Vatic Note:  This was suppose to go up yesterday, but alas, as usual, nothing is sacred in our internet blogging field.  So, I am putting it up today, but it was to be read at the same time as the article on the feds burning cows and confiscating ranches, so it won't hurt to go back to yesterday and read it again about the cows and ranches and then understand why some states are taking this kind of action.

Frankly, our government, run by the international khazar bankers, have put in place a defacto suspension of our Constitution along with our sovereignty, and replaced it with their "tyrannical edicts" for our elected and tax payer funded reps to follow with respect to shifting our system from what it was into a Constitutional document for fascism on a global scale, not just in the USA, but for every nation, and doing so without telling us that it has happened.

By action, and not by the proper process outlined,  we are being transformed from a Liberty and freedom oriented system, into the transfer of all the rights, priviledges and protections once enjoyed by "the people" are now given, through the most recent TTCP trade agreement,  TO THE KHAZAR BANKER OWNED CORPORATIONS, AND OURS HAVE BEEN SIMPLY IGNORED, IF NOT LITERALLY REVOKED.

And that is why they wanted our guns.  So, its being done subtley because we have our weapons.   That is a hint.  Depopulation is also proceeding on schedule.   They are using soft kill to take us down population wise and warned us about that as far back as 1974.  In using Hard kill, with obvious weapons, they risk getting hurt themselves,  but this way, they stay safe while our babies, and parents all die of fabricated diseases and electromagetic pulsing, putting out radiation and cancer...... Don't believe me?  Read this.

Our system demands that any changes in our governing document follow a certain procedure that allows the citizenry to exercise their responsibility to question, comment, give opinions and input into issues that affect their "lives, liberty and happiness".    Well, the powers that be, are not doing that, rather simply using our various commissions etc to pass out edicts without public imput and then to instruct the state and local reps to not allow or consider any health issues in what is being considered.

I am speaking of the installment of verizon towers into residential areas where people reside.  The FCC has taken over dictatorship of our government with respect to that issue, so that is why, I bring this up in conjunction with this issue below.   THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME,  ONLY ITS THE BLM that is acting as the dictator instead of a person, but on different subject matter,  now watch if move over into other areas of our lives, if we do nothing about it.  The good news is,  towers can be torn down in the middle of the night, right?  LOL

BLM Burning Cows ALIVE, Torching Homes And Imprisoning Ranchers... Paid For With YOUR Tax Dollars!

Vatic Note:   This blog and the next one are seriously tied together and a must read together, so we can see the scope of the work being done to bring us down and the only solution to stop it is in the one after this blog.  Lets remember, it was in the 80's that these khazar bankers went after our farmers, and ended up, through our politicians in transferring our source of food from our own people, who were farmers, here,  to South America and corporate agrifarms, so now they are going after our ranchers at the same time, just like they have done in the past.  WHY???  

Is it to poison our food supply in a soft kill effort to depopulate us???  We are the only ones that can change this from a soft kill situation to a hard kill, where they take the same risk we do.  Otherwise, its just them murdering us, using weapons of mass destruction that only they control.

Is it to avoid government oversight on what is in our food?  GMO seeds?  Pesticides?  Processing with chemicals that devalue the food component and thus contribute to disease and shortened life spans???  Is it part of the depopulation plan?  Lots of questions with no answers.  One thing is certain..... the BLM is definitely committing crimes that have jail time as sentencing.  We need to get on the phone and let our reps and senators know THAT WE KNOW AND THEIR ROLE IN IT. 

Now add to that, the desperation required to stop all these acts against our ranchers, that states are going to have to step in and rid us of the Feds now controlled by these khazar bankers to bring us down.  What other reason could there be for these acts listed below???  

And further, what has changed that makes the powers that be confident that they can continue these actions against our own people? These not only violate our protected God given rights, but are actually criminal in their actions.   They should be arrested, tried and if convicted punished to the max extent of the law.

Oregon Sheriff Gil Gilbertson Gives Federal Agents The Boot: Feds Have No Jurisdiction

Vatic Note:  This is the most comprehensive treatment of this subject, that I have found to date and it was so well put together, that I find myself with nothing to add.  Its clear, concise and right on.  So please, to understand the level of encroachment going on under UN and globalist, Agenda 21, and the structural changes that would occur to our Constitution and its Bill of Rights, then its imperative you read this whole thing.

As we have said many times, "This is NOT a fast food information site", rather an educational site and that requires "reading" all that was researched and historically upheld as the case.   If we wish to prevail in this battle for control of our nation, between the foreign occupiers of our nation, and the will of the people, then we best educate ourselves.   If we do not wish to research, then we must begin reading those who do.

