The government is building the largest construction project in GSA history. This new monster government building will host the entire Homeland Security complex, from Coast Guard to FBI and ICE and more.

It is a massive project of 1.3 million square feet of parking, and 4.5 million feet of workspace.  It’s larger than the Pentagon, but, there’something funny going on.

The government will tell you that it’s a massive construction project, they’ll talk about its green construction techniques. But they won’t tell you how much the thing costs.

You can find out how much earth they moved for the first phase, which is the Coast Guard HQ. You  can find out that the excavation of dirt for the Coast Guard HQ is the largest one in DC history. But we don’t know how much this thing cost.

New DHS Headquarters is Largest Construction Project in GSA History

 A dazzling new headquarters building for the U.S. Coast Guard is nearing completion across the Potomac River from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

This 1.3 million square foot complex, designed by Chicago-based Perkins + Will, marks the first phase of the creation of a headquarters campus for the entire Department of Homeland Security. It is located on the campus of the former St. Elizabeths Hospital, the first mental health facility created by the federal government and a National Historic Landmark.

No matter how many superlatives one chooses to use, it is difficult to accurately depict the sheer magnitude of this development. When complete, the DHS campus will comprise 4.5 million square feet of work space and 1.5 million square feet of structured parking. It is the largest construction project in the Washington metropolitan area since the Pentagon was built during World War II. Up to 14,000 DHS employees will be working on site.

The Coast Guard portion alone involved the largest excavation project in DC history, creating 1.6 million cubic yards of dirt. The campus is also the largest construction project GSA has ever done.

Historic preservation is a key component, saving and revitalizing a site that was abandoned and decrepit. A total of 51 of the 62 buildings that contribute to its historic character will be modernized and reused.

The original landscaping scheme, considered to be an integral part of the therapeutic environment for patients there, will be recreated. All new buildings will be low rise, so that views of the site high on a ridge above the Potomac will be preserved, as will the magnificent views from the site of the surrounding area.

Nor are environmental concerns being overlooked. GSA is aiming for Gold certification under the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program of the U.S. Green Buildings Council. Four fifths of the roofs will be green.

It will have its own co-generation facility. The Coast Guard portion of the project, located on a site that accommodates 45% of the runoff from rainstorms on the 173-acre campus, is being designed so that it will absorb all of the runoff from up to a 15-year storm event.  SOURCE GSA

Sociologist Lisa Martino-Taylor, right, a sociologist at St. Louis Community College, has spent years tracking down declassified documents to uncover the lengths which the US experimented on people without their knowing.

At left, cadmium sulfide, the ‘harmless’ chemical sprayed on the public is pictured.  The United States Military conducted top secret experiments on the citizens of St. Louis, Missouri, for years, exposing them to radioactive compounds, a researcher has claimed.

While it was known that the government sprayed ‘harmless’ zinc cadmium silfide particles over the general population in St Louis, Professor Lisa Martino-Taylor, a sociologist at St. Louis Community College, claims that a radioactive additive was also mixed with the compound.

She has accrued detailed descriptions as well as photographs of the spraying which exposed the unwitting public, predominantly in low-income and minority communities, to radioactive particles.  (VN: These Zionists are racists and this goes a long way to proving it.  Since they are those behind the curtain of every politician.)

‘The study was secretive for a reason. They didn’t have volunteers stepping up and saying yeah, I’ll breathe zinc cadmium sulfide with radioactive particles,’ said Professor Martino-Taylor to KSDK.

Through her research, she found photographs of how the particles were distributed from 1953-1954 and 1963-1965.

In Corpus Christi, the chemical was dropped from airplanes over large swathes of city.  In St Louis, the Army put chemical sprayers on buildings, like schools and public housing projects, and mounted them in station wagons for mobile use.

Despite the extent of the experiment, local politicians were not notified about the content of the testing. The people of St Louis were told that the Army was testing smoke screens to protect cities from a Russian attack.

‘It was pretty shocking. The level of duplicity and secrecy. Clearly they went to great lengths to deceive people,’ Professor Martino-Taylor said.  She accrued hundreds of pages of declassified information, which she has made available online.

