A judge, IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, saying, basically, that its ok to enter the USA illegally with no check for any criminal record, and that its ok to use someone elses identity to do so.   In fact, the judge is legalizing identity theft. Now how bizarre and far out have we gotten with our legal system.

It almost reminds me of the Zionists perverted Talmudic legal system. I am certain we will soon get laws that legalize pedophilia and houses of prostitution and will be allowed to legally kidnap women and force them into prostitution, as long as they are kidnapped from another country and not this one.   I swear, that is in their book of laws called the Talmud and its exactly how prostitution is legally run in Israel.

What this is really all about is bringing in workers used to being used as slaves who will work for nothing here and then forcing Americans to work as slaves if they want to compete for those jobs against illegals, if they want to survive and live. In Mexico there is a chain store from America that does not pay their baggers, so the workers bag groceries or other items and carry them out to the customers car and they get tips only. No salary or hourly wage. It is what they want us to work for. Look at what they are doing to the Chinese. Its blatantly FASCISM. This is all about FASCISM on the march in America. CORPORATIONS that are owned by the bankers are the ones doing all this.

Have we all had enough of this or what?   I think perverted countries should stay home and be perverted to their own and leave the rest of us alone.   If their own don't care, then so be it. (NaturalNews) A federal judge has once again blocked Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio from ordering raids of employers with the aim of detaining undocumented immigrants who have used stolen identities to work, under the provisions of two state identity theft laws.

U.S. District Judge David Campbell ruled that the raids by Arpaio and his department were likely unconstitutional and against federal law, Courthouse News Service reported.

Campbell's ruling stemmed from a June 2014 lawsuit filed by Puente Arizona, a civil rights organization that challenged the constitutionality of the raids by Arpaio. Also named in the suit were Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery and Robert Halliday, director of the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

As reported by Courthouse News:

"Arpaio used the state laws, which criminally punish people who use another person's identity to secure a job, to conduct his workplace raids.

Arizona House Bill 2779 in 2007 created a new offense of aggravated identity theft for people using false information or the information of another person. Arizona House Bill 2745 supplemented the act in 2008 by adding the intent to gain employment as part of the offense.

The sheriff, who has a history of being thwarted by federal courts and the Obama Administration, announced in December that he planned to disband his immigration investigation unit by the end of January or by early February, after it completed an ongoing theft investigation."

"We lost our fear"

Campbell, in his ruling, said he nevertheless found that the civil rights group had standing to continue its suit against Arpaio, despite his decision to disband the unit. Other law enforcement entities in Maricopa County could still enforce the state's laws, including Montgomery, which Campbell said placed the members of the class at risk of prosecution.

"First, many Puente members, including leaders, have reduced their participation in Puente's activities because the identity theft laws have caused financial difficulties and made them afraid of arrest and retaliation," Campbell wrote. "Second, Puente has diverted substantial resources to respond to the workplace raids through which the MCSO has enforced the identity theft laws."

Noemi Romero, a plaintiff in the suit, was arrested during a raid in 2012. She said she never thought the day would come when Arpaio and Montgomery would be taken to court.

"We lost our fear and made this lawsuit happen, and now others in our community won't have to suffer like we did," Romero said in a statement.

Campbell also found that state laws in Arizona regarding immigration enforcement were pre-empted by federal immigration law, under the Constitution's Supremacy Clause, and that the class-action suit likely would succeed in proving that regulating identity theft by unauthorized and undocumented immigrants was the sole purview of the federal government.

Opponents, in the past, have noted that Arizona law essentially mimics federal law, but that has mattered little to most federal courts in the state.

Law applies equally to citizens and non-citizens, but that doesn't matter

"The Arizona identity theft laws include only a criminal sanction. They make the use of false documents to obtain employment a felony offense punishable by a prison term that may exceed five years," Campbell wrote. "Under the federal scheme, federal authorities have a range of options," which includes issuing penalties, revoking immigrant status or prison terms of less than five years.

