Background

Richard Harrison Truly was born November 12, 1937, in Fayette, Mississippi. He attended the Georgia
Institute of Technology, where he received his bachelor of aeronautical engineering in 1959. In 1964, he attended what is now the Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base in California, where he later became an instructor.

Career highlights

Following MOL, Richard Truly joined NASA and became a member of the astronaut support crew and capsule communicator (CAPCOM) for all three manned Skylab missions in 1973 as well as the 1975 Apollo-Soyuz mission. He piloted Columbia in 1981 and served as space shuttle commander during the third Challenger mission in 1983, after which he left NASA to become the first commander of the Naval Space Command. He returned to NASA one month after the tragic Challenger explosion that killed all seven crew in 1986.

Truly became head of the agency for three years starting in 1989. Already a retired vice admiral in the U.S. Navy, he has since held a number of distinguished academic, government, and professional positions.

His decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, two Legions of Merit, and the Distinguished Flying Cross, as well as a host of honors from NASA.

Now in a recent thread here at ATS I presented some material that was interesting... I will NOT say which thread or what it was about. During the course of the thread I was contacted by several people and the dialog is still ongoing. During that email discourse one of the people I was introduced to was John L Philips. The reason I am being cryptic is because this door was opened for me and I have not yet had the chance to step in and see where it leads... so I have no intention of messing up a good thing...

However since the following document IS in public domain... I will toss it in here as an 'interesting coincidence' and follow up later when I can... Vatic Note:  What is amazing about this series done by Above Top Secret, is the breadth and depth of the information he was able to ferret out back in 2009.  This rabbit hole I began down ended up here at this article with more information on this than any I could find on the net.   I give full credit to Above Top Secret for this massive disclosure and excellent research job.   I wish I had done it.  LOL  However, in 2009 the police state had not yet arrived in full bloom as it is now and back then Google was in court fighting the censorship like crazy trying to argue the first amendment and they lost, so today they are prevented from showing a lot of what they had available back then.   Even the DARPA - Pegasus website on the gov site is gone.  I saw it in the beginning of this journey and by the time I went back to get the info I needed, it was completely gone with a substitute up in its place which was Basiago's disinfo site. Pegasus has nothing to do with time travel, it had to do with occupying and conquoring space everywhere .

Back then the gov still maintained the appearance of compliance with a free and open society, although they were already chipping away at it around the edges.  They simply had not yet crossed that line that they are crossing daily now. 

Notice the pagan name of the project "Pegasus", well, that fits with the military's new satanizing  of their branches of service.   Even in England you can see the same thing with Prince Williams military uniform patch showing Bophamet the satanic Goat god and even military officers in the US were caught also wearing Bophamet off duty on the backs of T Shirts. (I caught one of them and reported it on this blog, I asked if he was military, and he freaked out and ran out of the store).   Also various patches have been fully satanized as well.  We did a blog on that a while back.   Will try to find it and give you the link to see for yourself.    This is way deeper than any of us could imagine.  (found it and its link just above at "fully satanized".)

What is totally ironic is,  The Islamic religion and us, whether securlar or Christian or actual practicing Judeaism, are all together against the satanists.   WE SEE THAT NOW, WHERE THEY WANTED US DIVIDED AND FIGHTING EACH OTHER and their coming out of the closet on their satanism has actually brought us together to fight this spiritual battle on all levels.  Remember, freedom of religion is in the first amendment AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT PROMOTE CRIMES AGAINST BODY, PERSON OR PROPERTY, which leaves satanism out of that protection and places it in the criminal prosecution category if practiced using Satanic Ritual.   They are not as in control as they would like and that is their  arrogance.  I said that years ago, that would bring them down and it will.  I have absolutely no doubt they will lose this battle as long as we all stay united against them AND CONTINUE TO SHINE THE LIGHT UPON THEM.  THIS IS A BATTLE WE CAN ALL PARTAKE IN.  HOW IRONIC AND SHORT SIGHTED IS THAT FOR THEM???   308 million of us shining the light into the darkness against 10,000 of them.  .

Many of you know that for years John and I have insisted on there being a secret astronaut program. We have taken the abuse all these years but today its time to present a case for this.

It is our contention that the US NAVY is in charge despite the existence of the USAF Space Command, just like in Star Trek it is the NAVY that commands the space fleet...

