New ‘Monsanto Protection Act’ Gives Monsanto Power Over US Government

Vatic Note: Well, well, they are getting massive resistance overseas and their crop fields are being burned to the ground in France, so they are afraid we might just pick up on that tactic and use it here. I think that is a great idea.

Monsanto represents all that is evil on this planet right now and now I understand why ELF burned down monsanto offices and research facilities way back in the early 90's and they also bombed the heck out of them. They knew way back then. There truly is no rest for the wicked, and Monsanto is at war once again against health conscious consumers with the latest ‘Monsanto Protection Act‘, managing to sneak wording into the latest Senate legislation that would give them blanket immunity from any USDA action regarding the potential dangers of their genetically modified creations while under review.

The USDA would be unable to act against any and all new GMO crops that were suspected to be wreaking havoc on either human health or the environment.

It’s a legislative weapon that could be passed as early as next week if we don’t gather enough support to force our Senators to eliminate the section. It all started in the late hours of Monday night, when lobbyists working for the Monsanto-fronted biotechnology industry managed to slide a ‘rider’ (through the deceptively worded Farmer Assurance Provision, Sec. 735) into the Senate Continuing Resolution spending bill that is currently on the table of the Senate.

A massive petition to stop what has been labeled as the ‘Monsanto Protection Act’ has been launched by Food Democracy Now, detailing what could come if the legislation is signed into law within the coming days or weeks:

If approved, the Monsanto Protection Act would force the USDA to allow continued planting of any GMO crop under court review, essentially giving backdoor approval for any new genetically engineered crops that could be potentially harmful to human health or the environment.

Monsanto Protection Act Trumps US Government

Federal courts would be powerless to regulate the sale and even cultivation of illegal and dangerous GMO crops, succumbing instead to the power of the biotech industry and Monsanto. The same threat we faced last summer during the initial emergence of this act.

During that time, we saw major groups assemble against the act, from national farm institutions to food safety titans. The Center for Food Safety, the National Family Farm Coalition, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Sierra Club, and the Union of Concerned Scientists all came together to speak out against the incognito bombshell slipped into the 2012 Farm Bill and the 2013 Agriculture Appropriations Bill.

And now Monsanto is back at it. (VN: Bill Gates is moving his depopulation project forward along with DNA manipulation.)

Thus, it is imperative that we peacefully kick Monsanto out of the Senate and back into the alleyways of Washington D.C., and let it be known that any politician who sides with Big Biotech will not be staying in the Senate for much longer.

Why should ordinary citizens own a gun?

Because owning a police officer is too expensive. Time and time again, statistics show that the that law enforcement arrives usually just in time, to draw the chalk outline around your body.

Why do some states have a mandatory waiting period, after purchasing a gun?

Some states, such as Illinois and others, have a mandatory "cooling off period" when purchasing a firearm. At Gun Right Across America, we do not support this. As a former Illinois resident, I can personally attest to the fact that nobody went back to retrieve their firearm after the mandatory wait, and said "I'm not mad anymore." This is just another silly restriction that some liberal states impose, to create more useless restrictions.

Open carry / Concealed carry

Why do some states allow ordinary law abiding citizens to carry a firearm?

I say why not! The key word is law abiding. 49 of 50 states currently have legislation for citizens to train, qualify, and carry a firearm. As an American, our second amendment guarantees us this freedom, and we will fight to keep it.

Which is better? Open carry or concealed carry?

Ahhh, yes, the age old debate. Open carry is a deterrent. Concealed carry gives you the element of surprise. Given both options, I carry concealed, but that's just my personal preference. There's advantages and disadvantages to both. If you do open carry, you do have to be much more alert to your "personal space" and surroundings. I believe it was surpressed back in the 20's because the robber barons would have lost trillions in profits from their oil and gas industries, had this technology made it into the civilian application world.

LOL I almost became a mathematician, but could not do both that and political science since both had horrific homework, so I picked political science but I continued on with a hobby of following math and science, both economic, cosmic, physics, and others that are anomolies to traditional sciences.

Its a fascinating subject and leads us eventually into understanding why certain anomolies happen in space that we cannot reproduce here since its a different enviroment. Lots going on. I used to be fascinated with Fibonacci's Laws of Mathematics that applied to nature.

A pine cone and the stalks of plants have Fibonacci's law built right into their very existance (DNA) and they have only primary numbers in their spirals and spacings between leaves up the stalk.etc....As a kid I used to sit and count the leaves on each side and it was always the same ... only primary numbers.

