The Sound of Silence The Antithesis of Freedom, Part II

Since writing “Sound of Silence” Part I last month, this author and researcher has literally been deluged with requests for help. Hundreds have asked: “What can be done to protect ourselves against such technology?” The answer lies in developing a sound understanding (no pun intended) of the technology used in psychotronic “Sound of Silence” technology. To understand the science, one must first learn some very basic truths. To this end, I will do my best to make this paper’s language east to understand, and limit the technical jargon.
It is critical to understand that the planet called Earth is constantly in motion as it moves through the vacuum of “outer space”. As the earth hurtles through space, energy fields of powerful free electrons (magnetism) are generated. All motion, by the laws of physics, creates energy fields consisting of either heat (friction) or free electron generation, (aka magnetism) or both.
Science has determined that these polar energy fields are encountered beginning roughly 62 miles (100 kilometers) above the earth’s crust, and are likewise in constant motion around the earth as it rotates Powerful “currents” of electron energy are constantly flowing into the earth’s mass, descending into the North Pole, and emerging from the South Pole of the earth. It is this field of energy that moves a compass point to the North Pole.
This invisible, yet very real magnetic field consists of a layer of electrically charged particles which act as a shield from meteors and other space debris, as well as protection from the massive solar winds generated by hydrogen electrons discharged from the sun. This is what is known collectively as the IONOSPHERE --- because it is composed of electron IONS of energy. If these waves were to be visibly observed, it would look like a giant cocoon of energy resembling a gigantic donut.
Decades ago, a number of scientists developed instruments to harness this powerful “free” energy that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most people have heard of Nicola Tesla – the inventor that gave us AC current electricity, but few have ever heard of a Utah inventor named T. Henry Moray.
During the “roaring 20’s” Moray utilized specific radio-wave generated frequencies (at that time they were commonly referred to as “radioactive” waves --- which of course means something much different in today’s world) which in turn activated the electrons surrounding the earth and directed them into a circuit that then miraculously provided “free electricity”.
He demonstrated his invention on many occasions to many different parties in Utah and elsewhere. Eventually, Moray was visited in Utah by a contingent of RUSSIANS, who eventually made sure his “free energy” device was destroyed and dumped into Utah’s Jordan River.

Keep this in mind as we return to the subject of overcoming covert “Silent Sound” technologies.
Moray found that specific “radio waves” are created on the earth’s surface as a direct result of the ionosphere’s magnetic current. A contemporary of Moray named Georges Lakhovsky who performed research in France before relocating to America, likewise discovered the same phenomenon.
In the February 1925 issue of “Radio News” magazine, Lakhovsky published an article which described his invention that apparently: ”treated the human body and eliminated many disease conditions.” In the final paragraph he wrote: “In conclusion I wish to call attention of the reader to the fact that I have obtained very conclusive results not only with a wavelength of two meters, but with longer and shorter wavelengths. The main thing is to produce the greatest number of HARMONICS possible.”
So, what exactly was Lakhovsky and Moray doing? They successfully produced short wavelength radio frequencies designed to penetrate into the human body in order to create a very real healing energy in diseased individuals.
This “master frequency” from which Lakhovsky’s pulsed harmonics were created, was the so-called “Schumann Resonance” of 7.83 hertz. Sadly, during the mid 1930’s, other scientists working in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany discovered that by exposing the human brain to specific “disharmonic frequencies” of the 7.83 hz Schumann Resonance, they could implant desired emotional states and even specific THOUGHTS and ACTIONS into the human brain.
Conversely, Lakhovsky and Moray found that multiplying the “Schumann Resonance” by 100 times created a powerful “Harmonic Frequency” that basically wrapped the trillions of human cells in an earth-based healing energy of life itself.
This “harmonic frequency” is 783 hz. Because it connects so powerfully to the earth’s pulse of 7.83 hz this radio wave can easily over-ride all other “disharmonic” frequencies that are used to “program” the unwitting and unwilling human mind.

[Definition of hertz frequency: 1 hertz = 1 cycle per second, 1 Khz = 1000 cps, 1 Mhz = 1 million cps. Definition of Wavelength: A 1 Hertz wave has a wavelength that is 186,000 miles long. A 10 Hz wave is 18,600 miles long, etc. The higher the Hz, the shorter the wavelength, and vice verse. It is not difficult to see how tremendously valuable this technology would be to international spy rings. The problem was (and still is), not many “free” and autonomous human beings would willingly permit themselves to become little more than government-controlled cyborgs. In the “interest of national security” (i.e. the Russians are doing it, so we must keep up) thousands of unsuspecting Americans were covertly recruited to be subjected to this new technology, most were chosen from the ranks of “career” military personnel.
