill up  your tank and pay by a designated credit card that you designate as the one you will use  for everything that carries a fed tax on it.  Put aside one credit just for buying items with federal tax items on it, like cigarettes if you smoke, gas, etc.   Then at the end of the month only pay the part that is the actual product and leave the tax on to accumulate.   Keep doing that each month until you do not have any reason to do it.   What you are then doing is forcing the bank to pay your tax on all those items to the fed and you do not pay the tax.   THEN NEVER PAY THAT TAX PORTION EVER.  Now on April 15,  that will become the ultimate proof whether we want to live like slaves or like freemen.    Send them a promissory note to pay once you receive your share of the payback of the bailout since all your taxes since the bailout has gone to their theft, then when they pay it back, you will pay your taxes.   That would be actually legal since its a debt for a debt.   They owe us interest for the trillions in bail out each month and that interest should be applied to the interest we owe them since its less than what they owe us.  Then deduct from what we owe them all the additional costs of false flags,  actually successful false flags like 9-11 and the oil rig explosion etc.   That is huge cost and they owe it for doing it.   Its contract law.   WE can get into it later.   iF YOU GET A LETTER FROM THE IRS TO AUDIT YOU, REMIND THEM AUDITS ARE NOT LEGAL NOW THAT IT WAS LEGALLY STATED THAT THE FED DID NOT NEED TO BE AUDITED AND THUS WE DO NOT EITHER.