Gary McKinnon's claim to 'fame' is NOT that he found UFO's or UFO 'free energy' technology, his only claim is he saw a picture of one of those space fleet ships... and found a list of 'non terrestrial' officers... these were NOT ET, but billets in space by OUR armed forces...

So lets begin our journey... As this is a huge work in progress for me please forgive if I jump around a little at first trying to put this in order...

I will start with something that Weed Wacker sent me. Now Weed Wacker is a skeptic most times, and I hope I don't embarrass him (to much) with this. What he sent was a movie on Orbital Mechanics... a basic nice production for beginners. However what is important in this video is the few seconds of the opening credits... which was why he thought of me, with jaw dragging on the ground...

In the opening credits we see that the Naval Space Command is listed ABOVE NASA. This video was brought to my attention by Weed Wacker, a member of ATS. Normally a stanch skeptic, he was linked this video to debunk a topic... but when he saw the opening credits and was shocked... so he sent it to me. It's these little tidbits that piece together a puzzle and let us see the whole picture. Although we have been saying for years that the US NAVY runs the real space program and NASA is just a pretty front for the public, until I saw this film neither I or my team have run across this emblem before (see below) (VN:  this fits with our previous blog on NASA ending all control over space flights and why they did)

Vatic Note:  Another good one from Dr.  Mills, however, I slightly disagree on the actual reason most of congress has sold out.  I believe in the leadership for sure, bribery has probably been the tool used to corrupt and coopt our elected officials, however,  I believe many are also either set up and blackmailed for something or threatened.   You do have to think about all the deaths in just such a short time that has happened to our congressmen and senators.   There is no way you can bribe 535 members of congress all at once and every single one of them sell out.  I think of those who tried and were silenced like Wellstone, JFK and now his son JFK Jr.   These were not accidents.  Carnahan who ran against Ashcroft and was killed.  They made a mistake with him by not killing his wife so she took over his position when he, as a dead man, won the election anyway.   Well, with Wellstone they waited til his wife and daughter were on board with him and all three died.  However, what he says below with respect to others and I am sure he is accurate there and I am also sure there were probably a lot who probably  took the bribe given the other choices available.  Would you rather be rich or dead?  I call that a no choice offer.

US lawmakers are accomplices to financial industry’s immorality

Political ‘donations’ — more appropriately, legalized bribery — are fueling the injustice wrought by financial institutions and their selfish excesses

     Citigroup is lucky that former Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi was [allegedly] killed when he was. His [alleged] death diverted attention from a lethal article involving Citigroup that deserved more attention because it helps to explain why many average Americans have expressed support for the Occupy Wall Street movement. The news was that Citigroup had to pay a US$285 million fine to settle a case in which, with one hand, Citibank sold a package of toxic mortgage-backed securities to unsuspecting customers — securities that it knew were likely to go bust — and, with the other hand, shorted the same securities — that is, bet millions of US dollars that they would go bust.

     It doesn’t get any more immoral than this. As the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) civil complaint noted, in 2007, Citigroup exercised “significant influence” over choosing US$500 million of the US$1 billion worth of assets in the deal and the global bank deliberately chose collateralized debt obligations, or CDOs, built from mortgage loans almost sure to fail.     According to the Wall Street Journal, the SEC complaint quoted one unnamed CDO trader outside Citigroup as describing the portfolio as resembling something your dog leaves on your neighbor’s lawn.

     “The deal became largely worthless within months of its creation,” the Journal added. “As a result, about 15 hedge funds, investment managers and other firms that invested in the deal lost hundreds of millions of US dollars, while Citigroup made US$160 million in fees and trading profits.”

     Citigroup, which is under new and better [better for whom?  Don't forget that this article was written by a hack for the corporate-owned media.] management now, settled the case without admitting or denying any wrongdoing. James Stewart, a business columnist for the Times, wrote Citigroup’s flimflam made “Goldman Sachs mortgage traders look like Boy Scouts. In settling its fraud charges for US$550 million last year, Goldman was accused by the SEC of being the middleman in a similar deal, allowing hedge fund manager John Paulson to help choose the mortgages and then bet against them without disclosing this to the other parties. Citigroup dispensed with a Paulson figure altogether, grabbing those lucrative roles for itself.” 