This operation is called MK Ultra --- and as advances in new technology become available, the expansion of this program appears to now be focused on the entire world population instead of only a couple of thousand “super soldiers” --- with the goal to forcibly create a world completely dominated by an elite Cabal – a “New World Order” consisting of completely mind-controlled and blindly loyal individuals. As this author wrote in “Sound of Silence” Part I, this is exactly what President Eisenhower was warning the American public about in 1961. He knew what the plan was, and he refused to sanction it. Today, “the agenda” is reaching its apex. Will America allow this insidious plan to reach fruition??
THE “GLOBAL WARMING” HOAX
In 1972, according to the memoirs of Mikhail Gorbachev, the Soviet politburo was presented with a top-secret KGB paper giving updates on mass mind-control technology and how it could be used to create the envisioned world-communist state http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/COLDgorbachev.htm The Soviets had long been experimenting with “Silent Sound” mind-control technology, and were now ready to launch the “Woodpecker” signal into the earth’s magnetic field and then “bounce” the signal off of the ionosphere to direct certain mind-control frequency waves wherever they were needed.
Experimentation showed, however, that by increasing the volume of the “Woodpecker’ signal, (i.e. utilizing “Scalar” waves) global weather patterns could also be manipulated as a “side-effect”. This was a startling breakthrough, and had enormous potential as a cold-war weapon. The KGB as well as America’s CIA knew this science MUST be harnessed. The paper also recommended the creation and funding of “environmental” movements in order to disseminate false and misleading information about the changing weather patterns to the United Nations.
Isn’t it interesting that following the supposed dismantling of the Soviet Union, Gorbachev moves to an estate prepared for him in Northern California, just minutes away from the Bohemian Grove where he was a regular attendee? Isn’t it interesting that Gorbachev brings with him ONE TRILLION RUSSIAN RUBLES which he converts to US Dollars to form the “Gorbachev Foundation” a tax-exempt mega-fund?
Isn’t it interesting that many modern “politicians” such as Albert Gore, Nancy Pulosi, and Barrack Hussein Obama received the lion’s share of their campaign funding from Gorby’s foundation?? Furthermore, look closely at who is funding the “research” of the “Global Warming” proponents, and you can trace it to the Gorbachev Foundation’s purse-strings as well. So, WHY IS THIS?? It is merely an elaborate cover for the REAL CAUSE of the changing weather patterns in the world – which is man-made ILLUMINATI manipulation of the ionosphere in order for sick men to play God with the mind and emotions of man.
Between the upper level of the ionosphere and the ground of earth, at roughly 1.9 miles distance, flow enormous, invisible rivers of water that are called the “Jet” streams. “Meteorologists” (weather scientists) have determined that there are 5 of these massive vapor rivers flowing over each hemisphere of the earth. German scientists discovered that these vapor rivers could be utilized for inter-continental travel – and used them successfully by means of gigantic zeppelins which navigated these streams to effortlessly propel the ships at quite amazing speeds (until the Hindenberg disaster created fear, panic and distrust).
Actually, these massive vapor rivers continuously follow the movement of the magnetic ionospere ions towards the poles in the lower atmosphere with occasional seasonal variations depending on the formation of low or high pressure “troughs”, aka storm fronts. Keep in mind that each of these five major “Jet” streams actually rival the flow of the mighty Amazon river; they are approximately 450 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long and contain a water volume flow of 340 pounds of water PER SECOND.
It became apparent that utilizing the ionosphere for rebounding specific radio wave signals to selected targets also had a correlating effect on weather patterns. Weather anomalies such as troughs and HURRICANES could now not only be created, but DIRECTED to follow prescribed arcs of travel. There are literally dozens of patents issued concerning this technology, and all have been granted to U.S. military/industrial complex agents. The first significant patent was granted in 1967:
"US3564253 System and Method for Irradiation of Planet Surface Areas", Inventor Arthur G. Buckingham, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Issued/File Date, February 16, 1971/January 31, 1967.
"A system and method for generalized irradiation of relatively large surface areas of a planet, such as the earth, the moon, etc. for illumination, heating, weather control, etc., employing one or more planet-orbiting self-erecting planar-reflector satellites controlled in attitude and orbit position to reflect energy from the sun to a desired area on the planet's surface. " [Colored text emphasis added]
Did you notice the words, "weather control" in the granting of this weather modification system? At least as early as 1967, an inventor had created a method of irradiation of our planet for the purpose of weather control, and this inventor worked for Westinghouse Electric, a major contractor for the U.S. Military!! This method depended upon "planet-orbiting self erecting planar-reflector satellites" that would concentrate energy from the Sun to a specified spot on the planet! This was clearly the early form of the Alaskan energy array called HAARP which can likewise direct energy beams created by controllers to any spot on the earth but in a much more concentrated and powerful manner!
