I want to give a special thanks to Seawitch at Rumormills Reading room who has stepped in when the cyber warriors gutt our blogs. She takes by email the content and saves it for us, puts it up and then the PTB finally let us post and leaves it up. Without that assistance, along with your contributions, I doubt we would have been able to continue. Bless you all for your support.
I wish to also thank those who email us here and tell us to keep going as we are and how much they benefit from it. It means a lot to us since we are in isolation and never know if we are doing any good or contributing to the advancement of knowledge and truth. Your telling us that we are doing that makes a world of difference in our daily commitment to continue the battle no matter what.
Vatic Note: They are right, below, I always thought the DNA Molecule was it and never changed. You can imagine how surprised I was to read clearly that the DNA functions on a multi-level basis. It says that even all the twists and turns and hard knocks of life will affect your DNA. That explains why, after a serious crisis that I have come through, and learned lessons, has made me feel like I am not the same person I was before the crisis.
If you are like I am, I don't want anything that is phoney or put on, so I had to find something that would genuinely make me see any adversity different, so I created "The Lesson" theory for myself. I decided that all adversity were lessons for me to learn and I had to look for the lesson and use it to change, and that has definitely worked for me. Another way too is to find the good in any event that happens. That has also worked.
Example: Lately I have been thinking about all the good that I have discovered in doing this blog and many of you have seen the results. I found that evil, which was a potential stressor, now is the producer of new knowledge and insights that I did not have before, as a result of all this research I had done, and that has definitely changed my whole way of seeing my world.
So I changed how I see this job, more as a pioneer adventurer, discovering new history, insights and territory to explore. All the articles on DNA, the Heart as a Brain, RH negative blood, etc What a treasure trove of discovery and knowledge. Its through all that, that spirituality has increased for me.
It was through all this new work and information that I discovered how to heal myself and by golly, it worked. Now I use it all the time when it feels like I am getting sick or depressed. I had faith it worked because of all the science behind it, but when it "did" work after trying it, that faith turned to knowledge, I now know it works. What a beautiful creation DNA is as is the heart itself.
You Can Change Your DNA

When we are born, the deoxyribonucleic acid/DNA in our bodies contains the blueprints for who we are and instructions for who we will become. For example, it can tell our eyes to eventually turn from blue at birth to hazel later on, our length to grow from 20 inches to 70 and direct a multitude of other changes over the course of our lives.
Many people have mistakenly believed that the DNA with which we are born is the sole determinant for who we are and will become, but scientists have understood for decades that this genetic determinism is a flawed theory.
Epigenetics and Beyond
The field of epigenetics refers to the science that studies how the development, functioning and evolution of biological systems are influenced by forces operating outside the DNA sequence, including intracellular, environmental and energetic influences.
Since the 1950s scientists have accepted that epigenetic influence is critical in our development. Epi – Greek for "besides" – combines with the word, genetics, to essentially mean "something more than genetics." That "something more" is widely held today to refer to our environment – thus meaning that our genetic code and the environment in which we develop determine who and what we are.
Researchers have shown through studies that epigenetics entails even more than DNA and the places where we live, the climate around us and all the twists, turns and hard knocks of our lives.
HeartMath deems integral elements of the model for who we are and what we can be are the thoughts, feelings and intentions we have every day. After two decades of studies, HeartMath researchers say other factors such as the appreciation and love we have for someone or the anger and anxiety we feel also influence and can alter the outcomes of each individual’s DNA blueprint.
Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.
"The difference between these two is significant because this fundamental belief called genetic determinism literally means that our lives, which are defined as our physical, physiological and emotional behavioral traits, are controlled by the genetic code," Lipton said in an interview with the online magazine, Superconsciousness.
