Louisiana State Officials Call For Troops On Streets

Vatic note:  Time to hide your weapons and ammo.     Another test run, just like New Orleans by putting military on the streets to act as law enforcement, against the Constitution and the Posse Comitatus.   They want to see what we intend to do about it.  I say do nothing unless they arrest or harm an innocent someone when they refuse to give them their legally held weapons.

At that point the entire nation should rise up for the "SECOND SHOT HEARD ROUND THE WORLD" and this time,,,,, do not back down no matter what.   That is self defence and required of all of us to engage in to protect our own lives.   If they intend to torture and rendition us, then its incumbant upon us to come to the aid of those being assaulted by the private army of the international bankers.  That includes a call up to all oath keepers, both military and law enforcement at every level and every single civilian both young and old,  male and female, etc etc....

There is a point where a line in the sand has to be drawn and for our forefathers it was the British coming for the guns and that is who is behind this now,  the enforcement arm for Rothschild and Israel.  MI6, CIA and Mossad are all controlled by Rothschild through the British monarchy.  They are trying to suspend our Constitution so they can actually do the horrors they passed legislatively.   I am beginning to think none of our congress people with about a hand full of exceptions, are even American.  They don't act like it.

Lawmakers in Louisiana are calling for National Guard troops to patrol the streets of New Orleans after a toddler was killed in a drive-by shooting. The last time troops were involved in domestic law enforcement in the state, they were used to confiscate legally owned firearms in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Keira Holmes Gordon was caught in the crossfire of two separate groups of men in cars who were targeting another man stood near a B. W. Cooper Housing development on Sunday. The toddler, four days shy of her second birthday, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Citing soaring crime levels, state lawmaker Austin Badon Jr. told CNN he “wants the government to step and help control the violence,” by sending troops to patrol troubled areas, although he admitted that just “a select few people” were responsible for the crimes.

The CNN host makes clear that Badon is just one of several officials calling for National Guard troops.
“I have called on the Governor to bring in the National Guard,” said Badon, asserting that residents were “more comfortable” after seeing the Guard patrol the streets in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina.

“We are at war and when you’re at war, you have to bring in soldiers,” said Badon, describing the situation as “urban warfare,” and complaining about people who own guns.

A spokesman for Governor Bobby Jindal’s office said no request had been made from the mayor to send National Guard troops to patrol the streets.

Concern about military involvement in domestic law enforcement, which is a violation of Posse Comitatus, has surged in recent weeks as a result of a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act which allows Americans to be arrested and held in a detention camp without trial.
Presidential frontrunner Ron Paul has also repeatedly warned that martial law and gun confiscations could become widespread in the aftermath of a civil emergency.
“The call for military reinforcements is reminiscent of the city’s post-Katrina era, when thousands of National Guard and U.S. Army troops were mobilized and sent to New Orleans after reports of widespread violence in the days after the storm,” states the CNN report.
Indeed, Hurricane Katrina was hastily exploited by the federal government and local officials to conduct unconstitutional gun grabs, with National Guard troops going to door to door and confiscating the firearms of citizens who lived in high and dry areas and were largely unaffected by the hurricane.
Watch the video below, produced by the NRA, which documents how local authorities hijacked the state of emergency and sent armed troops to seize the firearms of law-abiding citizens at gunpoint, a shocking abuse of power that has never been properly accounted for.

  1. A lot of people have been forced to use words with incorrect legal meanings.

The Secretary of the Treasury maintains a list of ALL FIREARMS in the US. per 26 USC 5841. But look at FIREARM definition in 26 USC 5845. There are differences in what a GUN is and a FIREARM is. In general, a gun is an ARMS protected by the US Constitution. A FIREARM is not. Firearms include poison gas and explosives and shotguns.

You see most people register their ARMS as FIREARMS per this section and in general Police have every right to remove FIREARMS from every house in America.

By registering arms, i.e. guns, police have been CORRECTLY taught that generally any weapon is a FIREARM not protected by the Constitution and can remove them....It is no surprise to me to see house to house searches.

I don't know who planed or made the laws. They must have had fun getting society to change small words and then confuse their meanings...creating these problems.
