An eyewitness to the two explosions at the Boston Marathon today said that a “drill” was repeatedly announced before the bombs exploded and that he “thought it was odd” bomb sniffing dogs were in place before the blast.

University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach Ali Stevenson told Local 15 News, “They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about. “It seemed like there was some sort of threat, but they kept telling us it was just a drill.”

The news station also reports that Stevenson “thought it was odd there were bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish lines.”

Stevenson then describes hearing the explosions as he ran away from the scene, having just completed the marathon.

If this report is accurate, it clearly suggests there could have been some degree of prior knowledge of the bombing, which killed two people and injured at least 23.

The fact that the explosions were preceded and overlapped by a”drill” of an almost identical nature mirrors other major terror attacks, such as the 7/7 bombings in London.

It is important to emphasize that the New York Times recently reported that most of the recent domestic terror plots in the United States “were facilitated by the F.B.I.,” suggesting that today’s incident in Boston may have been part of such an operation.

It remains to be seen how the media and the Obama administration will exploit this incident depending who gets the blame, but Rahm Emanuel’s “never let a serious crisis go to waste” advisory is sure to be in play.

I live in East Tennessee. I recently took a friend of mine who was visiting me up to the Smoky Mountains National Park.

I love going up into the mountains and have gone many times needless to say. We camp up there often at the Elkmont campgrounds inside the park. Which as a side note has one of the only two places in the world where the fireflies are synchronized during their peak time, the first week of June. The fireflies blink at exactly the same time in the Elkmont campground - Millionaires Row area.

Another side note - The Smoky Mountains are considered one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world. They are 200 to 300 Million years old.

The Great Smoky Mountains are among the oldest mountains in the world, formed perhaps 200-300 million years ago. They are unique in their northeast to southwest orientation, which allowed species to migrate along their slopes during climatic changes such as the last ice age, 10,000 years ago. In fact, the glaciers of the last ice age affected the Smoky Mountains without invading them. During that time, glaciers scoured much of North America but did not quite reach as far south as the Smokies. Consequently, these mountains became a refuge for many species of plants and animals that were disrupted from their northern homes. The Smokies have been relatively undisturbed by glaciers or ocean inundation for over a million years, allowing species eons to diversify.

We got up to Newfound Gap where the Tennessee and North Carolina State line divides the park, which I have gone to multiple times. We walked down the viewing walkway away from the main area that people congregate at. When we got to steps that go back up to the parking spaces, there were two plaques on either side of the steps, attached to the stone walls. somewhat obscured. I stopped to read them for the first time ever. I was surprised at what I read and took pictures of the plaques to research the information on the internet and find out what exactly the plaques meanings were.

I thought "What the Hell is a UN World Heritage site?" The way it read to me is that the Smoky Mountains are not actually a National Park of the United States and thus the People of the United States are not the owners, but is controlled by the United Nations.

I am sure the average person who reads the plaques think "Oh, how awesome these mountains are considered 'World owned mountains and are protected through the UN.'

But for those of us who know about the UN Agenda 21, we know that it means the U.S gives up Sovereignty to the UN to become a "One World Government and control of land and resources."

Needless to say the above plaques disturbed me and I wanted to know exactly what their meanings were.

I have now done the research and have found the U.S. government has given the UN control of most of our National Parks, including the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Redwood Forest, Mammoth Caves, Statue of Liberty, Olympic National Park, the Everglades, the list goes on. Here is the map of the 21 sites that the U.S. has allowed the UN to have as "World Heritage" sites.

Vatic Note: Now this is just my humble opinion, but, I think this whole TSA thing has totally back fired. What started out as a mass manipulation, psychologically, of the American people, through intimidation, harassment and total criminal violations of our and our childrens bodies, has ended up making us stronger.

I honestly believe if they had tried to take our guns before TSA was put in place, they may well have succeeded as we were totally unaware of our full manipulation and condition of submission we were in over these many years.

But the submission to these TSA bulldogs has resulted in our reaching our limits and the timing is perfect. Its perfect sychronicity, that the publics global consciousness and awareness is peaking simultaneously with its throwing off the mantel of fear and willingness to stand against all that violates our culture and 250 year history of liberty, freedom and God given rights.

Some may disagree with the last phrase about freedom, but we had more than the average citizen in most other countries including European countries, with the exception of Switzerland. Read this story and take heart. I can see why TSA ordered all those weapons targets showing armed women on the target face.

I have always said..... if you really want to win a war, take a bunch of women and put them on one side of the country, tell them their husband and children are being held on the other side of the country, give them a military automatic weapon and all the ammo they can carry and just let them go and that war will be over in a week with those woman controlling the country. They can be vicious when their loved ones are at stake. LOL

Last Friday I told the TSA no. You should, too.

I stepped into a millimeter wave body scanner in the Baltimore airport, the kind that displays a generic outline rather than a detailed nude image. (A nude image is still created, but the TSA claims no one is looking at it.)

