Vatic Note: Well, finally!!!! The US Congress has finally caught up with the Alternative press.... its only taken 12 years since 9-11. Is Pollard the reason the Director of Defense intel serivces is being released? He won't submit to Israel's rule? If not, then why and is this below part of it? The comparisons to WW II for the set up by the bankers of Germany and its people, for losing WWII, is so similar.

It tells us who is doing to us what was done to Germany, the international, khazar, Rothschild bankers and is it to ensure we lose WW III, so Britain and Israel can rape and pillage our remaining wealth and finance the return of the British empire?? Israel does not like to be controlled so, are they then trying to remove personnel who are not controllable? Good Question. I believe the reason congress rolls over for Israel as they are suggesting on this article, is because they are being fully blackmailed, threatened or in special cases bribed, such as the khazar dual Israeli citizens. Remember, folks its not the real Jews of the Bible, rather the Khazars since the real Jews had to seek asylum in London and New York. Also keep a close eye on AIPAC and their hand puppets they buy the elections for, who do their dirty work.

Israel is suppose to be an ally, and I suspect they do this to every ally they have. After all, it was Israel that killed Americans on the USS Liberty, the USS Cole and 9-11, so why are we still letting them in here at all? They need to be treated as they enemies they truly are. Railroaded out of the country, NEVER to come back again. Why has America been on its knees on the Israeli espionage issue?

Israel’s espionage activities in the United States have “crossed red lines,” angering American intelligence officials, according to a new report.

During confidential briefings in recent weeks, senior US intelligence officials have said that Israel’s spying operations in the US “go far beyond that of other close American allies, such as Germany, France, the UK and Japan,” Newsweek magazine reported on Tuesday.

Tel Aviv’s efforts to “steal US secrets under the cover of trade missions and joint defense technology contracts have crossed red lines,” said the report.

The US visa waiver program would exempt Israeli nationals from having to produce a tourist visa, permitting them to stay in the US for a period of up to 90 days.The assessments were given in confidential briefings to a number of congressional committees discussing a law that would lower visa restrictions on Israeli citizens wanting to come to the US.

According to a congressional staffer familiar with a briefing last January, the testimony was “very sobering…alarming…even terrifying.” Another staffer called it “damaging.”

“No other country close to the United States continues to cross the line on espionage like the Israelis do,” said a former congressional staffer who attended another classified briefing in 2013.

“I don’t think anyone was surprised by these revelations,” the former aide said. “But when you step back and hear…that there are no other countries taking advantage of our security relationship the way the Israelis are for espionage purposes, it is quite shocking. I mean, it shouldn’t be lost on anyone that after all the hand-wringing over [Jonathan] Pollard, it’s still going on.”

Senior US intelligence officials have reportedly told Congress that Israeli’s spying operations are going too far and called the extent of the espionage activities shocking, far exceeding similar activities by any other close allies.

General Michael T. Flynn

Both the director and deputy director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the Pentagon announced on Wednesday that they are to leave their jobs by early fall.

The move is thought be the result of mounting pressure by top Washington officials.

United States DIA Director Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn announced to Pentagon staff that he is walking away from that role a year earlier than anticipated.

The news came via a joint statement made by Flynn and the agency’s deputy director, David Shedd, who will also be vacating his post.

“We are proud of the legacy of sustained superb performance of the thousands of men and women we have served alongside throughout these many years,” they said.

According to Washington Post reporters Greg Miller and Adam Goldman the director’s unexpected announcement is the result of increased pressure coming from the likes of Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and others who reportedly did not agree with Flynn’s managerial style.

“His vision in DIA was seen as disruptive; he’s not a guy to take the agency forward in a coordinated and comprehensive manner,” one former Pentagon official told the Post of Flynn, a former colleague. (VN: in other words he would not play the treason game I bet)

Flynn, the source said, wanted to push DIA analysts and operators “up and out of their cubicles into the field to support war fighters or high-intensity operations.”

Critics of Flynn, the journalists wrote, considered his management style to have “sowed chaos, setting aggressive plans for changes without adequate follow-through” within the agency.