     (On Thursday, the US District Court judge overseeing the case demanded that the SEC explain how such serious securities fraud could end with the defendant neither admitting nor denying wrongdoing.) [The American Action Report's Realistic Dictionary says that the name Goldman Sachs came from the words gold + man + saxophone.  It's an instrument, mostly brass, so that banksters can have congressmen dance to their tune.]

     This gets to the core of why all the anti-Wall Street groups around the globe are resonating. I was in Tahrir Square in Cairo for the fall of former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak and one of the most striking things to me about that demonstration was how apolitical it was. 

     [In a large part, that's also true of the Tea Parties and the Occupy Movement.  Pompous asses in the corporate media never seem to tire of ridiculing the protesters for their lack of expertise in economics, business, political science, and other fields.  The protesters do know, however, that they're hurting, where they were kicked, and who kicked them.  Pompous asses like Peter Schiff are telling them, in effect, "Since you're not experts as I am, you must not have a problem.  Go back to sleep."  Hell, the "experts" are the ones who caused the problem.

When I talked to Egyptians, it was clear that what animated their protest, first and foremost, was not a quest for democracy — although that was surely a huge factor. It was a quest for “justice.” Many Egyptians were convinced that they lived in a deeply unjust society where the game had been rigged by the Mubarak family and its crony capitalists. Egypt shows what happens when a country adopts free-market capitalism without developing real rule of law and institutions.

     However, then, what happened to us? Our financial industry has grown so large and rich it has corrupted our real institutions through political donations. As US Senator Dick Durbin bluntly said in a 2009 radio interview, despite having caused this crisis, these same financial firms “are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they, frankly, own the place.”  [No, they share ownership with a criminal syndicate blasphemously calling itself Israel.  The Israeli regime, which has no need of foreign aid, is the world's largest recipient of U.S. foreign aid.  Add to that the trillions of dollars and thousands of American lives America has lost fighting wars under false pretenses, benefiting no one but the Israeli regime.  America's "best friend in the Middle East?  Not hardly.  To read about Israel's covert war against the United States, click here.]

     

The US Congress today is a forum for legalized bribery. [That's only the tip of the iceberg.  Those crooks are continuously passing bills that siphon money from the Treasury and into their business interests.] One consumer group using information from Opensecrets.org calculates that the financial services industry, including real estate, spent US$2.3 billion on federal campaign contributions from 1990 to last year, which was more than the healthcare, energy, defense, agriculture and transportation industries combined. Why are there 61 members on the US House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services? So many lawmakers want to be in a position to sell votes to Wall Street.

The US can’t afford this any longer. It needs to focus on four reforms that don’t require new bureaucracies to implement:

1) If a bank is too big to fail, it is too big and needs to be broken up. We can’t risk another trillion-US dollar bailout;

2) If US banks’ deposits are federally insured by US taxpayers, it can’t do any proprietary trading with those deposits — period;

3) Derivatives have to be traded on transparent exchanges where we can see if another AIG is building up enormous risk;

4) Finally, an idea from the blogosphere: US lawmakers should have to dress like NASCAR drivers and wear the logos of all the banks, investment banks, insurance companies and real-estate firms that they’re taking money from. The public needs to know.

     Capitalism and free markets are the best engines for generating growth and relieving poverty — provided they are balanced with meaningful transparency, regulation and oversight. The US lost that balance in the last decade. If it doesn’t get it back — and there is now a tidal wave of money resisting that — it will have another crisis. If that happens, the cry for justice could turn ugly. Free advice to the financial services industry: Stick to being bulls. Stop being pigs.

     [The author of this article is giving Congress too much of a break.  Congressmen are not just accomplices; they're perpetrators.  Take the 2009 Bankster Bailout Bill, for example.  The bailout, which saved no homeowner's home, and for which the banksters lost nothing, was a theft of $700 million.  The bill ended up costing $1.2 billion because congressmen festooned the bill with funds earmarked for investments congressmen had made.  That amounts to a $500 million embezzlement benefiting no one but the congressmen and their cronies.  To see how your congressman voted on this criminal act, click here.]

Vatic Note: This was a most fascinating read.  We have much of the recent history of the Black Nobility that we covered just a week or so ago with respect to the British crown currently occupying the seat of Power in Britain, however, we did not have the previous more comprehensive ancient history of these families and this has been most enlightening.  They mention the agenda of destroying the Catholic Church, but do not mention how that was accomplished through infiltration.  It will be nice to have that puzzle piece to add to all of this.