Anyway, he covers that in the video, so if you are like I am, and are curious about consciousness, how real is reality, and other more escoteric subjects, then this is the video for you. Watching the entire movie with all three parts, would probably be a good idea, if you end up liking all three of these introductions and summaries. I plan on asking for it for a birthday present. LOL

This video is fascinating, but I am essentially a nerd anyway and could be wrong about its interest to others, but here it is anyway. Its awesome stuff. As I keep saying, the world is not as we have always believed.

They will make money by indebting us ONCE AGAIN, in financing both sides of the war, that we do not want, and charging us interest on money THEY DO NOT LEND US, RATHER PRINT IT WHEN NEEDED and we then work hard to earn the real valued money to pay their bogus interest that really is not owed to them.

Also, this is definitely NOT for fast food readers or those who do not want to delve into the deep recesses of ancient history. There are ancient maps dating way back before such maps could have been drafted, that were developed and used that were perfectly accurate in the lay out of the continents that should only have been detected by viewing them from space. Further, these truly ancient maps included Antarctica WITH NO ICE ON IT, rather as a land mass.

This is only one of the amazing parts of this story, so how in the world did they do that before any technology was available to promote such knowledge? Antarctica actually had forests at one time. Vatic Note: Ok, you will have to take this as it is. Then decide what you want to believe. To be honest, I have not made up my mind on this. Remember, the powers that be always use some "truth" and then wrap it in the direction they want us to go. If we keep that point in mind as we read and trust our intuitive feelings about it and do more research, then eventually we will be ready when we are confronted with what becomes real. There are things we do know and much that we do not know.

What we do know is that aliens did come to this planet in ancient times and very likely, based on the books of Enoch, mated with the daughters of man. There are too many cultures, that have recorded those truths, to be ignored. Further, we know that every 3600 years Nibiru comes to visit, and it appears we are in the middle of the next visitation. We also know that advanced knowledge existed in Egypt and elsewhere based on the buildings and structures left behind. So there is evidence that points to their existance in ancient times.

What else do we know? We know for a fact that several attempts have been made to nuke various cities that were accompanied by warnings in advance, and that exposure, along with failed attempts like in Los Angeles, have happened with no satisfactory explanation. Two such incidences included the warning in advance that suitcase nukes had been stolen and also that 6 regular missles with nuke warheads had been stolen, 5 recovered since they had been loaded on to military planes by our military on orders to do so. These above are all facts that we must remember as we read.

What we don't know, is what happened to those fallen angels, as listed in Enoch and Genesis? What happened to the Anunnaki as listed in the Sumarian ancient writings? Are any of them still here on this planet and are the 13 illum families and secret societies, somehow tied into either one of them? Why has our government hidden their presence from us, if they are real? Who and what are the "greys" that keep popping up?

Are either or all of them still here? If so, why and where? Lots of unanswered questions. This video and writings below, begins to try to answer some of them. I do not have proof of this info below, because the information was obtained from informants unnamed, and that is for safety reasons for the whistle blowers as you can imagine. Usually I try to confirm as much as possible such info, but in this case as is the case in other instances, we have to rely on those who know personally from experience and are in fear for their lives, so they give us info anonymously.

That makes us vulnerable to manipulation and deception. So use discernment as much as possible and keep an open mind but make no conclusions until further disclosure is provided that can be verified. That is what I have chosen to do and to disclose this with the fact that I have no proof of this below, only what we have been told, and because it fits closely with so much that has been proven, that it was sufficient for me to decide to at least put it out here for you to decide.

One way is to survey people you know who use products with that in it. Record everything, including dates of events related to illnesses this has proven to cause.

Then tell the people affected, that if anyone dies, to order an autopsy for that gene damage listed below, then they can bring criminal charges against both those who approved it in the FDA and the company that used it. A ubiquitous chemical found in plastics, soup can linings, and receipts, bisphenol-a is just one health-compromising substance that has been under fire for many years.

While the scientific community has gathered ample evidence regarding BPAs toxic effects, the chemical is still widely used today. Adding to this evidence, recent research has found that BPA could negatively impact brain development by disrupting a gene responsible for proper nerve cell function.

For the study, which was published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and conducted by Duke University researchers, it was discovered that BPA could negatively affect central nervous system development by disrupting a gene called Kcc2. With the disruption of this gene, it can no longer properly produce proteins partly responsible for removing chloride from neurons. If chloride can’t be removed, then the functioning of brain cells is hampered.

“Our study found that BPA may impair the development of the central nervous system, and raises the question as to whether exposure could predispose animals and humans to neurodevelopmental disorders,” study researcher Dr. Wolfgang Liedtke, M.D., Ph.D., an associate professor of medicine/neurology and neurobiology at Duke University, said.

