Arizona is fighting back against the Obama administration’s decision to haul her state before the United Nations Human Rights Council. Governor Jan Brewer has penned a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Friday expressing her “concern and indignation” at the administration’s report to the UN, which cited a federal lawsuit against Arizona’s immigration bill as part of its efforts to fight human rights violations. This author was the first person to report that provision of the administration’s brief.

“Apparently, the federal government is trying to make an international human rights case out of S.B. 1070 on the heels of already filing a federal court case against the State of Arizona,” the governor wrote in a line that echoed the opening of my own piece.

Vatic Note:   This is a "MUST READ" article.   There are disclosures on here that we, the public knew nothing about.  This is treason if true, by this or any administration that did this to prevent these men from doing their jobs.   Its like having the police out on patrol and telling them they cannot arrest or stop anyone from committing a crime if you see it,  nothing,  they are allowed to do absolutely nothing to enforce any immigration laws.  Amazing.   I can now also see the value of a union, because any indivdual who tried to whistle blow this would have been out of job within two seconds of this disclosure, but might even have ended up in jail like the other two who tried to do their job.  Remember them?  Like I said, this is a must read piece.

The union that represents rank-and-file field agents at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has unanimously passed a "vote of no confidence" for the agency's leadership, saying ICE has "abandoned" its core mission of protecting the public to support a political agenda favoring amnesty.


The National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council of the American Federation of Government Employees, which represents 7,000 ICE agents and employees, voted 259-0 for a resolution saying there was "growing dissatisfaction and concern" over the leadership of Assistant Secretary John Morton, who heads ICE, and Phyllis Coven, assistant director for the agency's office of detention policy and planning.


The resolution said ICE leadership had "abandoned the agency's core mission of enforcing U.S. immigration laws and providing for public safety," instead directing its attention "to campaigning for programs and policies related to amnesty and the creation of a special detention system for foreign nationals that exceeds the care and services provided to most U.S. citizens similarly incarcerated.


"It is the desire of our union … to publicly separate ourselves from the actions of Director Morton and Assistant Director Coven and publicly state that ICE officers and employees do not support Morton or Coven or their misguided and reckless initiatives, which could ultimately put many in America at risk," the union said.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is at it again.  A lawyer for the rogue Arizona sheriff who's staked his position as one of the most vociferous defenders of Arizona's new draconian immigration law now says his client will not comply  with a request from the Feds to turn over documents related to a civil rights investigation.

Arizona's new immigration law requires officers enforcing other laws to check a person's immigration status if they suspect the person is in the country illegally. Critics have labeled it racial profiling, and the Obama Administration has taken moves to overrule it.

Arpaio, who polices the most populous county in Arizona, has drawn national attention for his aggressive tactics.  In July, the Maricopa County Sheriff said that if protesters want to block his jail over the new law, he'd put them in it.
Arpaio told Good Morning America that he didn't understand what the "hype" was about the law.
In April, Arpaio also claimed that driving (Illegal) immigrants out of the US would create job openings  for US citizens.

In April, the sheriff said of the civil rights case -- in which he's now refusing to turn over documents -- that "60 days into the Obama administration, [Obama] sent his Justice Department down to the Phoenix area to investigate me for alleged racial profiling. It's been a year and a half and nothing has happened. So, we know how to enforce the illegal immigration laws without racial profiling."

Robert Driscoll, Arpaio's attorney, says the sheriff is refusing because the Justice Department's request is too broad.

In federal lawsuits, defendants may answer litigation filed against them with a counterclaim against the plaintiff for damages or other relief.
The Constitution of the United States mandates at Article 4: "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form of government ... that the United States shall protect each of them (the states) against invasion and ... against domestic violence." (Emphasis added).  "Republican form of government" is defined as a republic that is a system of government in which the people hold sovereign power and elect representatives to exercise that power.
To "guarantee" means to warrant or undertake that something has happened or will happen. The term "invasion" is (regarding a country or territory ) a hostile incursion.

The term "shall" used in the third person singular denotes an imperative, without discretion or choice. Thus, the phrase "shall guarantee" leaves no wiggle room.

Remedies for breach of guarantee are damages (expenses incurred in repairing guaranteed product) or rescission (return of product for refund of purchase price — i.e., "money back" guarantee).

Recently, the federal government — the present regime in particular — has not only violated the guarantee of republican form of government and the pledge to protect Arizona from invasion and domestic violence, but has actively worked to achieve the exact opposite result.

