Report: US must address homegrown radical terrorists
Vatic note: What shocked me in reading this is the entire article never addresses the real "Home Grown" terrorists proven by Video, who threatened our congress with martial law if they did not pass the bail out. Criminally before 9-11 this would have been labelled "EXTORTION" and treated as a crime, but since 9-11 this should have been then treated as terrorism which it is by definition. It was a wall street banker turned Sec of the Treasury. It was pure economic terrorism and home grown. Homeland security did nothing when we wrote to them asking them to investigate and prosecute. The entire admin should have been thrown in jail for what they did, then they did it again the second time around.
Notice this comes from "PoliceOne.com" News. What this shows us that as "concerned" citizens you want to get out there, find a way to make contact "causally" with local police and feel them out off duty where they stand if given orders to take down dissenters and resisters and protestors. follow them from work, into a bar, a grocery store, etc, it really has to be casual. Gather that intel and get it out regionally and everyone esle do the same and get all the details into one data base protected that is, bury it if you have to, then do the research on every single member of your sheriff, state police and local cops as to who they are etc...... you know what etc means. Then if things begin to come down that is the first place you go and take control of as soon as possible because without them, the feds have no foundation and they know it. That is why they militarized them and why I knew the minute they did that "why" they were doing it and what the long term plan was going to be. We in my town, now know who is what and who is not. And the Law enforcement people individually also know what it means for them to pick wrong. No one can protect them except us.

The report says U.S. authorities failed to realize that Somali-American youths traveling from Minnesota to Mogadishu in 2008 to join extremists was not an isolated issue. Instead, the movement was one among several instances of a broader, more diverse threat that has surfaced across the country.
"Our long-held belief that homegrown terrorism couldn't happen here has thus created a situation where we are today stumbling blindly through the legal, operational and organizational minefield of countering terrorist radicalization and recruitment occurring in the United States," said the report.

Since food is medicine, and medicine is food, the Food and Drug Administration, an agency of Health and Human Services, is requiring that claims of food health benefits by sellers, must have federal licensing and scientific proof of such claims. This is to harmonize with Codex Alimentarius, global food and drug control standards.
Dr. Gary Null writes that it is a criminal act to mention that walnuts have health benefits without FDA licensing and approval. This is being extended to all foods.
Some of these actions are reasonable for the abuse of package claims based on fraudulent trick science by Big Food, but they will also be going after good people with good, healthy products that teach nutritional science on their product literature. I am hopeful and there are good people in FDA and other agencies that are fighting against this. Are you?– Augie
More and more letters like this one sent to Diamond Foods are being sent via certified mail and followed up by FDA agents and attorneys in their regional and district offices:
“Based on our review, we have concluded that your walnut products are in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) and the applicable regulations in Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR). …Based on claims made on your firm’s website, we have determined that your walnut products are promoted for conditions that cause them to be drugs because these products are intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease. …Because of these intended uses, your walnut products are drugs within the meaning of section 201 (g)(1)(B) of the Act [21 U.S.C. 321(g)(B)]. Your walnut products are also new drugs under section 201(p) of the Act [21 U.S.C. 321(p)] because they are not generally recognized as safe and effective for the above referenced conditions. Therefore, under section 505(a) of the Act [21 U.S.C. 355(a)], they may not be legally marketed with the above claims in the United States without an approved new drug application.”
Gary Null: In other words, telling the truth about walnuts turns you into a criminal according to the FDA. And if you tell the scientifically-validated truth about how walnuts can help reduce high cholesterol, that act magically transforms your walnuts into unapproved drugs.
And much the same is true when you’re talking about green tea or pomegranates or superfoods. If you dare discuss the health benefits of any food or natural substance while you are selling such items, you will be branded a criminal by the FDA, threatened with criminal prosecution and potentially have your company raided by the FDA along with armed law enforcement agents with guns drawn.
Only junk foods are good for you
At the same time the FDA is attacking health foods, it openly allows ridiculous health claims on processed dead junk foods. Frito-Lay potato chips, for example, are allowed to carry claims that they are “heart healthy.”

