This has made me now wonder if the ambassador in Libya is probably another one of these assassinations of Americans to cover up criminal activity of the higher ups like Hillary. We proved the official story of the ambassadors murder was bogus. Given this issue was researched for three years by another veteran and published on Veterans Today, makes it even more credible. We owe these men who gave their lives trusting those that betrayed them who represented the American people, and to retain their integrity and loyalty to the nation and its people, a thorough and in depth investigation of their demise and if it is proven circumstantially to have been a criminal murder, then we owe it to them and their families to pursue justice for them with congress and the criminal justice system. Treason, murder one, and RICO conspiracy which means forfeiture of all assets. Then give the assets to the family of the victim.

Retired General Mark Kimmitt in the U.S. State Dept. is going to have some answering to do.

One unidentified Marine from that day wrote:

“They asked for indirect (redacted- presumably ‘fire’) and in return got 20 questions. The people in the TOC needed to let (redacted) do his thing and trust what he is asking for.”

A Marine in the news right now who was awarded the Medal of Honor, Dakota Meyers, and others did what they could but they failed to reach the four pinned-down Marines who were all killed, in a ditch, out of ammunition.

The article mentions about the fact that General David Rodriguez as well as McChrystal should be held accountable for the deaths of the Marines at Ganjgal. Now we learn that Rodriguez has been tagged for the African Mission. General Mark T Kimmitt and General David Rodriguez are friends as well as Army Associates. You can Google them to see how they are connected.

Check out General Mark T Kimmitts – Wikipedia, as well as his brother Robert and deceased father Stanley and you will get a whole other picture of what is going on. They are deep inside government and Military/Political arenas and Kimmitt is involved with every major military complex in the world.

It is also important to note that Mark T Kimmitt was under suspicion for war crimes related to Abu Ghraib, and he got out of the war crimes of Abu Ghraib only to be transferred to J5 Plans and Policys at US. CENTCOM TAMPA FL, where Aaron Kenefick was his enlisted aide…

Major Peter Granger of 10th Mountain Division knew Mark T Kimmitt and was in his Division artillery camp in Baumholder Germany back in the early 1990s. Peter Granger was the kiss of death to Kenefick and the others that day….and Kimmitt was the general that Kenefick told off a few years earlier…..

Another key person in this story, General David Rodriguez, had a hand in the operation that went to badly at Ganjgal.

From what we can determine, the order to clear the air field apparently came from General Rodriguez/at CENTRAL COMMAND, and the question is who gave General Rodriguez the order….Someone from the Defense Dept? Mark Kimmitt?

After all he was friends with Peter Granger who denied the orders of Air and Artillery Support that day…and as luck would have it the Battalion Cpt was on Leave….and the 1st Lt under him was transferred to another unit… leaving Major Peter Granger in charge of the base. It is important to note that at this time, Granger had 27 out of 30 yrs EXPERIENCE of Artillery Expertise. The fact that shots broke out at 5:30 a.m., means that Lt O’Donnell would have still been on base at this time. Those those who have been watching this case, it also sounds like components for a set up.

Aaron Kenefick was a target on Sept 6 2009, and the original mission was supposed to be on the 7th and yet it was put off to the 8th when there were intelligence reports stating that there would be heavy Taliban activity this day…

Certainly Peter Granger and Mark O’Donnell knew this. Situational awareness for small arms fires? Wait, this was not small this was 150 Taliban against 3 Marines and 1 Navy Corpsman… Peter Granger who was a major was never reprimanded and allowed to retire after 30 yrs.

As revealed by Herschel Smith, who wrote in ‘Reprimands in Marine’s Death at Ganjgal Engagement‘

The Ganjgal investigation, conducted by Army Col. Richard Hooker and Marine Col. James Werth, determined that the “negligent” leadership of three officers at nearby Forward Operating Base Joyce contributed “directly to the loss of life which ensued.” They refused direct calls for help from U.S. forces on the ground and failed to notify higher commands that they had troops under fire, the investigation found.

Smith added:

Recall that in 2009 three Marines and a Navy Corpsman approached the remote Kunar village of Ganjgal where they were ambushed in what was surely a planned incident. At the time even the women and children could be seen firing weapons, spotting or carrying munitions. The Marines made repeated calls for artillery and air support over the next couple of hours, with support denied due to the fact that the authorizing Army officers could not verify that noncombatants wouldn’t be harmed. We know this because a McClatchy reporter was with the Marines. In other words, whatever obfuscation that the Army can throw at this incident cannot supersede the conclusions that we can draw directly from McClatchy’s report.