The machine gave a false positive, flagging something on my back. Perhaps it was my bra fastener.

Then again, it could’ve been anything: as we’ve written repeatedly, the millimeter wave scanners have a 54% false-positive rate, so they alarm on people for no reason all the time.

A horrific sexual assault by the TSA at this very same airport a few years ago left me shattered. I can never and will never endure another TSA grope. So I told the screeners that I absolutely would not allow anyone to touch me. At first, they tried to push me into accepting a private room screening, but I replied that I would not allow them to molest me in private nor in public.

I asked for a second body scan instead, and received one. The second time, nothing was flagged. Everyone at the checkpoint could see from the green “OK” that the first scan was a false positive.

But then the big boss bully arrived, a woman in a navy-colored polo shirt labeled “TSA Inspector.” She was angry. She threatened me, telling me I was in real trouble now, that she was a federal agent, that I was testing their system, that I knew too much about TSA procedures, that she was going to pull an NCIS (criminal background check), et cetera.

The damage to us is far greater over a larger number of people with the stroke of a pen and the raising of the hand to vote on something, they know absolutely nothing about and probably haven't read, then the confrontation of one law breaker by someone with a gun in defense of themselves. I was appalled at the various responses...for instance, if I were a woman in Salazars district, I would be furious at his comment. First of all what is a woman going to do..... turn to the rapist and say "Excuse me a moment, I have to use the call box before you rape me, so I can get some help? Then we will have to wait til someone shows up?"   Do you honestly thing that rapist is going to let her make that call?

I had a similar situation when I was a young woman. I was with two other girls in our early 20's and we were walking home from a concert at about 10 pm, when 4 guys came up behind us and started making horrible sexual remarks. My friends got scared, but I had a .22 starter pistol in my purse. There were no cops around, nor any phone available that we could see, and it was in the days of no cell phones.

I decided to pull out my starter pistol and show it to my friends, in a manner that the guys behind us could see.   It looks just like a real .22 revolver, however, its used to start races and thus does not shoot real ammo, but makes the same kind of noise.   Well, these guys saw me showing it to my firends and one of them yelled, "SHE'S GOT A GUN, LETS GET THE F... OUT OF HERE!" and they took off.

I believe that saved our lives. I do not believe they intended for us to stay alive after they did whatever they intended, so that we could report them. OBVIOUSLY, MR. SALAZAR LEADS EITHER A SEQUESTERED LIFE, OR HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN AND BELIEVES OUR SEXUAL INTEGRITY IS FOR HIM TO DECIDE WHAT IT WILL BE.

Good thng he is not in my district. He would be unelected soon. RIGHT NOW WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A RECALL PETITION SIGNING FOR OUR REPRESENTATIVE WHO VOTED FOR THE VARIOUS GUN CONTROL BILLS.

They are getting the signatures they need, since this district is a gun owners district and he is out big time, when the recall election is called. He is a one time only rep for our state. McLaughlin is his name so watch out Colorado, in case he moves into your district to run again. He lied during his campaign so you will not be able to trust anything he says.

Exposing the disconnect between Colorado politicians and the law enforcement officers charged with upholding the law, more than half of the sheriffs in the state are planning to file a lawsuit against recent gun control laws passed by Democrats.

The lawsuit was announced by Weld County Sheriff John Cooke on Tuesday. Cooke has previously said he will not enforce the new gun control laws, because he believes they are unconstitutional.

“The legislators ignored the will of the people and passed these unconstitutional gun laws, and they need to be held accountable for their decision,” Cooke told WND.

While politicians may pass the laws, law-enforcement officials are the ones who have to deal with the real-world implications of putting the new laws into effect. Because of this, 37 of the state’s 62 sheriffs have announced their plans to file a lawsuit against the new laws, saying they are unconstitutional and unenforceable.

David Kopel, an attorney with the Independence Institute, which will handle the case, said the brief is still being prepared, but he expects to file it in the next few weeks.

“We are still working out the details, but there is a very solid case here. We are still working on some of the specifics, however we do feel we have a variety of strong legal claims that are worth bringing to court,” he said.
In the current legislative session, Democratic lawmakers, who hold the majority in both houses, rammed through a series of gun-control measures pushed by the Obama administration.

One question that has plagued me for a long time, that was part of that cold war. "Why were all those "Star Wars" Scientists killed and by who"? If anyone has an answer to that one, I would sure love to hear it.

UPDATE - 3/11/13 9:00 pm - My investigation and first hand reports of Russians in E. Tn and much more, during my trip over the weekend to Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Let me explain the Tennessee State Guard first. 22 Governors got together last year and created State Militia/Guards that can not be federalized as the National Guards can be. They also did this due to the Federal government taking the equipment from the National Guards and sending it over to Iraq and Afghanistan.

When the Governors have requested the equipment back for the state the Federal government has said "It is too expensive to bring back." The states have had to do without equipment for any emergencies of the individual states.

3/5/13 9:14 am - Correction: The Tennessee State Guard has been around for a few years.