The Arizona laws apply equally to both U.S. citizens and illegal aliens, but, Campbell found, the "titles of H.B. 2779 and H.B. 2745 - the 'Legal Arizona Workers' Act' and 'Employment of Unauthorized Aliens' - reflect a clear intent to regulate employment of unauthorized aliens" by the Arizona Legislature.

"This is an enormous victory for our community," Carlos Garcia, executive director of Puente, said in a statement, according to Courthouse News. "Arpaio and Montgomery are being stripped of the tools they use to illegally terrorize immigrant workers and families."

"We hope that justice will continue to prevail, that not one more worker is arrested for providing for his or her family and that the racist, anti-immigrant machine for which Arizona is known is dismantled completely," he added.

Baking Soda Vs. The Pharmaceutical Industry

There are many reasons to use baking soda but one overall reason is that sodium bicarbonate is a natural substance that will not harm us, our children or the environment because is it not a chemical compound that effects nature in any kind of negative sense.

Baking soda is actually a compound that is found throughout nature, in the ocean, in the soil, in our foods, and in our bodies. Baking soda is a neutralizer of many other compounds, which makes it extremely helpful as a medicine in the age of toxicity, which we are all presently passing through.

Life-threatening asthma in children is often resistant to treatment with bronchodilators and systemic corticosteroids. Recent research suggests that administering sodium bicarbonate—an ingredient commonly found in kitchens—in intravenous (IV) form can significantly improve pH and PCO2 in children with life-threatening asthma. Sodium bicarbonate can save the day when nothing else can. The only other substance we can say the same is with magnesium chloride, which when injected will save a person during cardiac arrest and pull one out of a stroke if given soon enough.

There has been work going on at the University of Arizona, using bicarbonate (baking soda) as a potential treatment for cancer. Robert J. Gillies and his colleagues have demonstrated that pre-treatment of mice with sodium bicarbonate results in the alkalinization of the area around tumors. (Raghunand 2003)

This type of baking soda treatment has been found to “enhance the anti-tumor activity” of other anticancer drugs. This is very similar to the recently published research of injecting O2 directly into tumors where such direct administration of Oxygen also facilitated the action of chemotherapy.

This year these same researchers reported that bicarbonate increases tumor pH (i.e., make it more alkaline) and also inhibits spontaneous metastases (Robey 2009). They showed that oral sodium bicarbonate increased the pH of tumors and also reduced the formation of spontaneous metastases in mice with breast cancer. It also reduced the rate of lymph node involvement.

When it comes to sodium bicarbonate it is an open and shut case. Baking soda is already in wide use and has been for decades, even by oncologists who do not want their patients dropping dead too quickly because of the tremendous toxicity of their treatments. Sodium bicarbonate is used routinely to keep the toxicity of chemotherapy agents and radiation from killing people or from destroying their kidneys.

In relation to bicarbonate, millions of people in the world either consume bicarbonate ions in drinking water or have been treated clinically with bicarbonate in hospitals, medical centers, or emergency. Sodium bicarbonate helps to save countless lives every day. This is why baking soda is so powerful and hated by the drug companies.

Dr. Boris Veysman specialist in emergency medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey describes one emergency room experience:

“The emergency department is always noisy, but today the triage nurse is yelling “not breathing,” as she runs toward us pushing a wheelchair. A pale, thin woman is slumped over and looking gray. Potent electric shocks at 80 beats per minute begin to stimulate her heart. The vitals stabilize."

Under Bush, millions of our tax dollars were given to Israel to build nuke hardened bunkers underground. Barry Chamish even provided the photos of the entrances to these bunkers.

Then we posted an article a while later when we discovered Israeli's, and the Israeli government were purchasing land in Petagonia, and all of a sudden, people from Chile and Argentina are not allowed to vacation there. Another strange anomaly. Now why do you suppose these psychos have decided to destroy Israel?

Since that region is populated by primarily religious people, Jewish, Muslims and Christians, then that could be the reason. Especially, to prevent the semitic Jews from ever claiming their Holy land, since radiation takes at least 25 years to dissipate. Remembering that these are khazars who are planning all of this, it makes sense.

