This prophetic documentary from PBS in 1987 highlights the disturbing trend (in the context of the Reagan Administration at the time) towards secrecy in government, as well as the secret crimes commited by the CIA against the American people and the world. Since we still are technically under the Reagan Administration (the same guys who whispered in Reagan's ear are writing Bush's speeches and setting his policies), this documentary is more important now than ever.