Vatic Note:  It appears this author is lacking in some crucial information that would explain more fully why they discontinued the NASA shuttle program.  The USA has a full fledge Navy top secret military division in space with a fleet of spaceships.  I believe NASA may well be under the military now and they have taken over all flights by any means, into space.  They control it now.   Remember the kid in Britain who hacked into the defense dept in the USA?  He determined that we had a space division and he wanted to know more about it and that is why he hacked into it, but he got caught and the US tried to extradict him. 

I do not know if they were successful or not, but they had a lot of resistance to getting control of him. I believe they wanted to know just how much he discovered.  Further, Bill Cooper wrote the article "Majestic 12" and eventually was killed by the government, he was naval intelligence with a Top Secret Clearance and he saw documents that he told us showed that our gov planned a bogus alien invasion to try to globalize us.  They were going to use both ecodestruction and alien invasion to wear us down and get us to beg for a global defense against the aliens which would eventually lead to loss sovereignty and global governance NOT elected by the people.  It wouldn't matter anyway,  since the internationalists control nations elections anyway.  Ask Ron Paul. 

One last point. Michael Tsarion in "Origins of Evil" (Here and here) made the point that there are aliens, good ones and bad ones and he believed or read that the aliens here were quarantined and they hate this planet, further, the "ancestors" as the mayan call them, are the ones who did the quarantine and are the ones expected back but they are friendly and not antagonistic.  However, Cooper wrote, that those on the dark side intend to use their arrival as a threat and scare the public into believing they are the bad ones and aid in fighting them for those already here that are working with the evil ones on this planet.  How much of that is the case we will know soon enough.  This write up, while good, falls short of the real agenda for the powers that be... which is a false flag alien invasion to manipulate the population into a global one world order.  

Shuttle Program Discontinued For A Hidden Reason?

For many years while the shuttles have been flying, NASA has been working on an advanced engine for a new space plane which will have sufficient velocity to achieve orbit. A number of difficulties were encountered during development of the new engine technology and the exact status of it is currently unknown. No known successful test launch into orbit of a space plane from runway on the ground has taken place at NASA.

Yet the agency discontinued the shuttle program without a viable replacement, instead counting on the struggling Russian space agency and a 3 person Apollo-style capsule for ferrying astronauts to/from the space station. Does this make sense? To many people, the loss of the shuttle program brings to mind the private space program which has already achieved orbit. It would make you wonder if it could replace the shuttle.

Since I was displaced by the recent disaster, and live in Southern California, Occupy Los Angeles ended up being an obvious destination.

I went to Occupy LA with an agenda of uncovering infiltrators into the movement who seek to undermine it, and get the real word out - it is a foregone conclusion that the mainstream media would lie about everything.

I had enormous success with both things,

To start;

The "official" representation for Occupy Los Angeles may have been usurped and appears to be intentionally not getting the word out about what the movement actually stands for. I was invited to join the media team but refused after seeing the media tent, which despite having several Macintosh computers and at least 10 windows based laptops as well as innumerable cameras and a full time broadband connection, had failed to output ANY video in three weeks (as of Oct 24) other than a three minute clip from a flip camcorder. This was discussed during a media meeting which I attended on October 24.

Vatic Note:  Of course, I have my own opinion about why, however, he makes a detailed and excellent case for why.   So here is why I believe it and it is not too far off from his position he outlines in detail.   The illums need violence and within a protest, they can infiltrate, as is their usual modis operandi, and hide their identities and incite the crowd to riot violently.  When you have that many together, the Tavistock group has determined there is a mass psychology that takes over and all it needs are leaders to do the trigger words to get it started.   When you see someone with their face covered it's because they came with the intention of violent or criminal action.  That means it was planned and you need to grab control of those provocateurs within your crowd. 

Even many of the police on not in on the scam, so they are afraid and would react as expected.  That is why the violence must never get started in the first place.   If they can incite the crowd, then the sheep will become afraid and support martial law.  Martial means gun confiscation,  which means a reduction in the threat to the power mongers.  That is part of it, but also, once martial, then no Bill of rights, no trial, not due process, etc.  NO JURY OF YOUR PEERS.  Lots of no's.  If we know the game plan,  then we can knowledgably take over the movement and redirect its emphasis back to where the real problem is rather than to a communist, fascist dictator system they need and want.  That requires educating the majority of the protestors.  So lets get to work on that.