Without all those religions gone, these khazar Zionists will have a heck of a time trying to turn the area into a haven for satan. They are already doing it with the prostitution they have implemented and nurtured, and the paedophiling of children to offer their innocence as a sacrifice to satan through that sexual abuse which makes the child lose their innocence forever.

I am speculating at this point since I could not find any written explanation as to why they want Israel gone. Its also clear that those settlements they have built are for the khazar ashkenazi Jews, who are not religious, rather they are 1 of 7 cultures that worship the phallic symbol.   So, they will have to be moved to Petagonia, once this is over.   It could also be in anticipation of their WW III they have planned.

In any case, Netanyahu according to this article, was undermined by Mossad with respect to Iran. Iran is not that far away from Israel, so maybe that has something to do with it.   Iran is no slouch. They have the 2nd largest Jewish population in the area, so why is Israel committed to attacking that nation and risking the lives of their own people?   Is that why he is having a problem with Mossad?   Is it about loyalty to the Jewish people, that is causing Mossad to give Netanyahu a hard time??? You read and decide.

"You wanna mess with me?"

Netanyahu must have been humiliated again. This man is so out of touch with reality that even the Mossad—yes, the Israeli Mossad, which is essentially a terrorist cell and which has assassinated Iranian scientists in the past[1]—had to dismiss him this time. Bloomberg reported,

“The Israeli intelligence agency Mossad has broken ranks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, telling U.S. officials and lawmakers that a new Iran sanctions bill in the U.S. Congress would tank the Iran nuclear negotiations.”[2]

The Obama administration, which doesn’t seem to wage a war against Iran, seized the opportunity to dismiss Netanyahu yet again.

“Evidence of the Israeli rift surfaced Wednesday when Secretary of State John Kerry said that an unnamed Israeli intelligence official had said the new sanctions bill would be ‘like throwing a grenade into the process.’

“Two senior U.S. officials tell us that the Mossad has also shared its view with the administration that if legislation that imposed a trigger leading to future sanctions on Iran was signed into law, it would cause the talks to collapse.

“This is not the first time Israel’s Mossad has been at odds with Netanyahu on Iran. In December 2010, former Mossad chief Meir Dagan told Israeli reporters that he had openly opposed an order from Netanyahu to prepare a military attack on Iran. At the time, Obama was also working to persuade the Israeli prime minister to hold off on attacking Iran.”[3]

I think the Obama administration should resurrect the chicken thing again and tell Netanyahu that the United States is no longer for sale. But Obama would have to have serious guts to publicly take such a stand. The New York Times has just recently reported,

” The White House said on Thursday that President Obama would not meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel when he comes here in March to speak to a joint session of Congress and to lobby for new sanctions on Iran that Mr. Obama opposes, the latest twist in a dispute that has marked a new low in relations between the two leaders and which now threatens the chances of a nuclear deal with Tehran.

“The White House statement came after Mr. Netanyahu announced that he would speak to Congress in March, not next month as he had originally been invited to do, apparently sensing that he had committed a major diplomatic blunder by not first coordinating his visit with the White House.”

The Boston Globe came with similar conclusions, saying things like Netanyahu’s actions “may have directly undermined his own political fortunes.”

If Obama fails to deliver an ultimatum to Netanyahu, I think Netanyahu should listen to Jim W. Dean’s advice. A few months ago, one student happened to posit an astonishingly irrational statement in one of my classes, which brought almost the entire class to laughter. One student immediately declared, “Dude, we’ll open the window for you. Why don’t you take a jump?” Of course it was a joke, and the entire class once again roared with laughter.

Wouldn’t you be pleased to open the window for Mr. Netanyahu? Wouldn’t it be interesting to say, “Go ahead, Bro. Shalom”?

ISIL Destroying 2,000-Year-Old City of Hatra in Iraq – Kurdish Official

As Iraqi officials are estimating the extent of the damage done by the ~~Islamic State militants~~ (VN: Israel, British and American paid bogus terrorists...) to one of the country's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the ancient city of Hatra, a former US Foreign Service employee, Peter van Buren, has revealed that the US Army also wrought a lot of damage to some of the country’s historical landmarks.