“I’m not sure DIA sees itself as that,” their source said to the paper.

According to Miller and Goldman, the decision to take Flynn out of his DIA role comes in the midst of other major changes within both the US intelligence community and military, both of which have been shaken up in recent months after former government contractor Edward Snowden began releasing a trove of sensitive material to the media.

“I think if I’m concerned about anything, I’m concerned about defense capabilities that he may have stolen from where he worked, and does that knowledge then get into the hands of our adversaries,” Flynn said of Snowden during a NPR interview that aired last month.

Previously, Flynn served in the US Army and participated in tours that brought him to Grenada, Haiti, Afghanistan and Iraq. US President Barack Obama picked Flynn to be DIA director two years ago this month, and he was expected to depart from that role in 2015.

The agency has yet to select who will succeed either Flynn or Shedd, reported the AP.

ALBANY, N.Y. - The names of police officers who died from ground zero-related illnesses now outnumber the 60 killed in the 9/11 attacks engraved on the New York State Police Officers' Memorial in Albany.

The names of 20 officers have been added to the black granite memorial. They include 12 New York City officers and one from suburban Peekskill who died from illnesses connected to the attack. That raised the total to 71.

According to authorities, the 13 died from cancers attributed to rescue and recovery work at the collapsed World Trade Center towers in Manhattan.

"I live near the World Trade Center. I inhaled the toxic smoke that permeated every square inch of lower Manhattan," New York state Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver said. "I know how nobly and heroically the NYPD carried out their duties on that tragic September day and the terrible days that followed."

Silver addressed hundreds of police, relatives and officials who gathered for the annual remembrance ceremony Tuesday at the memorial in downtown Albany to honor officers who died from duty-related causes. He acknowledged it was small condolence for surviving families that the experience of what their loved ones endured will prevent a similar fate for other first responders.

Six died last year, four in 2012, and three before that.

After the ceremony, several declined to talk, saying both the ceremony and what they'd experienced were difficult.

For those who died later as a consequence of the trade center attacks, it has also meant several years of disabling injuries and illness, Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy said. More than half of the 1,360 names on the wall were members of the NYPD, he said.

The names of seven other law enforcement officers were also added to the memorial.

There were no MTHaploDNA markers in the originating continents, so these tribes were not part of the asian influx into the country across the Bering Straights. What is so amazing about this is the role that Edgar Cayce played in PREDICTING THESE PEOPLE EXISTED, and where they came from etc.   He did this through channeling. So this confirms the legitimacy of Channeling as well as other facts we had not known.

In recent years, genetic research has produced unexpected results that have opened the doors to many historical mysteries. The surprising outcomes have also provoked unintended controversy.

The reasons that these DNA investigations have sparked intense debates in the fields of anthropology, history and even cultural evolution will become clear as our story unfolds.

The genetic probes began innocently enough with geneticists wanting to see what secrets human genes might reveal about our complex, mysterious and often disputed history. Anthropologists and historians had long thought that the America's had been populated by Asians crossing a land bridge that connected Asia and North America during the last Ice Age.

This was referred to as the 'Bering Strait Crossing' theory and was believed to have occurred about 12,000 years ago. Genetic analysis on Native American DNA samples began in the 1980s. However, the research effort greatly accelerated in the 1990s due to rapid technological progress in the field.

In fact, the early results confirmed the generally accepted theory showing a clear link between Native Americans and DNA samples collected from native peoples in Siberian-Asia. Nevertheless, as the studies both deepened and broadened to include Asians across the continent, the increasing data revealed that the migration pattern had been more complex than anthropologist's had envisioned.
The early results showed that Native American tribes were comprised of four distinct mtDNA haplogroups,
A, B, C, and D.

The haplogroup designations represent four different (maternal) lineages.
These four lineages are found throughout North, Central and South America.

However, only three of them A, C, and D were discovered in the Siberian-Asian populations.
The B haplogroup was traced to aboriginal population groups in Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Melanesia, and Polynesia.

