Vatic Note: During research on another blog posting, I discovered these protocols and in reading them, I realized how accurately they portrayed our society and globe today and all that was going on. Vatic Note: My first reaction in reading this was "What has changed at that level that could cause such a problem so quickly?" Nothing else has grown so quickly in such a short period of time other than technology. So, is it HAARP bouncing continually off the atmosphere that is creating this? Remember they use it damn near daily now for earthquakes, experimentation on weather, redirecting the jet stream depending on whether they want "floods" or "droughts", even Military communications, in concert with chemicals that could also affect it like barium or Aluminum??? Then I quickly began to remember that THE CAP AND TRADE BILL has not been accepted and will cause a rebellion if implemented, so then it seemed that maybe this was the new crisis to justify the CAP AND TRADE BILL. They couldn't get us to buy the Gulf as an excuse to institute the Cap and trade bill because BP should be paying for their criminality, not us. So maybe this is the next volley of assault on us to push for the C&P.
I dont' know, but I did not see any mention of his paper being peer reviewed and hopefully not by the scientists who bogused up the Global Warming peering and science that caused the original Cap and trade to go by the way of the Dodo bird. Check it out since he works for those in control so I have to wonder. Remember also that Cap and Trade only works if there is enough time to give it to work. (CNN) -- An upper layer of Earth's atmosphere recently shrank so much that researchers are at a loss to adequately explain it, NASA said on Thursday.
The thermosphere, which blocks harmful ultraviolet rays, expands and contracts regularly due to the sun's activities. As carbon dioxide increases, it has a cooling effect at such high altitudes, which also contributes to the contraction.
But even these two factors aren't fully explaining the extraordinary contraction which, though unlikely to affect the weather, can affect the movement of satellites, researchers said.
"This is the biggest contraction of the thermosphere in at least 43 years," John Emmert of the Naval Research Lab was quoted as saying in NASA news report.
Emmert is the lead author of a paper announcing the finding in the June 19 issue of the journal Geophysical Research Letters. "We cannot explain the abnormally low densities, which are about 30 percent lower" than from previous contractions, Emmert told CNN.com.
The thermosphere lies high above Earth's surface, close to where the atmosphere ends and space begins. It ranges in altitude from 55 miles (90km) to 370 miles (600km) above the ground -- the realm of meteors, auroras, space shuttles and the international space station.
This is the biggest contraction of the thermosphere in at least 43 years.

BEIJING — An oil pipeline at a busy Chinese port exploded, causing a massive fire that burned for 15 hours before being put out Saturday. Officials said no one was killed.
State-run media said the pipeline blew up Friday evening, and more than 2,000 firefighters worked overnight to control flames and further blasts on a second pipeline.
China Central Television showed the fire raging among tanks at the port in the northern city of Dalian, and state media described flames of about 100 feet (30 meters) high.
The cause of the initial blast was not clear. The Xinhua News Agency said it happened while a Liberian tanker was unloading oil at the port. It said the tanker left safely.
A vast stretch of polluted sea remains the next challenge. About 20 boats were trying to clean up a dark brown slick of oil and pollution at least 50 square kilometers (19 square miles) in size off Dalian's Xingang Harbor, Xinhua said Saturday night.
The pipelines are owned by China National Petroleum Corp., which is Asia's biggest oil and gas producer by volume. (VN: Remember Zbigs book the Grand Chessboard and what they are going after is to take control of China's natural resources, and this is an example of that process beginning, but China is no one to fool with, they might take us down, but they will also take down the bankers when they are through with them. Bank of America and Citigroup on Friday disclosed that they had paid out £567m and £263m respectively to cover the cost of the bonus tax, which was only originally forecast to generate revenues of about £550m.
The disclosures add to the £328m that JP Morgan Chase said it had paid in its second-quarter results published on Thursday, taking the total paid out by the three banks to £1.26bn, about half of the £2.5bn total amount the tax is now expected to raise.

Bank of America and Citigroup on Friday disclosed that they had paid out £567m and £263m respectively to cover the cost of the bonus tax, which was only originally forecast to generate revenues of about £550m.
The disclosures add to the £328m that JP Morgan Chase said it had paid in its second-quarter results published on Thursday, taking the total paid out by the three banks to £1.26bn, about half of the £2.5bn total amount the tax is now expected to raise.

Vatic Note: For the past couple of months Vatic has been alone in saying something wasn't right about this entire gulf crisis. We were not sure, but nothing changed that made sense and we could buy the official story. It reminded us too much of the 9-11 false flag. Here is the story.
Now this is what I received in an email this morning and I watched the videos. It was someone unknown who "said" he had flown over the gulf (without someones permission???) and filmed the devastation that was a crisis bigger than we had even imagined. The link took me to Alex Jones site to watch those videos and I have them here for you to see. Watch it and then watch the last video that shows the HOAX that it was. So they are getting desparate. Things were not working, the spill is not the disaster they said it was because they would not let anyone confirm that who is not tied to the oil industry, which made it obvious. So now instead of speculating, we can show a hoax even though we don't know who did it.
What we do know is that whoever did do the videos, had something to gain for all the effort they put into it which was substantial. You will see when you watch it. They did not expect us to know about an obscure documentary out of canada and took the risk of using it instead of real filming of the Gulf. Also checked with residents down there and they said the beachs at tampa and below are fine, white with no oil. Hmmmmm. That is odd. Well, here it all is. ENJOY. we are out of it now. Unless they just decide to do something rash.

Update: 7/15/10 - It appears that the well has been capped, and the crisis avoided, however, we have a post going up at 10 am that shows an interview on MSNBC with Simmons an oil geologist who has something "strange" and interesting to say so please visit it tomorrow morning at 10 am. Bill Clinton called for the world to prepare to tackle the cultural taboos surrounding circumcision yesterday if, as many expect, trials show that it protects men and the women they sleep with from Aids.
In a speech to the International Aids conference in Toronto, Canada, Mr Clinton said that if the trials had good results, there would be a major job of persuasion ahead. "Should this be shown to be effective, we will have another means to prevent the spread of the disease and to save lives, and we will have a big job to do," he said. "It is important that as we leave here we all be prepared for a green light that could have a staggering impact on the male population but that will be frankly a lot of trouble to get done."