UPDATE: Justice Department Gives Second Ultimatum in Sheriff Arpaio Investigation
Vatic Note: The violations of the Constitution by the Fed Gov is so numerous, you need a whole separate blog just to list them, but this is one of the most blatant. Feds have no authority in a sheriffs district, without state authority, its a 10th amendment thing as well as the Constitutions outlined authority for the Sheriff of any county and its above the feds who have NO law enforcement authority under the Constitution. They have to go through the sheriffs to get any law enforcement done. Well, check this out and we will try to keep following this one to see how it ends up. Does anyone appreciate the hypocracy of this when the feds say they are concerned about civil liberties violations??? Once I got up off the floor from laughing so hard, I was then able to finish this vatic note. Its another orwellean quote "we are concerned about law violators of foreign countries, civil rights, even though we have gutted the civil rights of those who are legally here and part of this nations governance system that guarantees those rights." Vatic Note: Here is the hypocracy of all this. The government says Abortion is a womans right to choose what to do with her own body. Vatic Note: There are two issues at play here, 1.) The issue of "Why" is the BLM confiscating cattle? If they want their land back, why not just notify the rancher to remove their cattle from the land in question? The mainstream media is running a 24 hour news cycle focusing purely on the BP oil spill, a disaster, as we have shown [2], that is being intentionally hyped in order to sell cap and trade legislation and moves to nationalize big business.
In the wake of this, big important news stories are being overlooked. Here are just some of the stories, in no particular order, that you should be hearing on the nightly news, but of course, are not.
1. Israeli nuclear submarines positioned close to Iran [3]:
Three German-built Israeli submarines equipped with nuclear cruise missiles are to be deployed in the Gulf near the Iranian coastline.
The first has been sent in response to Israeli fears that ballistic missiles developed by Iran, Syria and Hezbollah, a political and military organisation in Lebanon, could hit sites in Israel, including air bases and missile launchers.
The submarines of Flotilla 7 — Dolphin, Tekuma and Leviathan — have visited the Gulf before. But the decision has now been taken to ensure a permanent presence of at least one of the vessels.
2. Iran war propaganda [4]:
US intelligence has shown Iran could launch an attack against Europe with “scores or hundreds” of missiles, prompting major changes to US missile defenses, Pentagon chief Robert Gates said on Thursday.
The anti-Iran rhetoric has amplified following the revelation that many Bilderberg members, including Zbigniew Brzezinski, are now in favor of U.S. air strikes on Iran and are “leaning towards war,”.