“Our findings improve our understanding of how environmental exposure to BPA can affect the regulation of the Kcc2 gene. However, we expect future studies to focus on what targets aside from Kcc2 are affected by BPA. This is a chapter in an ongoing story.”

The study abstract concludes with:

“Overall, our results indicate that BPA can disrupt Kcc2 gene expression through epigenetic mechanisms. Beyond increase in basic understanding, our findings have relevance for identifying unique neurodevelopmental toxicity mechanisms of BPA, which could possibly play a role in pathogenesis of human neurodevelopmental disorders.”

Avoiding BPA

Unfortunately, avoiding BPA is not quite as easy as it should be. Despite the endocrine-disrupting chemical being linked to reproductive problems, obesity, diabetes, and now negatively altered brain development, the FDA rejected BPA’s ban back in March 2012 – so now consumers need to look out for the chemical for years to come. But there are still many tips for avoiding BPA and even reversing the negative effects sparked by the chemical. Here are a few tips:

Avoid using plastics whenever possible. Instead, use glass and filtered water for your bottled water. If you do use plastics, look for the recycling symbols with the numbers 2, 4, and 5. Avoid recycling symbols 3, 6, 7, and 1.

Buy BPA-free soup cans.

Use ceramic cookware.

Wear gloves if you’re constantly handling receipts or currency.

Take probiotics, as they could degrade BPA.

Consume more royal jelly, which has been found to halt estrogenic effects of BPA.

(Reuters) - Banks facing a barrage of lawsuits from customers accusing them of interest-rate rigging argued on Tuesday that the cases should be dismissed, saying there is no evidence of antitrust or other violations.

Plaintiffs including community banks and local governments have sued Bank of America (BAC.N), JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) and others for allegedly manipulating the London Interbank Offered Rate, commonly known as Libor.

Libor, which has been the focus of a global investigation by regulators, is used to set interest rates on more than $350 trillion of securities from mortgages to complex derivatives.

At a hearing before U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in Manhattan, lawyers for the banks urged that the cases be thrown out before trial. The cases include proposed class action lawsuits alleging violations of antitrust law and the Commodities Exchange Act, which regulates the trading of commodity futures in the United States.

The antitrust claims should be dismissed because there is no documented agreement among the banks to keep Libor low, argued Robert Wise, a lawyer for Bank of America.

Further, he told the judge, the banks did not restrain trade because Libor is an estimate they provide on their borrowing costs, not a price for a product they set in a competitive process.

"Libor is not something that is bought, or sold, or traded," said Wise, who also argued that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the lawsuits. "It is simply a benchmark, an average."

Judge Buchwald questioned the plaintiffs' attorneys on that argument, noting that even if banks suppressed Libor they still competed against each other for business once the rates were set.

Bill Carmody, a lawyer representing the city of Baltimore and other plaintiffs, argued that Libor is an essential component of the price some customers paid for interest-rate swaps and other financial products tied to Libor.

The Royal College of Physicians say that many wards are closed and even whole Hospitals are being closed because of financial cuts, and claim excuses are made of patients having bugs or viruses making patients sick while the real reason for the closures is financial hemorrhage, some official bodies say we now have double the population we had 10 years ago and the country and NHS cannot cope.

Almost 100 languages and dialects are spoken now in England causing huge problems, elderly patients are being woken in the middle of the night and made to walk in their pajamas to other wards and shuffled about like parcels, while the government says people are living longer official bodies say we are not, and life expectancy is now 77 and lowering year on year, one damning internal report claimed patients were often woken and sent home in taxis as the bed was needed for another patient.

Many elderly are having their bank accounts and homes seized to pay for hospital care that was already paid for, the men sent to W W 1 and W W 2 were told that if they got injured, they would be cared for during their lifetime by government, what a vicious lie. It is the ultimate dream of socialist control freaks to dictate every detail of your life: what you eat, what you think, what you say and even whether you have the right to self defense. New York City Mayor Bloomberg tried to take his control freak power grab one step beyond all reason with a recent regulatory ban on large sodas.

But not all sodas, mind you: diet sodas laced with toxic aspartame were perfectly acceptable to buy and sell in any quantity, according to Bloomberg. It was only the non-aspartame sodas that were targeted.

The ban was due to go into effect today, but a New York judge struck it down, describing the regulation as “fraught with arbitrary and capricious consequences.”

As reported in the Wall Street Journal, New York Supreme Court Judge Milton Tingling wrote:

"The simple reading of the rule leads to the earlier acknowledged uneven enforcement even within a particular city block, much less the city as a whole… the loopholes in this rule effectively defeat the state purpose of the rule."

Importantly, the judge ruled that the NYC government did not have the authority to ban legal items merely by claiming such a ban would “prevent chronic disease.”