What if a company that you thought you could trust, knowingly sold you a medicine for your child that they knew had the potential to give your child HIV? How would you react? 

What if a government agency that claims the responsibility for protecting you from such treachery, not only looked the other way, but was complicit in this exchange?

Everyone has heard of Bayer aspirin, it is a household name. Bayer AG also manufactures numerous other products, from pesticides to medicine for hemophiliacs called Factor 8.

In 1984 Bayer became aware that several batches of this Factor 8 contained HIV. They knew this because there was an outbreak of HIV among hemophiliac children, and this outbreak was traced back to Bayer.

Unable to sell their Factor 8 in the US, Bayer, with the FDA’s permission, (yes that’s right, the FDA allowed Bayer to potentially kill thousands)sold this HIV infected medicine to Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore after February 1984, according to the documents obtained by the NY Times. 

The documents showed how Cutter Biological, a division of Bayer, shipped more than 100,000 vials of unheated concentrate, worth more than $4 million, after it began selling the safer product.

The result of this sale of HIV tainted medication ended up infecting tens of thousands and killing thousands. Thousands of innocent children and adults have died at the hand of this corporation and no punitive action has been taken against them. The health department leaders in Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore were all imprisoned, while the US FDA continues down its hellish path.

When asked about the sale of the tainted Factor 8, Bayer responded, ”Decisions made nearly two decades ago were based on the best scientific information of the time and were consistent with the regulations in place.”

A survivor of a high-level ring involving child sacrifice, torture and trafficking went public today in an exclusive disclosure and interview with Freedom Central’s Mel Ve and ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett.

Toos Nijenhuis, a fifty four year old physiotherapist and mother of five from Holland, was tortured, raped and used experimentally from the age of four years old by wealthy and powerful men around the world, including top officials of churches and governments.

And, Nijenhuis claims, these crimes are continuing today, including the ritual sacrifice of children in rural Holland.

On May 7, Ms. Nijenhuis accompanied Kevin Annett, Mel Ve and other investigators to a forested site near to Zwolle where such child murders took place as recently as November, 2010, according to Ms. Nijenhuis.

Among the perpetrators who are named in these crimes and who allegedly assaulted Toos Nijenhuis are Prince Bernhard of Holland, who was the grandfather of the newly-crowned Dutch King Alexander, and a founder of the Bilderberger Group; Catholic Cardinal Bernard Alfrink of Utrecht, and members of the British Royal Family.

These assaults occurred in Holland, Scotland, and a military experimental base in Melbourne, Australia, where Toos was subjected to what appears to be pain threshold and behaviour modification experiments. She also witnessed the torture and murder of other children.

In response to Toos Nijenhuis’ horrific revelations, a Dutch-based group was formed on May 7 in Zwolle to investigate and prosecute child traffickers and ritual child sacrifice.

In conjunction with Ms. Nijenhuis, Freedom Central, the ITCCS and others, this new group will launch a Common Law Court case into these crimes during the coming year. Key alleged perpetrators will be publicly named and issued a Summons to appear before the Court.

What he skips is the first printing of these teaching protocols which was done in 1958.  He picks  up where the Bilderberg is created in 1954 and they write their first paper on the New World Order, and they begin to put in place that which they had been planning for decades, found originally in the protocols of the elders of zion written in 1897, and now they begin to actually put it in place rather than just writing about it.  The industries/companies owned by these zionist bankers now send their CEO's to these BILDERBERG MEETINGS, to flesh out the plans and begin implimenting them everywhere.

This document, was then revised in 1979, to included up dated status on technology that plays a major role in this take over of our planet.   Its a different kind of war and they knew they were going to have to do this much different than traditional war given the history of America to prevail in traditional wars.

Princess Kate's fake pregnancy. Mum's the word.

Vatic Note:  I am sorry for succumbing to this, but it was just too good to pass up.  I mean, truly, I do not know if this is true since there are no links or hard evidence to accompany the contention provided here.  What the author used was good common sense.  Deductive reasoning and good  observation   I found photos of her pregnant near the end of her term, and he is right, she has none of the physical symptoms of advanced pregnancy, just look at her very high heels, which is a no no for pregnancy, but also notice the thinness of her ankles with no fluids.  He definitely has something here. I swear we have a lot of heroes on the net.  