On Saturday, ~~Islamic State~~ (VN: Israeli, American and British paid.....) militants started destroying the 2,200-year-old site, having looted all of the ancient gold and silver coins that had been preserved.

Several days earlier, the Iraqi government said that ISIL fighters had attacked the ancient Assyrian city of Nimrud in northern Iraq and bulldozed it with trucks.

But as it turns out, the ISIL fighters are not the only ones who damaged sites in the Tigris and Euphrates valleys.

A former US Foreign Service employee, Peter van Buren, who was embedded with the US Army in Iraq in 2009, has revealed that the US also contributed to the destruction of ancient places.

“Early in the 2003 invasion of Iraq, US Marines built a helicopter pad on the ruins of Babylon,” van Buren writes in his article for the Reuters.

“They filled sandbags with archaeological fragments, pulverized ancient pottery and bricks engraved with cuneiform characters and christened the place Camp Alpha.”

“The scale and intent were obviously different from what the ~~Islamic State~~ (VN: Homeland Security directed ........ ) is doing, but a loss is a loss, in big bites or small ones,” he adds.

Peter van Buren also wrote about how the country’s ancient villages, which he calls “tells”, attracted the US soldiers, who would sometimes drive their military SUVs there, doing “donuts” and enjoying kicking up dust plumes.

But nobody so far commented on the leftovers from the US Army. Baghdad's Iraqi Museum was plundered in 2003 shortly after the city capitulated to American troops, prompting widespread censure that nobody had taken steps to protect its world-class collection of Sumerian and Babylonian artifacts.
The museum, which re-opened several weeks ago, estimates that approximately 15,000 items were taken in the chaos. Only one-third have been recovered. (VN: thats easy, get them from the Israeli's who were in Bagdad as soon as we took it over and they are the only ones who cared about getting rid of them to change the history of the area. Vatic Note: Well, this is certainly one of the most interesting pieces I have read in a long time. As you know, I keep reminding you of the powers that be's plan to globalize using aliens as the justification. No, it could simply mean that they are checking on us to make sure their creations are moving along nicely. Or it could mean they are here to help us deal with these advanced interlopers. We know nothing about them, "If they exist and are here", so none of us can say, with certainty, who they are, where they are and why they are here, if they are at all. As usual,until something is proven one way or the other "BY A RELIABLE SOURCE", than I keep an open mind, until such proof does arrive.

What this below shows is archaeological evidence that something of intelligent design has created these things for us to find much later. There was DNA on these found objects and that is what was studied and the DNA could not be identified as just human, rather some unknown species, as well, leading the researchers to believe that Humans bred with a completely unknown species.   Add that to the other finds, like burial mounds, pictures on cave walls, writings by ancients that go back a long way which adds to the possibility that these aliens or unknowns that bred with us, did or still does exist.

A new study presented to the Royal Society meeting on ancient DNA in London last week has revealed a dramatic finding – the genome of one of our ancient ancestors, the Denisovans, contains a segment of DNA that seems to have come from another species that is currently unknown to science.

The discovery suggests that there was rampant interbreeding between ancient human species in Europe and Asia more than 30,000 years ago. But, far more significant was the finding that they also mated with a mystery species from Asia – one that is neither human nor Neanderthal.

Scientists launched into a flurry of discussion and debate upon hearing the study results and immediately began speculating about what this unknown species could be. Some have suggested that a group may have branched off to Asia from the Homo heidelbernensis, who resided in Africa about half a million years ago. They are believed to be the ancestors of Europe's Neanderthals.

However others, such as Chris Stringer, a paleoanthropologist at the London Natural History Museum, admitted that they “don’t have the faintest idea” what the mystery species could be.

Traces of the unknown new genome were detected in two teeth and a finger bone of a Denisovan, which was discovered in a Siberian cave. There is not much data available about the appearance of Denisovans due to lack of their fossils' availability, but the geneticists and researchers succeeded in arranging their entire genome very precisely.

"What it begins to suggest is that we're looking at a 'Lord of the Rings'-type world - that there were many hominid populations," Mark Thomas, an evolutionary geneticist at University College London.

The question is now: who were these mystery people that the Denisovans were breeding with?