Before proceeding we should briefly clarify what mtDNA is.

There are two types of genetic material used for analysis, cellular and mtDNA,
the latter is found in human mitochondia outside the nucleus of cells and is only transferred down generations through females, hence mtDNA stands for maternal DNA.

This type is simpler than the cellular DNA and it evolves faster,so it is used to distinguish human groups that evolved in separate geographic areas. In historical terms, what the genetic evidence obtained from mtDNA samples translated into was a much more diverse and complex migration pattern that included people arriving to the America's in boats.

Thor Heyerdahl had hypothesized that this was the case by showing that it was possible during his Kon Tiki expeditions across the Pacific Ocean to Peru. While orthodox anthropologists embraced the results of the earliest DNA findings, the later results caused consternation and controversy.

They not only showed that the Americas were settled by many different racial groups coming from many different parts of Asia, the genetic findings also demonstrated that the migration events
took place much earlier than previously thought.

Anthropologists, archaeologists and historians had postulated that the migrations
had taken place less than 20,000 years ago.

DNA analysis placed the initial wave of migration at between 38-50,000 years before present.
This finding too raised eyebrows in the orthodox community.

However, in recent years radiocarbon dated materials from South America, California
and the Southwestern United States has come to light and the dates agree with the conclusions of the DNA research.

Clearly, the genetic investigations had produced a mixed bag of outcomes for orthodox anthropologists and historians.   In general, their long held theories about a north Asian origin for Native American populations were proven correct.

Nevertheless, their narrow focus on Siberia, the single land-bridge migration route and their chronology had been in error. Some of the Asian immigrants did come from Siberia along that route but other groups came from Japan, Polynesia, etc., in boats and their journeys began in remote antiquity.

Genetic researchers determined that 96% of Native Americans fell into one of the four A-D haplogroups and while these mtDNA types were also found in Asia they are not present in Europe or Africa.

This too indicates that Asia was the ancestral region of most Native American tribes. Then in 1997 another lineage was discovered, which geneticists dubbed X. This discovery ignited a storm of controversy that has not died down to this day.

According to retired U.S. Navy Commander J.D. Gordon, Obama has fired a top officer every “8.8 days” on average.

“While the president circles the wagons when it comes to his ideological allies, he is quick to throw a couple hundred top military officers under the bus,” says Gordon. “Mr. Obama and his team have no problems marginalizing the U.S. armed forces.”

Vatic Note: This is up because of the increased activity in Nevada, with the arrival of law enforcement, military and others which implies a new attack against the Bundy Ranch for treasonous reasons. To give that land or sell it to a foreign enemy country that intends to go to war against us in WW III, is an act of treason by the best definitions I have found.

What I suggest we are seeing here is a final move to implement by force, The New World Order, and its being done by Traitors, going against all court rulings with respect to government confiscation of privately owned and publically owned lands, especially ranch lands. There are court cases which this act by the feds violates and thus are criminal in their very nature.

I cannot believe how these armed military style BLM people are acting like some cheap third world dictators with total disregard not only for the law, but a disregard for the founding documents upon which this nation was founded and many of our citizens, relatives, and friends died to obtain, preserve and protect.

These men took an oath of office to follow all "legal" orders and to defend and protect the governing document and the nation and its people, so how can they do this without resisting? The evil ones cannot succeed without their cooperation, so that puts it squarely on the Americans hired to help them overthrow their own country. Amazing.

At least some of the courts are still functioning in this republic, even if its decreasing with each passing day and starting to ignore the crime these foreign Khazar, Zionist, Israeli occupiers of our country engage in like the international mafia they have become. NOW, I understand how Europe became so distraught before, during and after WW II. We must never let that happen here.

For over 20 years, the Bureau of Land Management engaged in a “literal, intentional conspiracy” against Nevada ranchers to force them out of business, according to a federal judge whose court opinion exposes the BLM’s true intent against rancher Cliven Bundy.