Well, I suppose this is a good indication of why the ruling elite want their serfs back doing their bidding. Then they can carry the fetuses to term for the Monach so she doesn't get swollen legs and other negative affects of pregnancy on an other wise ravishing body.  I wonder what else they will use us for? I could probably speculate, but then I would be afraid of being right and that would be scary.

Part 1 of this 2 part series contends that Kate, like many women in the entertainment industry, hired a "surrogate" to avoid the morning sickness, weight gain, swollen ankles and breasts, bladder discomfort, labour, pain and stretch marks of pregnancy. She hired a surrogate to escape the havoc that pregnancy would wreak on her shapely, underweight body and her fashionable royal lifestyle.

Part 1 also contends that when Kate was admitted to hospital between December 3 and December 6, 2012, she wasn't admitted for morning sickness since medical staff at the royal estate could have easily treated her condition. PREGNANCY SIGNS?

Photos of Kate posing in high heels do not reveal any of the typical signs of water retention during advanced pregnancy such as facial fullness/puffiness or breast, ankle and feet swelling. She looks just as slender and comfortable in heels as non-pregnant Kate.

Now WHO, the global equivalent of the psychopathic CDC, is saying there is a new pandemic with a more complicated swine flu out and they are giving BAXTER the contract to do the vaccine.  You remember, Baxter? Right?  The ones that slipped 18000 gallons of live flu virus into the vaccines, "by mistake", right?  It would have killed 30 million Europeans.

I can't believe Europe did not kick those people out of Europe immediately if not sooner, when that got discovered.  But then, who knows what mind control system is in place in Europe.  I know the one here is fully functional with some serious exceptions. If they do another pandemic as they seem to be doing in both Tawain and Elsewhere, then its time for everyone to purge their country of these criminally insane creatures, and throw them in jail, or they will be back disguised as human beings.

I met the story about the swine flu with great skepticism; it played like a story line in a B movie - Students go abroad for spring break. Students get the virus. Students bring it home.

Worldwide pandemic starts. The story line was unbelievable, and I knew from day one that there was either no virus at all, and that it was just a "wag the dog", or that a manufactured outbreak was intentionally released and underway.


Unfortunately the latter was true, and now we have an entirely new bug on our hands. It has never been seen before, and virologists have been quoted saying "where the hell it got all these genes from we don't know." Extensive analysis of the virus has revealed genes from the original 1918 flu, the avian flu, and two new H3N2 viruses from Eurasia. All evidence points to the fact that the swine flu is indeed a genetically engineered virus.

The first attempt

In Feb 2009, Baxter, a major manufacturer of vaccines, sent the seasonal flu shot to 18 different countries with live unattenuated H5N1 bird flu. When the Czech company Biotest was assigned to test the vaccine on live animals for the Czech government, they realized something was wrong when the test animals died.  (VN: Boy do I remember this one.  Baxter, it turns out, has shareholders Rahm Emmanual and Barrack Obama, and its also affilliated with Bush's.)

The alarm went out to all others who had received it, fortunately before it was administered. Upon follow up examination of the vaccine the live virus was revealed, had no one caught Baxter's tainted batch, we would now be in the midst of a pandemic with massive numbers of dead.  (VN: I told you we keep screwing up with their schedules and they are about 5 years behind now and they are trying to catch up and will never give up.  Are you as committed against them as they are against you?  You better be, or you won't be here for very long.)
 
Baxter was not prosecuted or punished in any way for this, even though their operational BSL3 (bio safety level 3) protocol would have stopped such contamination from being possible. The safety protocol, combined with the potency and volume of the virus in the shots clearly shows that the contamination was intentional, and that indeed an attempt to kill millions was stopped simply because ONE country paid attention to what it was getting. This is what they call "the Soft Kill" method of depopulating. And from what I am hearing from Seniors here in my town, its working.

Many are now  on Oxygen at night or they can't breathe, or sleep.  I was in the same boat, but I found a way around it.  I would tell you, but they would  then concoct something that would make it ineffective  so I don't want to help them do that.  The way I am getting around that is notice I am periodically putting up natural remedies for many things, so read them all and deduce  what they can do in what situations and I believe you will stumble  upon the cure or way around the affects of the dumpings.