What kind of 'evidence' are you referring to? If you mean 'physical artifacts', how do you know there aren't any in places you have neither the training, security, access, education or 'need to know' to view or inventory them?

The fact that you seem to be denying credible eyewitness reports is laughable. In the Western world's legal systems, a person can BE PUT TO DEATH on the basis of three reliable witnesses of an event that may incur the death penalty. (Capital Rape, Capital Torture, Capital Treason, Capital Murder, etc.) If it is good enough for Western legal systems, it should be good enough for you and everyone else.

The fact is there are hundreds of thousands of credible witnesses (and probably more) throughout history. I don't know what they saw, neither does anyone other than the eye witness. But whatever the phenomena is, the craft and occupants demonstrate some very similar characteristics.

1. Instantaneous appearances and disappearances, regardless of whether they are stationary, moving slowly or traveling at very high speeds.

2. Speed and abnormal flight characteristics which are unknown in our technologies of flight.

3. The general, though not universal lack of recognizable audio or sound properties.

4. The appearance of recognizable technology such as flashing or pulsating multi-colored lights.

5. The appearance of some form of unknown symbols or signs as coherent identifying marks.

6. The visual condition of the craft changing from various degrees of transparency to complete opaque visibility, and/or invisibility (disappearance). This condition is more common than almost any other.

7. Size and shape similarities and differences. By far the most common being the so called “disk” shape. The universal nature of this shape is depicted in pre-historic cave paintings as well as 16th century oil paintings.

8. A single craft splitting into many small elements, moving independently, then rejoining or reforming into a single unit.

9. The ability to transition between water sub surface and aerial flight without resulting water surface turbulence.

There are certainly many more individual craft event characteristics reported, but the above are generally those that are consistently repetitive.

I hesitate to make characteristic comparisons to close encounter occupants, though there are however, a few body types that are consistently reported

A. Reptilians (Earliest culture reports)
B. Grays, Tall and Short. (Current reports)
C. Pleidians, Lyrans (Tall blonde Nordic type with long white hair)
D. Others, Angels, Demons, Elves, Leprechauns, and Blue Fireplug
Most disturbing to me is the misleading and/or mis-characterization by the military, government, academia, science and the media, that often relegates craft and contact reports as ‘fringe’ or ‘kook’ category level data, rather than examining the report information in a rational and unbiased way.

Collectively, the reports undoubtedly have some general truths, even if that truth is hallucinogenic or hysterical in nature. It is possible that we are looking at something akin to a holographic image of something that was ‘recorded’ at some point in the distant (space-time continuum) which replays sporadically when local or ambient electrostatic currents attune to a frequency that displays the image. Something like how a holographic projected image might be displayed in some real world “Star Wars” like image of Princess Lea’s warnings to the Federation.

The truth is, we don’t know what the phenomenon actually is. What we do know is that the amount and kind of reports that are globally occurring on a regular basis suggest it is highly unlikely to be ‘mass hysteria”.

I don’t personally advocate the ‘Hologram Recording’ explanation as a position I can support, but until discounted, it should be considered, along with the others discussed here. Regardless of ‘What’ the phenomena is, it deserves some review regarding the nature of ‘G’ force, because of the reported collective characteristics of the aerodynamics of the crafts observed.

I am currently finishing a book with a section on the nature of the 'Electrostatic Earth' in which I make the case that 'Gravity' does NOT exist as a fixed law as set in stone by Sir Issac Newton, Dr. Albert Einstein, and later newcomers, but the 'G' force is a display of an entirely different force called the Electrostatic Field (ESF) And an ESF force, as Tesla predicted, would account for ALL of the characteristics observed in the craft-vehicle reports listed above. It certainly is not a new theory, parts of it have been discussed by some of the brightest minds in Electrical Engineering that the world has ever known, including Tesla, Aspden, Hall, Spears and many others.

I have no idea why I am responding to someone who sounds profoundly ignorant of the potential and probable realities of observed craft and occupants, which are basically the same problems relating to 'G' Force when discussing the ability of a 250,000 pound Sauropod standing upright, or a 500 pound Pterosaur winging it across an Azure sky. It simply didn't happen in current conditions of 'Gravity'.

