A just-leaked draft impact assessment on the modernization of European copyright rules could spell the end for many online services in Europe as we know them. The document's recommendations foreshadow new a EU Directive on copyright to be introduced later this year, that will ultimately bind each of the European Union's 28 member states. If these recommendations by the European Commission are put in place, Europe's Internet will never be the same, and these impacts are likely to reverberate around the world.

The 182-page document identifies three general objectives—ensuring wider access to content, adapting copyright exceptions to the digital and cross-border environment, and achieving a well-functioning marketplace for copyright. In this initial article we examine the recommendations that fall under the third of these three objectives, which are amongst the most alarming proposals, including new obligations on Internet platforms, and new copyright-like powers for news publishers.

GOOGLE CONTROLS ELECTIONS, THINKING...

Vatic Note:   As everyone here probably knows now,  Google has bought YouTube videos and has arbitrarily gutted those that were not acceptable to them for political reasons, without giving any explanation for doing so.  That leaves the "reason" up to our imagination and given who owns Google, and runs it, (Khazars) its easy to imagine that its intentional and meant to serve the evil ones trying to destroy and control the planet.

Every time I think maybe its not true, I keep remembering the seed bank that Rockefeller and Gates built up in the North Pole area in Norway.  It has a seed for every plant on this globe.  So why did they decide to do that?  What do they know that we don't? Why aren't they telling us?   So, the question is "Is Google also part of the game?"  Since they track our ISP I presume they are.

Having said all that,  should we believe this below?  I question this as well.  What if the candidate they hate the most is polling well?  I keep thinking of Trump, then how do you get between 20% to 80% to switch their vote????  This below tells them how.  And if Google is part of the PTB team, then its a no brainer, so do we believe this below?  Yeah, its probably a good idea.

The good news is they think we are really stupid and up until now, we were.   We trusted our gov, our food providers, our medical establishment, but now we are being ravaged by all three and then some.  So TRUST NO ONE in any of those areas and it would serve us well.   In other words,  NO MATTER WHAT THEY POLLS SAY, OR THE KHAZAR OWNED PUNDITS SAY, VOTE FOR WHO YOU ORIGINALLY WANTED UNLESS YOU FIND SOMETHING OUT ABOUT THEM THAT WOULD CHANGE YOUR VOTE AND DON'T COOPERATE WITH ANY POLLING.

Google’s search algorithm can easily shift the voting preferences of undecided voters by 20 percent or more—up to 80 percent in some demographic groups—with virtually no one knowing they are being manipulated, according to experiments I conducted recently with Ronald E. Robertson.”

This below, is exactly why these cell towers are now being placed in residential areas at ground level.  Its in conjunction with the electric companies installment of smart meters. The towers are needed to act as a conduit for the operation globally, of the smart meters in spying on Americans, but also its going global, so other nations watch for this coming to you soon.

And both smart meters and the need for the towers are part of the G-20 meeting several years ago planning for a global SPYING GRID USING SUCH EQUIPMENT. They have also had subsequent meetings to create a GLOBAL SPY GRID in order to handle any resistance to the NWO that is planned and currently being implemented as we have shown on here in various blogs.  The east west conflict is a Charade just like it was in WW II.

These guys are deadly serious about taking over our nation and depopulating globally, in the billions and spying on those remaining. This plan is in direct violation of our sovereignty and our Constitution, violating our right to privacy.   That is why the protocols were written as a blueprint for doing this planetary control.  Little did we realize that the zionists also double as the fascists since they own the majority stock in most corporations.  Check out the boards of Directors if you don't believe me and see all the banker and investment banking owners.

Are  you sure you want to live under such a system?  That question has to be answered NOW, before it is too late. Their arrogance is becoming impressive, and they are trying to get a reaction out of us and if we do not react, that is perfect for them and their plans and if we do react, then they come for our guns.  Sounds like the CONCORD situation all over again.  Its time to put our heads together and figure out how to stop them.

'It has to go away': Facebook director calls for an end to internet anonymity

Privacy advocates have however condemned previous attempts to dismantle on-line anonymity. Critics complain that the forced introduction of some kind of 'on-line passport' would damage the freedom of speech and blunt the internet as a tool for dissidents to speak up against oppressive governments.

However, the writing is on the (Facebook) wall how they are going to destroy the Internet, and this is one way. Of course, when we do something bad on the Internet today, we can already be found by anyone with a warrant and badge. So this amounts to another faux issue leading to stupid knee-jerk reactions. The update to old saying "if you out law guns, only outlaws will have them," becomes "if you out law anonymity, only outlaws will be anonymous."

Facebook's marketing director has called for an end to on-line anonymity, saying internet users would 'behave a lot better' if everyone had to use real names when surfing or posting on the internet.


Randi Zuckerberg, Facebook’s marketing director and sister of multi-millionaire founder Mark, made the comments during a round table discussion on cyber bullying.  (VN:  another Khazar, who is surprised? Not me!)

The ubiquitous social networking site, which has been at the centre of recent controversy over internet privacy and bullying issues, currently requires all its members to use their real names and emails when signing on.  (VN:  Aaah, the death of Facebook.... its about time)

In ‘Anonymous’ Raids, Feds Work From List of Top 1,000 Protesters

It turns out there’s a method behind the FBI’s raids of suspected Anonymous members around the country. The bureau is working from a list, provided by PayPal, of the 1,000 internet IP addresses responsible for the most protest traffic during Anonymous’ DDoS attacks against PayPal last December.

FBI agents served 40 search warrants in January on people suspected of hosing down PayPal during  ”Operation Payback” —  Anonymous’ retaliatory attack against companies who blacklisted WikiLeaks. On July 19, the feds charged the first 14 defendants under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and raided an additional 35 suspects for evidence.