Gold has hit record highs [5] as the dollar slumps and the Euro continues to face complete collapse. Unemployment figures [6] in the U.S. are through the roof and U.S. consumer prices [7] posted their largest fall in nearly 1-1/2 years in May.
Rumours in Europe persist regarding an impending bailout for spain, while Russia says it is ready to found a “new economic world order [8]“.
4. FCC ready to restrict the Internet [9]:
The federal government would have “absolute power” to shut down the Internet under the terms of a new US Senate bill being pushed by Joe Lieberman, legislation which would hand President Obama a figurative “kill switch” to seize control of the world wide web in response to a Homeland Security directive.
Lieberman has been pushing for government regulation of the Internet for years under the guise of cybersecurity, but this new bill goes even further in handing emergency powers over to the feds which could be used to silence free speech under the pretext of a national emergency. (VN: You know what that means, time for the underground and resistance, its one way to get us away from our computers and get out there and do what we should have done a long time ago. Damn computer kept us off the streets or should I say out of the "underground").
5. Obama/Blagojevich story
As the Blagojevich trial continues and important details emerge [10], linking Obama to possible political corruption, Federal prosecutors are seeking a gag order to keep the ex-Governor and his lawyers from making public comments. (VN: Oh, heaven forbid we should ever have someone in the elite who has committed crimes ever be accountable for them.... what a notion. lol where do they think we live? In a land of laws?? What a joke. Just another reason we need to get away from the computer and deal with justice as we should have a long time ago. We can start with Goldman sachs. BP is next)
6. UN small arms treaty [11]
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently announced that the Obama Administration would be working hand in glove with the U.N. to pass a new “Small Arms Treaty.” (VN: Hillary just committed political suicide. Interesting.)
Congressman Paul Broun warns [12] that, “With willing one-world accomplices in Washington, D.C., gun-grabbers around the globe believe they have it made.” Broun characterizes the U.N.’s Small Arms Treaty as “nothing more than a massive, GLOBAL gun control scheme.”
The treaty would force national governments to acquiesce to a global gun registry, while strengthening licensing procedures so as to make it almost impossible for a citizen to legally purchase a gun. It would also ban the private sale of semi-automatic weapons and ultimately lead to the confiscation and destruction of all “unauthorized” firearms owned by citizens.
By encapsulating the gun grab within a treaty, the Obama administration could claim that no Senate approval is needed to authorize any such move against the right to bear arms – although whether a treaty trumps the Constitution is a very murky area of debate [13]. (VN: that is exactly why the founding fathers put the 2nd amendment in the BOR, so that could not happen)
7. Mexicans riot in LA/Land given over to Mexico
Violent scenes following the LA Lakers’ championship-clinching win over the Boston Celtics in the NBA finals saw angry mobs smashing their way through the streets [14] waving Mexican flags as they went. (VN: just a reminder of the American arms and uniforms along with the drug cartel uniforms that were found along the border. Who has access to that large number of American military uniforms? No wonder they don't want border patrols, these were American war weapons including launchers, so this was a set up and this rioting is a BLACK OPS, just like they do in Afghanistan. 8. Obama Plans To Sneak Through Carbon Tax By Stealth [16]
President Obama is planning to sneak through his job-killing, economy wrecking carbon tax by stealth according to the Washington Post, by passing a weakened bill and then adding in cap and trade provisions after the heat is off following the November elections. (VN: Its not stealth, its "CONDUCTING WAR BY DECEPTION, a saying hanging on the wall of Mossad, not unexpected, remember, Mossad is the enforcement arm of the international bankers. The Cap and Trade was killed in Denmark because the faud was exposed big time by a hacker. Now they had to create another reason to impliment it. Such a tax added to the forced insurance huge premium will ensure slavery, your children turned over to the schools to be raised by them, since you will have to work two jobs each parent to meet all these new taxes. Its just another population control, social engineering scheme)

9. Afghanistan Mineral Riches Story Is War Propaganda [17]
News that the U.S. has suddenly discovered $1 trillion-worth of mineral deposits in Afghanistan, and descriptions of the bounty as a “game changer” by the corporate media, represent nothing more than crude war propaganda designed to reinvigorate public support for a failing and ever more pointless occupation.
The “newly discovered” riches have been known about since the 1970s and further revelations indicate [18] that the Pentagon report cited by the New York Times as their source for the story did not even mention the untapped mineral deposits in Afghanistan. (VN: Isn't that why we invaded on our 9-11 false flag excuse?)
10. Free Speech Gag Bill Moving in House [19]
H.R. 5175, The so-called DISCLOSE Act would severely limit the ability of political groups to communicate to their members and the general public.
Politico reports [20] that , the NRA bargained for an exemption for itself and other large, established groups while trampling the rights of private citizens, new political groups, like Ron Paul’s Campaign for Liberty [21], and other small organizations.
As John Bresnahan reports, “The proposal would exempt organizations that have more than 1 million members, have been in existence for more than 10 years, have members in all 50 states and raise 15 percent or less of their funds from corporations… The NRA, with 4 million members, will not actively oppose the DISCLOSE Act, according to Democratic sources.” (VN: of course they won't they are run by neocons just like the democratic and republican parties, my goodness who is surprised by that?)

