Vatic Note:  This is a result of turning our training for our LEO's over to Israel.  Notice this is going on all over the country, not just one or two places and notice its also homeless.  This, to me, means Department of Homeland security is responsible  since they are designated as the training of local police for the FUSIA centers in every state.   They did this in Missouri and some cops were so disturbed by it they secreted the documents for training out to Alex Jones.

Of course Alex reported it, and that was the end of any discussion on the subject, and now we have cell phones allowed to be confiscated if used to film the cops doing their criminal acts.  Add to that the prison sentence for anyone filming the cops doing their dirty deeds, and its truly now a police state.  Thank goodness for the one lonely prosecutor who still believes in the constitution.  Some offenses are not death penalty offenses as the zionists would like.

Remember  the gestapo storm troopers in Nazi Germany.... this exactly how they intimidated their citizens into compliance.  Its not new.  Like everything else the khazar Zionists do, its old news from their previous escapades such as Russia in 1917 and Nazi Germany in 1934.  Its also written up in their protocols that brutality and force, and violence should be used to bring the goyim into submission.  And by golly, they are doing it.