This decision may mark an end to Bloomberg’s latest control freak ploy, but it is by no means an end to the great dream of leftists to dictate everything else in the lives of private citizens. (VN: Its not a right or left issue, its a khasar control issue who owns and runs both parties on the left and right, at the top. So lets call things what they really are. We, at the grassroots must stay united, since it has so far prevented them from doing what they really want to do to us.)

The false philosophy of the control freak left

“Giggling control freaks” are socialist-leaning collectivists who believe that only government is wise enough to dictate how people should lead their lives. The public has way too much freedom, they believe, and the solution to all the world’s ills is to put a bunch of bureaucrats in charge of everything.

This is the core philosophy of collectivism, which says that all power, all firearms and all rights belong solely in the hands of government. Citizens are a “slave class” of workers, they believe, who should worship government while being told what to do every day of their lives.

The ultimate dream of people like Bloomberg is to have a nation of obedient slave workers who are completely disarmed, silenced into submission, and completely stripped of all rights granted under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. All citizens are presumed to be guilty criminals while all government officials are presumed to be wise and all-powerful.

Obedience is freedom, they claim, because the more you submit to government authority, the less you have to worry about making any real decisions in your life, thus you will be free to focus on other things such as making sure all the babies in your neighborhood take vaccine shots and drink fluoride.

The problem with the leftist philosophy that “government knows best” is that it presumes the existence of a superior class of human beings who are automatically smarter, wiser and more infallible than everyone else. It also assumes that good intentions automatically lead to good outcomes — a complete fallacy.

In reality, government not only fails to attract people of great wisdom and intelligence; it actually tends to attract, at the highest levels, people with deep moral corruption, sociopathic selfishness and an incessant desire to rule over others. Government seems to attract the worst people of society, not the best.

And so the ideas that stem from government tend to be the worst ideas, too: Criminalizing raw milk, banning large sodas but not diet sodas, bailing out wealthy investment banks with taxpayer money, treating veterans like absolute trash in the VA medical system, forcing all Americans to buy into a failed, corrupt and vastly overpriced health insurance scheme (“Obamacare”), and so on.

These are all very, very bad ideas, and they all come from people like Bloomberg: Giggling control freaks who want to run every detail of your life. The “giggle” part happens when you tell them true things like “the government is buying 1.6 billion rounds of ammo to be used domestically, inside the United States.” Then wait for the giggle.

You can strike down the soda ban, but the insanity of Bloomberg will always return with another zany idea

Despite the fact that the New York state supreme court has ruled against Bloomberg’s zany, control freak idea on large sodas, people like Bloomberg never seem to run out of ideas on new ways to control your life.

You can strike down crazy regulations in New York, but you can’t strike down the crazy that bounces around inside Bloomberg’s head. Just wait for him to come up with new regulations like:

• How many squares of toilet tissue you can use each time you go to the bathroom
• How many children you’re allowed to have
• What kind of medicine you have to give your children (mandatory!)
• How many calories of food you’re allowed to buy at the grocery store
• How many times you have to wash your hands each day (public safety!)
• How many exhalations you’re allowed to take each day in order to regulate your personal CO2 emissions
(VN: hahahahahaaaa, this is precious and so damn true. The man must be of the illuminati families since he is patently insane probably from inbreeding.)

… there is nothing that control freaks like Bloomberg think is beyond their regulatory reach, and the idea that people might live under a system of freedom rather than dictatorial government control is absolutely alien to them.

The point of the article was that ICTS knew shoe bomber Richard Reid was dangerous, but allowed him on board a flight from Tel Aviv to Paris. Maybe they did and maybe they didn't. But the idea that an Israeli owned company had inside access to the airport used to launch an abortive terror attack brought to mind the strange message Odigo Systems, another Israeli owned company with offices near the World Trade Towers, received that warned of the impending attacks before the hijacked planes had even left the ground.

So, I went back to another story that had surfaced briefly, reported at www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=26626 about how at least one hijacker had smuggled a GUN aboard one of the hijacked planes. Even prior to 9-11, getting a gun on board a passenger plane represented a serious lapse of security.

I wondered why this story of a gun was being concealed behind talk of box cutters and screwdrivers. Then I went back to the first article and its mention that ICTS handled security at Logan International Airport, from which two of the 9-11 hijacked planes had departed.

We need to understand that originally in this country, it was stated in the Federalist papers that freedom under the Constitution meant that the only time you should be arrested is for crimes against another person or property. Now we are imprisoned for what used to be civil offenses handled by civil courts with no imprisonment.

It was clearly stated that there are no crimes against the state. When you stop and think about it carefully, that statement is very true, since we are the state.