Vatic Note: It is ashame that we have come to this point in our world, not just our nation. This is similar to the prewar period in Nazi Germany, only global. The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.
The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the United States would support the talks as long as the negotiating forum, the so-called Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making.”
“Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly,” Clinton said in a written statement.
While praising the Obama administration’s decision to overturn the Bush-era policy and to proceed with negotiations to regulate conventional arms sales, some groups criticized the U.S. insistence that decisions on the treaty be unanimous.

Today, in New York City, the US is torturing a Muslim detainee with no prior criminal record who has not even gone to trial.
For the last almost three years, Syed Fahad Hashmi has been kept in total pretrial isolation inside in a small cell under 24-hour video and audio surveillance. He is forced to use the bathroom and shower in full view of the video. He has not seen the sun in years. He takes his meals alone in his cell. He cannot see any other detainees and he is not allowed to communicate in any way with any prisoners. He cannot write letters to friends and he cannot make calls to anyone but his lawyer. He is prohibited from participating in group prayer. He gets newspapers that are 30 days old with sections cut out by the government. One hour a day, he is taken into another confined room where he is also kept in total isolation.
Children are taught that the US Constitution protects people accused of crimes. No one is to be punished unless their guilt or innocence has been decided in a fair trial. Until trial, people are entitled to the presumption of innocence. They are entitled to be defended by an attorney of their choice. And the Eighth Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.
The punishment of Hashmi has been going on for years while he has been waiting for trial. In addition to the punitive isolation he is subjected to today, he was denied the attorney of his choice. He was allowed only counsel investigated and preapproved by the government. He is not allowed to look at any translated documents unless the translator is preapproved by the government. He is not allowed any contact with the media at all. One member of his family can visit through the heavy screen for one hour every other week unless the government takes away those visits to further punish him. The government took away his family visits for 90 days when he was observed shadow boxing in his cell and talked back to the guard who asked what he was doing.

In an article entitled Dark Minds: When does incredulity become paranoia, Psychology Today writer John Gartner attempts to make the case that the concerns of “conspiracy theorists” are not based in reality but are a product of mental instability, while himself fulfilling every criteria for what he claims classifies such people as psychotics – ignoring evidence that contradicts his preconceptions while embracing the ludicrous “conspiracy theory” that powerful men and governments do not conspire to advance their power.
Probably somewhat upset about how our coverage of the dangers associated with the swine flu vaccine has contributed to a global revolt against mass vaccination programs being readied, Psychology Today’s gravy train of big pharma advertisers will no doubt be pleased to see the publication wastes no time in savagely attacking radio host and film maker Alex Jones, dispensing with any notion of fairness and zealously going after him as early as the second paragraph.
The nature of this vicious hit piece (PDF link) is confirmed when Gartner laments that Jones refused to provide him with phone numbers for friends he grew up with, presumably frustrated that he couldn’t dig up some dirt from an old girlfriend to throw into the mix of what is nothing more than a personal attack on Jones’ character, and a complete departure from any debate about the issues Jones covers on his radio show, which is the phony pretext that Gartner used in order to secure the interview in the first place.

This "permission to fly while medicated" decision by the FAA covers pilots taking the antidepressant psychiatric drugs Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa and Lexapro. Not coincidentally, these are the same drugs that, in the minds of many industry observers, are linked to acts of aggression, suicide and mass murder. People on these drugs may simply lose touch with reality and feel like they're playing out a video game rather than acting out in the real world.
It begs the question: Why is the FAA putting medicated pilots in control of jet airliners? What happens if a psych drug medicated pilot suddenly thinks he's in a video game and aims his Boeing 767 at a civilian target "just for the fun of it?" Or what if he goes raving mad, strangles the copilot and then crashes the jet airliner nose-first into the ground?
While this kind of scenario may seem remote, you have to remember: It only takes one such event to cost the lives of hundreds of air passengers (and perhaps thousands of people on the ground).
Today, air travel is remarkably safe in terms of the number of fatalities per miles traveled. It's far safer than traveling in your car, in fact, and a fair amount of the credit for that safety belongs with the FAA. So why is the FAA now making a decision that seems, on its surface, to endanger the lives of air passengers by allowing psychiatric patients to pilot airplanes?
According to the FAA, the answer is because modern psychiatric drugs have fewer side effects. That seems like a political statement, not a medical conclusion, because the side effects that are experienced by a very small number of psychiatric medication users can be so whacked out that they can pose a very real danger to the lives of those around them. The majority of U.S. school shootings that we've seen over the last 15 years have been carried out by shooters taking psychiatric medications.