In his opinion of United States v. Estate of Hage, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones reveals that after late Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage indicated on his 1993 grazing permit renewal that by signing the permit, he was not surrendering his family’s long-standing water and forage rights on the land, the BLM not only rejected the permit but also conspired for decades to both deny his family’s property rights and to destroy their cattle business.

“Based upon E. Wayne Hage’s declaration that he refused to waive his rights — a declaration that did not purport to change the substance of the grazing permit renewal for which he was applying, and which had no plausible legal effect other than to superfluously assert non-waiver of rights — the Government denied him a renewal grazing permit based upon its frankly nonsensical position that such an assertion of rights meant that the application had not been properly completed,” Judge Jones wrote. “After the BLM denied his renewal grazing permit for this reason by letter, the Hages indicated that they would take the issue to court, and they sued the Government in the CFC [Court of Federal Claims.]”

And at that point, Jones explained, the BLM refused to consider any further applications from Hage.

“The entire chain of events is the result of the Government’s arbitrary denial of E. Wayne Hage’s renewal permit for 1993–2003, and the effects of this due process violation are continuing,” he stated.
Judge Jones continued:

In 2007, unsatisfied with the outcome thus far in the CFC, the Government brought the present civil trespass action against Hage and the Estate. The Government did not bring criminal misdemeanor trespass claims, perhaps because it believed it could not satisfy the burden of proof in a criminal trespass action, as a previous criminal action against E. Wayne Hage had been reversed by the Court of Appeals. During the course of the present trial, the Government has:

(1)invited others, including Mr. Gary Snow, to apply for grazing permits on allotments where the Hages previously had permits, indicating that Mr. Snow could use water sources on such land in which Hage had water rights, or at least knowing that he would use such sources;

(2) applied with the Nevada State Engineer for its own stock watering rights in waters on the land despite that fact that the Government owns no cattle nearby and has never intended to obtain any, but rather for the purpose of obtaining rights for third parties other than Hage in order to interfere with Hage’s rights; and

(3) issued trespass notices and demands for payment against persons who had cattle pastured with Hage, despite having been notified by these persons and Hage himself that Hage was responsible for these cattle and even issuing such demands for payment to witnesses soon after they testified in this case.

By filing for a public water reserve, the Government in this case sought specifically to transfer to others water rights belonging to the Hages. The Government also explicitly solicited and granted temporary grazing rights to parties who had no preferences under the TGA [Taylor Grazing Act of 1934], such as Mr. Snow, in areas where the Hages had preferences under the TGA.

It is necessary to note that under the TGA, according to Red Canyon Sheep Co. v. Ickes (1938), a rancher whose cattle had previously grazed in the area based upon adjacent land, water rights on the land, etc., has a right to a grazing permit over others who apply for a permit to graze the area without having previously grazed there.

So in this instance, Hage would have priority over Snow for a grazing permit, but the BLM willfully ignored this court ruling.

And after the agency filed for a public water reserve, according to Judge Jones, the BLM “sent trespass notices to people who leased or sold cattle to the Hages, notwithstanding the Hages’ admitted and known control over that cattle, in order to pressure other parties not to do business with the Hages, and even to discourage or punish testimony in the present case.”

“For this reason, the Court has held certain government officials in contempt and referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” he wrote. “In summary, government officials, and perhaps also Mr. Snow, entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their permits but also of their vested water rights.”

“This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm to support the injunction described at the end of this Order.”

So in other words, the BLM willfully attempted to destroy the Hage family’s livelihood because Hage dared to assert his existing rights to the land which his family has held since the late 19th century.

And unfortunately the BLM is attempting to do the exact same thing to Cliven Bundy.

“Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage family’s constitutionally protected rights? No,” William F. Jasper, senior editor of The New American, wrote on the subject. “Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? No.”

“With attitudes such as those expressed above by Sen. Harry Reid, it is almost a certainty that the recently defused Bundy Ranch standoff will be replayed again — and in the not-too-distant future. And the outcome could be much less amicable for all concerned.” (VN: well, at least whatever Bundy does to fight for his land will be legal since the court has already ruled against the BLM and stated the conditions for it. That will unite the country like nothing else could.)

