Vatic Note:  Once again, I urge caution because we know from whistleblowers,  Bill Cooper, and other   exposes such as the 1966 Iron Mountain Report and the 1969  seminar by the Illuminati whistleblower, that the illuminati intended to use archeological discoveries to build us up to the alien invasion they intended to use as a false flag in order to justify globalizing.   This is a much more complicated subject than shows on the surface and we  must be prepared to deal with it in an effective way for ferreting out "truth" which is the enemy of the state.

If there are aliens here than why are they worried since we would have been living with them for years?  If there are aliens coming that are good guys, as the Mayan shaman suggests, then we also have nothing to fear.   But if the objective is to have us fight the good guys by pretending they are bad, that would fit with what Bill Cooper disclosed and he was killed for it, or Schneider who disclosed the existance of the bad guys already here, then the plan is to fight the good guys who are the enemy of the bad guys already here, and doubly use that fact as justification for the final global take over of this planet.

In otherwords,  deceive us into doing their dirty work and their bidding on a global level. I do not have the answers yet, but keeping track of their actions and seeing how that fits with the disclosures we have received, is now very important since we apparently have some time.   Its amazing how all the holes and gaps are beginning to be filled each day with more new info.  Stay tuned, I just found one on the Antarctic that explains why they gutted photos from my Antarctic blog I did.  That should be up soon.

A newly declassified document gives a fascinating glimpse into the US military's plans for "information operations" - from psychological operations, to attacks on hostile computer networks.

The document says information is "critical to military success"

As the world turns networked, the Pentagon is calculating the military opportunities that computer networks, wireless technologies and the modern media offer.

From influencing public opinion through new media to designing "computer network attack" weapons, the US military is learning to fight an electronic war.

The declassified document is called "Information Operations Roadmap". It was obtained by the National Security Archive at George Washington University using the Freedom of Information Act.

Officials in the Pentagon wrote it in 2003. The Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, signed it.

The "roadmap" calls for a far-reaching overhaul of the military's ability to conduct information operations and electronic warfare. And, in some detail, it makes recommendations for how the US armed forces should think about this new, virtual warfare.

The document says that information is "critical to military success". Computer and telecommunications networks are of vital operational importance.

Iceland’s former prime minister has rejected charges he failed to protect his country’s economy from financial shocks as the first world leader to go on criminal trial over the 2008 financial crisis.

“I reject all accusations, and believe there is no basis for them,” Geir Haarde said from the dock. He said it was the first chance he had to answer questions in the case.

Haarde became a symbol of the bubble economy for Icelanders who lost their jobs and homes after the country’s main commercial banks collapsed in 2008, sending its currency into a nosedive and inflation soaring.

Prosecutors opened the case at the Landsdomur, a special court being convened for the first time in Iceland’s history.

Part of their case hinges on a charge that Haarde failed to implement recommendations a government committee had drawn up in 2006 to strengthen Iceland’s economy. Haarde told the court that the committee’s work could not have prevented Iceland’s economic crash.

“Nobody predicted that there would be a financial collapse in Iceland” in 2008, he said, adding that the government did not fully understand how much debt the country’s banks had on their books.

Haarde is accused of negligence for failing to prevent the financial implosion from which the small island country is still struggling to recover.

In the crisis’ immediate aftermath – as unemployment and inflation skyrocketed – many sought someone to blame for the havoc across the 330,000-strong nation. A wave of public protests forced Haarde out of government in 2009.

Haarde has pleaded not guilty and sought to have all charges dismissed, calling the proceedings “preposterous.” He has insisted Icelanders’ interests were his “guiding light,” and blamed the banks for the crisis, saying government officials and regulatory authorities tried their best to prevent the crisis and that his “conscience is clear.”

The trial is expected to last until mid-March, with the court taking another four to six weeks to deliver its verdict.

Boy the title on this "appears" to be appropriate.  I say "appears" because we are unsure how the Europeans will take this information that has reached mainstream press in Europe.  Could the recent resignations of bankers be connected to this?  The question then becomes will the MSM of Europe show this electronically on the News and in print?  That will be the big question.  I would like to believe that the SIHTF, as I am sure you would like to believe.  This is explosive and all the videos are good, but if you have to skip any, I would say the most explosive was the disclosure on "DEPOPULATION" and "WHY" they want to depopulate which somewhat surprised me.  I must say Estulin does an excellent job of analysis on the European situation and does so like no other I have read and yet, it has the substance of truth to it.  In my background, I have knowledge of macroeconomics which allows me to assess the validity of the arguments he mades.  They are not only valid, but surprisingly accurate. 

The elite never do anything for just one reason,  its usually multiple reasons and one of the depopulation goals was to lower the risk of resistance once they take complete control, but the other was new to me and a total surprise.  Further, it makes perfect sense.   Again, as I warn all the time, read, listen, but keep a cautious mind on it all.   These elite are masters of deception and disinfo and provocateuring.   However, remember, they always tell truth with the deception, so that is what one must  look for in the end. Scottsdale Police Officer James Peters, a former SWAT operative previously involved in six fatal officer-involved shootings, killed John Loxas II Tuesday night (February 14) while the 50-year-old grandfather was holding a baby.

Although police “could see that the suspect had the baby in his arms” just before Peters fired the fatal shot, Loxas was unarmed, according to a Scripps wire service account. “After several calls for Loxas to exit the home, he opened the door with the baby in his left hand, and stood just inside the doorway…. Officers then saw Loxas reach down to his right, lowering the baby and exposing his head and upper body. Peters then responded to the movement with a single shot to Loxas’ head.”

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has admitted that Al-Qaeda and other groups on the State Department’s terror list are on the same side as the United States in Syria and that they are aiding opposition rebels.

In an interview with BBC News (watch video), Clinton states, “We have a very dangerous set of actors in the region, Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and those who are on our terrorist list, to be sure, supporting – claiming to support the opposition [in Syria].”

Clinton’s admission that Al-Qaeda is supporting the armed insurrection in Syria dovetails with reports that the same Al-Qaeda terrorists who helped overthrow Colonel Gaddafi in Libya were airlifted into Syria by NATO forces.

Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri’s has also publicly expressed support for Syrian rebel forces. (VN:  Yes, this is the AQ leader with the wooden leg that was bent when he killed Berg who did not bleed from the throat slicing, and he has been killed  or captured many times over the past 10 years and shows up again whenever the State dept needs cover.  Can you even imagine how it would have been with her as  President???  It would have been much worse than Obama, if that was even possible) .   These terrorists have been blamed for bloody attacks that have killed both Syrian regime officials and innocent civilians, including a bombing earlier this month in Syria’s second city of Aleppo which killed 28 people. Its space weapons and haarp.  That is why all those bankers went underground after resigning.  Afraid we would come after them once they began their final assault upon the American people.  They were right to leave, but then we can find their hiding holes very easily.  We can find their water lines, fiber lines for communications, sewer and water lines.      Look for recently laid bike and foot paths with asphalt and dig them up and blow out the lines.

Vatic Note:  We have posted volumes on this subject for a very long time and now we are not only experiencing weather anomolies, but other Haarp generated phenomenae such as multiple earthquakes and threats of destruction of the earth by asteroids out in space.   Add to that the fact that all those bankers resigned who happen to be Rothschild and Rockefeller bankers, but also the mars training facility in the Antarctic.  We also put up blogs on the Pegasus project that was about dimensional shifting and also the relationship of that to the research facilities in the Antarctic also dealing with dimensional space.  Are these bankers going underground or are they teleporting to Mars???  Lots of questions with no answers.