Heavy metal detox is definitely one of them and that is one they can't get around. “For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity. I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport.

I have discovered some information that I think you will find important.

 First I should tell you something about the “pecking order” among mechanics. It is important to my story and important to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.

 Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the “pecking order”. Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. 

But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories.

But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems. The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. 

In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month.

 Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.

One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system.

There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. 

It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up.

 It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to “worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his!”

 The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.

A crucially related US document called “Vision for 2020″ was published in February 1997 by the US Space Command. (The US government has removed the historical official record of the document. But it is still recorded as an historical document Here & Here). 

The mission statement at the head of Vision for 2020 reads: “US Space Command — dominating the space dimension of military operations to protect US interests and investment.” There is no mention of democracy or human rights…

NEOCON JEWS LOBBY FOR SPACE WARS
ON APRIL 11 2001, a conference was hosted by Vladimir Putin in Moscow, called, Space Without Weapons. Hundreds of heads of space agencies, prominent diplomats, senior officials of the UN, scientists, cosmonauts, space engineers and businessmen from all over the world were in attendance.
 
The participants affirmed their allegiance to UN Resolution 55/32, entitled, “Prevention Of An Arms Race in Outer Space, which called for “the use of outer space to be for peaceful purposes and carried out for the benefit of all countries.”  (VN: In their own writings, the zionists make it clear, they could give a rats butt about anybody else on the planet.  I am not saying that, they have said it in writing in many of their protocols and satanic documents that we can read for ourselves.)

At the conference, Putin implored all nations to prevent a new arms race in outer space:

“We must by joint efforts preserve a peaceful space. Russia has made its choice for a weapon-free space. We are against expenditures for a new arms race for purposes which are not compatible with the true needs of our people and all of mankind” Here.

But the Bush Administration has ignored Russia’s plea. (VN: and now the Obama administration is doing so as well, but then Putin stopped pleading, was it because, like WW I and WW II, all sides are in on the war III?) Using the events of 9/11, Bush has obtained the funding for the use of outer space for US militarization. (VN: no, gee what a surprise, and just exactly who is this technology  to be used against? LOL)

Shortly before Bush took office, a document entitled Rebuilding America’s Defenses was published by a Jewish neocon organization called the Project for the New American Century, of which members included the Zionist Jews, Paul Wolfowitz & Richard Perle. Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld were also prominent members. These and many other members would go on to be central figures in the upcoming Bush administration.

This document focused on getting more tax money allocated for the US Space Command’s project to weaponize and control outer space. 

 

On the night of 9/11, Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, was prepared to use the 9/11 attacks to obtain more money for the US Space Command. In front of television cameras, Rumsfeld berated Senator Carl Levin, then chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, saying, “Doesn’t this sort of thing convince you that an emergency exists in this country to increase defense spending?” Here. 

This strategy worked. Congress immediately appropriated an additional $40 billion for the Pentagon and its project for the weaponization of outer space. 



  ISRAEL URGES SPACE WEAPONS   ONLY THE US & ISRAEL voted ‘No’ on the UN’s Resolution, entitled, Prevention Of An Arms Race In Outer Space in 2002.

The Zionist-Militarist State of Israel has much to gain by its alliance with the US in the weaponization of outer space. Military corporations which work in conjunction with Israel are the recipients of the billions of dollars allocated for US space wars. Companies such as Lockheed Martin, Aerojet, Boeing, TRW, and Vista Technologies, all work with Israel.

The “Space-Based Laser Project” built by TRW, which has many joint projects with Israel, is only one example of US military projects being permeated by military technology developed in Israel. 

 

On June 11 2005, in a rare public discussion on Israel’s military use of space, Yuval Steinitz, Chairman of the Israel’s Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee, said that Israel “must compensate for its lack of strategic depth on land by expanding use of space-based attacks.”
 
Specifically, Steinitz urged Israeli defense and industry officials to “consider future developments of satellite-attacking lasers and ship-based missiles that can strike the skies.”