Vatic Note: Just listen to her description of the horrors chipping has caused in her body. Remember, these chips RFID, are irradiated. Think about that for awhile, not only for yourselves, but also for your pets as well since that is the latest pet fade.   This below is crossing that line in the sand like nothing else they have done to us. I have been waiting for that time when we would be able to identify the line in the sand that would make it clear, we have to take a stand. The trial itself still has to be done, but at least both in court and in this hearing shown below, the system worked. How long that will be, is anybodies guess. Watch out for the dual Israeli citizens who could care less about our rights. Remember, they are quoted as seeing us goyim as nothing more than "cattle" and we must remember that, when we begin to deal with them, ONE AT A TIME. We will see how this court case turns out. Woman in GA makes some very serious claims against the U.S. Department of Defense. Cathleen Gary says that she had a microchip implanted in her against her will and that the effects from it has caused her many problems.--Here is a link to the news story:-... The Georgia House Judiciary Committee took up a bill last week that would "prohibit requiring a person to be implanted with a microchip," and would make violating the ban a misdemeanor. According to a report in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, one exchange from the hearing could have been ripped right from Dr. Strangelove.

The Journal-Constitution reports that things started getting weird when a woman who described herself as a resident of DeKalb County told the committee: "I'm also one of the people in Georgia who has a microchip." Apparently no lawmaker took this as a warning sign, and she was allowed to continue her testimony.

"Microchips are like little beepers," the woman told the committee. "Just imagine, if you will, having a beeper in your rectum or genital area, the most sensitive area of your body. And your beeper numbers displayed on billboards throughout the city. All done without your permission."

"Ma'am, did you say you have a microchip?" state Rep. Tom Weldon (R) asked the woman.

"Yes, I do. This microchip was put in my vaginal-rectum area," she replied.

Vatic Note: There are some very good comments at the end of this blog about what is really going on. Check it out, but I find its typical of Ron Paul supporters to be classy enough to try and expose the GOP set up of both Ron Paul and Romney. Think about it..... why would the GOP make the horrors visited on Ron, so public, blatant and not hidden? Why did they end up blaming Romney for it? It was all intentional.

Ron Paul supporters had nothing to do with Romney being sabotagued, its the GOP itself. Why? because they are neocons just like Obama's handlers are neolibs. Below they discussed what happened to them when they tried to join the campaign for Romney, and needed yard signs and other such campaign material. Well, that happened here in my small town of Pagosa. We were scheduled to go out campaigning on Saturday which is today, and instead we couldn't because the GOP office here did not have the campaign material needed to do the job.

Further, they have done everything they could to alienate and tell Ron Paul supporters they do not want their help. I have never seen them do that until now. Also the GOP guy in charge of the office is an outsider and new comer. We do not know who he truly works for. So if you are a GOP ignore all the problems with the GOP leadership and help get Romney elected. There has to be a reason for their not wanting him and only wanting Obama, ask yourselves "WHY"?

I believe its because he is so successful in his own right, they will not be able to manage him. It also makes me nervous that Ryan is his VP, since that means Romney would be dispensable. Remember, Ryan was vetted by the Bilderberg group and that means he is owned. I keep remembering Reagan and Bush and how Reagan attempted assassination was done only 3 months after taking office. I can see that happening here as well. This time we are watching and they are dead meat if they try that again.

It doesn't take a political genius to see that the RNC in Tampa was a self-destructive disaster for the Romney campaign. In a tight election the LAST thing you want to do is antagonize and alienate swing voters. Ron Paul Republicans and independents are practically the definition of "swing voters".

But what is going on now is even more bizarre. Iowa is considered a swing state. Even though my county is 80%+ Republican, the Obama campaign has actually opened up a campaign headquarters in our little town. And he has another one 15 miles away in our county seat.

As the GOP county chair, I expected to be inundated with phone calls, emails, yard signs, buttons, and pamphlets from the Romney campaign after the convention. Instead I have gotten nothing but junk mail asking for donations.