We have watched this treason emerge a little at a time using the concept of "gradualism" and we did nothing to stop it, except to complain, but no action.... unless the death of those bankers were done by "friendlys". Remember, many years ago after 9-11, many international top bankers were picked off. One was the CEO of Rockefeller holdings. So, its possible, and the PTB do not want us getting any ideas about doing that further. There is no way to know, but its a possibility.

This below is how they intend to get our guns, and yet, this turned out to be the example we can use to prove to the sheep why its critical to keep our guns. This below is exactly what the forefathers had in mind when they gave us that 2nd amendment and believe me, they fought over it, but in the end the good guys won. NEVER, EVER give up your guns and ammo.

Remember, no one can occupy America, its too big, geographically and the terrain is not conducive to occupation, so this has to be done through a system within America. Invasion won't work, and neither will a coup at the top. It has to be the way they are setting it up now and EXPOSURE is our WMD. NO CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION. That is how they can change our Constitution and make it legal to take over the country, confiscate land, guns, and slave labor.

As I begin to write this article, I’m asking myself, “why am I having to intervene in an attempt to saves lives — because our system is so disgustingly corrupt and broken that we can’t even get law enforcement to do anything more than protect their pensions and salaries.”

Let’s cut right to the chase, but before I begin, let me be clear that my objective in this writing is to appeal to everyone’s compassion and roll the dice on the possibility that someone in authority will push the “pause” button; breathe and take a step towards preventing the possibility of a tragic outcome. In order to do that, we need to set aside the section of your mainstream-media-filled-mind and think about the following facts:

1) Cliven Bundy and his family have been ranchers and his family has been grazing cattle on land which Harry Reid & his cronies want since 1877.

2) A court order was fraudulently obtained in the early 90′s, but here’s the kicker: the BLM never enforced the court order when they were supposed to. After five years of Cliven telling them to go to hell, if the BLM did not take any action, essentially Cliven Bundy and his family are legally entitled to all 600,000 plus acres outright.

I will say it again: Cliven Bundy is now the legal owner of the land through something called “prescriptive easement”. The BLM had their chance to enforce the court order back in the 90′s; and maybe the Bundy Ranch Crisis would have occurred back then; but the Bundy family may now be the lucky recipients of the land due to the stupidity of the BLM and the Feds after the 5 year statute of limitations expired. 3) In early April 2014, the BLM occupying force came to Bunkerville with more armament and new SUV’s that would make Blackwater jealous. In fact, we suspect that some of the people they suited up in BLM uniforms were actual corporate mercenaries with combat expertise. Brand new SUV’s; sniper rifles; surveillance equipment; cell towers; martial law signage and barricades. All of the typical tools which the Special Agent in Charge Daniel P. Love has used in the past to kill people for a living.

4) On April 8, 2014, I was the first major radio show to interview Mr. Cliven Bundy after reading about his story on BeforeItsNews.com. Mr. Bundy captivated me and our audience with the horrifying reality that his battle has been going on for 20+ years, and he’s attempted unsuccessfully to pay his grazing fees to the State of Nevada.

I was also sincerely impressed that he was one of the few souls in America to tell the Federal government to stick it; and that he wanted to prove his point that the land located in Nevada actually belonged to the PEOPLE of Nevada. Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nTspLiE6jg

5) Right after the April 8th interview, I packed up and drove to the Bundy Ranch from Southern California. On the afternoon of April 9th, as I was speaking to family members about what the BLM was doing on their land and property, particularly what the BLM was doing to the cattle which they owned and raised in their family since 1877, I was present to record/document the brutality of the BLM as they attempted to evade our investigation and possible citizens arrest for committing felonies. 6) That day I also spoke to local residents who felt as though their community was in a state of martial law. The land they moved near was off limits, and if they dared to step off the road they travelled, they would be taken to federal prison as they did with Dave Bundy days previously. Dave stepped off the road into the BLM seized dirt and took a picture.