(IsraelNN.com) A delegation of the Rabbinical Congress for Peace (RCP) met with U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mr. James Cunningham, today and called for a reassessment of the entire U.S. policy vis-Ã -vis the Israelis and Palestinians. The rabbis told Ambassador Cunningham that it was time to try the Biblical approach to the dispute over the Land of Israel.
"The past 17 years have proven without a shadow of a doubt that every square inch ceded by Israel to the Palestinians was transformed into a platform of hatred and terrorism," RCP Director Rabbi Avrohom Shmuel Lewin told the ambassador. "In other words, the 'land for peace' formula in the Israel-Palestinian context, besides being a formula that goes against the Divine will, is ineffective, obsolete, and an exercise in futility. We all believe in the Holy Bible and up until now we tried every formula except for that which is delineated in the Bible. (IsraelNN.com) A delegation of the Rabbinical Congress for Peace (RCP) met with U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mr. James Cunningham, today and called for a reassessment of the entire U.S. policy vis-Ã -vis the Israelis and Palestinians. The rabbis told Ambassador Cunningham that it was time to try the Biblical approach to the dispute over the Land of Israel.
"The past 17 years have proven without a shadow of a doubt that every square inch ceded by Israel to the Palestinians was transformed into a platform of hatred and terrorism," RCP Director Rabbi Avrohom Shmuel Lewin told the ambassador. "In other words, the 'land for peace' formula in the Israel-Palestinian context, besides being a formula that goes against the Divine will, is ineffective, obsolete, and an exercise in futility. Most of all it is a dangerous policy that only leads to bloodshed and instability in the region and harms vital American interests in the region as well," Lewin said.

Six law officers enter and search a woman's Bakersfield CA home without a warrant, saying federal law allows it. The action starts about 45 seconds into the video. Try not to be outraged.
All across America, law officers are grabbing powers they never had before, that are not theirs to grab-- bullying, arresting, abusing citizens. At least this woman video taped the perpetrators. If she finds a good lawyer, she should be able to sue.

Sala says based on the video evidence, the Sheriff's Department could have a lawsuit on its hands because of the way they forced into the home without any knowledge of the wanted person being in the home. "They have to knock, state a purpose, say they have a warrant and give time for the person to surrender," Sala said.
Sheriff Donny Youngblood confirmed the deputies in the video are from the Kern County Sheriff's Department, but he said he can't comment because an internal affairs investigation is being launched.

Including the American dead from 9/11, that's 8,000 dead so far in the first decade of the Long War. Now, why would a President order drones over a border That he has refused to guard by reducing Border Guards in this budge cycle, cut the fencing project, and has said will do amnesty the same way he just did health care? So, obviously, Its not to keep illegals out, so why? Speculation? 1. To protect the crossers from us, 2. to set up surveillance of Americans, 3. AUSTIN – The federal government may soon send unmanned aircraft to scour West Texas and the state's coastal waters in an effort to boost border security, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said in a letter to the governor sent Friday.
Perry had formally requested the assistance a week ago. The need also was underscored in a phone call that Democratic nominee Bill White had with Napolitano on Thursday.
Homeland Security has six drones and is working with the Federal Aviation Administration to get the necessary clearance to begin flying over Texas, Napolitano wrote.
Before operations start, ground control stations, pilots, sensor operators and maintenance support have to be allocated. She said that the governor would be kept apprised of the progress.
"This is encouraging news, and we are hopeful that this technology and additional federal resources will be deployed to Texas as soon as possible," said Perry spokeswoman Katherine Cesinger.
Perry has complained that the federal government has not done enough to secure the border, especially in light of escalating drug violence in Mexico border towns.