As a well known Ron Paul supporter I have been bending over backwards to show that I am a loyal Republican. And I have been taking heat for not holding a central committee meeting (I had planned on distributing yard signs at the meeting).

My wife has been calling and even driving an hour to the nearest Romney headquarters in Council Bluffs asking for yard signs. They keep telling her that they are out of signs and don't know when they will get another shipment.

Today I heard from another liberty Republican that his county is having the same problem. In fact, one of his central committee members is still waiting for a sign that she purchased online. Are you kidding me? Romney's campaign has had ten times the money that Ron Paul had and they can't even get yard signs out?

This goes beyond incompetence.

Here is my theory. The insiders had been hoping for another Bush-style, RINO presidential administration to further their agenda and take the blame when the big crash happens. But with the resurgence of true conservative/libertarians in the GOP, I think they have changed their mind. I think they are more concerned about taking US out than any advantages they might enjoy from having a "Republican" president.

They are going to blame us for Romney's defeat. The lame articles pleading with us to vote for Romney are just an excuse to make us the scapegoat.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking anyone here to vote for Romney. It's bad enough that I have to. And I don't think it matters if you vote for Gary Johnson, Ron Paul, or just abstain from voting for president. That train has left the station.

But what DOES matter is winning as many hearts and minds in the Republican Party as we can; consolidating or improving our power within the GOP.

I think our enemies agree.
And I think they are setting Romney up to take one for the team.

Wow. Can you imagine the unleashed hell if I had said, "the stench of Romney"?

I sure can.

And I bet the insiders already have a list of "frontrunners" ready for the 2016 race.

Rubio, Christie, Santorum, Ryan, Huckabee, etc. are a few that come to mind.

The only thing I am sure of is that Senator Rand Paul isn't on that list.

Vatic Note: What a scam. The entire FDA should be fully shut down. All employees purged, and rehiring to be done by a citizens board with scientists on it to ensure those working there are qualified to do as they are tasked to do. We just posted a blog on here about childrens livers being destroyed at this early age. They will probably die by 40 years old and nothing is being down about it either... so what is new? WE should be screaming bloody murder to our congressmen and senators.

A sting nailed a company that Health and Human Services had authorized to oversee human drug trials. The absurdities in the application are belly laugh funny, but in their rush to keep the money coming, they never noticed.

The FDA farms out drug and medical device testing. It’s in the hands of the companies hoping to gain approval for their products. Overview, though, is required. Study plans must first be approved before testing can proceed on humans.

However, the FDA doesn’t review the testing plans. That’s done by for-profit companies called Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).

Who do you suppose pays the IRBs? The corporations hoping to gain FDA approval for their products, of course!

It’s a conflict of interest on top of a conflict of interest.

The First Sting

Congress became suspicious of the IRB system, so they got together with the General Accountability Office (GAO) to set up a sting. They sent out an application for testing of a nonexistent product, Adhesiabloc, by a nonexistent company, Device Med-Systems.

Subtlety is apparently not one of the GAO’s strong suits. Adhesiabloc was described as a gel that would be poured into a patient’s stomach after surgery to collect the bits and pieces left over from the operation. The instructions were to pour more than a liter into the wound!

Not one of the IRBs bothered to check the credentials of Device Med-Systems. Not one noted that the company’s headquarters was listed as a post office box in a shopping mall. The doctor who was supposed to have been leading development, Jonathan Q. Kruger, didn’t exist either. Not one person checked to see if the product had ever been registered in development. Even so, two of the IRBs turned them down. Apparently, they actually read the testing protocol. The board member of one stated that it was the “riskiest thing I’ve ever seen on this board,” and an employee of the other simply called it “junk”.

However, Coast IRB LLC of Colorado Springs apparently didn’t see any value in reading the documentation. Their board members, several of whom were MDs, approved it unanimously, describing it as “probably very safe”.

That’s right. Coast IRB had no problem approving a product described as mopping up after stomach surgeries by pouring at least a liter into the wound to collect left over bits and pieces.

Coast IRB’s Response

Daniel Dueber, Coast IRB’s CEO, was subpoenaed to testify to Congress. That must have clued him in that something might be wrong. Apparently, he or someone else in his company went through their files to search for irregularities. Adhesiabloc popped out. Oops! This was five months after the approval. So, they went into action. They reported the fraud. They ordered immediate termination of the nonexistent trial. And Dueber testified before Congress:

We are doing our level best to ensure protection for subjects of clinical trials under our review, an objective we share with the Food and Drug Administration. We are legally and morally obliged to report any unlawful conduct we find occurring in a clinical trial and, so, fulfilled that responsibility in this case.