The governors decided they would form their own State Militias/Guards that can not be controlled by the federal government at any time and they are strictly under the State control along with all the equipment purchased.

The person who contacted me, did so due to my article about the DHS armored vehicles and the picture I took of one when I was in Kentucky.

They told me that the uniforms were not typical DHS uniforms but they had Eagles on their sleeves and it was stressed these were different DHS uniforms than regular ones. The Russian/Eastern troops were not armed that were in the DHS uniforms and they were very polite to the State Militia. They were stopped from coming into Tennessee. This person told me that in Gatlinburg, Tennessee people are reporting being questioned and stopped by DHS that are Russian.

Very few books are truly capable of rewriting history, but The Hooked X: Key to the Secret History of North America, by Scott F. Wolter, is certainly one of them. Although the author of this new Revisionist book, who is well known to longtime readers of TBR, is a professional geologist and not a historian, the discoveries made by Wolter in recent years and described in Hooked X are powerful enough to compel a fundamental rethinking of our view of the American past.

The centerpiece of his revelations is that controversial, even contentious artifact known as the Kensington Rune Stone [see TBR, March/April 2002—Ed.].

For those who are unfamiliar with it, this is a 200-pound greywacke sandstone stele found by Swedish immigrant farmer, Olof Ohman, while clearing his land in the largely rural township of Solem, Douglas County, Minnesota, during September 1898. Lying face down and entwined in the roots of a stunted, 30-year-old aspen, the 30-by-16-by-six-inch slab was covered on its face and one side with some sort of runic writing. Ohman brought it to the nearest town, Kensington, where his find was displayed at the local bank.

A badly flawed copy of the inscription was forwarded to the University of Minnesota, where a translation was attempted by Olaus J. Breda. It would take more than another 100 years for scholars, correcting for the imperfect copy, to properly translate the text. The front face reads, “Eight Gotlanders and 22 Norwegians on (this) reclaiming/acquisition journey far west from Vinland. We had a camp by two (shelters?) one day’s journey north from this stone. We were fishing one day. After we came home we found 10 men red with blood and death. Ave Maria. Save from evil.”

Inscribed on the side of the stone are the words, “There are 10 men by the sea to look after our ships 14 days journey from this island. Year 1362.”

Although a professor of Scandinavian languages and literature, Breda’s runic knowledge was limited. He hastily proclaimed Ohman’s discovery a transparent hoax. Breda was supported by Norway’s leading archeologist of the late 19th century, Oluf Rygh, and his colleagues at Northwestern University, in Evanston, Illinois.

Their unanimous dismissal of the rune stone was based entirely on its error-ridden facsimile, and ruined Ohman’s life in an era when a man’s word was truly his bond. He never tried to make money off the rune stone; he often cursed the day he found it; and swore he told the whole truth about its discovery unto the hour of his death.

(NaturalNews) How insanely out-of-control has the war on drugs become? Apparently now, if all you do is buy equipment to grow plants and vegetables indoors is reason enough to suspect you of conducting illegal drug activity.

Case in point: State police and sheriff's deputies in Kansas raided the home of Adlynn and Robert Harte, two former CIA employees, in a fruitless search for marijuana as part of a two-state drug sweep in conjunction with Missouri police agencies - all because they had bought supplies to grow vegetables inside their home.

As a result of getting improperly swept up in the operation, the couple has filed suit "to get more information about why sheriff's deputies searched their home in the upscale Kanas City suburb of Leawood last April 20 as part of Operation Constant Gardener - a sweep conducted by agencies in Kansas and Missouri that netted marijuana plants, processed marijuana, guns, growing paraphernalia and cash from several other locations," The Associated Press reported.

That date has long been used by marijuana users as a way to celebrate the drug, which remains illegal on the federal level though voters in two states - Colorado and Washington - legalized it for recreational use last November.

'Public has an interest in knowing'

The Harte's attorney, Cheryl Pilate, says, however, that she believes her clients' 1,865-square-foot split level home was targeted because they recently purchased hydroponic gear to grow small numbers of tomatoes and squash in their basement.

"With little or no other evidence of any illegal activity, law enforcement officers make the assumption that shoppers at the store are potential marijuana growers, even though the stores are most commonly frequented by backyard gardeners who grow organically or start seedlings indoors," says the suit.

My name is William Grigg, and I’m a resident of Payette, Idaho. I wish to share with you an infuriating story illustrating the impact of gun violence on two people who are quite close to me. What is particularly infuriating is the fact that the perpetrators and their whereabouts are known to authorities, but nothing has been done to punish them.

Michael Gibbons, known as “Bear,” and his wife Marcella Cruz are organic farmers who live in a tiny village called Letha, Idaho. Last August 16 Marcella was dragged out of her home by an armed stranger who left the small, slender woman covered in bruises.

Bear was treated in much the same way, suffering a severe back injury that left him unable to harvest their fall crop. While the two were held at gunpoint, several armed men invaded their home in the hope of stealing their property.