Its valid and legitimate to accept scholarly papers published by those with the expertise to do so.  We can track over time, those who have been right on consistantly and on certain areas within their field of endeavor.  Sheriff Gil Gilbertson in definitely one of those.  He knows his field and his rights and responsibilities under his jurisdiction and has eloquently stated them with massive links to back it all up.  That is why I say,  this says it all, and I have nothing to add.

FUND RAISING TIME AGAIN.  Its one day past our normal time due to the internet being down here in my town for almost 2 days now.   We could not do our blogs or fund raising campaign.  Now we are back up and asking for donations toward our $350 deficit this month.  If you can afford it, we appeal to you to donate to our cause to keep truth exposed and lies distroyed so we can prepare based on reality.... so help us do that so we can stay on the net to over come the treason being done by our MSM, both left and right.

In this climate it is utterly unheard of to have any official stand against the federal government. Typically, they stand with them – their hand out for more federal grants – no matter how much the federal government violates the U.S. Constitution and infringes on the public. Thankfully there are those few who take their oaths of office and to the Constitution, with sincerity, and instead they choose to fight for the people; fight for what is true and just.

Vatic Note:  Well, our Agricultural industry has been under attack for a long time.   I suspect they are trying to rid us of the "family farm" and family "ranches", and give the land to the "Agricorps" to replace them. That would certainly ensure total control of the population through food control. I keep thinking of the way the bankers play with the farmers, first by encouraging them into debt, then lending to them under terrible terms that almost ensure their loss of their ranch or farm and thus loss of the industry to families, locally.

The animals are worse off because of it, just by the unnatural way they are bred, raised and killed, by these agricorps. The animals used to be treated, by the family farmers as part of their family.   That process, used by the agricorps, has had a direct affect on the condition of the food we are fed and thus will affect our health and our DNA as Monsanto has proven.

Ask yourselves, why was our food production shifted away from American farms and sent down to South America?   Why is Saudi Arabia buying up huge tracks of land in Africa to grow plant food and  raise cattle? Finally, how does all this below tie into the answers to those other questions? 

Add to all of that, the obvious double standard laid down by the "Peoples owned government" and the actions of the depts under the government who did worse violations than these two ranchers.   Just the standard of "Equal treatment under the law", was so blatantly violated, that the court should have thrown this out immediately.

What is worse, is the "intent to commit a felony" was not there at all and that means that standard for "we, the people"  has also been discarded without the peoples consent.  But then they are trying to globalize and what this is showing us, is just how bad for "The people"....  globalizing is going to be.

Under our previous system,  the "accident" would have been treated as negligence and thus it would be a civil action, and it would have been enforced across the board with both the people and the agency who also did the same thing.  I would love to read the written decision on that case and compare it to the one against these two farmers.

You read and decide.  Its coming to the point where we all have to decide just what kind of country we want to live in for all of us.   I personally, am not interested in a dictatorial oligarchy, but then I was raised at the peak of this country's greatness and our freedoms.   I want both back again.  Then I want to see these foreign agents who have taken over our gov, thrown out of this country, sent packing and never let them back in again.

EPA slams Jindal's sand berm plan

Vatic Note: Amazing, these people live every day with the gulf and have for generations and someone sitting in Washington is going to tell them what to do with protecting their wetlands??? This is a good example of how much worse it will be when orders come from Switzerland if Rothschild is running the global government or from Britian if the Queen is doing so, or someone from Tel Aviv if Israel is running the globe. Given that almost all of them are satanists you can understand why they want innocent and lovely seabirds and baby turtles dead. They make life enjoyable for those living around them. Can't have that now can we. lol Well, it will be interesting to see who wins this battle between state and fed. We are keeping an eye on AZ for the same reason.

Federal environmental regulators are blasting Gov. Bobby Jindal's $360 million plan to block oil from the BP spill with sand berms, saying barriers built so far are ineffective and threaten wildlife.  In a Sept. 7 letter made public Thursday, the Environmental Protection Agency urged the Army Corps of Engineers to turn down the state's recent request to build 101 miles of sand berms to stop oil from contaiminating shores and marshlands. The state needs permission from the Army Corps to complete the project.

The sand berms -- paid for with $360 million from BP -- have drawn criticism from coastal scientists and federal regulators. Critics say the work was ill-conceived and would damage the environment. Still, Jindal has made the sand berms a cornerstone to his strategy to fight the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. The state said it has spent $86 million on the project so far.

EPA said there were serious problems with the project.

Arizona is fighting back against the Obama administration’s decision to haul her state before the United Nations Human Rights Council. Governor Jan Brewer has penned a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Friday expressing her “concern and indignation” at the administration’s report to the UN, which cited a federal lawsuit against Arizona’s immigration bill as part of its efforts to fight human rights violations. This author was the first person to report that provision of the administration’s brief.

“Apparently, the federal government is trying to make an international human rights case out of S.B. 1070 on the heels of already filing a federal court case against the State of Arizona,” the governor wrote in a line that echoed the opening of my own piece.