Right.

Dueber went on the attack, saying that sting operations are illegal unless they’re approved by the courts. He went into high dudgeon, playing the poor innocent. He claimed that congressional investigators had “perpetrated an extensive fraud against my company.” Coast IRB further stated that they were “violating wire fraud, mail fraud, and state laws against fraud and false credentialling”.

Ummm … Exactly what was Coast doing? Wasn’t that fraud? And on a much grander scale—one that can result in the deaths of huge numbers, like Vioxx, and Avastin, and Hormone Replacement Therapy, and so many others.

Finally, he told the congressional committee, “We got hoodwinked.” Representative Bart Stupak of Michigan responded, “You didn’t get hoodwinked. You took the bait, hook, line, and sinker.”

The FDA never moved against Coast. Fortunately, the company didn’t survive. Their business dried up. It does, though, leave you wondering who has stepped into Coast’s shoes, doesn’t it? If a company can do something that blatant—and that stupid—yet not have any criminal charges levied against any of the guilty parties—it’s hard to believe that some other unscrupulous players haven’t stepped into the breach.

A Second Sting

You have to wonder how an IRB as sloppy as Coast was licensed in the first place. The GAO did a second sting that shows us. It targeted the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) itself—the parent of the FDA.

The GAO put together an application to set up an IRB and sent it to HHS. They named their sting Trooper, after a three-legged dog of a congressional staffer. (Some reports state that the company name or the CEO was Trooper, but that doesn’t fit the scheme, as you’ll see.)

The name of the fake company was Phake Medical Devices.

The names of the principals were April Phuls,Timothy Witless, and Alan Ruse.

The company’s location was listed as Chetesville, Arizona.

The application sailed through.

What Was the Point of the Stings?

Regarding the sting against HHS, Congressman Greg Walden of Oregon was displeased, and on the day of the inquiry, stated, “Nobody picked up on names like Phake Medical Devices, April Phuls, Timothy Witless and Alan Ruse—in the town of Chetesville, Arizona?” Representative Joe Barton of Texas exclaimed to an HHS official, “Do you have any sense of outrage?”

The saddest part of this tale is that none of it is news. This happened over three years ago. Nothing has been done to resolve this obviously corrupt system. The stings revealed an utter lack of concern for the quality, safety, and efficacy of drugs and medical products by the agencies tasked with overseeing them.

Not a single step has been taken to safeguard the public. Not even lip service has been paid.

In fact, the opposite has happened. Instead of pulling power away from HHS, the FDA, and companies they’ve authorized, they’ve been given even more power. And they’ve used that power recklessly against innocents and healthy products, such as raw milk producers and their customers, health food products and stores, and other healthy products, like walnuts. They’re doing this while allowing more and more truly dangerous and useless products to continue to be produced and sold by those who hold the real power over them: Big Pharma and Big Medicine. (VN: That is the agenda, for crying out loud. Take away healthy products and substitute either death products or shortening of life products. ITS INTENTIONAL, hello, anybody home??? )

Insurgents (VN: CIA, Mossad, MI6 backed and funded insurgents) in the Syrian capital Damascus attacked the Press TV staff, killing the Iranian English-language news network’s correspondent, Maya Naser, and injuring Press TV and Al-Alam Damascus Bureau Chief Hosein Mortada.

Naser was shot and killed by a sniper, while Mortada, a Lebanese national, was shot in the back.

The two were covering twin bomb blasts, which targeted the military command building in the Syrian capital and killed at least four Syrian security forces.

Iran puts the responsibility for such terror acts on countries who seek to thwart regional and international efforts to solve the crisis in the Arab country through political means without foreign intervention.

Born on July 30, 1979, in Syria, Maya Naser had studied political science, was fluent in Arabic and English and had worked in many countries including the US, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and Bahrain.

Syria has been the scene of deadly unrest since mid-March, 2011 and many people, including large numbers of army and security personnel, have been killed in the violence.

The Syrian government says that the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a large number of the armed militants are foreign nationals.