First of all, who are the illuminati?  To oversimplify, the illuminati are billionaire bankers who worship lucifer (satan).  And why would they want worldwide protests against their own system?  Because the protests are largely communist in nature and the illuminati's coming New World Order is going to be a communist dictatorship.

Even the signs for "Occupy Toronto" are communist.  They depict a clenched fist on a blood red background with a "toppled cross" (map) at the bottom.  The height of the online poster is 666 pixels.

"So I'm not going to die after all? Quelle bloody surprise!"

Oh dear. I really didn't want my first blog post in a week to be yet another one about global bloody warming. Problem is, if those lying, cheating climate scientists will insist on going on lying and cheating what else can I do other than expose their lying and cheating?

The story so far: ten days ago a self-proclaimed "sceptical" climate scientist named Professor Richard Muller of Berkeley University, California, managed to grab himself some space in the Wall Street Journal (of all places) claiming that the case for global warming scepticism was over.

Thanks to research from his Berkeley Earth Surface Temperatures (BEST) project, Professor Muller stated confidently, we now know that the planet has warmed by almost one degree centigrade since 1950. What's more, he told the BBC's Today programme, there is no sign that this global warming has slowed down.

Cue mass jubilation from a number of media outlets which, perhaps, ought to have known better – among them, the Independent, the Guardian, The Economist (VN:  A Rothschild publication) and Forbes magazine. To give you an idea of their self-righteous indignation at the supposed ignorance of climate change deniers, here is the Washington Post's Eugene Robinson in full spate:

We know that the rise in temperatures over the past five decades is abrupt and very large. We know it is consistent with models developed by other climate researchers that posit greenhouse gas emissions — the burning of fossil fuels by humans — as the cause.

And now we know, thanks to Muller, that those other scientists have been both careful and honorable in their work.

Nobody’s fudging the numbers. Nobody’s manipulating data to win research grants, as Perry claims, or making an undue fuss over a “naturally occurring” warm-up, as Bachmann alleges. Contrary to what Cain says, the science is real."

Problem is, Eugene, almost every word of those two paragraphs is plain wrong, and your smugness embarrassingly misplaced.

As you know, I had my doubts about Muller's findings from the start. I thought it was at best disingenuous of him to pose as a "sceptic" when there is little evidence of him ever having been one. As for his argument that the BEST project confounds sceptics by proving global warming exists – this was never more than a straw man.

Now, though, it seems that BEST is even worse than I thought. Here is what Muller claimed on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme:

In our data, which is only on the land we see no evidence of [global warming] having slowed down.

But this simply isn't true. Heaven forfend that a distinguished professor from Berkeley University should actually have been caught out telling a lie direct. No, clearly what has happened here is that Professor Muller has made the kind of mistake any self-respecting climate scientist could make: gone to press with some extravagant claims without having a smidgen of evidence to support them.

Here, to help the good professor out, is a chart produced by the Global Warming Policy Foundation's David Whitehouse. It was plotted from BEST's own figures.



Note how the 10 year trend from 2001 to 2010 – in flat contradiction of Muller's claims – shows no warming whatsoever.

What's odd that BEST appears to have gone to great trouble – shades of "hide the decline", anyone? – to disguise this inconvenient truth. Here is a graph released by BEST:

Indeed Best seems to have worked hard to obscure it. They present data covering more almost 200 years is presented with a short x-axis and a stretched y-axis to accentuate the increase.

The data is then smoothed using a ten year average which is ideally suited to removing the past five years of the past decade and mix the earlier standstill years with years when there was an increase. This is an ideal formula for suppressing the past decade’s data.

Muller's colleague Professor Judith Curry – who besides being a BEST co-author chairs the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at America’s prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology – is even less impressed.

There is no scientific basis for saying that warming hasn’t stopped,’ she said. ‘To say that there is detracts from the credibility of the data, which is very unfortunate.’