This U.S. Patent demonstrates that Weather Control was indeed being pursued as far back as 1967! No wonder the KGB was so concerned --- they had to believe that the failure of their grain harvests in the late 60’s could be explained by the covert manipulation of the Jet streams. No wonder that insanely wealthy international bankers like Rothschild and Rockefeller who controlled the politicians of all major countries before and after Kennedy’s assassination made sure that leaders like Gorbachev would do their bidding and create whatever false front environmental movements were necessary to cover their tracks.
Isn’t it interesting that shortly before Gorbachev resigns his position on Christmas Day, 1995, the U.S. Midwest in 1993 is paralyzed by massive floods that cause $15 billion in losses? Was it only a mere co-incidence that just before the flooding, newly constructed GWEN Towers (Ground Wave Emergency Network) along the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers were activated for a “test” that just happened to last exactly 40 days and 40 nights, ala the biblical flood of Genesis?? To understand exactly HOW the weather patterns along with human thought and emotions can easily be manipulated now, all one has to do is read and study certain patents that are on record. The earth’s ionosphere located above the earth reflects changes made in electromagnetic currents ON the earth and vice versa. This is a scientific fact, and gives credence to the MYSTERY SCHOOL OCCULTIC TEACHING: As it is above, so it is below, as it is below, so it is above!
As I demonstrated in my PhD Theorum titled “Harmonic Resonance” --- literally every living thing on this planet has a unique vibratory energy frequency – in essence, a spiritual fingerprint that is tied to its DNA strand. Just as no two individuals have the same fingerprint pattern, so it is that no two individuals have the same DNA patterns as well. This pattern of individuality is evidence of the hand of a divine creator’s pattern. Each soul’s energy pattern and frequency is unique and special to Him. This is why the enslavement of the human mind is so abominable to His divine order Each man, woman, and child is endowed by their Creator with the unique ability to pursue their life’s course free of the shackles and chains of individuals who desire to disrupt this divine order. This is what the framers of the U.S. Constitution understood, and this is what has made AMERICA great.
It must be understood that at least sixty-four mineral elements identified on the so-called Periodic Table of the Elements, are found in the earth’s crust. As the pulse of the ionosphere electrons ascend out of the earth, a specific modulating frequency is developed by means of interaction with these elements. This is the Schumann Resonance described earlier in this paper. Isn’t it amazing that the same sixty-four mineral elements can also be found in similar percentages in the human blood corpuscles as well as the human brain material?
This should give new reverence to the Genesis passage that declares that man was created from the dust of the earth, for it is literally true. As conspiring men have discovered, unfortunately, disrupting the natural rhythm of these ground waves will cause catastrophic and damaging storms, droughts, and unnatural “global warming” heat waves. In a very similar manner, disrupting the same harmonic frequencies in the human body will likewise cause disease such as cancer, droughts such as organ failures, and mental disorders such as chronic depression and Alzheimer’s. These are some of the “side-effects” of Silent Sound mind-control technology.
GWEN Towers
GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) transmitter towers have been systematically placed 200 miles apart across the continental United States since the early 90’s. These towers are not privately owned, but are owned and maintained by the U.S. Government --- ostensibly as an EMERGENCY network. This is a ridiculous explanation, as the extensive private cellular phone networks work just fine in any emergency – especially automobile accidents on the nation’s highways and to immediately report emergencies of a medical nature to 911 switchboards. Why then, are GWEN towers needed? Perhaps they are there to produce a national emergency??
There is precious little technical specifications available on the GWEN Tower network, for “National Security” issues. (Funny, that is exactly the same excuse given this author for repeated inquiries on MK Ultra specifics during the late 80’s.) However, talking with skilled electrical engineers, I have gleaned the following technical facts. GWEN operates in the LF (low frequency) range and their transmission capacity reportedly falls between LF 150 and 175 KHz --- which is commonly referred to as an extremely “broad-band” width. They are also capable of emitting waves of VHF down to the lower range of 225-400 MHz. This means they are extremely versatile, and can absolutely be used to not only precisely direct mind control frequencies, but also affect the weather.
In 1992, as the GWEN system was being built during the Clinton administration, the Wall Street Journal reported on October 2, 1992:
“A Russian company called "Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc.," sells weather control equipment by using the advertising slogan, "Weather Made to Order". This motto is even on their business cards! The commercial Director of Elate, Igor Pirogoff, stated that "Elate is capable of fine-tuning the weather patterns over a 200 square mile area for as little as $200 U.S. per day".
Is it just coincidence that this 200 square mile effective range just happens to be the exact same range as our interlocking GWEN towers? Is it just coincidence that the ELATE technological data page utilizes very similar highly amplified pulse waves granted by patent to Buckingham and Westinghouse Electric back in 1967? Isn’t it also just a bizarre coincidence that Igor Pirogoff’s family were close friends with naturalized Californian, Mikhail Gorbachev’s family in the 60’s and 70’s??