Vatic Note:  So, WHAT will they be used for???  Not sure this makes sense;  didn't the President just sue AZ to kill the bill that would allow the state to do this???  Is this to be a Federal vs state confrontation?  Please notice how they will not tell us exactly what they will be doing on the border.

I wonder, given our gov need for drugs to fund their black ops (or those running our government who are not true members of our government, rather foreign occupiers, if this is about escorting and making sure the drugs get through, like the military does in Afghanistan. We wrote about that on a previous blog. We also wonder if the militia stepping up and shooting drug dealers who tried to enter private property is the reason they sent the guard to prevent that from happening again probably for the same reason. We also wrote about that as well. Or maybe that is for us, and not for them. Identification etc???

Its been impossible for the gov to declare martial law and maybe they decided to do what they would normally have done had it been declared and then see how we respond to the intrusion into our freedom of movement and road blocks, only for citizens and not illegals or drug dealers. Some interesting questions and feedback from that area would be most welcome on what you actually experience there in AZ and the other states.  Or maybe its just because its election time and once over, we will be back to normal  with drugs and illegals all over the place.  We don't know why this is happening, but given our history with this gov, its best to watch and observe diligently so we are not leaving our states to the mercy of the neocon occupiers of our fed government.

(CNSNews.com) -- The 1,200 National Guard troops that are being deployed incrementally to the southwest border “will not be doing direct law enforcement,” said U.S. National Guard Bureau Director of Communications Jack Harrison when asked if the forces would be interdicting drugs and undocumented immigrants.

“The two mission sets are criminal analysts and enter-identification team,” Harrison told CNSNews.com. “I can tell you that guardsmen will not be doing direct law enforcement on the southwest border.” In other words, the National Guardsmen will not be used to actually stop and detain illegal aliens trying to sneak across the border into the United States. Harrison made his comments on Friday during a “bloggers roundtable” sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD).

When CNSNews.com asked if the National Guard assessed whether 1,200 troops were adequate to accomplish the mission assigned by the Department of Homeland Security and DOD, Harrison said, “DHS and DOD determined the number necessary for this request and I don’t have anything further on that part of your question.” “The mission in a nutshell is a two-fold support mission in criminal analysis and enter-identification team on the southwest border,” he said.

Vatic Note:   In reviewing the "legal" immigration statistic, NOT including the illegal, we find that normal increases in such immigration over the decades are generally similar to percentage increases in population growth, until the 1980's under Bush Sr, when the "NEW WORLD ORDER" was announced by Pappa Bush.  At that point, the legal immigration from the Latin American states increases dramatically into the millions while "The 35.2 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the country in March 2005 is the highest number ever recorded -- two and a half times the 13.5 million during the peak of the last great immigration wave in 1910". The bulk of which has also been from the Latin American states.   In the 80's, amnesty was given to many of those that were here illegally and was suppose to be part of immigration reform that never took place.   Problems with that program were reviewed when Bush JR began talking about doing the same thing as his father (under Reagan).  Well, now none of it is being done and yet we are experiencing a "DEFACTO REGIONALIZING"  using population demographics.  It is happening in Europe with a massive amount of problems resulting in a clash of cultures and other strains on resources.  Most illegals get paid under the counter, so enforcment and penalties on employers is not enough to stem  the tide.  But given the agenda is REGIONALIZING THE CONTINENT, its not surprising at all and everything our gov is doing is to reinforce that regionalizing deceptively through these illegal practices.  Who the hell is running this government anyway?   Since it surpasses three presidents going on a fourth, it seems there is someone behind the curtain that is there all the time coordinating this, and nothing changes with who ever we put in office.  We best keep that in mind at the next elections.  The two party system is dead, and we better get that fact now.....  By the way,  IN 1996, UNDER CLINTON, BUSH SR's. NEW BEST FRIEND, THE PENTAGON "PREDICTED?" that this violence would happen, and predicted the "solution" would be regionalizing, surprise, surprise.  Wonder who is funding AND ARMING AND UNIFORMING  THE CARTELS  and paying them to do this???  ITS WHY OBAMA WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT.... ITS IN THE PLAN.  You know how they are about "plans" and war games. LOL  I honestly believe that this is all unfolding as they have planned it to do,  and that is why they did the SECURITY REGIONALIZING FIRST.  Create the problem, study the problem and then fix the problem.  That is how they always move toward fullfilling their agenda.  We always buy it.  Not anymore.  REMEMBER, they are having a terrible time getting martial law justified, this is just another mechanism.  Don't let them do it.