I know it sounds crazy, but what i found out about this movement it’s just unbelievable. I will try to make this short. On the 15th October 2011 begun the worldwide action. Well… Who the hell is she? I googled her name and i couldn’t find many infos, but i found out that she is Francisco Carrion Mena (permanent representative of Ecuador, chairman of the special committee at the UN) ‘s wife. Okay. Vatic Note:  Well, lets stop and think for a moment.  Regular readers here know that we are no friend of the khazars, even though we are friends of the Jewish arabs of the Bible.   Further, think about the fact that the Negev Desert is where the underground facilities for nukes, bioweapons and chemical warfare research is all housed and conducted.   Think also about the nuke hardened bunkers we showed you pictures of from a write up by and Israeli that had to seek asylum outside of Israel and he did so in Canada.  He showed the underground bases in the Negev and the nuke harded fronts of the entrances.   One does not build nuke hardened facilities if one is not expecting a nuke attack.  Well, given no one else has nukes in the middle unless Israel gave them to them, then who will be nuking Israel in the future???  Certainly not Turkey who has no nukes, nor Iran who has no nukes, nor any of the middle east countries, so WHO do they believe will be nuking them and how do they know??? 

Just questions that need answering because it fits these questions when you also ask "Why are the relocating these bedoin tribes?"  The answer becomes almost obvious.  Could there be a smiggen of humanity in these crisis creating, unimaginative and anal retentive Khazars???  Do they relate to the bedoins since they were once roving, and migrant travelers themselves?  But unlike the Bedoins,  they were looking for victims to rob in Mongolia.  This doesn't seem as clear cut as it should.  I am not into giving the Khazars a break, but in this case, it might well be for the Bedoins own good, to protect them from whatever loony horrors the Khazars have planned down the road.  If that is the case, then we must be getting close to time for the final curtain.   Time to get them away from our military and armaments and sent back to their own country before they can use us to do more damage to others.

Israel's adoption of the controversial "Prawer Plan" earlier this month has set the stage for the seizure of more than two-thirds of the Bedouin's total land base in Beer Sheva, an area that the Bedouin have inhabited for more than a thousand years.

What have I done?  There's one angry squid out there.

Last week, Democracy Now! and The Guardian ran our story about Goldman Sachs yanking financial support from a community credit union for honoring one of its largest customers.  The customer:  Occupy Wall Street.

Our report so enraged Goldman that, within days, it doubled down on its attack on the little community bank.

Goldman had already demanded the return of its $5,000 payment to the Lower East Side Peoples Federal Credit Union.  Now, sources say, the trillion-dollar Wall Street mega-bank sent the following message to the not-for-profit community bank:  "You will never get a dime from any bank ever again."

About those "dimes" Goldman is taking away:  They come from you and me, the taxpayers who put up billions into the Troubled Asset Recovery Plan (TARP), usually known as the Bank Bail-Out Fund.

Grand Jury Investigates Breath Test Accuracy – Throws D.A. Out

Vatic Note:  Wow, this almost fits in with Vatic Projects People to people initiative strategy and tactics.  We had one where we said that citizens could impanel their own grand jury, but this is a good start, by citizens taking over a grand jury and holding the prosecutor accountable.  I like it. Maybe, just maybe, the citizens of this nation are taking their country back and believing they are in charge and not the system that was suppose to serve them.  Ya think?  If true, then its something to celebrate.  That is,  a group  of thoughtful men and women who took the time to decide they would not be complicit in harming a fellow American citizen if they believed there was a problem with the evidence, just because the prosecutor had no problem doing the "wrong thing" and treated the process as if it were a Prosecutors cheering section in a game.  It is the citizens who make the system work and in this case they did. 

We should celebrate and use this as an example of what to do on a jury in every area of jurisprudence.  That means not only the evidence but the law as well.  Is the law breaking a civil or criminal offense?  If civil, not guilty on criminal.  Its that simple and then a man or woman's life is not ruined because privatized prisons are paying judges to fill them for profit without regard to the impact on society and the individuals wrongly convicted, when a civil trial was all that was required.  I keep thinking about IRS cases that used to be civil that are now criminal.   According to the Constitution, there is no criminal case with respect to acts against the government, except those innumerated in the Constitutions such as sedition and treason.  Criminal is only with respect to acts against another person and/or their property. That is it, and all else is civil.  Lets get back to that and maybe, just maybe,  our prisons will not be the most crowded in the world.  What an indictment against  our system.   Ironically, the corruption is in the enforcement side of our laws as well as the legislative side.

As in life, so in death. Reuters reports that "U.S. regulators are unhappy with the failure of MF Global Holdings Ltd to provide them with the required data and records, a source close to one regulator told Reuters on Monday.

"So far they've been very disappointed with the cooperation in the fulsomeness of records and data from MF," the source said, noting regulators have been working with the firm since late last week.