My advice is IF you are going to make pontifical statements about a subject you show very little aptitude for, at least do a little homework on the issue.

With the runup to the 2016 presidential election in full force, Republican candidates are eager to garner the support of the party’s influential conservative wing. Aspiring candidates recently lined up to present their views at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, often considered the “starting gun” of the Republican presidential campaign.

Although none of the potential candidates has yet declared, one of the front-runners is former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, son and brother of the former Presidents Bush. Jeb Bush is controversial among Conservatives, chiefly because of his stance on immigration.

Breitbart reports that the Bush camp took out some extra insurance:

Perhaps in fear that he didn’t have enough backers willing to show up on their own, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s campaign organized to bus supporters to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) to cheer during his appearance on stage and vote for him in the straw poll.

The New York Times’ Jonathan Martin writes that Bush brought people in from Washington, D.C.: “Mr. Bush’s supporters organized caravans of his Washington backers to attend his speech, and they cheered whenever anyone else booed,” Martin wrote.

Those same bused in cheerers also will likely be expected by Bush’s campaign to vote for him in the famed straw poll.

Betsy Woodruff at the liberal outlet Slate also obtained emails that prove Bush’s team was busing in supporters from K Street.
“Emails provided to Slate show that backers of the former Florida governor are busing supporters from downtown Washington D.C. to CPAC in National Harbor, Maryland, and organizing to get them day passes into the event,” Woodruff wrote.

One person behind the effort to bus in Bush backers, Woodruff confirmed, was former George W. Bush advance man Fritz Brogan. “A Bush insider confirmed to Slate that Bush’s Right to Rise PAC is helping organize the transportation,” Woodruff wrote.

Three other potential GOP presidential campaigns told Breitbart News that they expect nothing less from Bush’s campaign, since he doesn’t have real conservative support.

“It comes as no surprise that the Bushies would try to rig the CPAC straw poll. Jeb, like his father and brother, is strongly disliked and distrusted by the Base,” one said.

Trying to rig the CPAC straw poll “is a cynical effort by Bush’s establishment campaign to attempt to build some conservative bona fides where none exist,” a second rival presidential effort staffer told Breitbart News. “Since they don’t have legitimate conservative support they have to pay for it in a transparent AstroTurf effort.”

“This shows one thing: Jeb Bush’s base is D.C. insiders and lobbyists,” an operative for a third potential GOP presidential rival said. “He has to bus them everywhere he goes. They are his only hope, that they can buy him this election every step of the way. True conservatives need to stand up and fight back.”

Bush spokeswoman Kristy Campbell was asked before CPAC whether the Bush campaign would be paying and transporting in supporters. She denied it flatly, saying in an email that she “can confirm that we are not trying to play in the straw poll – despite what anyone else is telling you.”

Ultimately, the CPAC Straw Poll was won for the third year in a row by Senator Rand Paul. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was a close contender, as well.

This is an arch-corrupt, terminally inane hoax. It’s mere pyrotechnics set off in trash can. What about this resembles a real spontaneous protest? It’s fake to the most extreme degree. Why would a protester place a pyrotechnic device in a trash-can? That is not plausible. They surely wouldn’t have these devices in the protest arsenal. This alone proves it is a scam.

Some one is making plenty of money on the “Hands Up. Don’t Shoot” scam, T-shirts, hats, emblems, and more. Why do some officers have up riot shields while others do not? None of it makes sense. This is true whether the pictures are current (Mar. 2015), or prior, from the fake riots and protests in 2014.

Does this look like a real protest? Everyone is in a line? What’s the purpose of the baby in the baby stroller? They are all paid actors. The money is simply too tempting. All have signed DHS contracts to participate in the scam. It’s fake, make no mistake about it.

Who in the entire universe can prove that this represents a real protest? Why in the world is the one woman jumping up and down so much that she has lifted herself about the pavement? What for? Why are they looking over at the camera, as if it is all a joke? Why does it appear that they are singing alone in a rock concert versus being engaged in a serious protest against the authorities?