In summation, it is clear to this author and researcher that the GWEN towers are indeed designed PRIMARILY to perform the following three functions:
Generate and disseminate “fine-tuned” frequencies through ultra-modern CRAY artificial intelligence (AI) computers that can now “personalize” synthetic-telepathy mood/emotion/mind control instructions custom-made to individual DNA specifications beamed to individual homes. (This will necessitate a detailed computer DNA data base on every citizen – and this is coming soon.)
This will work in conjunction with government mandated DIGITAL TELEVISIONS and BLACK CONVERTER BOXES in most American homes. (VN: Someone should check into the "SMART METERS" as well.)
Weather control and regional climate modifications.
Mind Control of the Masses through radio waves (for those few who refuse to use digital televisions).
The new technology of the digital broadband signals allows all of these frequencies to be broadcast simultaneously. Little wonder the poor little honeybees have such a hard time finding their way back to the beehives!!
Furthermore, as Nikola Tesla proved convincingly in 1901, ELF waves capable of being “tools” of human social engineering can be transmitted directly through the ground itself, even though they may originate above the ground. This is exactly what GWEN (Ground Wave) technology is doing. The TRUTH is, folks, that NOTHING stops or even weakens these signals. Some mistakenly believe that silk scarves can stop these waves --- WRONG! This is completely false misinformation as Tesla and many others has proven. Isn’t it also just a strange coincidence that the Bolshevik government of Stalin successfully confiscated ALL of Tesla’s papers on these GWEN waves after they were returned to Yugoslavia after his death in 1943?
HOW TO “GROUND” YOURSELF TO SCHUMANN RESONANCE
After researching this subject for nearly 20 years, this author can only conclude that the most effective way to combat these harmful frequencies is to continuously generate a pulsed and modulated Schumann Resonance of 7.83 Hz (with a shortened wavelength pulsing harmonics at 783 Hz.) The human brain and each individual cell recognizes this harmonic frequency and naturally gravitates to it, for it is the “master frequency” of the brain and the individual cells. It is difficult for dis-harmonic frequencies to disrupt the brain and cause disease if the individual is surrounded by the Schumann harmonics.
The author has literally thousands of MK-Ultra documents that were at one time classified and stamped as “Top Secret” but now are declassified and released under the Freedom of Information act. These documents detail covert experiments conducted at the conclusion of WWII. In addition to documentation of the many artificially created frequency waves shown to actually CREATE disease states in targets, (such as a wave of “stomach flu” or a massive heart attack or stroke), certain studied frequencies were detailed.
First, they found that the Schumann resonance of 7.83 Hz would cause a person to “feel good all over” and would negate the harmful effects of other frequencies such as 10.80 Hz which causes “extreme anger and hostility leading to riotous and violent actions”, and harmonics of 6.66 Hz (i.e. “Hell’s Frequency”) which causes “deep depression and feelings of hopelessness and suicidal thoughts.”
It was this frequency that was used so successfully against the Iraqi troops in Operation Desert Storm, as explained in “Sounds of Silence” part I. It is also very likely the same frequency was beamed into the Branch Davidian compound by Janet Reno’s ATF agents to induce them to surrender – but was performed incorrectly. This author has successfully utilized the Schumann harmonics over the last decade to help MK Ultra victims restore their autonomy. It is an essential component in helping individuals suffering from disease states as well as providing a source of primal energy to the individual cells.
As stated earlier in this paper, all thoughts and emotions created NATURALLY in the human brain can indeed be measured and quantitatively mapped and charted by means of electroencephalographs (EEG) machines coupled with oscillation graphs. It is very interesting to note that the emotion identified as a mother’s love for her child is virtually identical to the modulated Schuman resonance of 783 Hz.
This “love” frequency is clearly essential to the infant’s brain and central nervous development, whether human or otherwise. Myriad studies have shown that infants that are abandoned at an early age by their mothers, and who have not been held and given physical comfort, develop emotional and mental disabilities and are much more susceptible to other disease states as they progress to adulthood. Mother Earth Minerals manufactures and distributes a device called the Modulating Anti-PSI-Wave Grounding Instrument or MAGI. This device generates a square-wave 783 Hz frequency by means of a specialized Quartz Crystal Oscillator. All MAGI units are hand-made individually and retails for $459.

This MAGI unit is amazingly effective – most people can feel the positive benefits after only 30-40 minutes of exposure. The unit generates the radio frequency as a completely “Silent Sound”. You can only verify that it is actually producing the 783 Hz pulse by tuning an FM band radio to approximately 100 on the dial. By slowly moving the dial down toward 9.5 on the tuning dial, you can hear the 783 Hz pulse very clearly.
